The successful bid for the Beijing Winter Olympics has brought historic opportunities for the development of ice and snow tourism in China. An index system for the evaluation of tourist satisfaction in ice and snow tourism destinations was constructed from the target layer-factor layer-index layer approach in this paper. Taking tourists with ice and snow tourism experience as the research object, and integrating a questionnaire survey and the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method, a total of 840 valid questionnaires were collected to assess the satisfaction of tourists in snow and ice tourism destinations, and the promotion model of tourist satisfaction in ice and snow tourism destinations was put forward. This process led to three main results. (1) Ice and snow tourists in China are characterized as young and better-educated, with college students aged 19 to 25 as the main consumer group. More than 70% of ice and snow tourists are pretty satisfied with the current development of ice and snow destinations in China, and are willing to participate again. (2) Other than “ice and snow souvenirs”, tourists’ perceptions of importance are all higher than the level of perceived satisfaction, and the importance values of the 13 indicators including “Scenic spot security” and “Diversity of ice and snow entertainment and sports” are especially high, showing that tourists have high expectations and demands of the destinations. However, the perceived satisfaction level of tourists for all indexes is generally low, mostly at the general satisfaction level, indicating that ice and snow tourism destinations have only partially met the demands of ice and snow tourists, and there is still much room for improvement. (3) After IPA analysis, five suggestions for improving the satisfaction of tourists in ice and snow tourism destinations were put forward, including diversification of the tourism business model, construction of tourism facilities, a market diversified cultivation model, a humanized mode of tourism service and a refined management model. The results of this study will help to enrich the theory of ice and snow tourist satisfaction and promote the high-quality development of China's ice and snow tourism in the post-Winter Olympics era.  相似文献

旅游地感知是旅游地理学重要的研究领域之一,“一带一路”倡议背景下,游客空间感知与地方想象研究对推动边疆生态旅游地品牌化建设,促进边疆“去边缘化”和旅游发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。以额济纳绿洲为例,综合集成内容分析法、社会网络分析法、文本分析法与社会访谈法,探讨了边疆生态旅游地游客空间感知意象特征与地方想象建构过程。结果表明:(1) 绿洲景观生态与自然风貌是生态旅游地空间感知中最主要的部分,其中,胡杨林在游客空间感知意象网络中居于核心位置,胡杨符号成为游客审美和消费偏好。(2) K-核分析发现,胡杨要素贯穿所有凝聚子群层次变化过程,胡杨景观及其延伸的社会文化意义是游客重点关注的内容。随着K-核级数增加,游客由着重关注绿洲胡杨森林景观向绿洲森林、地貌、水体等综合自然景观过渡,绿洲人文景观除黑城遗址和策克口岸外,其他较少受到游客青睐。(3) 基于边疆独特的景观符号、典型的地域符号和层累的文化符号,借助真实空间的具身体验和想象空间的文化建构,游客对额济纳绿洲展开丰富的生命想象、边塞想象与秘境想象,塑造出绿洲鲜明的地方意象。  相似文献

以井冈山风景区为例,采用问卷调查和统计分析方法,研究了游客的生态旅游认知及其对环境管理措施的态度,并分析两者之间的相关性。结果表明:游客对生态旅游"基于自然"、"旅游对象受到保护"、"环境教育"认知率较高,对"社区利益"的认知率尚低,且不同类型游客对生态旅游认知不同。游客对"对环境负责任"、"保护环境资源"、"注意环境影响"、"重视环境教育"、"尊重地方文化"五类旅游环境管理措施持积极态度,但对"加强游客管理"的措施持消极态度。而且生态旅游的认知与某些生态旅游环境管理态度也直接相关,认识到生态旅游"基于自然"、"旅游对象受到保护"以及"社区利益"的游客更认同"重视环境教育"的环境管理措施。最后,还就提高生态旅游认知和加强生态旅游区环境管理提出了具体建议。  相似文献

