辽河流域生态需水估算

从辽河流域存在的环境问题出发,在确定主要生态需水类型的基础上,基于水资源分区,分别估算各水资源分区的不同类型的生态需水,包括枯季河道生态需水、汛期输沙需水、入海需水、地下水恢复需补充的水量、河口湿地生态需水等。针对辽河流域季节性河流的特点,提出了枯水季节最小流量法的枯季河道生态需水计算方法。计算结果表明,辽河流域生态需水总量为130.44×10⁸m³,占地表径流的48.3%,其中浑太河、东辽河2个水资源分区的生态需水量占地表径流的比例在60%以上,辽河干流生态需水量占地表径流的53.5%,其余水资源分区生态需水量占地表径流的比例均在50%以下。研究结果为流域水资源配置及水环境保护与恢复提供科学依据。     

生态环境需水量分类及计算方法综述

根据生态系统的生态环境功能,可以将生态环境需水量分为:河流生态环境需水量、植被生态用水量、用于湖泊湿地保护与恢复的生态环境需水量、城市生态环境需水量和回补超采地下水的生态环境需水量等。在此基础上,综述了各项生态环境需水量的计算方法,并提出了在生态环境需水量分类及计算方法方面需要进一步研究的问题。     

生态环境需水的理论和方法研究进展

生态环境需水研究是目前国际上学科前沿研究之一,涉及生态学、水文学、环境科学等多学科。文章论述了国内外生态环境需水研究的进展,分析了生态环境需水的内涵、概念、分类和特征,总结了河流、植被、湖泊、湿地和城市生态系统生态环境需水量计算的理论基础和方法。最后,从区域水资源优化配置和可持续发展的角度,对今后生态环境需水研究的方向与技术、区域性范围和水资源优化配置等问题进行了讨论。     

黄河流域坡高地系统最小生态需水研究

以保护和恢复流域坡高地生态系统为目的，对坡高地最小生态需水问题进行研究，提出了坡高地生态需水和生态缺水的计算方法。以黄河流域为实例，在GIS和遥感技术支持下对坡高地最小生态需水量和缺水量进行了计算，并从时空两个尺度揭示了黄河流域坡高地生态系统最小生态需水的变化规律，研究成果可为流域生态环境建设和水资源合理配置提供依据。     

新疆三工河流域农业需水量预测与分析

依据新疆三工河流域的农业生产发展情况以及农业用水现状,综合考虑该流域土地资源状况和农业发展方向,结合国家西部大开发战略和相关的宏观经济调整政策,预测2005年、2010年和2020年流域三个水平年的农业需水量,分析了未来20年的农业需水态势.同时,结合该地区工业、生活、生态环境需水量的未来变化趋势,平衡分析了在满足未来农业需水条件下的社会-经济-生态复合系统水资源配置的合理性,并提出从农业灌溉中节水,尽量追求内涵式发展的农业模式,这才是谋求三工河流域社会-经济-生态复合系统可持续发展的有效之路.同时,这也为国家对该地区的国土开发、经济建设布局以及长远水资源利用问题进行宏观决策提供了参考依据.     

辽中地区矿业城市水资源供需平衡动态分析

辽中地区矿业城市是我国重要的能源生产和重工业基地,研究其水资源供需变化有利于实现水资源可持续化管理,促进经济、生态协调发展。分析了水资源供需平衡框架,可利用水资源和需水量的计算方法,以及水资源供需平衡的影响因子。结果表明:1997-2005年,辽中地区矿业城市水资源供需区域差异明显,鞍山市水资源供需失衡明显,但缺水量逐渐降低,2005年仅缺水0.32×108m3,水资源开发利用率平均达到65.56%,用水属于高度紧张;抚顺市水资源供需基本持平,近几年余水量逐渐增大,2005年余水5.25×108m3,水资源开发利用率平均达到35.11%,用水属于中高度紧张;本溪市水资源供需平衡,可利用水资源大于需水量,2005年余水8.65×108m3,水资源开发利用率平均达到27.96%,用水属于中高度紧张。鞍山的需水结构以农业需水和生态环境需水为主,两者达到总需水量的76%;抚顺以生态环境需水为主,达到60%,农业需水次之,达到23%;本溪生态环境需水达到67%,工业需水次之,为15%。自然条件的差异是水资源供需变化差异的基础,人类社会经济活动和政策法规是水资源供需变化的主要影响因子。     

