人文与经济地理学的发展和展望

人文地理学是地理学三大分支学科之一。1940年中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所成立以来,人文与经济地理学经历了萌芽、上升、成熟、波动和大发展等几个重要阶段,在科学研究、人才培养、服务国家战略决策等方面取得了突出进展和显著成效。经济地理、农业地理、工业地理、交通地理、城市地理、乡村地理、旅游地理与区域可持续发展等学科领域研究取得了开创性成就,带动了中国人文与经济地理学的整体创新和发展。研究所主持完成了系列国家重大任务,在农业区划与土地利用、工业基地建设与交通布局、城镇体系建设与城镇化、区域发展与规划等领域取得了系列重大成果,为服务支撑国家发展战略,引领人文与经济地理学发展做出了重要贡献。本文对80年来地理资源所人文与经济地理学科的建立与成长历程、研究领域、研究队伍和学术成果,以及在服务国家和地区经济社会发展中发挥作用方面进行了系统梳理;通过遴选地理资源所人文与经济地理学者发表的6216篇文献（中文文献4576篇,英文文献1640篇）,梳理分析了几个主要阶段的人文与经济地理学研究进展及其学术成果。面向国家生态文明建设、新型城镇化、乡村振兴、美丽中国建设战略,亟需创新人文与经济地理学前沿理论、创建交叉新型学科体系,对进一步强化国土空间治理、区域可持续发展、人地系统科学与国家现代化地理学创新等重点研究领域和方向提出了新的思考与展望。     

中国人文地理学研究进展与展望

本文重点总结了近年来人地关系论、文化地理学、行为地理学、社会地理学和政治地理学等人文地理学的特色分支学科和新兴分支学科的发展现状、研究进展及未来发展展望。通过对国内大量的文献分析和与国外相关研究进展的比较分析后认为,中国人文地理学在理论创新、研究方法、手段革新和实践应用等方面均取得了丰硕的研究成果。表现为：人地关系论作为地理学研究核心的地位得到进一步提升;文化地理研究视野更为开阔,并在转向新文化地理学;行为地理学进入了重要的研究转向与繁荣发展新阶段;政治地理学顺应地缘政治战略需求开始由低迷走向回暖;社会地理学伴随和谐社会建设蓬勃发展。未来中国人文地理学研究的总体趋势是,面向国家战略需求,树立人地和谐的科学发展观,紧跟中国经济社会发展的时代步伐,在力所能及地解决国家发展中若干新问题的同时,重点深化人地关系理论及研究方法,加强人地系统调控机理与过程、格局与节律及其示范应用的研究,加强人地系统演进过程中的全球问题、全球变化及其区域响应的研究;顺应国家文化产业大发展和建设文化强国的战略要求,加强文化地理研究与国家文化产业振兴的融合研究,建设中国“本土化”的文化地理学学科体系;进一步拓展行为地理学研究广度与深度,加强实验性研究;关注新地缘政治学、都市政治地理和地方政治地理的研究,依托“六普”数据推动社会地理学研究实现新的跨越。通过上述研究,进一步推动中国人文地理学健康持续稳定发展。     

历史地理视角下的城市文化传播与人文地理研究——评《人文地理学导论》

正地理学是研究地球表面自然和社会人文因素关系规律的综合性科学,可以看作是自然与人文之间的桥梁。近年来,随着中国工业化和城市化的不断加深,以城市文化、大数据、物联网为核心的信息文化传播领域成为当代地理学新的研究重点,也为人文地理学未来的发展提出了新的研究方向。     

中国人文——经济地理学科进展及展望

过去5年,是中国人文一经济地理学发展进程中的一个重要时期,以面向中国健康城市化和区域可持续发展的社会需求为导向,在国家重大地域规划研制和战略咨询中发挥了重要的支撑作用,一系列重大研究成果得到中央政府采纳,产生了良好的社会影响;学科的理论方法建设迈上新台阶,人文一经济地理学者在承担国家科技支撑计划项目、国家基金重点项目等方面有所突破,科技论文和学术专著数量与质量有所提升,省部级重点实验室和重点学科建设以及科学奖励有所进展。近年中国人文一经济地理学的发展呈现以下特征：交叉科学的定位和应用基础研究的价值进一步明确、“人文地理＋经济地理”的人文一经济地理学科架构已经成型、基于人地系统研究的应用领域不断拓展、面向社会和文化发展的新兴领域和方向有所加强、GIS技术方法的应用越来越受到重视。与国外相比,中国的人文一经济地理学人文化倾向并不十分突出、面向政府决策层的服务能力走在前列,但国际交流强度不足、特别是前沿的学术思想研究与系统的理论创新还有待加强。未来中国的人文一经济地理学的发展,必须在交叉学科的综合性研究手段、基础理论建设和学科结构优化、完善数据采集和空间模拟分析方法等方面有所突破和创新。     

