环境,规划与地理学

本文针对当前地理学三个有争议的问题提出作者的见解。1.认为由于主体不同,地理学、生态学与环境科学所研究的环境是各不相同的,不能相互取代,并列出当前地理学环境研究的一些热点。2.分析第二次世界大战后,由于经济恢复和建设的需要,以及地理学的数量化和理论化,大量地理工作者投身于城市、区域和环境规划,使地理学达到空前繁荣;指明地理学者同其它专业人员在规划工作中的分工合作问题。3.认为地理学的对象是地理环境,由内涵的自然地理环境、经济地理环境和社会文化地理环境三者搀拌而成;从地理学三分法出发,发现了当前地理学的前缘领域,均处于三种地理环境的界面上,即向自然地理学倾斜的环境研究,向经济地理学倾斜的城市研究,向社会文化地理学倾斜的行为研究,还有居三者之中的区域研究。本文并就我国地理学的当前形势和存在问题,提出了建议。

第29届国际地理学大会在汉城召开

第 2 9届国际地理学大会于 2 0 0 0年 8月 1 4日至 1 8日在韩国汉城举行。来自世界各国的 1 70 0余名代表出席了会议。这次大会的主题是“生活多样化” ( Living with Diversity)。大会收到论文 2 0 0 0余篇。大会期间 ,代表们就人类对自然景观系统的影响、第四纪研究、环境变化与未来世界、地理和地貌灾害的研究与模型、海岸变化、东亚景观、地理学的科学性、知识时代的地理学、新区域地理、 2 1世纪的地理教育、世界经济的全球化、 2 1世纪的世界城市、农村和欠发达地区、可持续发展、新的全球政治秩序、文化景观的重新解释、后现代主义…     

中国特色经济地理学与区域可持续性转型发展学术论坛在河南大学成功举办

第11届中日韩地理学联合会议在日本札幌成功举办

正2016年9月10-15日,由中国地理学会、日本地理联合会和韩国地理学会联合主办的"第11届中日韩地理学联合会议暨第2届亚洲地理学大会"在日本札幌举行,来自中国、日本、韩国等国家的170多名地理学者和学生参加了本次会议。本次会议的主题是"亚洲地理前沿:回望十年,用青年精神创造未来"。会议开幕式由日本东京经济大学的山田冶通教授主持,来自日本山口大学的荒木一视Araki Hitoshi教     

可持续性转型研究动态与经济地理学展望

近年来,可持续性转型概念进入经济地理学者视野,用于探究区域绿色技术、消费市场和产业转型的多维因果过程与空间动力机制,已成为演化经济地理学和环境经济地理学新兴议题之一。为掌握该研究动态,本文对2000—2020年来共计2453篇可持续性转型文献进行回顾,重点探讨了转型地理研究进展和理论不足,阐述了经济地理学对可持续性转型研究的理论价值和融入方向。本文发现：① 可持续性转型是创新研究和可持续管理领域热门议题,呈多学科介入特点;其中,转型地理研究正不断崛起,并聚焦区域绿色新兴产业发展的社会-技术共演过程、多尺度动力机制、环境经济和社会效应及其转型地理性等问题。② 经济地理学对转型研究有三个视角优势：时空语境敏感性;转型过程、机制和结果的空间多样性;新产业系统的地方嵌入及其合法化的地理性。③ 经济地理学对可持续性转型研究含三个提升方向：概念内涵深化（含地方、尺度和空间）、多范式互动融合（演化、制度和政治经济地理）、分析框架构建方向（多地理尺度性与多层次视角,区域创新系统与技术创新系统）。④ 中国转型地理研究在三个议题上有广阔前景：基于国家语境敏感的地方转型探索、绿色利基发展与转型空间机制研究、以及区域新产业路径发展与转型研究。     

