地缘地理学学科构建探析

随着世界一体化、全球化及多极化的趋势加强．国际社会对地缘关系与地缘化等问题的关注愈发明显。地缘的思想已经引入政治、经济等各个领域．但是从地理学角度对地缘问题作出总体、全面的把握尚属罕见。在国内外对地缘关系问题的研究已具规模的前提下．笔者在近年对地缘学的探讨与研究的基础上,首次从地理学思想出发．提出构建研究地缘相关问题的新学科——地缘地理学。地缘地理学的构建不仅在理论上有其现实意义．而且有其重大实践价值．这一新学科对于地理学及其相关分支学科的发展将产生深远影响。本文对地缘地理学做出了初步的界定．并探讨了研究对象、研究内容、研究领域及学科框架体系等相关问题。     

地缘体概念内涵及特征研究

地缘理论是在地缘政治、地缘经济、地缘文化、地缘科技等研究领域基础上构建的基础理论。地缘体是地缘问题的研究对象,是地缘理论研究的核心内容。论文在综合分析各地缘研究领域基础上,提出并明确了地缘体的概念与内涵,初步建立了地缘体类型体系,分析了地缘体空间、属性和时间等特征,并对地缘体的空间拓扑关系进行了简要描述,为地缘理论的建立奠定了基础。     

地缘战略交汇区地缘环境演变评估模型构建及其应用——以乌克兰为例

地缘环境研究是当前国内政治地理研究的重点和热点,在概念、内涵、分析框架、空间分异、系统模拟等领域已取得较大进展,但对于地缘战略交汇区这一特殊地缘政治区域的地缘环境研究鲜有涉及。论文基于地缘战略的空间和权力属性,融合政治地理学的地缘环境、地缘位势,国际关系学的现实主义、自由主义和建构主义等理论,兼顾主体间性的哲学思想,构建了地缘战略交汇区地缘环境的评价模型,并以乌克兰为例进行了实证研究以验证模型的可靠性。结果表明：① 整体上,乌克兰的地缘环境演变态势趋好,但波动剧烈,未来其地缘环境还会出现间歇式动荡;② 受历史文化渊源、军事物质权力、战略投入意愿、经济相互依赖、地理空间距离等因素的影响,俄罗斯在乌克兰一直保持较大的地缘位势优势;③ 德国在乌克兰的地缘位势年际起伏较大,近年来主要受地缘经济因素的影响呈升高的趋势。法国和美国在乌克兰的地缘位势一直低于俄罗斯和德国,未来法国地缘位势会小幅升高,美国将会降低。论文提出的地缘战略交汇区地缘环境评价模型,经历史验证,评估结果与乌克兰国内政局演变态势拟合度较高,模型可靠性好,可为其他地缘战略交汇区的地缘环境评价提供参考。     

地缘战略交汇区地理环境的介质属性及其地缘环境效应——以乌克兰为例

文章将理论建构与案例分析相结合,首先提出地缘介质概念,论证了地理环境的介质属性及其传导权力的效率差异,并阐明不同地缘介质的地缘功能,然后以乌克兰为案例,揭示地缘行为体挖掘并利用地理环境的介质属性进行权力施动的空间实践及其产生的地缘环境效应。结果表明：1）地处地缘战略交汇区的乌克兰,其地理环境的介质属性显著,这为地缘行为体在乌克兰进行权力施动提供了空间中介。2）乌克兰地理环境中各介质要素的地缘功能及其对地缘行为体权力传导的效率差异明显。地理位置和地形地貌具有地缘安全功能,自然资源的地缘经济功能强大,政党和民族的地缘政治功能较强,语言和宗教的地缘文化功能较为凸显。自然资源、政党、民族、宗教的介质属性较强,地理位置、地形地貌的介质属性在逐渐减弱。3）不同地缘行为体（利益集团）争相利用地理环境的介质属性进行权力的空间施动,使其在乌克兰的地缘位势此消彼长,致使乌克兰地缘环境激烈震荡。从地缘介质的视角探索权力施动的空间实践及其效应,对提升中国在周边的地缘影响力具有一定启示意义。     

亚太地区地缘格局变迁与中国的地缘安全战略

在系统分析亚太地区地缘政治和地缘经济格局变迁以及各国亚太战略变化的基础上,本文探讨了面向21 世纪中国实现国家安全的地缘政治与地缘经济战略。文章分析提出了构建中国跨世纪地缘安全框架的四条建议:(1) 大力推进世界地缘格局的多极化进程,实现全球地缘格局的相对均衡;(2) 推进沿边地区开发开放的国际合作,确保国家统一和政治稳定;(3) 构建合理的国内区域经济格局,这是提高国际地缘安全的国内地缘保证;(4) 纵深推进科教兴国战略推动产业结构升级,从而增强国家的核心竞争能力     

