DP半岛街头抢劫犯罪案件热点时空模式

选取H市中心城区DP半岛作为研究区域,以岛上2006-2011 年发生的街头抢劫案件（共373 起） 作为研究对象,将DP半岛内街头抢劫案件的时空分布特征分别从宏观和局部微观两个尺度层面进行系统的分析。首先,对岛上的街头抢劫案件按年、月和小时进行统计分析,总结其在不同时间尺度上的变化规律：2007 年开始的严打使案件数量逐年减少,直到2010 年才略有回升;春节期间（二月前后） 的案件数量明显高于其他月份;晚上22:00-23:00 期间是案件高发时段。其次,利用Kernel 密度方法对研究区街头抢劫犯罪的宏观空间分布进行整体的辨别,剥离出犯罪热点空间分布,分析热点与道路网和土地利用的关联性,结果表明热点多分布于主干道、通达性高的节点或土地利用混合度高的地方。最后,选出4 个最主要的热点从微观尺度进行分析,PAI 指数表明这4 个热点在时间上是稳定的,从2006 年到2011 年一直存在。依据“热点时空类型矩阵”的时间分布和空间分布模式,将这4 个稳定热点归类到不同微观时空模式,并对每类模式下的街头抢劫犯罪提出有针对性的防控对策,以便优化警力资源的配置、最大限度抑制和减少犯罪的发生。     

微观空间因素对街头抢劫影响的空间异质性——以DP半岛为例

在快速城镇化的背景下,日益严重的城市犯罪问题已经严重影响了城市的安定与繁荣,深入研究城市犯罪的空间影响因素对于未来城市安全发展具有重要意义。以H市DP半岛上2006-2011年发生的373起街头抢劫案件为研究对象,通过将研究区域网格划分为233个样本单元,以核密度处理方式将原始案件点转化为每个格网单元的犯罪强度(密度)作为因变量,结合"日常活动理论"与"理性选择理论"选取微观空间因素作为自变量,最终采用地理加权回归模型分析微观空间因素对街头抢劫案件发生强度的空间异质性现象。研究表明:公交站点个数变量、交叉口个数变量、土地利用混合程度变量与最近出岛口距离变量,对街头抢劫发生的影响程度存在空间异质性现象,尤其是公交站点个数变量在GWR模型中表现出随空间位置的不同呈现显著的正负两种影响效果。警务部门可以参照该结果针对不同局部区域的高影响微观空间因素进行重点防控,提高警务效率,从而更有效地防范和抑制街头抢劫犯罪的发生。     

基于时空临近重复效应的犯罪热点特征及成因分析——以北京市抢劫案件为例

时空临近重复效应是犯罪活动的一种重要时空特征。为深入研究犯罪热点的特征及其形成原因,论文以北京市内城六区2012—2014年抢劫案件为例,通过核密度估计、时空临近重复计算及定义时空临近重复案件链等方法分析了犯罪热点的案件构成,并从犯罪人因素和环境因素等方面对犯罪热点内的案件特征结构进行了分析。结果表明：北京市内城六区的抢劫案件存在有“a”“b”“c”三个主要的空间热点,并且热点内的大部分案件均具有显著的时空临近重复效应;其中热点“a”位于双井、劲松一带,热点“c”位于南四环大红门桥一带,且2个热点内案件的犯罪人特征在一致性程度上高于环境类特征,表明热点的形成源于犯罪人在热点区域内重复作案的可能性较大;而热点“b”位于东南三环的分钟寺地区,热点内案件的环境类特征在一致性程度上高于犯罪人特征,表明该热点的形成为不同犯罪人在热点区域内集中作案的可能性较高。研究对警务部门开展针对性的犯罪打击和防控有一定的支撑作用。     

基于临近相似性考虑的犯罪热点密度图预测准确性比较——以DP半岛街头抢劫犯罪为例

在无时空考虑的密度估计算法基础上,分别加入了案件点之间的时间临近相似性、空间临近相似性和时空临近相似性的考虑,利用DP半岛2006~2007年的街头抢劫犯罪数据为基础计算无时空临近相似性、时间临近相似性、空间临近相似性和时空临近相似性4种不同算法所得到的犯罪热点图,并以之预测2008年的街头抢劫。通过Natural breaks（Jenks）分级方法和等比例面积选取两种方式来划定热点区域进行预测并进行PAI指数得分比较,结果表明时空临近相似性的密度估计算方法在犯罪预测的优势比较显著。     

土地利用对街头抢劫影响的空间分异模式：以H市为例

选取H市中心城区2009年和2010年发生的街头抢劫案件为研究对象,构建地理加权泊松回归GWPR模型,探讨不同性质土地利用对案件影响的空间差异性。研究表明,各类用地与街头抢劫的关系存在显著的空间异质性。其中,位于中心区外围的传统居住区和部分新建社区等居住用地对街头抢劫存在显著的负向影响;商业服务业设施用地对街头抢劫的影响总体上显著性不强,但与其中的商业设施点类型密切相关,独栋高层的商业综合体会使犯罪数量下降,而临街商铺形式的商业设施点则是犯罪高发区域;工业用地仅对老城区的街头抢劫产生正向影响;公园绿地总体上与街头抢劫案件呈负相关性,但城市开敞绿地多的地方案件数量也较多;交通设施用地与街头抢劫的关系则受到交通设施、道路等级、路网形态的影响。最后通过聚类分析发现,土地利用对案件影响的主导因素的空间分异模式与不同的城市功能分区有一定的对应关系,可以对每个功能分区根据其街头抢劫发生的主导因素制定相应的土地利用规划导则。     

