Horizontal and vertical zones of influence for root systems of four Mojave Desert shrubs were characterized using 32P as a nutrient tracer. Larrea tridentata's horizontal zone of influence was sparse near the plant's stem base, with a maximum probability of accessing 32P (Pmax) of 41%. However, its horizontal zone of influence extended beyond 5 m, and the distance from the stem base at which the probability of accessing 32P was half Pmax (L503 m) was significantly greater than the other three shrubs. Ambrosia dumosa's zone of influence was dense near the plant's stem base (Pmax78%), but was rare at distances >2 m (L501 m). Zones of influence for Lycium andersonii and Lycium pallidum were intermediate between those of L. tridentata and A. dumosa. For vertical zones of influence, L. tridentata was more likely to obtain 32P from 5 m soil depths than A. dumosa, but L. pallidum was not significantly different from either A. dumosa or L. tridentata. Horizontal zones of influence did not change with treatments that altered soil water and nitrogen availability, but vertical zones of influence increased with a flood irrigation treatment that increased water availability to 5 m soil depth. These differences among species likely reflect compromises between their shoot growth strategies and their need to acquire spatially and temporally limited soil resources, especially through competitive interactions. 相似文献

基于气象灾害风险评估方法,利用1961-2017年5-9月柴达木盆地10个代表气象观测站点枸杞种植期发生霜冻灾害频次。结合自然地理和社会经济等数据,建立起致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体脆弱性和防灾减灾能力4个评价指标;采用加权综合评价法,权重赋值进行专家打分来确定,借助GIS空间分析技术,进行了柴达木盆地枸杞霜冻灾害风险评估和区划。结果表明:在柴达木盆地海拔高度在3200米以上,枸杞无法正常生长属于枸杞不可种植区;在冷湖、茫崖大部地区,格尔木南部、大柴旦、德令哈、乌兰以及都兰地区靠近山脉区域,枸杞生长期短,适合耕种的枸杞品种少,对枸杞生产经济效益影响较轻,属于低风险区;在诺木洪、格尔木西部和大柴旦东部地区,这一带多为戈壁,水资源缺乏,适宜种植枸杞面积相对有一定规模。对于霜冻灾害发生的影响程度不太严重,造成的经济损失不太大,属于次高风险区;在都兰经诺木洪至格尔木的小灶火一带,这里是柴达木盆地的枸杞主要种植区,该区域霜冻灾害发生对枸杞影响最大的区域,对枸杞生产产生的经济损失最大,属于高风险区。 相似文献

枸杞(Lycium barbarum)耐盐碱能力强,在盐渍化土壤中种植枸杞具有一定程度改良土壤的功效。然而对枸杞在不同盐渍生境和不同盐渍化程度下的生理适应基础研究较少。选取扦插的"宁杞5号"一年实生苗为材料,分别在渗透势为-0.48、-0.82、-1.18 MPa下采用单盐(NaCl或Na_2SO_4)和混合盐NaCl+Na_2SO_4进行处理,对比分析不同处理时段内枸杞生理活性的响应。结果表明:随着渗透势降低,叶绿素(Chl)含量呈下降趋势;代表膜脂过氧化程度的丙二醛(MDA)、渗透调节物质脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性糖(SS)含量明显增加;抗氧化酶系统超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性增加;渗透势为-1.18 MPa盐处理则抑制了过氧化物酶(POD)的活性。相同渗透势的不同盐处理之间,Chl、Pro、MDA和SS含量以及SOD和CAT活性在混合盐处理下或多或少都有增加;随着处理时间的延长,MDA、Pro、SS含量和CAT活性增加。这说明盐渍化程度增加,渗透调节物质和抗氧化酶系统的保护加强;不同盐渍环境下枸杞的生理响应不同,-1.18 MPa下混合盐胁迫相对于单盐影响更大;胁迫时间延长,渗透调节物质的累积增加,枸杞的适应性增强。 相似文献

