3 土地生态经济系统的运行机制3.1 土地生态经济系统运行目标土地生态系统与土地经济系统复合而成的土地生态经济系统,其运行目标也不是单一的,而是多目标的复合,这一运行目标集合体由四个基本要素构成:(1)合理配置土地资源;(2)持续增殖土地价值;(3)创建且发展有序的人地关系格局;(4)构筑并保持土地生     

洪河保护区湿地生态需水量研究

以洪河保护区为例 ,按照湿地生态系统的结构和功能 ,把生态需水量划分为 4种类型 :湿地植被需水量、湿地土壤需水量、生物栖息地需水量、补给地下水需水量 ,分别确定了需水量的级别和相应的指标。根据公式 ,计算了保护区各级别的生态需水量。结果表明 ,洪河保护区湿地最小生态需水量为 1 .4 8× 1 0 8m3 ～ 1 .99× 1 0 8m3 ,最适宜生态需水量为 1 .99× 1 0 8m3 ～ 2 .9× 1 0 8m3 ,最大生态需水量为 3.72× 1 0 8m3 ～ 4 .5 2× 1 0 8m3 。     

海南岛橡胶农场可持续发展研究——以三道国营农场为例

调查了三道农场生态环境和社会经济状况,建议发展以生态旅游业为龙头的生态产业与生态恢复相结合改造橡胶农场,改变单纯依赖橡胶种植的脆弱经济结构.将农场的土地利用划分为天然林封育区、观光型生态农业区、药用植物资源保护及栽培区和生态旅游区共4个功能区.通过实施生态林业工程、生态农业工程和旅游配套工程等措施,发展生态观光农业和生态旅游业,走社会、经济和生态相协调的可持续发展的道路.     

旅游地生态安全测度分析——以九寨沟自然保护区为例

从人地关系安全、旅游生态伦理以及全球气候变化的视角,提出广义与狭义的旅游地生态安全概念,建立基于生态足迹的旅游地生态安全测度与评价模型,并以九寨沟为例,探讨旅游消费对旅游地区内与区际生态安全影响的特性。结果表明:(1)2004年九寨沟游客的旅游生态足迹总值为163514.0248hm²,人均旅游生态足迹为0.105190274hm²,居民的人均本底生态足迹为0.994925 hm²,同2002年比较,旅游生态足迹总值增加115.10%,人均旅游生态足迹增加72.44%,居民人均本底生态足迹增加3.47%。(2)2004年九寨沟旅游废弃物生态足迹总量为46960.5678hm²,约占旅游生态足迹总值的42.35%,其中旅游业的CO₂排放量高达309455.66t,占旅游废弃物生态足迹的99.84%,加强旅游业发展对区域乃至全球气候变化影响的研究十分紧要。(3)2004年九寨沟的生态安全系数处于1.093158~1.159388之间,处于可持续发展的生态安全状态,九寨沟自然保护区发展旅游业对自身生态安全的影响小于对区际(全球)的生态安全影响。(4)未来游客量的增加、旅行市场半径的拓展、受旅游消费示范效应的影响而引起的居民消费方式的转变以及居民对自然环境资源依赖程度的加强态势,是影响九寨沟生态安全的主要因素。     

京杭大运河的完全价值观

从理论和现实背景出发, 提出对京杭大运河价值的初步认识: 京杭大运河具有四大基本价值: (1) 作为文化 遗产的价值, 起到彰显民族身份和促进文化认同的作用; (2) 作为区域城乡生产与生活的重要保障, 具有输水、航运 和灌溉等现实功能的价值; (3) 作为区域生态基础设施的价值, 是保障国土生态安全的关键性格局; (4) 运河还具有 作为潜在的休闲通道的价值, 是国民身心再生和教育的战略性资源。强调只有用完全的价值观充分认识运河廊道, 并处理好现实的功能需要与这些价值间的相互关系, 才能保护和利用好运河遗产及其相关资源, 使之在当代发挥 应有的作用。在此基础上提出以建设遗产廊道的方式、结合南水北调和东部生态安全格局及中国南北生态休闲廊 道的建设, 将保护与利用京杭大运河作为国家战略。当务之急是: (1) 应用“反规划”理念进行运河的整体保护规划; (2) 展开资源摸底, 全面掌握大运河遗产廊道资源情况; (3) 制定整体性的管理和发展战略; (4) 以申报世界遗产南 水北调工程为契机, 建立大运河区域间协作机制。任何单一的价值观(如从单一的输水功能考虑) 和单一的工程措 施, 都将给中国大地上这一独特的文化景观和与之相联系的历史文化、生态及社会经济系统带来不可挽回的遗憾。     

