The brine shrimp (Artemia parthenogenetica) as encapsulation organism for prophylactic chemotherapy of fish and prawn

Brine shrimp (Artemia parthenogenetica) which had ingested three water-insoluble antibacterial drugs i.e. sulfadiazine(SD), oxytetracycline (OTC) and erythromycin estolate (ERY-Es) were fed toTilapia and Mysis IIIof Penaeus orientalis K. The drug contents in the predators were then determined. After administration of drugs toTilapia and Mysis III, through the bio-encapsulation of the brine shrimp, efficacious therapeutical concentration of OTC and ERY-Es (but not SD) in the predators could be reached and maintained for more than 8 hours.     

SDSS J143030.22-001115.1： A Misclassified Narrow-line Seyfert 1 Galaxy with Flat X-ray Spectrum

We used multi-component profiles to model the Hβ and [OⅢ]λλ4959,5007 lines of SDSS J143030.22-001115.1, a narrow-line Seyfert 1 galaxy (NLS1) in a sample of 150 NLS1 candidates selected from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS), Early Data Release (EDR). After subtracting the Hβ contribution from narrow line regions (NLRs), we found that its full width half maximum (FWHM) of broad Hβ line is nearly 2900km s~(-1) , significantly larger than the customarily adopted criterion of 2000 km s~(-1) . With its weak Fe Ⅱ multiples, we believe that SDSS J143030.22-001115.1 should not be classified as a genuine NLS1. When we calculate the virial black hole masses of NLS1s, we should use the Hβ linewidth after subtracting the NLR component.     

Short-term Climate Characteristics at Ny-(A)lesund over the Arctic Tundra Area

Based on the Germany Koldwey Station's 1994-2003 conventional observation hourly data, this paper conducts a statistical analysis on the short-term climate characteristics for an arctic tundra region (Ny-(A)lesund island) where our first arctic expedition station (Huanghe Station) was located. Affected by the North Atlantic warming current, this area has a humid temperate climate, and the air temperature at Ny-(A)lesund rose above 0 ℃ even during deep winter season during our research period. The wind speed in this area was low and appeared most at southeast direction. We find that the temperature at Ny-(A)lesund rose in the faster rate (0.68 ℃/10 a) than those at the whole Arctic area. Compared with the floating ices where our expedition conducted in the Arctic, Ny-(A)lesund was warmer and more humid and had lower wind speed. Comparison of the near surface air temperature derived by NCEP/NCAR reanalysis to the conventional measurements conducted at the Koldwey site in Ny-(A)lesund area shows a good agreement for winter season and a significant difference for summer season.     

地形面方法在渭河盆地活断层研究中的应用

本文主要依据地形图和航空照片解译，并经已有地质、钻孔资料验证及野外实地考察的方法来研究地形面及其变形特征，由此确定渭河盆地活断层的分布、最新活动特征及活动规律，为地震预报及地震危险性分析提供依据。     

阿尔金断裂昌马大坝—宽滩山段全新世活动特征

阿尔金断裂是我国西部著名的巨型走滑断裂带之一,也是全新世活动断裂和发震断裂。该断裂昌马大坝—宽滩山段运动方式为以左行走滑占主导,伴有弱的垂直运动;在距今2.7ka以来发生过明显的新构造活动（和地震）。在沙坪—宽滩山段全新世左行走滑位移速率为0.9～2.2mm/a,明显低于阿尔金断裂东段昌马大坝以西地区4～5mm/a和中西段9～11mm/a的位移速率。阿尔金断裂东段在肃北和昌马大坝出现二次位移速率的锐减,锐减的部分分别转化为海原活动断裂西段（党河南山断裂）和祁连山北缘活动断裂西段的左行走滑和逆冲,且在位移速率数值上相互之间具有非常好的对应性。阿尔金断裂在肃北位移速率减少部分（4.6mm/a）与海原活动断裂西段（党河南山断裂）的位移速率（4～5mm/a）非常接近,同样阿尔金断裂在昌马大坝位移速率减少部分（3.2mm/a）与祁连山北缘活动断裂的位移速率（3.0mm/a）也非常接近。     

珠江口东岸池养鲻鱼的年龄与生长

研究池养条件下鲻鱼ＭｕｇｉｌｃｅｐｈａｌｕｓＬｉｎｎａｅｕｓ的年龄和生长特性，结果表明，鳞片新年轮主要在１０—１月出现；鳞长与体长关系式为：Ｒ—０．００９０７Ｌ（０．７７６４）；Ｉ—Ｖ龄鱼体长和体重相对生长率和生长指标随着年龄增长而逐渐下降；体长与体重关系式为：Ｗ＝１．２７１６×１０（－５）Ｌ（３．０６９５），体长与全长关系式为：ＬＴ＝１０．３７１１＋１．１８０６ＬＢ，当年鱼体长和体重生长与月龄的关系分别为：ＬＢ＝８．６６６９＋２５．５７６９ｔ，Ｗ＝０．１１７０ｔ（３．５５３０），ｖｏｎＢｅｒｔａｌｌａｎｆｆｙ生长参数Ｌ∞＝６１３．２５ｍｍ，Ｋ＝０．３４１２，ｔ０＝－０．８２５，体重生长拐点值为２．４６ａ。     

臭氧化消毒技术在海水消毒中的应用

本文从理论出发，通过大量的小型模拟实验，确立了海水流量、臭氧投加量、消毒时间三者的关系，从而制定了利用臭氧进行海水消毒净化工程的工艺流程。又经过实际工程的验证，其工艺流程是可行的，结果优于设计要求，从而创立了国内第一家利用臭氧进行海水消毒净化的优质工程，为沿海城镇以海水替代淡水提供了一个新的途径。     

3种鲍16S rRNA基因片段序列的初步研究

本文对引自日本的盘鲍 (H aliotisdiscusdiscus)、皱纹盘鲍 (H.discushannai)和大鲍 (H.gi-gantiea) 3个自然群体的线粒体 DNA 1 6S r RNA基因片段进行了扩增和测序 ,分析了 52 8bp的碱基序列 ,结果显示 :3种鲍的基因序列中 A+T含量为 56.74%～ 57.1 2 %。 3个自然群体间碱基片段序列差异不显著 ,盘鲍与皱纹盘鲍、大鲍彼此均仅有 1处核苷酸检测到变异 ,皆为碱基转换 ,同源性为99.81 % ;皱纹盘鲍与大鲍有 2处碱基转换 ,同源性为 99.61 %。 1 6Sr RNA基因在鲍属内表现出很高的保守性。     

皱纹盘鲍对氯霉素的通透性吸收与扩散

在海水溶液中的氯霉素分子可以越过皱纹盘鲍Ｈａｌｉｏｔｉｓ ｄｉｓｃｕｓ ｈａｎｎａｉ Ｉｎｏ的体表结构进入其血淋巴液中。鲍血淋巴液中氯霉素的浓度与药浴液的氯霉素浓度，温度均呈线性关系，药浴时间的效应表现的Ｓ形逼近曲线。在２０℃的海水中，鲍血淋巴液中的氯霉素向体外扩散的半衰期为４２ｍｉｎ。
