市域国土空间规划是空间规划体系构建的关键一环,基于黑土资源的特殊性和重要性,东北黑土区的市域国土空间规划需统筹考虑黑土保护与粮食安全双重目标。本文以黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市为例,建立了融合格网尺度与行政区尺度的黑土区国土空间功能评价指标体系,分析了市域“生产—生活—生态”(“三生”)用地的时空演变特征,诊断了其耦合协调状况,并以区域发展的多元性、社会需求的多样性为导向,提出了齐齐哈尔市黑土保护与粮食安全战略背景下国土空间优化调控路径。研究结果表明,2010—2018年齐齐哈尔市生产空间与生活空间均有一定程度的增长,“三生”功能轻度失调和勉强协调地区占比有所增加。国土空间格局冲突表现为“三生”功能协同性弱,冲突强度地域差异明显,对黑土资源的可持续性开发利用存在一定风险。本文以多尺度下“三生”功能冲突诊断结果为约束,建立了“三生”空间格局优化配置模型。研究认为,东北黑土区市域国土空间功能提升要在国家粮食安全保障能力基础上,坚持以黑土保护利用为导向,统筹“人—水—地”资源要素的组合与匹配,依托现有工业基础和产业优势,分别从引导优势功能区发展、加强重点城镇建设、提高黑土资源利用效率,协调城乡国土空间利用水平等路径来具体实施。  相似文献

实施国土空间生态修复是新时期生态文明建设的重要途径。国土空间生态保护与修复的布局影响着保护实施力度、工程修复成效以及社会资源分配,是科学开展生态修复工作的前置条件和基础环节。论文在辨析生态修复相关概念关联的基础上,从区域识别和时序判别2个层面出发,结合文献计量学分析整理了国际生态修复布局研究现状,梳理了景观“格局—过程—服务—可持续”理论范式在国土空间生态修复布局研究中的应用。论文提出了支撑可持续发展的生态保护修复目标构建、以社会满意度为导向的生态修复时空需求权衡、面向多重成本的生态修复成本科学评估、在生态刚性约束背景下的基于自然解决方案、恢复力思想下生态保护和人工修复决策阈值、基于时空模拟的生态保护与修复工程选址决策6项重要研究趋向,从而架构了耦合社会—生态目标的国土空间生态修复布局研究路径,以期为国土空间生态修复相关研究和实践提供参考。  相似文献

基于POI数据的建设用地多功能混合利用空间分异研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建设用地多功能混合利用对提升区域用地效率、增进国土空间效能具有重要意义。论文构建基于生产—生活—生态空间(即三生空间)的建设用地多功能混合利用分析框架,以济南市为研究区,采用POI数据,利用熵模型、景观格局分析和关联规则挖掘方法,探究土地混合利用的空间分异特征。结果显示,研究区建设用地混合利用以生产空间、生产—生活空间和生活空间为主;核心城区的建设用地混合利用度较高,而生产、生活空间集中连片,生态空间嵌入不足;乡村地区景观的破碎化特征明显,以生产—生活空间引领的建设用地混合利用度较低;产业园区的生活—生态空间在网络中处于边缘位置,加强园区内部规划与周边区域形成互补的生活、生态空间,是实现园区土地可持续利用的关键。关联规则的分析结果表明,科学的生产空间规划是优化混合利用的重要抓手,而合理的生态空间布局对带动区域建设用地混合利用起着关键作用。研究基于POI数据,从行为空间互动理论视角探究建设用地多功能混合规律,丰富了现有土地混合利用理论与方法体系,也为土地利用政策制定及城市空间格局优化提供了科学依据。  相似文献

边境地区是重要的国家安全屏障和多重权力空间影响下的特殊脆弱地带。科学总结边境研究发展历程有助于厘清边境研究脉络,为实现边境长治久安与可持续发展提供科学支撑。论文以中国知网(CNKI)和科学引文索引(Web of Science)中人文地理学相关视域下的中国边境研究学术论文为依据,借助科学知识图谱方法,分析了1990年以来中国边境研究历程、趋势及热点等基本特征。研究发现:中国边境研究经历了“开放探索—社会建构—战略引领”的发展历程,研究热点区域逐渐由东北地区转向西南地区,“边境贸易”“边境旅游”“边境口岸”“一带一路”是4个核心关键词聚类。边境研究主要内容包括边境贸易与开发开放、边境旅游资源开发、社会建构与和谐发展、边境口岸与城市功能,以及地缘环境与边境安全。当前,中国边境研究在规律探索、定量总结等方面仍然不足,论文在构建多要素—多主体—多尺度集成的边境地理研究框架基础上,提出未来应加强边境风险与安全、跨境合作机制、边境效应理论、边境可持续发展等研究,为后续边境研究提供参考,支撑中国边境安全与现代化治理。  相似文献