非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)在植物生长、繁殖、防御和生存等方面发挥着基础性作用。为探究黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)NSC积累的器官间规律及其对土壤氮磷供应水平的响应,以3年生黑果枸杞为对象,测定了3个氮磷比例和供应量条件下根茎叶NSC含量。结果表明:(1)黑果枸杞根、茎、叶NSC组成均以可溶性糖为主,淀粉约占37.3%;器官NSC含量粗根和细根>叶片>新梢>一二年生枝条,各器官可溶性糖含量粗根和细根>叶片>新梢>一年生枝>二年生枝;淀粉含量细根>粗根>二年生枝>一年生枝>叶片和新梢;糖淀比叶片>新梢>粗根>一年生枝>二年生枝>细根。(2)氮磷比和供应量对黑果枸杞根系可溶性糖含量无显著影响,对茎叶NSC含量的影响存在显著交互效应。氮磷比5∶1时,茎叶NSC含量随氮磷供应量升高而增加;氮磷比15∶1时,茎叶NSC含量随氮磷供应量增加显著降低;氮磷比45∶1时,茎叶NSC含量随供应量的增加而显著升高。(3)一年生枝NSC含量于萌芽前达到最大值(5.05%DW),于春梢旺盛生长期降至最低值(3.79%DW);二年生枝NSC含量在萌芽前最低(4.23%DW),于秋季落叶期达到最大值(4.33%DW)。(4)粗根和叶片NSC含量与一二年生枝NSC含量负相关;新梢NSC含量与叶片NSC、二年生枝淀粉含量正相关;一年生枝可溶性糖含量与二年生枝可溶性糖含量负相关;二年生枝淀粉含量与根系淀粉和NSC含量负相关。黑果枸杞通过调整各器官NSC积累及分配应对生长季各器官能量需求和环境氮磷供应变化,在氮磷限制环境中将更多NSC储存在根系,可平衡当前碳同化与未来能量需求的矛盾,增强个体生存能力,也为黑果枸杞应对非生物逆境胁迫提供更大的灵活性。 相似文献

以塔里木河下游荒漠灌木多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima Ledeb.)、黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)组织中分离获得的5个内生固氮菌株为材料,研究了pH值、温度、含盐量、化合态氮含量、干旱对其生长和固氮能力的影响。结果表明,测定菌株对酸碱、温度适应范围广,在pH值5.0~10.0和15~40 ℃温度范围内均能生长并表达固氮酶活性; 菌株能耐受0.1%~5.0%NaCl、0.5~4 mmol·L-1NH+4、-0.3~-0.15 mPa渗透势,表现出较强的抗逆性能,但各菌株之间存在一定差异。 相似文献

With the aim to seek evidences on the possible trade off between hydraulic efficiency and hydraulic safety, from both an evolutionary and an acclimation point of view, we compared root xylem anatomy and derived functional properties for seedlings of six Patagonian shrub species grown in a greenhouse under two levels of water availability (control and drought). Root central cylinder area, vessel diameter (b) and double-wall thickness (t) were measured; from these data, the sum of vessel radii to the fourth power and wall strength [(t/b)2] were calculated as indicators of hydraulic efficiency and safety respectively. Across species, we observed only a weak negative correlation between hydraulic efficiency and hydraulic safety. Within species, Lycium chilense, the species with the most mesic leaves of the group, showed significant acclimation to drought for both functional attributes, lowering efficiency and increasing safety by developing a higher proportion of small and more resistant xylem vessels. 相似文献

调查了生长在不同盐碱地宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)的生理特征。研究发现,次生盐碱地对枸杞的影响要大于原生盐碱地,光合色素含量、脯氨酸含量、蛋白质和核酸均表现为生长在次生盐碱地的枸杞体内含量高,但在幼株和成年植株体内的变化各不相同。可溶性蛋白凝胶电泳显示,对不同年龄的植株在同样的生境中谱带条数和着色深浅基本一样,但不同生境中有两条谱带的着色深浅有明显的不同。分析表明,光合色素含量、脯氨酸含量和蛋白质代谢的这种变化可能是植物的一种适应性反应,它有利于植物抵抗盐胁迫的伤害。RAPD分析表明宁夏枸杞在生长发育过程中,为了适应环境,在代谢发生了变化后,其遗传物质DNA也发生了一定的变异。 相似文献
