土壤氯化钠含量高光谱估算模型研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于光谱反射率快速、无损的检测优势,以于田地区不同氯化钠含量土壤光谱反射率作为信息源,探讨利用反射光谱估算土壤氯化钠含量的可行性。于2012年7月对于田地区进行野外调查,在测定土壤光谱反射率及氯化钠含量的基础上,对光谱反射率数据进行预处理并建立了逐步多元线性回归(SMLR)模型和偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)模型,并利用决定系数R2和均方根误差RMSE对模型稳定性和预测能力进行检验,进而比较不同预处理方法和不同模型估算结果的适用性。结果表明:反射率二阶微分光谱是预测土壤样本氯化钠含量的最佳光谱指标;偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)模型是建立土壤光谱与氯化钠含量关系的最优模型,R2和RMSE分别为0.812和0.105。利用反射光谱估算土壤氯化钠含量,通过各种光谱预处理方法提高估算精度,可实现在区域尺度上的土壤盐渍化监测和评价。  相似文献

本文对克里雅河流域进行野外调查、采集土壤样品及其光谱反射特性的测量,通过比较不同光谱预处理的方法建立偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)模型,并利用决定系数(R2)、均方根误差(RMSEP)、残留预测偏差(RPD)对模型的稳定性和预测能力进行检验。结果表明:反射率一阶微分是预测土壤样本盐分含量的最佳光谱指标。PLSR模型在建立土壤光谱与盐分含量关系时较为适用,R2、RMSE和RPD分别为0.77、0.25和1.88。利用反射光谱估算土壤中盐分含量,通过各种光谱预处理方法可以提高估算精度,可以为该区土壤盐渍化评价和生态环境调查提供依据。  相似文献

利用新疆奇台县荒漠-绿洲交错带的75个土壤样本,选取土壤可见光-近红外光谱的反射率(R)、光谱反射率倒数之对数(lg(1/R))、光谱反射率一阶导数(FDR)和光谱波段深度(Depth)4个指标,分析了其与土壤N、P、K元素含量的关系,分别建立了反演模型并对其精度进行了检验。结果表明:可见光-近红外反射光谱快速估算荒漠-绿洲交错带土壤N、P、K元素含量的潜力大,其预测精度由高到低的排列顺序为:N>P>K。不同光谱指标反演模型的精度各异,指标Depth和FDR的预测效果明显优于lg(1/R)和R,对N和P元素的拟合效果为:lg(1/R)相似文献

利用土壤光谱反射率预测海岸带典型土壤有机质含量。对莱州湾海岸带典型地区97个土壤样本的光谱反射率特性进行分析,把光谱曲线划分为4个区域,提取每个区域的代表性特征参数,与土壤有机质含量进行相关性分析,最终选用458~587.1nm区间的挠度(相关系数达0.87)作为自变量进行模型回归,并利用均方根误差(RMSE)和预测残差(RPD)进行模型检验与评价。结果表明,以458~587.1nm区间的挠度作为自变量建立的对数函数预测模型具有较高的精度和稳定性,经验证计算出其RMSE为0.39,RPD为2.5,该模型应用效果较好。  相似文献

土壤光谱反射特性的研究是土壤遥感的物理基础,土壤氧化铁含量影响土壤反射率。对采集的174个土样350~2 500 nm谱段的光谱数据进行分析,着重探讨下述3类光谱变量,寻找对土壤氧化铁含量敏感的光谱特征。1)原始光谱反射率及其各种变换形式;2)基于光谱吸收峰特征的变量,因为已知三价铁在870 nm附近有吸收峰存在,提取该吸收峰的面积、宽度、深度等变量;3)基于植被指数的变量,构建土壤氧化铁指数。研究结果表明,各类变量中土壤氧化铁指数对土壤氧化铁含量最敏感,建立相应的回归预测模型,模型拟合度R2为0.534。  相似文献

利用可见光/近红外反射光谱估算土壤总氮含量的实验研究   总被引:25,自引:0,他引:25  
利用土壤的室内反射率光谱,探讨土壤氮元素的高光谱机理。利用土壤光谱各吸收带的特征参数与总氮含量进行逐步回归运算,确定与氮元素关系比较密切的几个吸收带。计算出这几个特征吸收带内土壤反射率的变化形式:一阶导数(FDR)、倒数(1/R)、倒数之对数(log(1/R))、波段深度(Depth),并与总氮含量进行逐步回归分析,得到比较理想的结果:建模样本的Ra^2(修正的判定系数)分别为0.789、0.753、0.736、0.699,验证样本的Ra^2分别为0.759、0.468、0.794、0.725。可见土壤的反射率光谱与氮元素含量之间存在比较明显的相关性,可见光/近红外反射光谱具有快速估算土壤中氮元素含量的潜力。  相似文献