入室盗窃临近重复案件与孤立案件分布的影响因素对比研究

以中国南方某特大城市YP区为例,结合犯罪地理学主要理论选取相关变量构建二元逻辑回归模型,探讨区域环境对入室盗窃临近重复案件和孤立案件分布的影响差异。研究发现：居民数量、银行&ATM机和公园集聚的区域发生临近重复案件的概率比孤立案件更高,而道路密度高的社区难以发生临近重复案件;青少年人口比重高和低租金住户多的社区会加剧弱势群体、问题人群的集中趋势,临近重复犯罪发生的可能性也会随之上升,其中青少年人口的影响程度高于低租金住户。研究结果可对微观社区层面入室盗窃临近重复犯罪的治安防控与警务政策制定提供一定的参考。     

河南省流动人口的空间格局及其对人口分布的影响

利用全国与河南省六普数据,对河南省流动人口的空间格局进行研究。(1)流动人口省内空间格局具有很强的不均衡性,具有向重要热点、重要轴带、重点区域集聚的特征,呈现出"一心多点、一区四带"的空间格局,形成"多点+弓箭"的空间迁移模式;(2)河南省迁出人口具有较强的沿海指向性与地域临近性的特征,而省外外来人口具有明显的地域临近特征;(3)在全国人口流动的趋势与流动人口空间集聚影响下,河南省成为全国的重要人口输出大省与人口净流出区域,人户的空间分离现象日益突出,并且人口规模东南多西北少的分布格局逐渐改变,人口分布与空间格局正发生重组。基于此,提出了河南省实现未来一系列的空间发展战略的保障措施和对策建议。     

街头抢劫者前犯罪经历对其后作案地选择的影响

作案地选择是犯罪地理学的研究主题。已有的重复作案地选择的研究表明,犯罪者“前案件”作案地选择对他们“后案件”作案地选择具有影响,但以往研究关注的是先前的犯罪时间和地点对其后续作案地选择的影响,仍未检验犯罪者在“前案件”中犯罪经历的具体作用。因此,论文以中国东南沿海ZG市为例,利用街头抢劫者的抓捕数据和混合Logit模型,聚焦探析街头抢劫者先前的个体犯罪经历对他们随后的作案地选择的影响。研究发现：街头抢劫者在“前案件”中的犯罪间隔、犯罪出行和当场被捕等个体犯罪经历对其“后案件”作案地选择具有强烈的影响,即“前后案件”的犯罪间隔越临近、“前案件”犯罪出行距离越短,以及“前案件”未当场被捕,则大大增加了街头抢劫者返回到先前抢劫区域再次犯罪的可能性。并通过警察访谈和结合理论分析,发现“前案件”未当场被捕是由犯罪者当场被捕的恐惧感、警察特殊的干预方式,以及社会凝聚力和犯罪防控的相互作用而形成。研究结论可为警务部门的“事前防控”与“主动处置”提供一定的参考。     

长三角区域知识合作网络演化的空间特征

借助社会网络方法和动态演化的视角,对1991—2010年长三角16个地区间知识合作网络演化的空间特征进行考察,剖析了各时段内网络空间分布特征及空间格局、网络节点的空间驱动机制和区域知识合作的空间选择倾向。结果表明:长三角区域知识合作网络演化过程存在空间极化现象,以沪宁为轴线的苏南地区明显优于浙北地区;区域结网的空间驱动方式逐步由沪宁杭为主的大城市驱动向中小城市驱动转变;知识合作网络在空间上呈明显的核心-边缘格局并将长期存在。地理临近、行政区临近和知识规模临近是影响区际知识合作空间对象选择的主要因素。其中,知识规模临近的作用不断增强,而地理临近与行政区临近的作用则不断减弱。     

珠江三角洲城市热岛空间分布及热岛强度研究

进入21世纪,我国珠江三角洲地区城市化规模越来越大,研究该地区的热岛效应具有重要的现实意义。研究区21世纪初自动气象站点运行趋于稳定,数据质量好,为城市气候研究提供了数据基础。利用2000—2003年的珠江三角洲城市群自动气象站温度数据进行空间分析,统计热岛和冷岛出现的频率,总结空间分布规律,并对照土地利用类型图分析热岛区域与地表覆被的对应关系。计算每月热岛强度值,通过热岛的月际变化曲线,总结热岛的年变化规律以及昼夜差异。研究结果表明,研究区城市热岛呈现"六区两带"的空间分布格局;全年中夏季白天的热岛强度最大,并且夏季的热岛强度出现昼强夜弱的现象。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
