欠发达区地理环境对专业村发展的影响研究

基于经济学和地理学中的“理性小农”、“劳动分工与专业化”和“距离衰减与邻里效应”理论,并考虑资源环境条件,建立了解释专业村形成机理和形成类型的理论框架。用数理方法推理了村产业结构的发展变化和专业村的形成。在理论分析的基础上,运用2010 年河南省的专业村数据,选择地形、区位、土地和劳动力等环境变量和16 类专业村的虚拟变量,使用最小二乘法进行回归,结果表明村环境资源条件对专业化率有显著影响:① 村劳动力资源越多,专业化率越低;② 村土地越多越利于专业化生产;③ 村离县级市距离越近,越有利于形成农产品加工专业村;④ 具有批发市场可以提高所有专业村的专业化率,对养殖业和加工业专业村更是如此;⑤如果其他环境相同,丘陵地区的专业化率比其他地区低;这主要与丘陵地区交通条件不畅、人均耕地较少等有关。采用定性模型分析表明:环境影响在不同类别的专业村有所不同。土地丰裕程度对茶叶、林业和水果种植等类专业村形成有正面影响,劳动力资源对花卉等专业村的形成产生影响;地域通达性对水果、蔬菜和花卉等时鲜产品专业村的形成产生正面影响。该研究结果的实践引申,在不同环境条件的地区,可以制定相应的适宜专业化发展的引导政策。     

河南省专业村劳动力外流与影响因素分析

专业村作为农区经济发展的一种特殊形式,被认为是乡村振兴的重要抓手。近年来,许多专业村呈现高度集约化的发展趋势,专业大户的出现和增多导致了部分专业小户放弃从事特色产业项目。专业村中从事专业化生产的专业户比例下降,劳动力外流现象已经显现。论文依托河南省专业村2008年和2017年两次普查数据及2022—2023年开展的典型案例区专业村实地调研数据,运用空间自相关和热点分析等方法对不同类型专业村劳动力外流特征进行分析,借助地理探测器对专业村劳动力外流的主导因素进行探测识别和交互作用分析。研究发现：(1)整体来看,河南省各地区的专业村劳动力外流数量均明显增多;(2)从空间特征来看,农业型专业村劳动力外流的空间集聚特征明显,工业型专业村劳动力外流不具有空间集聚特征,服务业型及其他专业村劳动力外流具有空间集聚趋势;(3)从数量变化来看,农业型专业村劳动力外流在河南省各个地区均呈增多态势,工业型专业村劳动力外流在豫东地区最为明显,服务业型及其他专业村劳动力外流相对较为复杂;(4)定量分析结果表明,专业户率、区位特征、耕地资源、人力资源是影响专业村劳动力外流的主要因素;(5)研究认为专业村劳动力外流的...     

特色种植专业村空间扩散及影响因素分析——以河南省柘城县辣椒种植为例

专业村是中国区域农业专业化发展的空间载体,其扩散因能扩大专业种植规模、形成地理优势而备受关注。运用2011 年河南省柘城县辣椒种植业调查数据,采用空间分析、社会网络分析、回归分析等方法,从辣椒种植空间扩散及影响因素入手,探讨了辣椒种植专业村的空间扩散过程及其影响因素。研究发现：① 特色种植空间扩散主要有4 种途径,但以政府廊道、近邻廊道为主;② 专业村的空间扩散特征为：点域扩散→交通轴线扩散→局部面状扩散→广域扩散→边缘区扩散。此发现说明,示范效应、政府深刻影响着柘城县农户对辣椒种植的选择,距离、交通及村庄区位等地理要素深刻影响着扩散的空间格局。③ 整个特色种植的扩散速度主要受距离县城远近的影响,专业村的扩散速度主要受距离辣椒种植基地远近的影响。④ 特色种植的扩散强度受资源、政府影响最大;随着时间的推移,媒体、市场、耕地规模影响逐步增强。专业村的扩散强度受区位影响较弱,受资源、种植习惯的影响较大,且随时间的推移,市场因素影响凸显。总之,影响特色种植空间扩散的因素较分散,影响专业村空间扩散的因素较集中,但均随着时间的变化不断变化,且整体呈现：区位、资源条件的影响始终最大,市场因素作用趋于增强。最后,文章从村域微观环境、村际中观环境及社会宏观背景三个方面对其进行了分析和解释。     

中国专业村镇空间格局及其影响因素

探索专业村镇的地域分异格局特征及其影响因素,对实施农业转型升级与乡村振兴战略具有重要参考价值。本文基于农业农村部“一村一品”示范村镇资料揭示了中国专业村镇的空间格局,运用地理探测器模型从全国和农业区尺度分析了地形特征、资源禀赋和区位条件等村域环境因素,以及市场需求和经济基础等区域环境因素对专业村镇分布的影响。研究发现:① 中国专业村镇主要分布在胡焕庸线东南半壁,占83.64%,呈现中心集聚和由华北平原—长江下游平原向南、再向西北梯度递减特征;② 主导产业细分门类以水果、蔬菜为主,占59.45%,主要分布在黄淮海平原、关中平原、长江中下游平原、四川盆地等,且多以省会城市为中心,呈圈带状分布;③ 专业村镇空间分布受区域环境因素的影响强于村域环境因素,市场需求和经济基础因素的解释力值分别为0.30和0.19,村域环境因素中地形特征因素影响相对较大,其解释力值为0.15;④ 影响因素存在明显的区域差异,北方平原—丘陵区主要受到市场需求因素影响,农牧交错—高原区主要受到地形特征和资源禀赋因素的影响,西北—青藏高原区主要受市场需求、经济基础和区位条件的影响,而南方丘陵—高原区解释力较弱。研究可为提高农业生产专业化水平、识别和培育专业村镇和乡村振兴极、推进乡村振兴战略实施提供科学参考。     

