上海苏州河滨水空间的社会服务功能探讨

苏州河城市滨水空间具有公共属性。经过百年发展,苏州河沿岸形成了不可替代的历史文化景观。随着公众对滨水空间的观光休闲、历史文化和景观功能的需求日益增加,在城市建设改造过程中,滨水空间向公共空间转换成为重要的趋势。以苏州河市区段为例,实地调研滨水空间的利用现状,发现设置铁栏或围墙、占用公共廊道、缺少滨水步道、集中绿地限时开放影响廊道连通性和公众可达性,加上原有的规划未充分把公共属性和水岸资源纳入到整体规划中,造成社会服务功能发挥不足。结合典型河段功能规划,选取了苏州河河口段、梦清园段、中远两湾城段、武宁路桥段和苏河湾段五个典型河段,进一步分析了典型河段的社会服务功能影响因素。从整体规划、连通性、因地制宜退界开发、历史文化和公共服务配套设施的角度提出提升苏州河滨水地区社会服务功能的建议。     

环境行为学视角下城市滨水空间活力协调度研究

基于环境行为学相互渗透理论和环境心理学人-环境一致性理论,本研究以珠江前航道为例,从活力营造视角构建“人群-环境”活力互动模型,运用多源数据,使用熵权法、全局莫兰指数、局部莫兰指数等计量方法对滨水空间的活力协调度进行定量研究,并对滨水空间人群活力的时空特征、环境活力的空间格局及活力协调度空间格局进行总结,探讨滨水空间的活力协调机制,为提升城市滨水空间的活力协调度提出优化策略。结果表明：1）滨水空间人群活力具有明显空间分异特征,具有显著的空间正自相关性。随时间推移,热点区域呈现扩大—收敛的空间特征,冷点区域则呈现分散—集中的空间格局;2）滨水空间环境活力具有显著的空间分异特征,呈现西高东低的空间格局;3）滨水空间活力协调度呈现高、中和低3种活力协调状态,耦合协调状态的滞后系统主要为环境活力子系统;4）混合多样的城市功能,连续有韵律的城市景观和与水岸融合的生活性道路是滨水空间具备高活力协调度的关键。基于此,本研究提出以下优化策略：1）充分利用水景观资源（包括滨水空间内部的细微水体,如河涌和塘）,注重景观的连续性,优化滨水游憩体验。2）以活动作为契机营造滨水空间的故事性和记忆点,构建群体故事和群体记忆作为连接人群活力与环境活力相互交织的桥梁,使人与环境形成良性的互动,提升滨水空间活力协调度。3）关注低活力协调度滨水空间在水岸转型过程中社会关系冲突的调解,采用包容性规划的态度,鼓励滨水空间现状用地类型为农田的产权所有者种植兼具经济性和观赏性的作物。对于此类现状为非建设用地或生态景观导向的地区的开发建设,应审慎选择干预措施,以保障并提升其生态价值。     

城市旅游的特殊性分析

把“度假区旅游”、“森林公园旅游”、“风景区名胜区旅游”等旅游类型泛称为“景区旅游”,运用比较分析法,从动力因子与制约因素、功能特性、空间过程与形态、建设与实施等方面分析了城市旅游的特殊性。认为城市旅游建设是一项复杂的系统工程,发展城市旅游,应树立“大旅游”的观念,在政府的主导下,协调城市规划与城市旅游规划之间的关系,并把旅游建设融于城市的整体建设。     

近年来国内城市滨水空间研究进展

城市滨水空间作为具有巨大比较优势的空间领域，是当前城市发展和研究的重点。目前国内对城市滨水空间研究多从不同角度进行论述，未形成完整的理论研究体系。在收集和整理近10年来国内众多相关研究文献的基础上，试图从开发利用、规划设计、实体景观设计、开发规划管理及与滨水城市的关系等方面对城市滨水空间研究作以系统总结，并从滨水空间研究的系统性、新理念和新技术的应用、加强开发规划管理可行性等方面展望研究趋势。     