中国人文地理学研究进展与展望

本文重点总结了近年来人地关系论、文化地理学、行为地理学、社会地理学和政治地理学等人文地理学的特色分支学科和新兴分支学科的发展现状、研究进展及未来发展展望。通过对国内大量的文献分析和与国外相关研究进展的比较分析后认为,中国人文地理学在理论创新、研究方法、手段革新和实践应用等方面均取得了丰硕的研究成果。表现为：人地关系论作为地理学研究核心的地位得到进一步提升;文化地理研究视野更为开阔,并在转向新文化地理学;行为地理学进入了重要的研究转向与繁荣发展新阶段;政治地理学顺应地缘政治战略需求开始由低迷走向回暖;社会地理学伴随和谐社会建设蓬勃发展。未来中国人文地理学研究的总体趋势是,面向国家战略需求,树立人地和谐的科学发展观,紧跟中国经济社会发展的时代步伐,在力所能及地解决国家发展中若干新问题的同时,重点深化人地关系理论及研究方法,加强人地系统调控机理与过程、格局与节律及其示范应用的研究,加强人地系统演进过程中的全球问题、全球变化及其区域响应的研究;顺应国家文化产业大发展和建设文化强国的战略要求,加强文化地理研究与国家文化产业振兴的融合研究,建设中国“本土化”的文化地理学学科体系;进一步拓展行为地理学研究广度与深度,加强实验性研究;关注新地缘政治学、都市政治地理和地方政治地理的研究,依托“六普”数据推动社会地理学研究实现新的跨越。通过上述研究,进一步推动中国人文地理学健康持续稳定发展。     

国外人文地理学男性气质研究回顾与启示

国外关于男性气质(Masculinity)的研究由来已久,地理学关于男性气质的探讨最早出现于女性主义的研究中,地理学者通过对其他学科相关理论的引用以及女性主义研究方法的借鉴,采用文本分析、个案研究等方法,对男性气质,特别是支配性男性气质(Hegemonic Masculinity)、乡村与城市男性气质等内容进行了深入的分析与探讨,并将男性气质的理论发展到了城市地理学、经济地理学、人口地理学、后殖民主义地理学等分支学科中。地理学者采用建构理论,综合社会、文化、性别和女性主义地理等多元视角,不仅分析了男性身份政治的形成过程,而且探索了不同男性身份政治形成的空间与环境,并尝试建构男性气质地理学。本文试图通过对国外人文地理学关于男性气质研究的回顾和梳理,为国内人文地理学中男性气质的研究提供指导与借鉴。     

西方经济地理学研究进展

20世纪80年代以来,西方经济地理学与经济学、政治学、社会学、管理学等社会科学广泛融合,呈现出空前繁荣的局面。本文对这一时期西方经济地理学的思潮演变、热点研究领域以及政策研究等方面进行梳理。西方经济地理学在经历了地理学的“新经济地理学”和经济学的“新经济地理学”两个影响深远的变革后,研究领域和主题逐步走向多样化与复杂化。本文综述了8个热点研究领域,包括区域与地方发展、经济全球化、产业地理、劳动力地理、创新与创意地理、消费地理、环境经济地理和金融地理的研究进展,并讨论了经济地理学与政策研究的关系,最后总结了西方经济地理学的特点。     

环境经济地理学的研究现状与挑战

环境经济地理学是经济地理学反思资源环境在学科内部边缘化的产物,旨在重建经济地理学理论与资源环境之间的联系。历经近20年的发展,环境经济地理学研究片段化、地位边缘化的问题无明显改观。为此,本文回溯了环境经济地理学的发展思路,归纳了以环境经济地理学名义开展的研究工作,探讨了环境经济地理学发展面临的挑战与应对。研究发现：① 环境经济地理学过去20年的发展思路是以经济地理学理论为基础,探讨适应资源环境变化的经济发展与空间布局模式,凝练了环境治理和绿色转型两个研究主题。② 面向环境治理,环境经济地理学应用全球价值链和全球生产网络理论,探讨企业和地方如何实现环境和经济效益的共同提升;同时,借助区位分析评估作为区位因子的环境规制如何影响经济布局,发现了诸多“经典假说”的反例。③ 面向绿色转型,环境经济地理学与演化经济地理学结合,应用区域多样化和路径创造理论,分析了区域绿色转型的条件和过程。④ 环境经济地理学的未来发展需要克服范式差异、加强问题导向、推动理论创新,挖掘中国丰富的环境经济地理问题所蕴含的机遇。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