电子商务专业村空间格局演化及影响因素研究——基于2015—2020年中国淘宝村数据

电子商务专业村是数字经济时代中国农村产业转型升级的新模式。论文基于2015—2020年全国淘宝村空间数据,采用GIS空间分析和地理探测器等方法探求电子商务专业村的空间格局及演化特征,揭示不同影响因素作用机理。结果表明：① 淘宝村总体空间分布格局与中国基本地理格局高度吻合,时空演化呈现由中心向外围逐渐扩散特征;② 淘宝村呈现显著的空间集聚特征,空间集聚强度逐年增强,高强度集聚范围逐年扩大,华北平原传统农区出现高强度淘宝村集聚区;③ 淘宝村呈现显著的空间聚类分异特征,空间聚类区分布相对稳定,高—高(HH)集聚区集中分布在苏南、浙江、福建的泉州、莆田和潮汕揭城市群;④ 各影响因素对淘宝村空间格局演化具有不同的解释强度,产业基础和区位条件是高作用影响因子,政府行为影响力稳步上升,社会经济影响呈“U”型变化态势,三级影响因素中第一产业增加值、农村常住人口的影响程度呈下降趋势。研究结果对推进电子商务专业村发展、深化专业村发展理论、助力乡村振兴具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。     

石家庄市农户蔬菜经营的调查研究

通过对石家庄市8个不同类型蔬菜生产专业村的调查研究,从微观农户角度分析了我国加入WTO后,影响农户蔬菜生产效益的主要因素采用多元回归方法,选择经营方式、物质和技术管理投入、经营规模、市场与信息、劳动力素质等因素对蔬菜生产效益的影响程度进行了量化分析,提出了保障蔬菜生产专业村发展、提高农户收益的建议。     

关于农业区位选择的探讨

一、农业区位论概述 农业区位理论认为区位因素是影响农业生产空间选择的重要因子,其创始人杜能认为成本和价格是农业生产布局的决定因素,其中运费起关键作用。随着与市场距离的增加,农业区位布局形成以城市为中心,由内向外呈同心圆状分布的6个农业地带,其中第一圈为自由农业带,生产易腐败的蔬菜、水果、鲜奶等新鲜产品。     

河南省不同演化类型专业村的特征及其影响因素分析

探究不同时期专业村的共性特征和影响因素，对于掌握专业村演化规律、分类指导专业村建设与发展具有重要意义。利用河南省2008年、2017年两个时间节点的专业村调研数据，采用ArcGIS空间分析法、多元Logistic回归分析法，探讨了农业、工业、服务业三种产业类型专业村的消失、持续、新生状态及影响因素，得出如下结论：(1)农业专业村数量最多、空间分布密度最大、集聚点最多，且消失、生成速度均较快，但持续发展能力差；(2)工业专业村数量居中，空间分布密度低，但集聚特征明显，易于消失且形成速度最慢；(3)服务业专业村数量最少，空间分布密度低且分散，但持续发展能力最强；(4)较高的经济效益、产业化水平以及村内优秀的干部、丰富的人力资源和自然资源对专业村的形成与持续发展均具有显著的正向影响。专业村未来建设与发展，需要谨慎发展工业专业村、引导发展农业专业村、支持发展服务业专业村。     

河南省专业村销售市场的时空变化——以50个专业村为例北大核心CSCDCSSCI

专业村是农区经济发展的重要形式,销售市场作为影响专业村发展的关键因素,其时空变化是一个值得探究的问题。文章以河南省50个专业村2008年和2017年两次追踪调查数据为基础,运用标准差椭圆、社会网络分析和地理探测器等方法,梳理了河南省50个专业村销售市场的时空变化特征。研究结果表明:①专业村销售市场在时空分布上具有差异性、扩张性、波动性和扁平化的分异特征。其中心迁移变动方向不一,空间分布范围不断扩张,市场波动性比较明显,呈现出扁平化的发展趋势。②在网络结构上表现为“省内紧缩、省外拓展”的演化格局。国内一线城市的个体中心性在增强,省内部分城市的个体中心性在减弱。③在市场开拓上呈显著扩张态势,但受产品特性和交通条件等限制,不同类型专业村销售市场的扩散特征存在一定差异。从扩散距离来看,服务业型最远,农业型最近;从扩散增量大小来看,服务业型最大,工业型较小;从扩散速率快慢来看,农业型最快,工业型偏慢。④测算结果表明,不同因素对专业村销售市场扩散距离的解释力存在显著差异。整体来看,资源禀赋优势有所减弱,交通条件、产业水平和销售方式等影响明显增强。专业村销售市场的变化机制较为复杂,必要的村庄基础与产业组织为专业村产品的生产销售提供了空间载体与经济载体,销售市场则通过反馈机制,不断规范生产,促进产业升级。     

环渤海地区耕地复种指数时空变化遥感反演及影响因素探测

利用SPOTNDVI数据,对环渤海地区2000、2004、2008年耕地复种指数进行遥感反演。并利用地理探测器方法对影响复种指数动态变化的因素进行定量探测。结果表明:①从南至北,复种指数从平原地区最高280%降至北部山区最低70%,呈现出一定南北递减的纬度地带性。丘陵、高原、山区的复种指数比同一纬度地区偏低40%~60%,表现出一定垂直地带性。②2000~2004年,平原传统农区的复种指数上升,高原、山区、丘陵地区局部出现下降;2004~2008年,下降区域的复种指数反弹上升,平原农区保持平稳。③粮食单产水平是影响复种指数动态变化的主要因素,人均耕地面积、农村劳动力转移程度、农业生产条件、农业现代化水平、区位条件等因素等对其变化起着一定影响。