关于加强地缘政治地缘经济研究的思考

大国间的争霸与兴衰更替,无疑不受地缘政治和地缘经济法则的支配。冷战结束以来,随着中国等新兴国家经济的迅速发展,国际权力结构正发生深刻重组,世界正在进入新的地缘政治、地缘经济大时代,中国和平发展亟需地缘政治学、地缘经济学的理论支撑。本文在总结世界地缘政治和地缘经济发展态势的基础上,从思想渊源上论述了地理学在地缘政治学和地缘经济学发展中的基础性作用,剖析了当前中国地理学在地缘政治地缘经济领域研究中的不足,进而提出了地理学界如何加强地缘政治地缘经济研究的几点建议。     

关于地缘研究的理论探讨

地缘政治学经历湮灭、复苏之后,自70年代以来在西方获得了广泛的发展。而在我国它却长期受到多方面的束缚,其中包括认识上的混乱。作者在文章中首先从地缘政治学的历史及其汉语翻译的角度,以及从地缘政治与地理的关系,澄清了“地缘”的概念。接着阐述了其研究内容,诸如地缘政治、地缘经济、地缘文化、地缘战略等。最后,对“地缘优势”一词的概念和内函作了进一步的探讨,并指出把“地缘优势”与通常的地理优势区别开来,具有重要的现实意义。     

海洋地缘政治研究进展与中国海洋地缘环境研究探索

通过梳理西方100多a海洋地缘政治的发展脉络,系统总结和归纳其海洋地缘政治发展的4个阶段与特征：自然演进模式下的海洋地缘政治理论形成阶段（ 1890s前）、国家空间-权力关系下的理论发展阶段（两次世界大战前后）、海洋地缘政治的现代化阶段（1960s-1990s）、新海洋地缘政治理论阶段（1990s后）。与国外相比,中国的海洋地缘政治研究起步较晚且未得到足够的重视,通过分析新中国成立以来中国地缘政治学者在海洋地缘政治领域的探索历程发现：中国海洋地缘政治发展缺乏相关学科理论的支撑和整合,难以形成完整的理论体系,研究手段也较为单一并缺乏建设性的实证研究,这与中国在世界“海洋地缘环境”格局中的现状严重不符。因此,面对批判地缘政治学的“多尺度转向”背景与中国发展的具体国情,提出发展中国“海洋地缘环境”的研究作为响应,并深入探讨“海洋地缘环境”的内涵与研究的空间尺度。最后,对海洋地缘环境近期重点研究方向做出展望：① 深化海洋地缘环境理论基础与研究方法;② 加强不同尺度的海洋地缘环境时空分异格局及其形成机理研究;③ 安全转向背景下的多尺度海洋地缘环境系统脆弱性研究;④ 结合中国实际,加强边境与边界的相关研究。     

地缘破碎带研究进展及展望

随着全球地缘政治博弈重心向亚太地区转移,中国周边及“一带一路”沿线地区将是地缘破碎带的多发区域,面临巨大的地缘风险。论文通过追溯地缘破碎带概念的起源,梳理地缘破碎带的相关研究进展,提出未来中国地缘破碎带的研究方向。20世纪初,地缘破碎带的概念被学者从地质学引入地缘政治研究领域,用以分析和解释地理环境对冲突的影响;地缘破碎带的研究主要集中在阐释其基本特征,分析地缘破碎带的分布与演化,探索地缘破碎带的整合路径等内容,研究方法多以定性分析和描述为主,研究成果多集中在全球地缘政治格局的剧变时期和欧亚大陆的边缘地带。未来中国地缘破碎带研究需要重点关注：① 以构建地缘破碎带理论分析框架为基础,结合地理大数据等分析方法,加强地缘破碎带的可视化、量化和模拟研究;② 加强中国周边及“一带一路”沿线地区地缘破碎带的演变过程及驱动机制研究,识别和评估地缘破碎带面临的地缘风险;③ 结合人类命运共同体理念,积极探索地缘破碎带的整合路径。     

权力、地缘环境与地缘位势评价——以中日钓鱼岛之争为例

权力是国际政治的一个永恒话题,然而,国际关系学对权力的研究缺乏空间维度。考虑空间距离、地缘环境（由地理环境、地缘关系和地缘结构3部分组成）等对权力的空间制约,权力在空间的不均衡分布就是地缘位势。据此理解,文章从权力的4个来源,即军事实力、经济实力、软实力和不平等相互依赖,并结合地理衰减原理构建了地缘位势评价方法。以中日钓鱼岛之争为例,定量评价了中日两国在钓鱼岛的地缘位势,结果表明：随着中国崛起,整体经济实力、军事实力和中日之间不平等相互依赖关系的转变,至2010年中国在钓鱼岛的地缘位势已经全面超越日本。这一评价结果既可以回应国人在钓鱼岛问题上的不同声音,同时也阐释了自2012年以来中国在钓鱼岛问题上积极的处理方式。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
