自然保护区群网生态建设的几点思考

论述了自然保护区在生态建设中的作用、我国国家级自然保护区的分布、福建国家级自然保护区的类型及其分布,提出了自然保护区群网建设的必要性.针对保护区建设的现状,提出了现阶段的工作重点:⑴建立自然保护区之间的群网关系;⑵开展自然保护区群网建设与研究工作;⑶保护区群网建设与森林涵养水源的重大意义和保护区域水的生态安全和生态效益;⑷保护区群网建设与发展循环经济;⑸主导资源保护与合理利用;⑹统一落实经费筹措;⑺加强部门、人员协调;⑻配合生态省建设工作·从而促进自然保护区的生态保护、生态修复和生态工程的协调发展.

大武夷自然保护区群网建设设想

界定了大武夷山区域的范围，阐述了其生态特征及其地位．对其生物多样性保护现状进行了深入的分析，指出存在的主要问题：（1）自然保护区呈分散性岛状分布，具明显的岛屿生物地理学特征，生物多样性保护的功能受到明显限制；（2）自然保护区的生境还未得到根本改善，许多重点保护物种仍呈减少态势；（3）自然保护区与区域经济发展的矛盾较突出．提出了大武夷自然保护区群网建设的概念性设想以及需要着重解决的5个关键问题．     

国家级“昌黎黄金海岸自然保护区”建区工作即将展开

河北昌黎“黄金海岸自然保护区”是首批国家级海洋类自然保护区之一。受河北省海洋局委托,河北省科学院地理研究所科技人员,经实地考察和实验室分析研究,完成“昌黎黄金海岸自然保护区”的本底调查,并提出《昌黎黄金海岸自然保护区建设规划》及其近期建设方案,保护区建设工作即将全面展开。“建设规划详细论证了保护区的自然环境和社会经济情况,提出确定了保护区类型性质和建设目标,并根据保护对象及其地域分布机制进行了功     

论景观生态保护区

提出景观生态保护区的概念，阐述了同生态保护区不同于纯自然保护区的性质和特点，根据功能分其为４种类型：阻生、连通性、资源性和缓冲性保护区。讨论了天然来源的景观生态保护区和人工建设的景观生态保护区不同特点和演化趋势，以平潭岛为例提出应把景观生态保护区规划纳入国土规划中进行建设。     

甘肃内陆河流域生态功能及保护对策

从阐述张掖生态功能的重要意义入手,阐明了祁连山森林、湿地、人工绿洲成板块结构镶嵌分布,组成了强大的生态屏障,阻止了沙漠化的进程。针对张掖生态安全屏障保护存在的主要问题和甘肃祁连山国家自然保护区及张掖黑河湿地国家自然保护区建设现状,提出了祁连山自然保护区生态保护与管理及湿地国家级自然保护区生态恢复与综合治理的具体措施,为甘肃内陆河流域生态安全屏障建设提供参考依据。     

甘肃敦煌西湖国家级自然保护区作用及现存问题的分析

敦煌西湖国家级自然保护区湿地及植被是敦煌绿洲的生态屏障,通过对其作用及现存问题的分析,提出了相应的保护对策,以期为提高保护区资源的管理水平,充分发挥其生态、社会和经济效益,为我国西部生态环境建设提供支持。     

龙感湖国家级湿地自然保护区建设管理现状及保护对策

介绍了湖北龙感湖国家级湿地自然保护区主要保护对象和建设管理现状,分析了保护区在保护和管理方面存在的问题和矛盾,从健全管理机制、加强资源管护与执法、科研监测、强化举措、综合治理等方面入手,提出了保护区可持续发展对策。     

洪河国家级自然保护区湿地功能区保育与湿地补偿研究

黑龙江洪河国家级自然保护区位于三江平原腹地,保护区内有众多国家重点保护的野生动植物物种。由于保护区的功能区划和周边地区农田用地的开发,保护区已经面临着水资源匮乏、湿地退化等问题。本文从保护区的湿地功能区保育现状和保护区各功能区生态补偿等方面研究了洪河自然保护区湿地生态补偿问题,确保洪河湿地生物多样性的完整性,达到湿地生物多样性保护与可持续利用的目的。     

珠穆朗玛峰国家级自然保护区湿地分布研究

利用2000～2009年覆盖珠穆朗玛峰国家级自然保护区的MOD09A1和MOD13Q1数据集的相关数据,该保护区1：5万DEM,并结合2008年9月采集的野外湿地数据,进行了基于增强型植被指数（EVI）、改进型调整植被指数（MSAVI）、地表水分指数（LSWI）、海拔和坡度5个参数的保护区湿地分布特征研究。结果表明,珠穆朗玛峰国家级自然保护区的湿地类型主要为河流、湖泊、沼泽和沼泽化草甸;湿地主要分布在海拔4100～4700m且坡度≤4°的佩枯错、浪强错、多布扎等湖泊密集的高原湖盆地区、佩枯错与浪强错之间的平原地带和保护区中部及北部坡度较缓的河谷地区,大部分湿地分布在保护区的实验区内;2000～2008年保护区湿地以季相变化为主,6～9月（湿季）湿地面积约占保护区总面积的11．2％;6～9月湿地面积年际变化幅度小于保护区总面积的0．1％;坡度和海拔是影响保护区湿地空间分布的关键因素和提取该地区湿地空间分布范围的有效参数。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
