岩石破坏前后曲线分类及脆-延转换围压研究——蚀变岩常规三轴压缩试验Ⅰ

蚀变岩是工程中少见的软弱岩类,在西南某重大水电工程中,蚀变岩处于工程的重要部位,为保证工程的长期稳定性,对蚀变岩力学特性进行了深入全面的试验研究.通过对孔隙度不同的饱水蚀变岩进行系统的常规三轴压缩试验和总结分析,提出了蚀变岩三轴压缩下破坏前应力.应变曲线可分为3大类,破坏后应力-应变曲线亦可分为3大类的形态模式.并得出结论:蚀变岩的破坏类型受围压与孔隙度的共同影响,在给定的12 MPa围压下蚀变岩以脆性破坏为主,只有孔隙度大于16%且围压大于4 MPa时才有可能进入脆-延转换状态,且脆-延转换围压随孔隙度增加而降低,临界状态应力比随孔隙度增大而增加.     

星虫胶原蛋白的纯化及其性质的初步分析

本实验研究了水生环节动物星虫胶原蛋白的提取及纯化方法.SDS-PAGE电泳分析结果显示,所提取的胶原蛋白纯度较高.通过粘度测定分析星虫胶原蛋白的变性温度约35℃.酶解性质的研究表明,纯化的星虫胶原蛋白可被胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶和蛋白酶K水解.     

Effect of Cyclic Loading Frequency on Undrained Behaviors of Undisturbed Marine Clay

Based on a series of cyclic triaxial tests, the effect of cyclic frequency on the undrained behaviors of undisturbed marine clay is investigated. For a given dynamic stress ratio, the accumulated pore water pressure and dynamic strain increase with the number of cycles. There exists a threshold value for beth the accumulated pore water pressure and dynamic strain, below which the effect of cyclic frequency is very small, but above which the accumulated pore water pressure and dynamic strain increase intensely with the decrease of cyclic frequency for a given number of cycles. The dynamic strength increases with the increase of cyclic frequency, whereas the effect of cyclic frequency on it gradually diminishes to zero when the number of cycles is large enough, and the dynamic strengths at different frequencies tend to the same limiting minimum dynamic strength. The test results demonstrate that the reasons for the frequency effect on the undrained soil behaviors are beth the creep effect induced by the loading rate and the decrease of sample effective confining pressure caused by the accumulated pore water pressure.     

登陆我国热带气旋活动的年代际变化分析

本文利用1950－1999年西北太平洋热带气旋资料，对50年来登陆我国热带气旋的月际、年际和年代际变化及异常情况进行了统计分析，指出了登陆我国的热带气旋频数存在明显的年代际差异，并对比分析了同期的副热带高压等海洋大气环流指数的统计特征。     

广西主要港湾余流特征及其对物质输运的影响

广西5个主要海湾各有自己的环流特征：铁山湾存在一个反气旋涡，廉州湾存在一个海湾尺度的气旋环流，钦州湾青菜头南端存在一个气旋式环流，防城湾口有一个气旋环流。珍珠湾余流，在深水航道内自湾内指向湾外。冬季，受北风影响，各湾从湾内流向湾外的余流分量加强。由于反气旋或气旋环流存在，形成和环流相应的泥沙输运。     

利用雨生红球藻生产虾青素的研究进展

作为天然虾青素的最佳生物来源，雨生红球藻已成为近年来国内外微藻研究的热点之一．本文综述了国内外雨生红球藻培养及虾青素积累的研究进展，介绍了国外天然虾青素商业生产的现状，并对现存的主要问题和发展方向做出阐述，以期推动国内利用雨生红球藻生产虾青素的商业化进程。

REPRODUCTIVE BEHAVIOUR AND EARLY EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF Trachypleus tridentatus

This paper reports the season, environmental conditions and pattern of spawning, fecundity and hatching amount of king crab, Trachypleus tridentatus. The egg-diameter of this animal has seasonal variations, which is different from that reported in foreign countries. The egg cleavage of the animal is in the transitional pattern from holoblastic cleavage to surface division. Egg cleavage occurs firstly on one pole with false cleavage furrows, the number of division nucleus increases continuously which move outward from the yolks to form into a layer of blastomere on the surface of the blast together with some of egg plasma. The blastomere formed into the blastoderm and the polygonal cells encircled in this cell layer is equal to the "yolk cells" of insects during the period of egg cleavage. 苏北盆地中古生代油气勘探具有50年的历史,在收集前人资料分析基础上,对苏北盆地和黄桥二氧化碳气田及朱家墩天然气田生储盖体系的地质特征及成藏要素分别进行了对比,分析了典型成藏模式;认为苏北盆地虽然只是苏北—南黄海盆地古、中、新生代盆地的一小部分,但其幔源"古生新储"二氧化碳气田和常规"古生新储"天然气田的发现对于海域南黄海盆地极具现实意义。
