新疆棉花基地布局研究

新疆棉区是我国正在开发建设的优质棉花基地。本文阐述了新疆棉区在我国的战略地位,从自然生态和社会经济诸因素分析评价了新疆棉花生产的利弊条件,探讨了新疆棉花基地的发展方向和远景规模,划分了新疆棉花生产的适宜区和经济区,并在此基础上提出新疆棉花基地区域布局的设想。     

基于GIS的新疆棉花生产发展时空变异分析

在新疆棉花生产统计数据库建立的基础上 ,利用地理信息系统工具软件ArcView制作新疆历年棉花播种面积、单产和总产分布图 ,并以 1 980、1 985、1 990和 1 995年为例对新疆棉花生产的时间和空间分布进行分析 ,同时还分析了 1 997年棉花播种面积占耕地面积和总作物播种面积的比率分布。进入 90年代后新疆棉花生产发展迅速 ,播种面积、单产和总产都有大幅度增加 ,1 995年总产达到 30× 1 0 5t以上的县有莎车、阿克苏、沙雅、阿瓦提、麦盖提、巴楚 6县 ,主产区主要分布在南疆的库尔勒 -阿克苏 -莎车和北疆的昌吉 -博乐沿线各县 ,1 997年已有 1 4个县棉田面积占耕地面积的比率大于 5 0 %。新疆棉花生产已达到一定的规模 ,宜在稳定中求发展 ,注意防止规划和管理不善可能造成的土地退化 ,以保障农业生产持续发展。

1980年以来中国棉花生产向新疆集中的主要原因

1980年以来中国棉花生产格局发生了明显变化,在空间上逐步向新疆集中,这一变化不仅促进了新疆地区耕地的扩张,也强化了新疆地区在我国农业生产中的地域功能,同时还加速了该地区的荒漠化进程。目前对这一现象的研究主要立足于区域尺度,关注棉花生产对当地农民收入的影响以及区域棉花产业的优势与发展战略,对生产格局变化的成因还缺乏清晰认识。本文从生产要素配置效率的角度,利用全国农产品成本收益数据,通过比较全国主要植棉省市棉花生产中土地生产率、劳动生产率和资本产出率的差异,来探讨这一现象的成因。结果表明:劳动生产率的区域差异是市场经济条件下中国棉花生产向新疆集中的主要原因。这一结论对于判断中国棉花生产格局变化的未来趋势以及其他农产品生产格局变化研究都具有一定的意义。     

新疆棉花成本及经济效益分析

在分析新疆棉花成本和经济效益现状的基础上,以新疆南北疆棉花为例,运用实证分析的方法,分析了不同等级农户之间和不同地区农户之间棉花主要生产要素和产值之间的关系以及各生产要素对收益影响的程度,为更有针对性地加强成本控制、合理安排新疆棉花生产布局、提高棉花经济效益提出了对策和建议.     

中国棉花种植空间变化及其原因分析

采用地理信息系统软件对1980、1990、2000年中国县域棉花生产数据进行处理,生成棉花种植空间分布差异地图并对之进行分析。分析结果表明,1980～1990年,中国棉花种植空间迅速缩减地区是鄂南、鄂中、湘北、陕西中部、晋西棉区、冀西南棉区以及江苏东部部分地区,种植空间迅速扩展的地区是鲁西北、鲁西南、冀东南和豫南等地区;同时,新疆棉区以巴楚县为核心的南疆等地区种植面积增长迅速;1990～2000年,变异的最大特点是新疆棉花生产的崛起和山东、河北棉花生产的萎缩。引起上述变化的原因是由于经济、政策、技术及自然以等因素发生变化的结果。     

耕地生态安全视域下棉花生产布局优化问题研究——以新疆为例

利用2000-2015年农业生产统计数据,运用空间自相关、生产贡献度和PSR模型,分析新疆棉花生产格局变化及增产贡献因素,根据耕地生态安全评价结果测算各县市棉花种植调减面积,结论表明：2000年以来,棉花生产空间格局发生显著变化,形成天山南北坡两个主产区,“南增北减”趋势增强,单产高值区由点及面向天山南北两侧扩张,形成多个集中连片高产中心;棉花生产存在空间集聚效应,表现出持续的稳定性,高值聚集区集中分布于南疆区域;棉花增产主要归因于播种面积的持续扩大;耕地生态安全为临界安全或较不安全状态并呈集中连片分布;新疆棉花种植调减重点集中于南疆区域。在种植结构调整中,综合考虑水资源和土地管理制度约束、农业灌溉用水效率和替代作物选择等问题,科学有序调减棉花种植面积。     

用Delphi开发新疆地区棉铃虫测报数据库管理系统

以棉花三种害虫．棉叶螨、棉蚜、棉铃虫．测报的国家标准为基础,结合新疆地区棉花生产过程中这三种害虫发生的实际情况,建立新疆疆棉花害虫基数调查网络数据库,数据库包括：棉叶螨子数据库(3张数据表)、棉蚜子数据库(4张数据表)和棉铃虫子数据库(6张数据表)。基于局域环境构建了C／S结构的应用程序体系,实现了棉叶螨、棉蚜和棉铃虫基数调查的数据维护、查询、统计等功能。棉花害虫基数调查网络数据库的建立和C／S应用系统的实现,为棉花害虫区域化测报和管理提供厂强大的数据支持。     

新疆棉花种植面积时空格局演变特征及驱动机制研究

新疆棉花种植业发展迅速,已成为新疆国民经济的支柱产业之一,是农民增收的重要途径。对新中国成立以来新疆棉花种植业的调查数据进行统计分析,探究其时序演变规律和空间分布特点,并运用灰色系统关联分析和计量经济学的分析方法,构建棉花种植面积和其影响因素的交互作用关联度模型,定性与定量相结合揭示新疆棉花种植业发展的主要驱动力。研究结果表明:①自1949年以来,新疆棉花种植面积不断扩大,且表现出明显的阶段性和波动性,三大棉区即南疆棉区,北疆棉区,东疆棉区变化特点各异,其中南疆棉区起主导作用。按绿洲划分,以塔里木盆地绿洲棉区和西北沿边绿洲棉区变化明显。②棉花种植面积与各影响因素间的关联度都较强,其中,棉花种植面积与棉花单产的关联度最强;进一步建立作用关系模型,得出其弹性为0.883。③运用以上关联分析结果,将南疆棉区划分为最宜棉区、适宜棉区、不宜棉区3种区域,其中适宜棉区占50%以上,表明目前南疆棉花种植业发展基本合理,但处于不宜棉区的部分县市应该减少棉花种植或退棉,进一步优化农业种植结构。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