Green electricity (GE) is of great importance for effectively combating climate change and global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The willingness-to-pay (WTP) for GE by end users has great influence on its widespread application, especially at the household level. Researchers have analyzed the mechanisms of residents’ WTP and predicted how much they could afford for GE. However, most of these studies have focused on developed (affluent) countries and regions, and residents’ WTP as well as the corresponding monetary amount of their WTP were not considered together in previous studies. In this study, we try to fill the gap of the inadequate research of residents’ WTP in underdeveloped areas through an analysis of the WTP of urban residents in a small Chinese city (Anyang). A total of 274 household-scale samples were collected by face-to-face interviews in December 2019. We found that approximately 60% of respondents gave a positive response to WTP, with an average value of 8.39 yuan per month. Educational attainment, per capita disposable income in the household, the length of residents’ time living in urban areas and the rate of neighbors’ approval of WTP are all positively correlated with the tendency of the residents’ positive response toward WTP. The three factors of per capita disposable income, the rate of neighbors’ approval of WTP and the degree of residents’ environmental concerns are positively correlated with the amount of residents’ WTP. More importantly, we demonstrated the existence of a weak “Herd Effect” in residents’ views of WTP. Finally, some suggestions for policymakers are given, such as raising household income through retraining and raising residents’ environmental awareness through education and community advertisements. This study also highlights that the widespread application of GE at the household level will be of great assistance to the GE industry overall. Therefore, the rising economic cost of GE should not be shared by the households in the long term.  相似文献

Tourism symbiosis is a social phenomenon consisting of many complex factors, and the reciprocal cooperation among multiple tourist agents at tourist destinations is the crux of the sustainable development of tourism. This study is from the perspective of tourist enterprises, and introduces the Symbiosis Theory of genecology. A quantitative evaluation is used to analyze both the equilibrium state of the combined symbiotic behavior routes and the behavior patterns of tourist enterprises with local governments, community residents, tourists and tourist enterprises around Qinghai Lake. The findings reveal: (1) the symbiotic behavior routes of the multiple tourist agents “E→G-R-T-E” in the Qinghai Lake area are constituted of intense symbiotic indications, while the maximum dimensionality of symbiotic interest of “E→G-R-T-E” is still in the state of disequilibrium and dissymmetry; (2) the symbiotic model of multiple tourist agents “E→G-R-T-E” in the Qinghai Lake area is an asymmetrically positive symbiotic model. It is proposed that, by establishing symbiotic mechanisms for guidance, decisions, supervisory control and profit distribution, the participation mechanism for multiple agents “E-G-R-T” can be further standardized. Moreover, tourist enterprises should be regarded as the primary agents to optimize the symbiotic model for “E→G-R-T-E” through the reinforcement of integrative supply and the construction of integrative effect, and finally promote the integrative symbiotic model of symmetrical reciprocity of the E-R-G-T model “driven by scenic areas, responsive to community residents, affected by local governments and enjoyed by tourists.”  相似文献

以珠江三角洲(下称珠三角)都市圈国内主要客源地2009~2011年度中国100强旅行社官网旅游线路报价单为基础数据,研究了珠三角都市圈发展较为成熟阶段的旅游者空间行为模式及目的地类型,发现:① 珠三角都市圈旅游者空间行为模式总体上以营区基地式和完全环游式为主。不同客源地旅游者行为模式差异较大,广东省内旅游者以单目的地式和港澳小环游为主,其余客源地旅游者多采用营区基地式、往返式、区域环游式和完全环游式等旅行模式;② 珠三角都市圈各城市在旅游线路中出现的频次存在较大差异,总体呈现出3个等级层次关系,不同城市在大小珠三角都市圈以及不同客源地旅游线路中的角色与地位不同,据此得出珠三角都市圈各客源地的空间行为模式图;③ 比较大小珠三角都市圈在空间行为模式上的差异,发现港澳与珠三角地区在旅游发展上逐渐成为一个联系紧密的整体,但实现三地旅游一体化尚待时日。  相似文献

海岸公园环境管理作为重要的生态经济发展问题,在制定有效政策时,相关信息至关重要,尤其是与娱乐或游憩相关的环境属性经济价值评价。本文以大连沿海公园为研究区域,选取海滩类型、垃圾情况、水质清澈度、拥挤程度四个环境要素,采用三种离散选择模型对游客的环境改善支付意愿(Willingness to pay,WTP)进行了估算。研究发现水质改善和减少垃圾的经济价值最高,分别为40.69元和70.55元,另外,游客对于拥挤程度的改善意愿不明显(–0.12元)。此外,本研究针对公园属性组合对受访者偏好及异质性进行了分析,结果表明,在给定的属性因素中,不同游客个体特征下的WTP存在显著的异质性,女性游客较男性对水质改善有着更高的WTP,游客收入水平与支付意愿也有明显的正相关性,从事游泳和划船活动的游客对水质的WTP较高(59.83元)。这些发现为沿海公园管理者制定有价值的政策提供了有用的信息。  相似文献