以ASD FR便携式光谱仪与LI-191SA光量子仪对吉林中西部的玉米田进行多次观测,采集到123组有效数据,基于偏最小二乘法(PLS)对玉米FPAR进行高光谱反演。对可见光与近红外光谱(400~1 500nm)进行分析并建立反演模型,对FPAR预测效果进行验证,验证模型的R2为0.785,RMSE为0.117;同时进行了玉米FPAR与光谱反射率、反射率一阶导数之间的关系分析及植被指数与玉米FPAR之间的回归分析。研究结果表明,PLS方法建立的模型可有效地从玉米高光谱反射率数据反演出FPAR含量,反演结果精度较植被指数高。  相似文献

选取新疆奇台县的134个土壤样本,利用土壤反射率对数的一阶导数光谱分别对4 种小波函数进行多层离散分解,采用PLSR方法分别建立了土壤速效钾含量的反演模型,并对其精度值进行检验。结果表明:小波分解获得的各层低频系数以1~3层较高,而其余各层则较低。所有函数分解的6层中,均以第2层低频系数建模的精度最高,随着分解层数(>2层)的增加,其精度值和显著性明显降低。相同尺度下,采用4种小波函数的低频系数构建的反演模型的精度差异较小,而Bior1.3为最优函数;基于Bior 1.3分解的ca2低频系数建模的R2达0.964,RMSE仅为8.19 mg·kg-1,且为极显著水平,为最佳反演模型,经样本检验后发现,此模型可用以快速、准确估算土壤高光谱速效钾含量。  相似文献

2017年7月27日,在云南省剑湖湿地中,利用ASD Filed Spec 3光谱仪和CCM-200 Plus叶绿素仪,分别测量了菰(Zizania caduciflora)的反射光谱和叶绿素含量指数(chlorophyll content index,CCI);利用原始光谱反射率以及经一阶微分和连续小波变换的反射率数据,对菰的反射光谱特征进行了研究;分析原始光谱反射率、一阶微分的反射率、"三边"参数、经Mexican Hat小波变换的反射率的小波系数与叶绿素含量指数之间的关系,筛选出显著相关的变量,采用多元逐步线性回归方法,建立叶绿素含量指数的估算模型,并检验估算模型的精度。研究结果表明,菰与健康绿色植物的原始反射光谱特征相同,利用经一阶微分和连续小波变换的反射率数据,可以更好地提取菰反射率信息和分析菰的反射光谱特征;菰的所有波段的原始反射率都与叶绿素含量指数不相关,但是经过一阶微分和小波变换后的反射率,其在一些波长范围内与叶绿素含量指数显著相关;在同一环境下生长的菰叶绿素含量差异明显;在建立的3个叶绿素含量指数估算模型中,利用小波系数建立的回归模型的估算精度相对较高,其决定系数为0.310,均方根误差为6.725。  相似文献

以新疆奇台地区碱化土壤为研究对象,通过分析碱化土壤实测光谱反射率曲线与八大离子、pH、碱化指标相互间的相关关系,建立基于离子光谱特征波段反射率的各碱化指标一元及多元光谱反演模型,并对其精度进行验证。结果显示:Na^+、CO_32-、HCO_3^-含量与光谱反射率正相关,最高点的相关系数分别为0.710、0.798、0.749,而Ca2+、Mg2+含量与光谱反射率负相关,相关系数最高均不超过-0.370,反映出前3类离子含量与光谱反射率关系更为密切。SAR(钠吸附比)和ESP(碱化度)与Na+相关系数同为0.954,TA(总碱度)、RSC(残余碳酸钠)、pH与CO_32-的相关系数分别为0.946、0.949和0.953,总体上Na^+和CO_32-含量对各碱化指标的影响更大。各碱化指标与土壤光谱反射率的相关性TA>RSC>ESP>pH>SAR;其中TA与光谱反射率的相关系数达到0.863。碱化指标TA的离子光谱特征波段反射率反演模型精度最好,其R^2为0.703,比利用实测光谱反射率建立的pH反演模型的R^2高约14%,说明前者精度更高,能更好地反映研究区内土壤的碱化程度。利用离子光谱特征波段反射率实现对土壤碱化的预测会成为今后研究的重点。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
