The Kaleybar, Razgah and Bozqush (KRB) intrusions were studied to better understand subduction-related Eocene-Oligocene alkaline magmatism in NW Iran. The bulk of intrusions mainly consist of Si-undersaturated rocks including foid-bearing monzonite and syenite (nepheline syenite, pseudoleucite syenite) with some foid-bearing diorite and gabbro. In addition, they are spatially associated with Si-saturated rocks ranging in composition from monzo-diorite to syeno-granite. The main mafic rock-forming minerals of the studied rocks are olivine (Fo44Fa56), clinopyroxene (diopside to augite), biotite (Mg-biotite through Fe-biotite), amphibole (ferro-pargasite and magnesio-hastingsite with Mg#<0.55), and garnet (Ti-andradites). Based on whole rock geochemistry, the foid-syenites and associated rocks show mildly alkaline (shoshonitic) affinity. The content of SiO2, K2O?+?Na2O, and K2O/Na2O ratio ranges from 47.8 to 60.7?wt.%, 5.31 to 16.33?wt.%, and 0.6 to 3.2, respectively. The intrusions are commonly metaluminous, with an aluminum-saturation index (ASI) ranging from 0.66 to 1.01. Almost all the rocks display similar arc-related geochemical features characterized by the enrichment in large ion lithophile elements (LILE) and light rare earth elements (LREE) together with the depletion in high field strength elements (HFSE). The chondrite-normalized REE patterns show no to marked negative Eu anomaly (Eu/Eu*?=?0.55 to 1.12), (La/Yb)N?=?8.16 to 31, (La/Sm)N?=?2.80 to 10.59, and (Tb/Yb)N?=?0.84 to 2.40. The evaluation of the REE patterns for the KRB magmas and the comparison of the trace element ratios with experimental studies indicate a chemically enriched lithospheric mantle source composed of garnet-spinel-lherzolite that have underwent a low degree of partial melting <5% to generate the KRB intrusions. Based on the present data, we infer that the mantle source was contaminated by a subduction component and the melting of the mantle lithosphere occurred by local extension in an overall convergent regime in NW Iran. The extension regime during the Eocene is proposed to be the result of the Neo-Tethys slab roll-back and the Sevan-Akera-Qaradagh (SAQ) slab break-off.  相似文献

As natural and man-made disasters have been increasing, interest in preventing crises and/or mitigating the associated consequences has been growing as well. When dealing with predictable disasters, there is a limited time for effective response, and people should be evacuated in a short time to minimize the fatalities. In such extraordinary situations, attention should be given to making better use of existing infrastructure. The aim of this study is to present a model for optimizing street directions in order to increase the outbound capacity of the network. However, because of the magnitude of the problem, an optimal solution cannot be reached through ordinary methods. Hence, the simulated annealing algorithm, which is a meta-heuristic technique, is used. Computational results on a case study demonstrate that this technique yields considerable improvement in the objective function of the problem which is total travel time of road network users.

In the recent centuries, one of the most important ongoing challenges is energy consumption and its environmental impacts. As far as agriculture is concerned, it has a key role in the world economics and a great amount of energy from different sources is used in this sector. Since researchers have reported a high degree of inefficiency in developing countries, it is necessary for the modern management of cropping systems to have all factors (economics, energy and environment) in the decision-making process simultaneously. Therefore, the aim of this study is to apply Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) to analyze management system of an agricultural production. As well as MOPSO, two other optimization algorithm were used for comparing the results. Eventually, Taguchi method with metrics analysis was used to tune the algorithms’ parameters and choose the best algorithms. Watermelon production in Kerman province was considered as a case study. On average, the three multi-objective evolutionary algorithms could reduce about 30 % of the average Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in watermelon production although as well as this reduction, output energy and benefit cost ratio were increased about 20 and 30 %, respectively. Also, the metrics comparison analysis determined that MOPSO provided better modeling and optimization results.  相似文献

Cretaceous volcanic rocks (SCV) are widely developed in the northern part of the Sanandaj-Sirjan Zone, northwest Iran. Based on the mineralogy, texture and geochemical composition these rocks are divided in two main groups, the first and main one situated in the central part of the study area and the second one in the northeast. The former is dominantly basalts, andesitic basalts, and andesites and the latter comprises andesite, trachy-andesite to acidic variants, with porphyritic to microlithic porphyry and vitrophyric textures. Beside the differences between these two groups, the chemical compositions all of these rocks show a calc-alkaline affinity and enrichment in LIL elements (Rb, Ba, Th, U, and Pb) and depletion in Nb, Ti, and Zr, as evident in spider diagrams normalized to primitive mantle. The rocks are particularly enriched in Rb and depleted in Nb and Ti, as well as displaying high Rb/Sr and Rb/Ba ratios and low ratios of incompatible elements such as Nb/U (<10; range, 0.6–9), Th/U (<2), and Ba/Rb (<20). The significant U enrichment relative to neighbouring Nb and Th in the mantle-normalized variation diagram is mainly a result of source enrichment by slab-derived fluids. Significantly lower Nb/U ratios are observed in arc volcanics. These low values are generally ascribed to the strong capacity of LILE and the inability to transfer significant amounts of HFSE via slab-derived hydrous fluid. The results of geochemical modelling suggest a mantle lithospheric source that was metasomatized by fluids derived from a Neo-Tethyan subducted slab during the Middle to Late Cretaceous in the northern part Sanandaj-Sirjan Zone.  相似文献