形象导向的城市旅游规划的基本思路

文章从城市旅游规划的中心任务分析入手，提出了城市旅游规划应坚持以形象为导向的基本观点，并根据我国一段时间以来旅游规划发展的主流思想，探索了形象导向的城市旅游规划的基本思路及其技术路线。其基本思路，首先设计和营造城市旅游总体形象，然后以形象为核心规划城市旅游系统，规划出的城市旅游系统又反过来使城市旅游总体形象得到进一步强化，从而最终形成一个功能齐备，结构合理，整体优化的城市旅游发展体系。在此思想指导下，形象导向的城市旅游规划从规划入手到规划成果的最终出台要依次经过以下几个阶段；城市旅游动力模型分析、城市“文脉”分析，城市旅游客源市场分析，城市旅游形象现状分析，城市旅游形象定位，城市旅游形象营造，城市旅游形象传播和旅游相关系统规划。     

港珠澳大桥对粤港澳大湾区区域旅游一体化发展影响的计量研究

立足于旅游供需空间系统视角，运用旅游流引力模型及GIS集成方法分析港珠澳大桥建成前后粤港澳大湾区城市旅游竞争力和居民出游力的格局，探讨粤港澳大湾区的区域旅游一体化趋势。研究表明：1）港珠澳大桥的开通使得珠江口东西两岸的旅游流潜力分布更加均衡，有利于珠江口两岸地区的均衡发展，推动港珠澳大桥绿色政策通道建设，打破行政壁垒以实现旅游要素的自由流通，是推动粤港澳大湾区旅游从均衡发展走向区域协同一体化发展的关键。2）大湾区11个城市旅游竞争力和居民出行力的变化幅度与大桥开通后交通可达性的提升幅度显著相关，并呈现明显的空间距离衰减特征；大桥的开通降低了两岸之间的旅游抗阻力，显著加强了珠江口两岸城市的旅游合作关系，尤其是东西岸城市群（香港、深圳、澳门和珠海）之间的资源优势互补。3）港珠澳大桥影响下，粤港澳大湾区旅游竞争力和居民出游力的变化在空间分布上呈现显著的聚集特征，高值集聚区主要分布在大桥直接连接的香港、澳门和珠海；中山及珠海的部分区域被高值邻居包围，受扩散的机会较大；而广佛和深莞的部分区域为低值聚集区，呈现一定的边缘化趋势。大桥对港澳核心城市群优势的加强作用明显，广州及附近区域的相对地位被削弱...     

南京城市旅游形象探讨

该文通过结构法和非结构法相结合，对南京城市旅游形象进行问卷调查，发现游客对南京形象的认知主要集中在“古老”、“绿化好”和“文化底蕴深厚”方面。南京在旅游信息获取、旅游事件、娱乐项目和文化氛围方面与游客的期望值差距较大。今后需通过城市景观管理促进旅游形象建设；通过强化系列旅游活动的开发塑造旅游形象；通过有针对性地宣传促销强化旅游形象，把南京建设成为充满独特魅力的“六朝古都，文化南京”。     

城市滨水区旅游·游憩功能开发研究—以武汉市为例

该文指出城市滨水区开发是滨水城市规划研究中的热点问题，从城市游憩功能开发的角度，提出城市滨水区开发的基本原则，以武汉市为你，在重点论述汉口外滩，汉最最南岸嘴和武昌东湖三个滨水区游憩功能开发的基础上，提出以滨水区建设为中心的武汉市旅游发展战略。

历史文化名城苏州旅游产品的创新和发展

本文在评述历史文化名城苏州现阶段旅游产品状况的基础上，通过苏州旅游产品优势和存在问题的分析，指出苏州长期赖依发展的传统观光旅游产品——园林旅游面临着产品老化．对主要客源市场上海及周边地区游客吸引力下降之事实，并对近期主打产品江南古镇过度商业化、产品雷同．相互竞争性强等问题进行了剖析；在此基础上提出了苏州旅游产品发展规划的策略，即凭依“旧瓶装新酒”这样的开发模式，通过实施旅游产品的整体发展与整合策略，继续发扬老产品的品牌效应，并重点打造度假休闲．商务及会展旅游、文化旅游等产品开发，以及整个城市自身旅游功能的全面提升，实现苏州旅游新的发展。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
