在过去的几年时间内,无人机在生态学应用领域取得了快速发展(Koh et al., 2012; Anderson et al., 2013; Whitehead et al., 2014a)。通过与激光雷达、多光谱、高光谱和红外光谱等传感器相结合,无人机技术在生物多样性、动物行为及其数量调查、物候监测、生境监测、野生动植物保护、自然保护区管理、恢复生态学、入侵生态学等领域都得到广泛的应用(郭庆华 等,2016;孙中宇 等,2017;胡健波 等,2018)。我是在2013年开始接触无人机,并关注和尝试将其应用于本人的生物多样性研究中。在近几年的学习和交流过程中,经常有人问我一些无人机相关的问题,比如:应该购买什么型号的无人机?无人机应该飞多高?怎样处理海量的影像数据?怎么提取某个关注的变量信息?我也看到一些研究者以无人机为平台收集了大量的生物与环境数据,却找不到准确的科学问题和适合的研究方法对这些数据进行深入的分析和挖掘。究竟怎样才能将无人机放入生态学家的工具箱呢?什么才是“生态+无人机”的“正确”打开方式呢?本文将结合自身有限的无人机生态学研究经历来分享我对这些问题的一些认识(因学科背景、专业水平等的差异,本文所提到的不成熟的观点不一定适合所有人)。  相似文献
