随着遗产旅游的迅速发展,游客的体验及其影响已不容忽视。但目前的研究多忽略了遗产旅游地的特殊性即遗产价值,也较少关注到旅游中“认知”的作用。因此本文在传统“ACSI”模型基础上引入“认知”变量,以拥有三大世界文化遗产的杭州为研究案例地,通过文献整理、实地考察、问卷调研和半结构化访谈等方法对游客认知进行测度并构建“认知-感知-忠诚度”模型,探讨“认知”对“满意度”“忠诚度”的影响和作用机理。研究表明(:1)游客对杭州三大世界文化遗产认知不足(;2)世界文化遗产认知对预期质量、感知质量和感知价值存在显著正向影响(;3)世界文化遗产认知对遗产旅游的满意度和忠诚度直接产生正向影响。世界文化遗产旅游地活动兼具“休闲”与“求知”的二元属性,因此不能忽略游客对世界文化遗产的认知,需关注到其本身的价值和游客的求知动机。本研究的发现可为遗产旅游地管理者和旅游企业提供理论借鉴。  相似文献

以世界遗产地九寨沟和庐山为例,基于游客感知视角,经过验证性因子分析、复核效度检验、因素恒等性检验发现,游客感知理论模型具有跨样本的稳定性和有效性。均值模型研究发现,除了服务感知结构变量,游客对九寨沟的资源和社区态度感知都显著优于庐山,总体满意度与忠诚度也好于庐山,因此九寨沟具有更突出的旅游竞争力。本研究拓展了旅游地竞争力定量评价研究方法,创新地将结构方程均值模型成功应用于不同类型的旅游地,建立社区态度结构变量,定量测度了社区利益主体与游客之间存在的交互作用,显示旅游地建设不能忽视社区各利益主体对游客和旅游业发展的态度。  相似文献

从旅游者感知视角分析少数民族地区农业旅游地发展中出现的问题并探讨解决方法。采用SEM结构方程对3个西南少数民族地区国家农业旅游示范点地进行研究。结果表明,所构建的农业旅游者感知模型具有跨样本一致性特征,有较强解释力。研究首次运用结构方程单独定量验证少数民族地区特色旅游商品对旅游者满意度与忠诚度的显著影响(γ13=0.26 ** ),同时揭示农业旅游地游客满意度与忠诚度的显著关联(β21=0.88 *** ),旅游资源与软件服务对游客满意度的显著影响(γ11=0.48 *** ,γ12=0.20*),并且发现旅游硬件服务与游客满意度之间不存在必然联系,少数民族农业旅游地自然风光、乡村风貌、民族风情等主题特色的保持与挖掘是吸引旅游者的关键因素。  相似文献

通过调研数据分析处理,建立重大事件对举办地旅游形象影响的游客感知测量模型,分析差异规律,建构SEM模型探索游客感知对其行为影响关系。结果表明:①重大事件旅游形象影响的游客感知模型包括旅游便利影响、城市形象影响、城市功能影响、城市吸引影响等4个维度。②世博会对上海旅游形象影响的游客感知显著,不同群体感知强度差异明显,女性群体高于男性,已婚群体高于未婚,参观过世博会的群体高于未参观过的群体,本地游客(居民)感知高于外地游客。③世博会对上海旅游形象影响的游客感知呈现一定空间分异规律,在旅游便利和旅游吸引影响维度上,客源空间距离越远游客感知值越小;而在城市功能和城市形象影响维度上,客源距离越远游客感知越显著。④游客感知的4个维度中,旅游吸引影响维度对旅游者(居民)行为影响显著,其他维度影响不显著。开展重大事件对旅游地形象影响研究,对重大事件在我国的可持续发展具有理论与实践意义。  相似文献

重游对旅游地包括城郊旅游地可持续发展具有重要意义.选取南京城郊旅游地中开发比较成熟的珍珠泉旅游风景区为例,对比了重游游客与首游游客的行为差异,对游客行为进行了Logistic回归分析,意在探索游客重游意愿的影响因素及内部作用机制.结果表明,重游游客与首游游客的背景、交通方式、旅游信息获取渠道和旅游满意度存在显著差异.旅游活动和餐饮满意度,游客月收入水平和年龄等,对游客重游意愿有显著影响.最后,提出了提高城郊旅游地重游率的对策,为城郊景区旅游资源的整合和旅游综合质量的提升及旅游业的可持续发展提供了依据.  相似文献

以公众环境行为 “价值-信念-规范”理论(VBN)以及计划行为论(TPB)为基本借鉴理论,融合旅游活动特性,构建游客环境行为意愿影响因素模型,以西溪国家湿地公园为案例地,以结构方程方法进行数据分析验证理论模型。研究发现:游客环境行为意愿受到特定环境态度、感知行为控制以及旅游地意象3方面因素的直接影响,其中特定环境态度的影响最突出,感知行为控制次之,旅游地意象略弱;主观规范作为中介变量在受到环境价值观影响的同时作用于游客特定的环境态度与感知行为控制;旅游地意象要素直接影响特定环境态度与游客环境行为意愿。  相似文献