面向治理的地理学发展刍议

“四个面向”（面向世界科技前沿、面向经济主战场、面向国家重大需求、面向人民生命健康）已成为新时代中国科学发展的指针。治理是一个反映“四个面向”的国际前沿研究领域,也是地理学和其他学科研究的焦点。围绕地理学如何应对治理这一关键问题,基于人地耦合的理念,系统梳理国内外地理学进行治理研究的轨迹与特点,从价值、思想、方法、技术4个维度发掘面向治理的地理学发展路径,紧密联系地理学发展动态及治理现代化的实践,从基础研究、平台建设、人才培育3个方面提出发展策略。提升中国地理学在国际治理研究中的影响力,促进地理学与其他学科的交叉融合,将自然与人文有机结合的理念应用于社会治理,增进居民福祉,并服务国家战略和区域可持续发展。     

人文地理学学科体系与发展战略要点

本文属于《中国学科及前沿领域发展战略研究（2021—2035）》地理科学学科规划的系列成果之一,写作组在对人文地理学学科发展进行系统梳理与分析判研的基础上,在本文中侧重介绍未来15年的中国人文地理学学科体系与发展战略要点。人文地理学是研究人类活动地理分布格局形成和演变规律的一门学科。随着人类发展临近和进入后工业化阶段,人类活动的经济社会过程对人文地理分布规律的影响越来越重要,社会科学研究思维和方法已成为探讨和理解变化的人文地理过程和格局的重要途径,人文地理学研究方法论也呈现出自然科学和社会科学综合集成的特色。人文地理学研究的成果产出,揭示了人类活动地理分布格局和演变的科学规律,成为调控和优化国土空间开发保护格局的科学基础,在国土空间规划、区域战略和区域政策制定、空间治理现代化等方面有着广泛的应用,人文地理学的科学研究与决策应用之间具有紧密的关系。根据学科发展现状、趋势及主要产出结果,中国人文地理学可按照5个分支学科群进行学科战略布局,包括综合人文地理学、经济地理学、城市地理学、乡村地理学、社会文化地理学和政治地理学。各分支学科在新时期地理科学学科体系下,具有其优先发展领域与重点方向,相互协调,不断创新。     

信息时代的地理学与人文地理学创新

在分析信息技术与地理学相关研究的基础上,重点讨论了中国人文地理学的发展与创新问题,包括基于大数据应用的方法革新、流动空间分析的框架、人地关系理论体系与应用研究等内容。未来中国人文地理学的发展,一方面要打破传统的学科框架,积极吸纳相关学科理论、方法和技术方面的创新成果,构建信息时代人文地理学理论与方法体系;另一方面,要立足中国国情与特色,紧扣国家战略,增强人文地理解决问题的能力,加强面向问题的综合应用研究。     

朝向马克思主义地理学：探寻城市化与正义问题的本质——哈维著《社会正义与城市》述评

马克思主义地理学既是人文地理学的重要流派,也深刻影响了其他学科领域。大卫·哈维的《社会正义与城市》是马克思主义地理学的奠基之作。由于该书理论性强,涉及很多大而复杂的问题,因而也很难解读。哈维试图从整体视角理解和剖析城市(化)问题,创新了“社会进程—空间形式”的理论。通过比较自由主义与马克思主义的城市研究方法论,得出理论的本质在于方法和哲学的综合,空间的本质在于人的实践,正义的本质取决于社会进程的运行,城市化的本质是资本生产的需要和产物的结论。该书开创了马克思主义地理学的知识地基,开辟了城市研究的批判路径,开拓了当代马克思主义的生长点。中国知识分子应该密切关注不平衡的城市化,提出新发展阶段的“城市总问题”,坚持和强化思想研究,通过对不同经典理论的症候阅读,围绕时代问题大胆进行理论革命。     

中国港口地理学研究进展与展望

基于CiteSpace文献计量工具对中国港口地理学的研究机构、研究团队、研究热点及研究阶段进行分析,总结中国港口地理研究的总体特征。研究发现：中国港口地理学实现快速发展,研究方法和研究内容日趋多元化,航运企业与航运网络、绿色低碳港口等新视角开始发轫,逐渐成为港口地理学的重要研究方向;但中国港口地理学研究机构之间尚缺乏紧密的合作关系。最后,围绕港口地理学的学科发展及国家战略需求,从完善港口地理学概念及基本范畴、扩展全球视野创新理论研究、立足微观视角强化机理探究、学科融合的理论与实践探索、面向国家战略强化政策与实践探索5个方面探讨中国港口地理学未来发展趋势。     

人文与经济地理学的传承与创新：青年学者的行动

2018年是中国改革开放40周年,也是“科学的春天”40周年。随着中国进入特色社会主义新时代,人文与经济地理学也将迈入新时代。青年学者恰好处在承前启后的这一时期,围绕学科传承和创新发展需要,面向新时代国家和经济社会发展的现实需求,青年学者积极行动起来,努力学习和传承人文与经济地理学前辈所建立的学科体系,并力图继续开拓和创新。一是助力建设学科文化,打造具有学科认同感和归属感的学术共同体。二是在向西方学习的同时,加强中国特色的自主理论建构与创新。三是向相关学科方向学习,加强交叉与综合的数据和方法创新,建设科学化、多元化的研究方法体系。四是青年学者更需要踏实认真的态度,找准个人研究领域方向,求真务实并力图创造新的知识,不断提升研究深度。人文与经济地理学的学科梦必将在一代代青年学者的接力奋斗中变为现实。