流域尺度生态需水的估算模型与应用--以克里雅河流域为例

以我国西部典型干旱区新疆南部的克里雅河流域为研究区,通过分析各生态系统需水的结构特征,估算了生态需水的规模,讨论了生态需水的供需平衡问题。研究发现,全流域生态需水总量约为6.93×10⁹m³/a,平均每公顷植被的最小生态需水为413.9m³/a。在各植被类型中,沼泽地耗水、草地耗水、林地耗水分别约占植被总生态需水量的47.6%、43.4%与9.0%,由此可见,沼泽地和草地耗水是该流域植被生态需水的主体。研究结论对于制定水土资源开发利用规划,保障当地水资源的良性循环,实现水资源的可持续利用,恢复和重建生态环境,具有重要的参考价值。     

流域水资源开发阈值模型及其在黄河流域的应用

流域水资源开发阈值是流域水资源合理利用的基础和流域生态系统健康的保证。随着水资源短缺引起的 问题日益突出, 人们对水资源开发阈值的认识也在不断加深, 从最初的“水资源总量”、“可利用量”和“可供水量” 等, 到考虑生态需水和水质保护的水资源可利用量。本文在这些理念的基础上, 提出一种新的流域水资源开发阈值 及其计算模型, 即考虑水资源量、不可利用的洪水量、被污染水量、生态需水量及重复计算水量, 综合计算流域水资 源开发阈值。黄河流域作为我国水资源严重短缺地区, 水资源开发面临严峻挑战。以黄河流域为例, 运用该阈值模 型对黄河流域水资源开发阈值进行初步计算, 得到开发阈值多年平均约为238 亿m3, 占黄河天然径流量的40%左 右, 符合国际公认的流域水资源开发标准。     

基于RS的新疆哈密地区生态环境需水分析

干旱半干旱地区水资源缺乏,准确地计算区域生态环境用水和生态环境需水,可以对稀缺水资源进行合理调配,同时起到生态保护的作用。研究过程主要分为两个步骤:(1)采用RS技术,对新疆哈密地区1990年、2000年、2005年中巴资源一号卫星(China Brazil Earth Resources Sat-ellite)数据进行解译,形成1990年、2000年、2005年哈密地区土地覆被图形数据和相应的属性数据,确定相应年份各景观类型的面积;(2)参考有关研究并结合哈密地区实际情况,确定各景观类型的单位生态用水定额和需水定额,进而计算出1990年、2000年、2005年哈密地区的生态用水量,并以2005年哈密地区生态用水量为主要依据计算出保持哈密地区生态环境现状的生态需水量。研究结果表明,为了实现哈密地区生态环境整体保持在现状水平不致恶化、局部区域生态环境(巴里坤湖区)有所改善的生态治理目标,区域内生态环境需水总量为7.526×109m3,这一庞大的需水量将对该地区水资源配置造成巨大的压力;而当结合各类景观的地物空间位置特征进行分析时,发现该区域生态用(需)水量最大的景观(低覆盖草地)可以利用山地积雪融水进行自给,区域内实际需要规划配置的生态环境需水量为2.66×108m3,仅占区域生态环境需水总量的3.53%。在区域生态用(需)水计算过程中应考虑各种景观类型的生态用(需)水量的时空差异性,以保证水资源调配的科学与合理。     

黄淮海平原河道基本环境需水研究

针对我国北方地区水环境中最突出的污染问题,以满足河流最基本的稀释自净功能为目的,提出了一种计算河道基本环境需水量的方法,即月(年)保证率设定法,并以黄淮海平原为例,进行实证分析。结果是黄淮海平原总的河道环境需水最小为2176亿m³,约占多年平均径流量的15%,其中海河流域309亿m³、黄河下游52亿m³、淮河流域片1347亿m³。通过Tennant法验证,说明计算结果可靠。本文的研究不仅丰富了生态(环境)需水的理论内涵,为河道生态(环境)需水的进一步研究打下了良好的基础,同时为研究区水资源规划、水环境保护提供了有力的依据

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
