摘    要:9711号台风受大型环流调整的影响于1997年8月19日14时突然转向北上;20日08~14时该台风北偏东跳跃式移动,是因低空急流使台风倒槽区气旋性环流加强产生新中心所致;青岛地区产生大暴雨则是充沛的水汽、强烈的辐合上升运动与冷空气共同作用的结果.

Abstract:Due to the change of circulation pattern, the track of typhoon 9711 turned up northward abruptly at 1400 on Aug. 19, 1997. From 0800 to 1400 on Aug.20 the typhoon jumped northeast,because the low-level jet enhanced the cyclonic circulation in the region of the trough of typhoon,and a new cyclonic center appeared. Storm rainfall in Qindao is the result of cooperation of plenty of water vapor, strong convergence and updraft, and cold air.
