资勒沟泥石流灾害及特征

1987年6月5日晨,资勒沟暴发了一场灾害性泥石流,沟口的公路桥和凉红道班被摧毁,致使5名道班工人死亡。该沟是一条暴发频率很低的泥石流沟。这场泥石流是由局地暴雨激发而引起的,雨强为55.2毫米/小时。泥石流为粘性,容重2.18吨/立方米,最大流量352.1立方米/秒,最大流速10—12米/秒,总冲出物方量约8万—9万立方米。     

1985年四川境内的首场灾害泥石流

1985年4月25日和5月4日,理县城东约2公里杂谷脑河支沟日底寨沟先后发生两次粘性泥石流(容重1.80—2.30吨/立方米),泥石流固体物质方量约3万立方米。 泥石流固体物质冲入杂谷脑河后,河道遭阻塞,回水至打色尔沟沟口,构成一临时水库。库长500多米,平均水深约4米,平均水宽50余米,蓄水11万立方米。库水淹没杂谷脑河左岸的成都—阿坝公路300多米,水深0.7—1.4米,沥青路面经浸泡后,车辆难以通行,日最大堵车量在1000辆以上;理县公路养护段大院和当地公路道班被淹;堵河、溃坝与河床淤高,威胁着阻塞坝下游25米的公路桥,以及杂谷脑河右岸的理县党校、车队和印刷厂等单位的安全,灾情较为严重。     

西藏波密米堆冰湖溃决浅议

1988年7月15日西藏波密米堆终碛湖发生溃决,最大洪峰流量1270立方米/秒,溃决水量540万立方米,形成了大规模的泥石流-洪水灾害。冰湖溃决的原因是;终碛堤存在渗漏薄弱环节,堤内有埋藏冰;持续高温和冰川融水的潜热使埋藏冰融化,由潜蚀而迅速发展成管涌导致溃决。     

四川省美姑县则租滑坡泥石流

这是一个厚层岩质顺层高速滑坡,主滑体长1300m,宽550m,平均厚度28m,总方量2000万m~3。滑坡物质堆积在沟道中,形成三个临时性堰塞湖,其中最下游方的堰塞堤局部溃决,形成流量约540m~3/s的大规模泥石流。这次滑坡泥石流造成了严重灾害。     

1991年9月23日云南省昭通市头寨沟特大滑坡

1991年9月23日云南省昭通市境内,发生了一个头寨沟特大滑坡。其属顺层岩质滑坡,位于103°51′11″E,27°34′30″N。滑坡发生区滑体前后缘海拔分别为2230米和2580米,长250米。其间方量约1600万立方米的滑体剪出后,滑落到海拔2060米的沟道内,并遇障碍物,滑体被碎屑化而进入滑动区,滑动方向经三次转折,抵海拔1820米的沟口,滑程全长3000米。滑坡总方量约1800万立方米,滑动历时3分钟左右,致死216人,伤8人,造成直接经济损失近百万元。     

泥石流堵塞主河条件

分析了泥石流堵河的主要影响因素,包括泥石流与主河流量比,泥石流与主河交汇角,主河宽度,泥石流体的抗冲强度和主河底床坡度.通过对这些主要因素的分析和对比,将这5个主要因素简化为4个无量纲量.针对这些无量纲参数进行了一系列的泥石流堵塞主河试验.对比本次研究和其他文献关于泥石流堵河试验的变量和结果,可以得出无量纲化的泥石流堵塞主河的临界条件.实验结果表明,泥石流堵河的临界值C≥0.87,而且当流量比小于1时难以形成堵河现象.用该堵塞主河的条件能正确判断许多原型泥石流堵塞主河事件.     

基于扇形地形态特征的泥石流危险评估

泥石流扇形地是山地居民生产生活的重要场所,也是泥石流泛滥危害的场地。科学评估泥石流扇形地的危险性,对扇形地开发具有重要意义。本文以对小江流域大白泥沟为研究对象,通过野外实地调查与成灾分析,结合泥石流扇形地形态特征和泥石流危害频率两个要素,建立了以距扇顶距离、与扇主轴夹角和危害频率为变量的定量扇形地危险性分布模型。结果表明:(1)泥石流扇形地上距离泥石流出山口越远,与主流线夹角越大的位置,受泥石流危害越小。(2)本模型在大白泥沟应用的计算结果与现场勘察验证结论相吻合,表明评估模型比较合理。(3)该模型所涉及的参数——距扇顶的长度、与扇主轴的夹角、危害频率,均可通过GIS和遥感分析得到,简单实用,为泥石流扇形地危险性评估工作提供了一种原理简单、计算方便的新方法。     

略论四川省攀西地区滑坡成因及分布特征

攀西地区位于四川省西南隅,包括渡口市和凉山彝族自治州,属四川省国土综合开发的重点规划地区。境内滑坡灾害比较严重。调查结果表明,全区内方量在50万立方米以上的大型自然滑坡和滑坡群达220个,1万立方米以上的人为滑坡51个(图1)。有些滑坡对该区城镇、工矿和农村造成一定的灾害,给人民生命财产酿成重大的损失。     

金龙山地区滑坡研究

金龙山地区位于四川省雅砻江二滩水电站库首左岸。区内海拔1000—2700米;重点研究区海拔<1730米,面积近1.3平方公里。本区滑坡顺层发育,以蠕滑方式为主,成条成群分布,新老俱全,厚度各异(巨厚—表层),规模不一。控制坡体蠕滑和滑动的主要是层面(或似层面)、层间错动带和中缓倾角裂隙。据滑坡活动状况的不同,将全区分为三个滑坡区:Ⅰ区是多级古滑坡区(方量约200万立方米);Ⅱ区是蠕滑区(方量约2000万立方米);Ⅲ区是浅-表层残坡积层滑坡区。     

奥地利的泥石流

东部阿尔卑斯山的地形、地质和水文条件决定着奥地利泥石流活动可能性的区域差异。松散固体物质(主要为高海拔地区的冰碛物)常常引起奥地利西部联邦各州的泥石流灾害。沿东南部阿尔卑斯山区降雨强度达世界记录(2小时30分降雨600—670mm)。沿北部和南部边界地区也常有日降雨量200—250mm的情形。泥石流沉积量达10万或100万m^3。泥石流冲积扇的地貌形态可表征流域的类型和受灾害冲击的程度。主沟地貌形态可用于计算泥石流的流速。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