念青唐古拉山作为青藏高原东南缘重要山古冰川分布区,受季风影响,各区域冰川变化特征差异明显。论文通过Landsat TM/ETM+/OLI资料、ASRTMGDEM与气象数据,采用比值—阈值法、目视解译和VOLTA模型,结合实地考察,对1990—2020年间念青唐古拉山中段北坡边坝地区现代冰川进退状况、面积变化、冰储量变化以及冰川变化对气候变化响应特征进行研究。结果表明:① 1990—2020年5条冰川(玉贡拉冰川、玛拉波冰川、祥格拉冰川、孔嘎冰川、贡日—庚东冰川)末端高程逐渐升高,面积和冰储量分别减少30.38 km2和4.64 km3,总体缩减并呈现加速趋势。② 冰川冰储量减少0.14~1.92 km3,总体变化率为0.40%·a-1。2020年上述5条冰川储量占1990年冰川储量的比例分别为0.70、0.99、0.98、0.91和0.82,显示出冰川规模越大,在短时间尺度的变化量越小。③ 气象数据分析显示,1990—2020年研究区冰川变化受气温升高主导,平均气温变化率为0.51 ℃。水热组合呈现温度升高—降水减少,且在最后10 a日益显著,预测未来冰川变化仍受气温控制并呈加速退缩趋势。④ 区域对比研究表明,念青唐古拉山冰川面积变化总体呈退缩状态,但各区域冰川变化特征差异明显。同时,不同研究方法对同一冰川区冰储量模拟结果相差较大,相对误差范围为34.45%~115.49%,精确的冰储量可对比研究方法仍有待进一步研究。  相似文献

通过对221 BC-1911 AD年间中国城市分布特征及其影响因素的研究,发现:① 在整个研究阶段,中国城市分布的重心位于中东部地区,秦—唐时期重心向西南地区大幅移动,唐—元时期重心先东北方向移动后转向西南方向,元—清时期重心主要向北移动。以腾冲—瑷珲一线为界线分区研究发现,在整个研究阶段西部重心在南北及东西方向呈现出较大的波动趋势,东部重心呈现出与全国类似的运动轨迹。② 标准差椭圆分析表明全国及东西部地区城市分布经历了明显的分散—集聚—分散的变化趋势,其中西部地区最为明显。从城市分布的平均方向看,全国及东部地区具有一定的相似性,均以东北—西南为主要分布特征,西部地区是以西北—东南为主要分布特征。③ 从城市密度分布特征看,其空间连续性和自组织性不断加强且由空间相关性引起的结构性变异处于显著状态。从方向上来看,全方向上的均质化程度呈下降趋势,西北—东南方向各时期城市密度均质化程度相对较好,空间差异相对较小,而东—西方向差异最为明显。④ 分析不同时期城市设置的相关因素发现,221 BC-1911 AD年间,中国城市设置相对集中在地形平坦、气候适中且靠近河流及中心城市的地区。  相似文献

城市交通与土地利用间的协调发展是科学调控城市发展的重要环节。在基于地租理论的微观区位决策与土地利用与交通系统宏观动态交互理论基础上,回顾了城市交通与土地利用一体化模型的发展过程及不同依据下的分类特征,对空间相互作用和重力模型理论模型、空间经济学理论模型、随机效用和离散选择模型和基于行为的微观模型4类一体化模型的优劣进行了系统梳理分析。分析表明,具有合理理论基础、科学数据处理方法、较高模型精度和政策评估适用性的一体化模型仍存在巨大发展空间。近年来西方学者研究趋向微观化、综合化和简约化,而国内一体化模型发展相对滞后,要求模型理论与综合实证开发的进一步突破。特别是在新数据、新交通技术、国土空间规划体系背景下,城市交通与土地利用一体化模型将从“空间”模型向“时空间”模型转变;从“宏观”集计模型向“微观”行为模型转变;从“交通-土地”模型向“综合系统”模型转变;从“样本数据”模型向“大数据”模型转变;从“交通规划”应用向“国土空间规划”应用转变。旨在对城市交通与土地利用一体化模型的一般结构、原理类型、当前面临的问题和挑战进行深入剖析,以推进一体化模型在中国的研究与开发。  相似文献

