中国西部地区外向型经济发展比较研究

基于外向型经济战略在众多发展中国家和地区获得成功，贸易和投资自由化正成为世界经济增长的发动机，文章分析了经济全球化背景下中国西部地区在对外贸易、引进外资及国际旅游创汇方面的差距与不足，提出了中国西部地区外向型经济发展的战略对策和建议，旨在推动中国西部大开发。     

厦漳泉地区外向型经济发展的条件与特征分析

本文分析厦漳泉地区外向型经济发展的基本条件、发展过程，以及近十几年来利用外资的主要特征。在此基础上，对本区进一步加快发展外向型经济的潜在优势进行评述。     

新疆外向型经济发展效率评价及影响因素

大力发展外向型经济是丝绸之路经济带建设的重要内容。为了研究新疆外向型经济的发展及其影响因素,采用熵值-TOPSIS评价模型和结构方程模型,建立了包括外向型经济发展水平、经济基础水平、社会基础水平和竞争力水平4个指标因素的综合指标体系,对新疆各地州市外向型经济发展效率进行评价,并对4个指标因素的关系进行实证分析。研究结果表明:新疆各地州市外向型经济发展效率差异虽然较小,但呈现小幅度加大趋势;将新疆15个地州市分为超效率发挥地区、领先地区、效率未发挥地区和落后地区;经济基础水平对外向型经济发展水平的影响最大,竞争力水平次之,社会基础水平对外向型经济发展水平暂无明显影响。     

我国中西部地区外向型农业发展的模式与对策

发展外向型农业是我国农业转变生产机制、实现现代化的必由之路。与东部沿海地区相比，我国中西部地区外向型农业起步晚，水平低，在资金、技术、人才、信息等方面均处于明显的劣势，但是农业自然资源和农产品资源丰富，劳动力成本低廉，在国家实施西部大开发战略和加入WTO的新形势下，发展外向型农业具有巨大潜力。本文在分析外向型农业基本特征和中西部地区现实条件的基础上，提出了中西部地区外向型农业发展的基本模式和对策。     

长江流域外向型经济发展研究

研究长江流域外向型经济发展,指出沿江开放的决策效应明显,长江流域外向型经济发展地位不断上升,利用外资和进出口贸易不断增加,但外向型经济发展仍落后于经济发展,经济外向度水平较低,出口货物档次不高。开发区建设取得一定成效,成为外向型经济发展的重要依托和新的经济增长点。外商投资企业发展较快,但外资利用技术水平和国际竞争力有待提高。中上游地区发展较慢,区域差距有不断扩大的趋势。     

山东省外向型经济发展地域差异及分类研究

山东省外向型经济近几年发展迅速，但省内各地发展很不平衡。本文利用评估指标和实证统计数据，运用客观赋权法对山东省17地市外向型经济发展水平进行综合评价，从中得出山东省外向型经济发展水平地域差异明显，绝大数地区发展滞后，呈“⊥”状；然后结合系统聚类分析法，将各地的外向型经济发展水平分为发达型、较发达型、发展型、欠发达型四类，并相应的做出评价。     

河南外向型经济区域差异及极化态势分析

在对河南外向型经济的核心内容出口贸易、实际利用FDI两方面区域差异分析的基础上,引入新近发展起来的区域经济极化理论和方法测算并分析河南外向型经济区域极化程度、演化态势,对极化空间指向也进行了探讨;研究表明,河南外向型经济区域极化态势突出,作为增长极的中原城市群地区与外围地区两极分化格局突出。最后,针对河南外向型经济区域差异及极化发展的现状特征提出几点调控的政策建议。     

福建省外向型经济发展特点与对策

福建省具有天然深水良港、众多的海外侨胞和丰富的自然资源等外向型经济的发展条件。改革开放以来,福建利用优势发展外向型经济,取得较大成就。本文运用外向型经济理论,分析了近十几年来福建外向型济发展特点,提出了持续发展的对策。

从区域经济角度,提出了黄骅 港是河北省最理想的出和外向型经济基地,黄骅港与朔黄铁路的建设将形成“神黄经济带”,将对我国区域经济格局产生深远的影响,尤其将对河北省及我中西部地区经济的发展起到重要的促进作用。

Assessment of GIAHS in Shizuoka: The Traditional Tea-grass Integrated System