提出了深层生态旅游开发的概念,构建了一个“两翼对接”模式。在广泛野外调查的基础上,依据上述理念和开发模型,针对楼观台国家森林公园的景观资源特征,对其深层生态旅游开发进行了系统设计。具体而言,重点突出了自然山水、生物景观和道教文化三方面设计,揭示了三大类60个景物的生态文化主题,设计了相应的开发展示模式和游客生态体验方式。其目的在于,提高森林公园生态文化的展示水平和加深旅游者的生态体验。  相似文献

大数据时代,社交媒体的大量应用为研究游客情感体验以及探索其时空变化提供了新的数据源。采集3 a间西安市国内游客微博签到数据,运用热点格网图法、Getis-Ord Gi*方法和X-means聚类方法,从积极情感和消极情感2个维度研究西安市国内游客情感体验时空变化和演化规律。结果表明:(1) 城市中心、城市主轴线、主要商圈以及景区景点附近游客情感相对较高且稳定,高情感体验区域主要分布在曲江新区和西安古城旅游区。(2) 消极情感体验在西安的交通枢纽和城市边缘的空间占比高,交通枢纽主要以车站、城市进出口为主。(3) 整体上来看,3 a间西安市游客情感较为平稳,积极情感呈现“中心—边缘”的空间格局,消极情感和积极情感的呈现具有相似性,主要以3种类型为主:稳定型、相对稳定型和剧烈波动型。在3种类型中,稳定型的主要聚集地在城市中心、商圈附近、交通干线周边以及景区景点附近,相对稳定型占据西安市大面积区域,剧烈波动型处于距离城市中心较远的边缘。  相似文献

目前国际上对生态旅游和旅游者行为的研究很多,生态旅游者行为研究逐渐成为热点,又因为其复杂性,对其分类研究也是研究的难点。观鸟旅游是生态旅游最重要的表现形式,对不同类型观鸟旅游者行为特点进行研究是亟待开展的课题。本文运用休闲分类学方法,通过调查到访过董寨的观鸟旅游者的旅游行为、观鸟水平和忠诚度,分析观鸟旅游者行为特征,按照不同类型观鸟生态旅游者分析其行为特征和目的地偏好属性,目的是:(1)应用生态旅游者分类方法研究不同类型观鸟旅游者行为特征;(2)为生态旅游者行为研究提供范例。观鸟旅游者可以被分为3类,即偶尔型、积极型和熟练型;(3)提出观鸟生态旅游的发展策略,加强生态旅游者行为研究;培育生态旅游市场;为经营者提供目标市场的细分和特征。  相似文献

生态旅游是生态学向纵深层次推进而拓展的新领域,亦旅游活动多样化、高级化而萌生的新兴旅游体系。作者认为生态旅游具有六大特征:(1)旅游活动以大自然为舞台;(2)旅游内涵孕育着科学文化高雅品质;(3)旅游活动以生态学思想作为思想依据;(4)旅游活动载体具有多样化特色;(5)旅游者高强度参与性的活动;(6)生态旅游是增强人类环境意识的高品质旅游。因此,生态旅游是万年基业的可持续发展的旅游,它不但要满足当代人的旅游需求,也要为子孙后代保留足够的旅游空间、良性环境与景物,使之永续利用。因而,界定生态旅游是可持续旅游的基石。作者对生态旅游景物的生成机理,提出内生型(原生型)地域生态旅游系统(AntogenicGeo-ecotoursystem)和外生型(延生型)地域生态旅游系统(AlogenicGeo-ecotoursystem)两大类型新概念。本文阐述了生态旅游资源潜力,论述了《中国21世纪议程》与生态旅游的内在联系,提出了实施中国生态旅游发展方略。  相似文献