被誉为世界屋脊和亚洲水塔的青藏高原是中国资源宝库和生态安全屏障。1949年以来,青藏高原科学考察研究作为国家战略任务受到高度重视。1949—2017年第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究(简称“第二次青藏科考”)启动之前,中国科学家在青藏高原地区开展的科学考察研究历程大致可分为4个阶段:① 区域专题科学考察阶段(20世纪50—60年代),该阶段取得了重要的第一手资料,为此后的大规模青藏高原综合科学考察研究奠定了基础;② 第一次青藏高原综合科学考察研究阶段(简称“第一次青藏科考”,1973—1992年),该阶段首次开展了大规模多学科的综合考察研究,完成了面积约260万km2的青藏高原综合科学考察研究,积累了大量的科学资料,产生了巨大的科学和社会影响;③ 问题主导的科学考察研究阶段(20世纪90年代—21世纪初),包括攀登计划、国家重点基础研究发展计划、高水平国际合作等为特征的科学问题主导的科学考察研究,实现了由静态到动态、由定性到定量、由单一学科到交叉学科的里程碑式转变;④ 建制化和团队攻坚的科学考察研究阶段(2003—2017年),这一阶段以2003年中国科学院青藏高原研究所成立为标志,队伍规模化组建,野外台站体系化建成,实验室建设形成规模,国际合作不断深化,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项以及第三极环境国际计划等重大项目的实施,汇集了全国和全球开展青藏高原研究的杰出人才,推动青藏高原研究走进世界地学研究的第一方阵,为2017年启动第二次青藏科考打下了坚实基础。  相似文献

在全球气候变化和国际地缘政治复杂的背景之下,地理学的空间视角为能源—经济—环境关系研究提供了新的研究思路。论文通过梳理、评述能源—经济、能源—环境以及能源—经济—环境关系研究文献发现:① 能源—经济关系研究出现“空间转向”趋势,区位特征被用于解释能源—经济关系的空间异质性;② 能源—环境关系研究多关注能源污染及政策的空间效应,出现了能源景观研究等新研究话题;③ 能源—经济—环境关系研究刚刚兴起,出现了因果关系实证、耦合协调度评价、多目标规划预测3种研究思路;④ 当前研究存在实证分析高度同质化、空间差异机制解释不足、可再生能源相关研究较少等不足之处。据此,论文尝试构建了空间视角下能源—经济—环境(3E)关系研究基础框架,并基于中国研究现状提出未来的研究展望,即完善理论框架建设、加强可再生能源研究以及开展碳减排目标下的能源—经济—环境系统模拟预测,从而为中国碳达峰、碳中和目标的实现提供理论与实证支撑。  相似文献

特色化发展模式对助力小城镇突破发展困境具有重要意义。本文从微观到中宏观视角提出“特色识别—特色优势度评价—特色综合定位”逻辑框架,构建“特色三步定位法”:① 特色识别基于多种传统方法及文本大数据处理,依据特色要素类别进行差异化方法构建;② 特色优势度评价主要根据不同特色要素类别选取不同指标或方法,采取同市域同类别横向比较的思路构建评价体系;③ 特色综合定位是结合国土空间类型分析,依托“自然要素类—文化要素类—区位要素类—产业要素类”的优先贯序构建方法。此外,以安徽省15个国家级特色小城镇为例开展实证研究,检验了“特色三步定位法”的可操作性及实践指导作用,并发现两成案例地特色要素定位不准,根源在于特色要素定位方法及技术规范的欠缺。未来,建议特色小城镇及时检验当前主导特色,其他小城镇需以特色要素准确定位为前提进行特色化开发。  相似文献