The Misho plutonic complex consists of a series of granitic bodies which range from syenogranite, alkali granite to monzogranites. They include metaluminous to peraluminous compositions. The garnitoid bodies are intruded into the unmetamorphosed late Paleozoic rocks and are located between two dextral, oblique-slip fault systems along which they have been uplifted as a major positive flower structure. The Misho granitoid belongs to the alkaline granitoid series that have been attributed to a Late Permian post-collisional setting. The studied granitoid displays high SiO2 contents between 67.71 and 76.4 wt%. On both FeO/(FeO + MgO) and [(Na2O + K2O) ? CaO] vs. SiO2 diagrams, the samples, plot in the ferroan and alkaline fields, therefore, show an A-type granitoid signature. Trace and rare earth elements distribution patterns for the Misho rocks indicate a distinctive depletion in Nb, Sr, Ba, P, and Ti relative to other trace elements and a greater enrichment in large-ion lithophile elements compared to high field strength elements that are also typical features of A-type granites. The granitoid samples are geochemically similar to typical A2-type granites, e.g., high K2O + Na2O, FeO/MgO, Ga/Al, and Y/Nb values and low CaO, Ba, Sr, and Eu contents. They have initial Sr isotopic ratios in the range >0.712 and negative ε Ndt values of ?1 to ?3.2 for a time of generation of 232 Ma. We suggest that shear zones play an important role in providing suitable conduits for ascending asthenospheric material and heat influx in the lower crust continental. It is proposed that the Misho parental granitoid magmas were produced by the partial melting of the lower crust continental at extensional setting in active continental margin setting that was formed after the collision of the Eurasia plate and Iranian plate following closure of paleo-Tethyan oceanic crust during Middle Jurassic times.  相似文献

To estimate the demand of structures, investigating the correlation between engineering demand parameters and intensity measures (IMs) is of prime importance in performance-based earthquake engineering. In the present paper, the efficiency and sufficiency of some IMs for evaluating the seismic response of buried steel pipelines are investigated. Six buried pipe models with different diameter to thickness and burial depth to diameter ratios, and different soil properties are subjected to an ensemble of 30 far-field earthquake ground motion records. The records are scaled to several intensity levels and a number of incremental dynamic analyses are performed. The approach used in the analyses is finite element modeling. Pipes are modeled using shell elements while equivalent springs and dashpots are used for modeling the soil. Several ground motion intensity measures are used to investigate their efficiency and sufficiency in assessing the seismic demand and capacity of the buried steel pipelines in terms of engineering demand parameter measured by the peak axial compressive strain at the critical section of the pipe. Using the regression analysis, efficient and sufficient IMs are proposed for two groups of buried pipelines separately. The first one is a group of pipes buried in soils with low stiffness and the second one is those buried in soils with higher stiffness. It is concluded that for the first group of pipes, \(\sqrt {{\text{VSI}}[\upomega_{1} ({\text{PGD}} + {\text{RMS}}_{\text{d}} )]}\) followed by root mean square of displacement (RMSd) are the optimal IMs based on both efficiency and sufficiency; and for the second group, the only optimal IM is PGD2/RMSd.  相似文献

Eslamy peninsula in NW of Iran is formed by a strato-volcano with collapsed calderon, which is intruded by lamprophyric dykes with minette composition. Also trachytic and microsyenitic dykes have intruded the volcanic rocks. The oldest volcanic activity includes eruption of leucite basanite, leucite tephrite, basanite and tephrite, which are associated with pyroclastic rocks. Lamprophyric dykes are distinguishable with large mica phenocrysts. Mica-clinopyroxenite xenoliths can be found in the rocks. The source magma of the rocks had a ultrapotassic to shoshonitic nature, rich in LREE and LILE. Eslamy peninsula lamprophyres are between alkaline and calc-alkaline lamprophyres in terms of REE patterns and spider diagrams for trace elements, but are closer to clac-alkaline lamprophyres. The behaviour of trace elements studied by the means of spider diagrams show that the magma, producing the lamprophyres, is generated from deep-mantle probably from a garnet-bearing source (garnet lherzolite) with high CO2/H2O content. The resulted magma had interacted with crustal materials and had formed Eslamy peninsula lamprophyres in a post-collisional tectonic setting. Geochemistry of rare elements indicate an extensive rutile-rich metasomatism in the source magma of the lamprophyres.  相似文献