以往对于旅游地的研究多关注"游憩体验-游客满意度-游客行为意向"的因果关系,却忽视了旅游地的游憩环境因素与其它变量间的关联机制,对于环境服务功能显著的生态旅游地尤为如此。以海南省东寨港红树林旅游区为案例地,从游客感知的视角,探讨游憩环境、游憩体验、游客满意度及其行为意向等多维变量之间的逻辑关系;建立了以游憩环境和游憩体验为前因变量、游客满意度和游客行为意向分别为中介变量和结果变量的结构方程模型,分析和检验这些变量间的因果关系及其影响作用机制。研究结果表明,"游憩环境-游憩体验-游客满意度-游客行为意向"的因果关系模型成立,它们构成游憩历程中具有递进性逻辑关联的多维变量;游憩环境作为首要前因变量,对游憩体验、游客满意度都产生了显著的正向影响,"气候条件"和"景观资源"是游憩环境形成正向影响的两个关键因素,其中,"舒适宜人的气候"是气候条件需求中的核心要素,"富有生态环境教育功能"是景观资源中受游客关注程度较高的因素;以游憩环境为背景条件的另一个前因变量——游憩体验对游客满意度形成了显著的正向影响,"环境获得"与"服务水平"是形成良好体验效果、提升游客满意度的重要因素,其中,"可以开展多样化体验活动"是影响"环境获得"的关键要素;"导览解说生动有趣"是影响游客对"服务水平"感知的核心要素。  相似文献

21世纪以来,中国主题公园业面临越来越激烈的竞争和挑战,产品创新能力和游客体验水平提升成为主题公园的核心竞争力和经营管理的关键。以芜湖市方特梦幻王国新推出的夜场产品为研究案例,在大量实地问卷调查和访谈的基础上,探讨了主题公园夜场旅游产品的游客满意度,结果表明:(1)该主题公园夜场旅游产品游客表现出年龄轻、学历高,学生多、收入水平不高等特征,多以本省为主、散客自助游为主。(2)游客满意度感知可分为4个维度,即整体体验满意度、服务满意度、设施满意度、项目满意度,每个维度均处于较好的满意水平,其中以设施满意度为最高。游客总体满意度较高,具有很高的重游意愿。(3)重要性-绩效性分析表明,游客满意度得分均低于其感知重要性,服务构成了供给方的短板;不同群体游客对夜场满意度的感知存在显著差异,主要表现在性别、年龄、职业等个体特征上。本研究对中国其他主题公园经营管理、城市夜间旅游开发具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。  相似文献

基于女性视角,以中国西部城市宝鸡作为典型案例地,从低碳旅游认知、环境价值观、社会责任感、参与低碳旅游意愿、约束感知、旅游地低碳情境6个变量出发,结合计划行为理论和态度ABC理论,利用模糊综合评价法,对宝鸡市女性游客的低碳旅游评价与发展进行探究。结果表明:1)宝鸡市女性游客的低碳旅游综合评价分值为3.352,属于中评价;2)准则层中参与低碳旅游意愿属于高评价(3.5~5.0),环境价值观、社会责任感、约束感知、旅游地情境处于中评价(2.5~3.5),这四者综合评价值差距不大,仅有低碳旅游认知属于低评价(1.0~2.5);3)从准则层来看,综合评价排名前三的分别为:参与低碳旅游意愿>环境价值观>约束感知;4)由模糊综合评价模型得知,低碳旅游认知、社会责任感、约束感知、旅游地情境是发展宝鸡市女性低碳旅游的关键点。提出女性旅游者参与低碳旅游的积极性建议。  相似文献

以2010上海网络世博会为例,采用SPSS18.0和AMOS17.0数据分析软件,通过对网络浏览者调研数据的分析与处理,建立重大事件网络虚拟旅游消费者感知态度的测量模型,并进行测度研究,通过建构SEM模型探索网络虚拟游客消费感知态度及评价对行为意图的影响关系。研究结果表明:①上海网络世博会虚拟旅游消费感知态度包括实用维度和享乐维度2个测量维度。②上海网络世博会游客旅游消费感知态度总体均值较高,10个测量指标均值均达到满意水平,网络游客对于实用维度的感知均值高于享乐维度;女性群体感知态度的均值在两个维度上均高于男性;未婚群体在实用维度上感知均值高于已婚群体;参观过世博会的旅游者的享乐维度感知均值高于未参观过世博会的群体。③感知评价满意度是网络游客感知态度影响行为意图的中介变量,网络游客感知态度通过对感知满意评价的显著影响而影响网络虚拟旅游者的网络行为和其世博旅游行为意图。④网络游客消费感知态度中的享乐维度对网络游客世博游览行为意向产生直接而显著影响,而实用维度的影响不显著。该研究有益拓展了游客消费行为理论和方法的研究领域与实证应用,对世博会等类同国际性重大事件的营销推广与可持续发展具有一定的理论和现实意义。  相似文献