目的地居民作为旅游活动的重要参与主体,对旅游业的行为态度不仅影响着游客的感知和体验,也对目的地旅游业的可持续发展起着重要作用。在旅游支持态度与亲环境行为等相关研究的基础上,提出亲旅游行为的概念,表达居民促进旅游业在当地更好发展的行为意向。以社会表征理论研究框架为基础,构建“社区关系—效益感知—行为态度”模型,实证考察了社区关系对亲旅游行为的影响,探讨了旅游效益感知的中介作用和旅游事件依恋的调节作用。结果表明:社区关系对目的地居民经济效益、社会效益、环境效益感知均具有显著的正向影响,积极的旅游影响感知又对亲旅游行为产生显著的正向影响作用。居民对经济、社会、环境效益的感知在社区关系与亲旅游行为之间存在多重链式中介作用,传统的中介模型低估了旅游效益感知的影响作用。旅游事件依恋正向调节了社区关系与旅游社会效益感知、环境效益感知的关系。研究结论为揭示旅游介入情境下社区关系、效益感知与亲旅游行为之间的影响机制提供了一定的理论依据,对于目的地社区旅游开发与管理具有一定的实践参考价值。  相似文献

借鉴NEP尺度的指标构造思路以及国外相关研究进展,结合在北京市百花山自然保护区生态旅游者研究的相关数据,提出从生态旅游者与一般游客两方面的典型动机特征入手,构建一个新的生态旅游者分类指标生态旅游兴趣尺度EI,以综合评定游客对生态旅游的感兴趣程度。使用指标替代和增补的方法对EI尺度的有效性进行检验,结果表明EI尺度确实可提高生态旅游者判别的准确率,EI与NEP和VIS一起构成了识别生态旅游者的最重要的三个指标。同时,Logistic回归分析也表明,EI尺度目前在三个特征向量中对于分类的作用还较弱,这与中国处于生态旅游发展的早期阶段,生态旅游者与一般游客在动机特征方面的分异不大有关。  相似文献

采用条件价值评估法定量评估了宁夏盐池县沙漠化逆转的生态经济效益。运用SPSS对样本各因素与支付意愿和支付意愿值的相关性进行分析,结果表明:高收入、高教育水平、环保意识较强的居民,愿意支付的比例高;高收入、高教育水平、环保意识较强的城镇居民,支付意愿值高。根据总样本参数估计得出,盐池县沙漠化逆转的5年总生态经济效益的现值为3.813×107元。若一次性支付,盐池县沙漠化逆转的总生态经济效益为3.415×107元;根据各乡镇居民平均支付意愿值的参数估计得出,盐池县沙漠化逆转的5年总生态经济效益的现值为3.895×107元,调查对象的平均支付意愿值在区域中存在较大的差异。  相似文献

Ecotourism, or tourism that promotes conservation, does not occur in isolation, but as part of an interdependent system. Based on a case study at Doi Inthanon National Park, Thailand, this study outlines a conceptual framework for such a system, placing biodiversity conservation in the context of other major tourism components, including tourists, ecotourism infrastructure, protected areas and local people. In an interactive way, each component affects the conservation of biodiversity. Based on a tourist survey and participant observation, we examine the interrelationships among the key tourism components and potential changes over time. Several environmental, social, economic and educational effects illustrate the complex nature of the ecotourism-conservation relationship. Recommendations to increase conservation benefits from ecotourism are provided.  相似文献

Tourism has emerged as a major driving force in the growth and expansion of rural settlements. After several studies revealed spatial differentiation of touristization among rural settlements, studies were conducted to explain this phenomenon. However, most of these studies explained spatial differentiation of rural touristization in a qualitative way. More robust and detailed quantitative results are needed to evaluate the relative roles of different factors. In this study, which takes Yesanpo tourism as a case study, the Geo-detector method was introduced to evaluate determining factors of rural touristization. Results show that “distance to core entry”, “tourist number and sojourn time”, and “distance to the nearest scenic area” have had a strong effect on the rural touristization in Yesanpo, whereas “distance to river”, “elevation”, “distance to main road”, and “slope” have had a weak influence. The latter did, however, contribute a lot to touristization when interacting with “distance to core entry”, “tourist number and sojourn time”, and “distance to the nearest scenic”, indicating the importance of these four factors. Higher rural touristization occurred in the zone near the core entry, with many tourists, long sojourn times, and proximity to the scenic area.  相似文献