我国生态用地的研究进展与展望

从分析生态环境安全和生态用地保护的重要性入手,在生态用地的界定与分类、规模量化与空间布局、生态服务价值估算与生态补偿机制等方面分析了我国生态用地的研究进展,总结了相关研究的成果和存在的不足,并探讨了进一步开展我国生态用地研究的思路和方向。今后应重点加强5个方面的研究:1定性与定量结合的生态用地界定和分类方法;2"生态最优"和"最少保护"合力下的生态用地规模量化;3刚性与弹性框架下的生态用地分类保护制度;4基于栅格数据格式的生态服务价值估算和生态补偿机制;5不同尺度下生态用地的空间规划与地图综合。     

生态足迹分析在郑州北部综合生态经济示范区建设中的应用研究

运用生态足迹分析法等理论,深入分析郑州北部生态经济示范区生态足迹及生态承载力。结果表明:2011年,示范区主体惠济区生物资源消费人均生态足迹为4.508 hm2,能源消费人均生态足迹为0.168 hm2,总的人均生态足迹为4.676 hm2,人均生态承载力为0.998 1 hm2;惠济区生态处于赤字状态。在此基础上,针对性地提出了郑州北部生态经济示范区建设的对策建议,将生态优势转化为产业优势,以生态经济价值的全面实现培育地方发展新的竞争力。     

论建设生态城市的立足点

从生态城市的内涵、结构组成、功能及特点等生态城市有关的基本理论分析入手,探讨建设生态城市的理论依据.在分析中国建设生态城市所面临的问题和现状的基础上提出中国建设生态城市的基本立足点,可以概括为：（1）以城乡共同发展为准则;（2）以加大科研投入,提高教育水平,提高人口素质为先导;（3）以生态修复为基础;（4）以发展循环的经济为核心;（5）以加强环境立法,提高环境管理效率为手段.     

生态城市建设背景下湛江红树林的保护与利用

以中国最大的红树林生长基地———湛江市为例,经过实地调研和多方论证,分析了当前湛江红树林的生存现状和存在的问题。究其原因在于:对红树林在区域生态安全格局中的战略意义认识不足、当地社会经济发展带来的巨大冲击,以及红树林资源开发的滞后等。针对这些问题,首先从海陆一体化、海岸带等方面,明确了红树林湿地在维护区域生态安全格局中的战略地位。在此基础上,厘清了红树林湿地在湛江生态城市建设中的意义和作用,提出了今后湛江红树林湿地的总体建设方向:(1)以红树林湿地为核心,重构湛江市的区域生态安全格局;(2)加强湛江市红树林生态系统的重构;(3)开展沿海红树林的生态恢复;(4)推进生态旅游产业的开发。     

新疆孔雀河流域生态基流与天然植被需水量研究

研究和确定流域生态基流及天然植被需水量是为了遏制因河道断流或流量减少而造成的生态环境退化,以确保流域生态系统健康发展。根据孔雀河流域植被类型分布及多年径流状况,将河道分为A、B两部分,A段为孔雀河上游塔什店至第三分水枢纽常年未断流河道;B段为第三分水枢纽以下天然植被主要分布区。基于塔什店水文站近50 a水文数据,结合Tennant法等4种方法对A段河道生态基流进行估算;选择潜水蒸发法、定额法对B段距河道1 km辐射范围内的天然植被需水量进行计算。结果表明:Tennant法估算的年均生态基流为9.13 m³·s^-1,对应基本生态水量为2.88×10⁸ m³·a^-1,满足A段河道2000—2018年多年平均河损,且近10 a(2009—2018年)塔什店实测年均流量均可满足此生态基流标准;B段河道辐射范围内天然植被总面积为4.66×10⁴ hm²,生态需水量为0.95×10⁸ m³·a^-1,以孔雀河生态输水工程为例科学调控水资源,在满足A段基本生态基流的同时兼顾B段天然植被需水量。研究结果对实现孔雀河河道修复和不同水平年下生态供水具有一定的意义。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
