论中国西南与东南亚的经济合作

本文通过对区域内外环境、地缘关系、经济互补等方面的分析，论述了中国西南与东南亚经济合作的基本动力和客观基础，提出了本地区经济合作的多种模式，阐明了西南地区应采取的战略措施。     

粤港新经济合作格局演变及广东对策

改革开放30年来,在经济全球化、亚太区域经济一体化的宏观背景下．广东经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就。随着广东经济层次的提高和对外经贸关系的升级,粤港、粤新之间传统的经济合作格局和经贸合作模式难以继续维系。为在三方利益博弈新格局中寻得发展先机．广东必须发挥其经济腹地及市场广阔、产业体系完善的优势,探索粤港、粤新经贸合作新模式,开拓广东对外经贸发展的新局面。     

中国与东南亚地缘环境和跨境河流合作

本文从地缘环境视角分析中国与东南亚跨境河流合作,简要分析了中国与东南亚在四条跨境河流水电开发、电力贸易、国际航道、环境保护等方面合作现状,指出中国与东南亚跨境河流合作前景不容乐观,存在本位利益、水事争端、环境、移民、民族等问题,重点从地缘环境展开对跨境河流合作的影响分析,最后提出了通过妥善处理主权争端、充分发挥区域合作组织作用、改善舆论环境、理性应对东南亚平衡战略和大国关系、建立跨境河流合作机制、重视流域可持续发展等措施优化地缘环境从而促进跨境河流合作。     

深化北部湾(广西)经济区的竞争与合作关系研究

深化北部湾（广西）经济区的竞争与合作关系是在新的国际国内经济环境下的必然选择。本文分析了该区域发展的现状特点，揭示了区域竞争与合作过程中存在的问题，提出了加强互信、完善机构和合作机制，全面合作、重点突破、推进区域竞争与合作关系向纵深和更高层次发展的战略措施。     

地缘合作的理论框架探讨-以东南亚为例

地缘合作是基于地缘区位而进行的区域合作,已成为政府和学术界关注的焦点问题。东南亚是地缘政治的传统"破碎地带",亦是"海上丝绸之路"的重要区域。文章从地缘合作的概念、空间层次和合作框架进行理论探讨,选择东南亚中的东南亚国家联盟(东盟)、大湄公河次区域合作和东盟南增长三角作为地缘合作的三个典型案例,进行实证研究,分别探讨了地缘区域合作、地缘次区域合作和地缘经济区合作三种类型的制度安排。地缘区域合作依托于地缘板块,通过国家联盟的政策体系来促进地缘合作;地缘次区域侧重于交通、能源等方面的具体项目,多渠道融资来推动次区域合作;地缘经济区则主要承载了边境合作区、出口加工区等政策性区域。研究认为,在"一带一路"国家战略的引领下,中国与东盟的经贸合作、大湄公河次区域的交通和能源项目共建、边境合作区开发等是深化地缘合作的重要实践载体。

本文论述了亚太地区国际政治经济关系发展的趋势，分析了亚太地区跨国经济合作的历史进程，阐明了东北亚经济地域结构的基本特点与区域经济合作的变化态势。     

论中印地缘政治关系下云南与印度区域经济合作

本文通过地缘政治与区域经济合作关系分析,具体阐述了地缘政治关系对区域经济合作的影响和区域经济合作对地缘政治关系的作用。在此基础上分析中印地缘政治关系下云南与印度开展区域经济合作的可行性、合作的内容与方式。     

俄罗斯和中亚五国资源开发现状与潜力分析

俄罗斯和中亚五国地域辽阔,土地、森林、水、能源等自然资源丰富,尤其是有色金属矿藏,种类配套齐全,在世界都占有重要地位。俄罗斯和中亚五国与中国在地缘、历史和文化等多方面有着悠久的历史,具有资源开发、经贸合作和科技交流的国际背景和有利条件。俄罗斯和中亚五国十分重视资源开发和原料出口,向主要经济合作伙伴推销资源产品,并很快引起许多国家,尤其是经济发展较快国家的重视。在未来的几年中,中国与俄罗斯和中亚五国在土地、电力、建材、机械、畜牧业、信息、交通等领域都有着广阔的合作空间。可以说,中国与俄罗斯和中亚五国及其辐射地区市场潜力巨大,待开发的领域空白点较多,特别是里海、西伯利亚的石油和天然气,是21世纪全球最具能源开发前景的地区,而能源勘探与开采领域则是我们未来需要重点发展合作的领域。但是,中亚国家的原料型经济倾向,参与世界经济一体化程度不足,生产和社会基础薄弱,这些问题都阻碍着中亚国家的可持续发展。特别是中亚国家的加工工业和轻工业相对落后,大部分日用消费品依靠进口。这是我国在中亚区域经济合作中充分发挥市场优势、加工业优势的有利条件。所以,资源和经济技术的互补性,对发展中国与中亚五国和俄罗斯双边的区域经济合作都将起到积极作用。展望21世纪的俄罗斯、中亚五国与中国的经贸合作关系,根据俄罗斯和中亚各国资源状况实地调查和统计资料等,对区域资源开发现状与潜力进行了分析,对共同面对的问题,合作的基础和条件及合作前景,都进行了探讨。     

东南亚华人华侨网络与中国企业海外投资的区位选择关系研究

随着“走出去”战略的实施和“一带一路”倡议的提出,中国在全球化经济中逐渐成为国际投资的主要力量之一。海外华人华侨网络曾经积极促进外商对华的直接投资,是否在这个过程中再次扮演积极的作用,是当前经济地理领域尚未充分探究的问题。因此,本文从经典的区位选择问题切入,探究海外华人华侨网络与中国企业海外投资的区位选择的关系,利用2001-2016年中国企业投资东南亚国家的数据,通过混合逻辑模型回归分析海外华人华侨对中国企业投资区位的影响。结果表明：① 从整体上看,东南亚各国的华人华侨规模和中国企业对外直接投资的区位选择之间存在显著的正相关关系;② 从投资时间上看,海外华人华侨规模与中国企业对外直接投资区位选择之间的关系显著性呈现扩大趋势,说明华人华侨在促进中国企业对外投资方面存在较大潜力;③ 从投资的行业和环节上看,不同行业和不同职能部门的企业在东南亚投资中海外华人华侨在其投资区位选择中所起的作用不同。     

福建滨海城市与内陆城市旅游合作发展战略研究—以闽西南五市旅游合作发展

福建省是典型的近海处份,册海兼备是福建省旅游业发展的一个有利条件,山海反差为福建省发展大旅游,倡导滨海城市与内陆城市的旅游合作提供资源配置优势,旅游合作必须遵循三个导向相结合、平等互利、整体提高原则;建立合作机构,重组共享旅游资源,重新划分旅游功能区,重新开发旅游精品,推进旅游企业合作,滨海城市与内陆城市旅游歙和发展是福建省区域旅游可持续发展的新路。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