 旅游知名度是游客旅游决策的主控影响因素之一,也是旅游目的地获取潜在客源的重要手段。以我国入境旅游热点城市知名度为研究内容,从入境游客认知视角,在大样本入境游客实证调查资料的支持下,运用Moran指数和相关性检验,分析了我国入境旅游热点城市知名度认知的空间相关性,检验结果显示:我国入境旅游热点城市知名度认知具有正向空间自相关属性,其空间分布特征具有明显的类型与等级差异。相关性检验结果显示:入境旅游热点城市知名度认知存在地域相邻高度相关;沿海入境旅游热点城市知名度认知存在高度相关;入境旅游热点城市知名度认知具有明显的类型或等级相关;国际焦点关注的入境旅游热点城市认知与其它城市之间存在高度相关。  相似文献

生态旅游区的发展受到诸多确定性因素和随机性因素的共同作用,并反映于旅游区游客观测序列.通过构建游客序列分析框架,提出了游客序列分析的理论模型.并以江苏盐城麋鹿生态旅游区为例,集成多种数学方法,进行了游客序列的分解、调整和综合预测的实证分析.运用Tramo/Seats方法进行季节调整分析可有效提取时间序列各组分,从而获得了不同尺度的作用模式,所获得的去噪序列为预测研究提供了基础资料.基于ARIMA模型、Winter加法模型、Winter乘法模型和Tramo/Seats模型的综合预测表明,麋鹿生态旅游区未来两年年平均新增游客数量在1.95-3.14万人次之间.各方法预测结果间的差异与其建模思路及实现方法有关,因此集成多种方法进行预测,并进行对比分析,有助于获得对游客波动变化更为全面的认识,同时所提供的多种可能预测方案,可为生态旅游区容量控制、旅游环境资源的保护与开发及旅游区的管理决策提供参考依据.  相似文献

Regional ecotourism cooperation provides an institutional guarantee that brings together ecological resources development, protection of natural ecologies and regional economic growth, and also is one of the keys to improve the level of China’s ecotourism development. China’s administrative regions are divided by large areas of natural geography, such as vast tracts of land, mountainous areas and bodies of water. Given the structure of China’s administrative system, administrative areas make independent and uncoordinated decisions concerning the use of ecological resources, resulting in low-level ecotourism products and redundant construction projects undertaken by local governments, limiting the further improvement of China's ecotourism level. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a spatial system and a model of regional ecotourism cooperation in line with China's national conditions. This paper adopts an inductive deductive method analyze systematically the connotations and obstacles of China’s regional ecotourism cooperation, and proposes space development and cooperative model. Research shows that the inescapable choice is cross-regional ecotourism cooperation based on natural zonality, cultural similarity, coordinated regional economic development and policy integration. The key existing obstacles include administrative barriers, lack of motivation to cooperate and loose cooperation patterns. Future regional ecotourism cooperation should define the thematic function area, cooperation zones, scenic roads and ecotourist routes, to establish the cross-regional integration development system and realize systematic optimization. This study is of theoretical value for the development of regional ecotourism cooperation and the construction of spatial systems in China.  相似文献

Determining how to achieve sustainable development and protection of historical districts is a worthwhile research topic. As a vital way to update urban space, tourism development in historical districts is an effective tool for redistributing urban functions and increasing urban vitality. This paper takes the Insa-dong in South Korea as a case study for the evaluation of tourist satisfaction in historical districts, based on 550 questionnaires. The questionnaire contains 33 evaluation indicators, and the subjects' subjective judgment and satisfaction with Insa-dong are measured in the form of the Likert scale. Using SPSS to analyze tourists’ satisfaction with historical districts, this studyfinds that: (1) The tourist satisfaction evaluation of Insa-dong includes six dimensions in total: “Embodiment of historical elements”, “The blend of tradition and modernity”, “Industry distribution and type”, “Consumer demand”, “ Street layout and function” and “Landscaping”. (2) “The blend of tradition and modernity” has the highest weight while “Industry distribution and type” has the lowest one in the analysis of factors influencing overall satisfaction. (3) The analysis of the common factor weights and the common factor satisfaction levels shows that “The blend of tradition and modernity” and “Street layout and function” are the parts that need to be improved. “Consumer demand” also has a lot of room for promotion. The research results will be beneficial for enhancing the tourist experiences of historical districts and they provide a theoretical basis and practical experience reference for effective protection and sustainable development of historical districts.  相似文献
