Analytic Solution of Interaction Between Surface Waves and Floating Elastic Plates with Elastic End-Restraints

Based on the dynamic theories of water waves and Mindlin plates,the analytic solution of interaction between surface waves and two-dimensional floating elastic plates with edge-restraint is constructed by use of the Wiener-Hopf technique.Firstly,without regard for elastic edge restraint,the wave-induced responses of elastic floating plate analyzed by the present method are in good agreement with the results from literature and experimental results.Therefore,it can be shown that the present method is valid.Secondly,three end-restraint cases(i.e.,the left-end elastic restraints,the both-end elastic restraints,and the right-end elastic restraints)are proposed to reduce the vibration of floating plates,in which the spring is used to connect the sea bottom and the floating plate's left(or right)edge.The relations between the spring stiffness and the parameters of wave-induced responses of floating plates are discussed.Moreover,the effective method to reduce the vibration of floating elastic plates can be obtained through comparison.     

菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)蛋白聚糖的分离提取及其抗肿瘤活性的初步研究

采用凝胶过滤层析、SDS-PAGE电泳、Bradford法和苯酚-硫酸法等生物化学方法对菲律宾蛤仔中的蛋白聚糖(PG1和PG2)进行分离纯化,研究其理化性质。采用MTT方法研究蛋白聚糖对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721和人正常肝细胞HL-7702生长的影响。通过小鼠体内实验研究蛋白聚糖的抗肿瘤活性和对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,PG1分子量大约为20kDa,多糖含量为70.09%,蛋白质含量为15.4%。PG2的多糖含量为82.53%,蛋白质含量为7.26%。PG1在200μg/ml浓度时对SMMC-7721的生长抑制率为73.30%,随浓度的升高,抑制率并未发生明显改变。PG2对SMMC-7721的生长抑制作用呈剂量依赖性,在500μg/ml的浓度下,其抑制效果与PG1的抑制效果相当。在同样浓度下,PG1对人正常肝细胞的生长和功能没有明显影响。PG1呈剂量-效应关系明显增加荷瘤小鼠脾指数,促进荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化,且没有降低体重及其他毒副作用。PG1对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用可能是通过直接杀伤肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用和提高小鼠细胞免疫水平来实现。     

Combined refraction and diffraction models for sea waves over complicated topography and with currents in shallow water

-Combined refraction and diffraction models in the form of linear parabolic approximation are derived through smallparameter method. More strictly theoretical basis and more accuracy in the models than Lozano's (1980) are obtained. Some theoretical defects in Liu's model (1985) with consideration of current are not only found but also eliminated. More strict and accurate models are, therefore, presented in this paper.The calculation results and analysis in applying the models to actual wave field with consideration of bottom friction will be given in the following paper.     

Analyses of the tidal data of 19 years

In this paper, tidal data of 19 years were analysed to obtain the harmonic constants of 472 constituents; yearly variations of the harmonic constants of some constituents for 19 years were also examined.We have also derived the formulae of response analysis by using another approach, and calculated 161 response weights of astronomical tides, solar radiational tides and nonlinear tides for 10 stations. Some significant results were obtained.     

NUMERICAL EXPERIMENTS OF WINDS OVER THE NORTHERN PACIFIC OCEAN WITH NONLINEAR DIAGNOSTIC DYNAMIC MODEL

By means of the proposed nonlinear diagnostic dynamic model for the planetary boundary layer (PBL) wind field, an introduction is given to the MOD method for wind prediction. Based on the MOD experiments on the surface wind field over the Northern Pacific Ocean from April to October 1985, it is concluded that the nonlinear diagnostic dynamic model used is better than the linear one.     

口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)同工酶的组织特异性及生化遗传分析

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳方法，研究分析了口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)肌肉、眼球、腹鳃、心脏和肝胰腺5种器官或组织中LDH、ADH、MDH、SDH、MEP、POD、AMY、GDH、SCD、EST、GLDH和SOD共12种同工酶的表达情况。结果表明，口虾蛄同工酶的表达具有明显的组织特异性。对12种同工酶进行生化遗传分析，获得了基本酶谱。12种同工酶共记录出35个基因座位，其中11个基因座位Ldh-3、Adh-1、Sdh-2、Est-1、Est-2、Est-3、Mdh、Mep-7、Gldh-1、Gldh-2和Scd-1为多态，其多态座位比例为31.43％。

海湾扇贝养殖群体遗传多样性的研究

用等位基因酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,研究了大连沿岸不同生态环境条件下的大李家湾低排筏、大李家湾高排筏、凌水桥、棋盘磨4个海湾扇贝养殖群体的遗传多样性.在4个群体的7种等位基因酶和闭壳肌蛋白中均检测到了22个基因位点,各群体的多态位点比例分别为22.73%,22.73%,22.73%,18.18%(P≤0.95)和27.27%,27.27%,31.82%,36.36%(P≤0.99);杂合度观测值分别为0.064,0.071,0.075,0.069;Hardy-Weinberg平衡偏离指数分别为-0.068,-0.020,-0.032,-0.050;近交系数分别为0.568,0.565,0.487,0.550;位点等位基因有效数分别为1.102,1.109,1.143,1.122;遗传变异综合评价指数分别为0.0060,0.0071,0.0088,0.0073.海湾扇贝养殖群体遗传多样性总体水平较低,但在这4个群体中,凌水桥群体的遗传多样性水平最高,大李家湾高排筏和棋盘磨群体的遗传多样性水平较高,大李家湾低排筏群体遗传多样性水平最低.     

AHP RESIN AND ITS URANIUM ADSORPTION MECHANISM
