报道了徐淮地区早白垩世埃达克质岩中首次发现的含橄榄石单斜辉石岩捕虏体的岩相学与矿物化学资料,该类捕虏体显示堆积结构、块状构造,主要由单斜辉石(~80%)、斜方辉石(~5%)、橄榄石(~5%)和普通角闪石(~10%)组成.橄榄石外侧发育有斜方辉石反应边,角闪石沿辉石粒间分布,呈嵌晶结构.矿物化学分析结果表明:橄榄石的镁橄榄石分子值(Fo)=77.7~79.3,Ni=623×10-6~773×10-6;斜方辉石的Mg#=75.6~80.2,Cr=161×10-6~684×10-6,Ni=79×10-6~708×10-6;单斜辉石的Mg#=84.5~86.4,CaO=21.59%~23.13%,Al2O3=1.72%~2.44%.上述矿物与中、新生代玄武岩中橄榄石、斜方辉石和单斜辉石斑晶以及堆积成因辉石岩中的斜方辉石和单斜辉石成分类似.此外,单斜辉石的稀土配分型式以相对富含中稀土元素的上凸型为特征,稀土元素含量较低(∑REE=10.14×10-6~12.71×10-6),无明显的铕异常(δEu=0.90~1.16),类似于新生代玄武岩中单斜辉石斑晶.捕虏体中的普通角闪石的Mg#=74.0~80.4、SiO2=43.2%~44.5%、Na2O=2.04%~2.29%,稀土元素分馏不明显,显示亏损高场强元素(HFSEs,如Nb、Ta、Zr、Hf),富集Sr、Rb、Ba的特征,与新生代玄武岩中角闪石捕虏晶成分不同.结合其嵌晶结构,普通角闪石应是寄主岩浆贯入结晶的产物.综合上述特征,可以看出含橄榄石单斜辉石捕虏体为镁铁质岩浆高压堆晶成因.结合华北克拉通东部早白垩世双峰式火山岩组合的出现,推断含橄榄石单斜辉石岩捕虏体可能是早白垩世基性岩浆底侵的产物.  相似文献

河北阳原新生代玄武岩中橄榄岩捕虏体的含水量研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为约束华北克拉通岩石圈的流变机制,使用傅立叶变换显微红外光谱仪(FTIR)测量了阳原玄武岩中尖晶石橄榄岩捕虏体的矿物含水量。FTIR光谱结果表明阳原橄榄岩捕虏体的橄榄石、斜方辉石和单斜辉石都有特征的OH吸收峰。橄榄石含有微量的水(4×10-6~9×10-6 H2O),斜方辉石含水量为(105~201)×10-6,单斜辉石含水量为(260~440)×10-6,计算得出的全岩含水量为(49~75)×10-6。值得注意的是,富流体交代以及后期蚀变作用使得含角闪石的方辉橄榄岩样品中单斜辉石的含水量显著增加。阳原橄榄岩中单斜辉石与斜方辉石的含水量存在明显的正相关关系,水在单斜辉石和斜方辉石中的分配系数D cpx/opxOH =2.4±0.9,与全球橄榄岩样品的平均值基本一致(D cpx/opx OH = 2.2±0.1)。与汉诺坝的橄榄岩捕虏体相比,阳原捕虏体中橄榄石和辉石的结构水含量都明显较高,这可能与阳原橄榄岩经历的上地幔交代作用有关。统计表明全球克拉通玄武岩携带的尖晶石橄榄岩捕虏体中橄榄石的含水量普遍较低(0~10×10-6),而斜方辉石和单斜辉石的含水量则存在明显的不均一性。金伯利岩携带的石榴石橄榄岩中橄榄石、斜方辉石和单斜辉石的含水量都明显高于玄武岩携带的尖晶石橄榄岩中相应矿物的含水量,这可能与金伯利岩来源深、富流体、上升快的性质相关。  相似文献

<正>对华北东南部昌乐—临朐新生代玄武岩中橄榄石和单斜辉石斑晶进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结构水含量测定,对昌乐—临朐和合肥新生代玄武岩中橄榄石和单斜辉石斑晶进行了热分解元素分析仪-质谱(TC/EA-MS)联机测定全水含量和氢同位素组成。昌乐—临朐玄武岩橄榄石未检出结构水,单斜辉石结构水含量为(62~913)×10-6。根据Mg#最高的单斜辉石结构水含量估计出的玄武岩初始熔体水含量约为0.6%。  相似文献

汉诺坝玄武岩中熔体-捕虏体相互作用初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
汉诺坝新生代玄武岩捕获的地幔橄榄岩及其解体矿物橄榄石、单斜辉石、斜方辉石捕虏晶,普遍发育反应边结构,提供了玄武岩浆在上升穿越岩石圈地幔过程中橄榄岩-熔体相互作用的重要信息。橄榄石和单斜辉石捕虏晶反应边的成分变化一致,由核部富镁向边部富铁变化,趋同于玄武岩中相应斑晶的成分。斜方辉石捕虏晶反应边一般由橄榄石+单斜辉石+玻璃构成,多为双层结构,反应边矿物橄榄石、单斜辉石较相应的地幔矿物富铁,其富硅、碱的中酸性玻璃成分,为中国东部地幔矿物包裹体中存在的富硅、碱熔体的来源提供了重要信息。同时发现橄榄岩捕虏体中尖晶石颜色、成分的变化与温度的关系。地幔矿物捕虏晶反应边结构(非平衡结构)得以保存,暗示了玄武岩浆的快速上升。而大规模的熔体-捕虏体相互作用,改变着岩石圈地幔的性质。  相似文献

报道了吉林辽源晚中生代玄武岩的全岩K-Ar定年结果和岩石地球化学资料, 以及其中幔源捕虏体的矿物化学分析结果, 探讨了晚中生代碱性玄武岩的成因及岩石圈地幔的性质.全岩K-Ar定年结果显示, 辽源玄武岩形成于晚白垩世(91.7±1.7 Ma、82.5±1.9 Ma、99.3±1.6 Ma、82.2±2.4 Ma).该玄武岩的SiO2含量介于45.1%~45.9%之间, 全碱(Na2O+K2O)含量介于4.50%~6.72%之间, Mg#[100×Mg/(Mg+Fe2+)]值介于60~63之间, 属于碱性玄武岩系列.该玄武岩相对富集轻稀土元素(LREEs)、亏损重稀土元素(HREEs), (La/Yb)N值介于12.0~14.0之间, 无Eu异常, 具有洋岛玄武岩(OIB)型微量元素配分型式.辽源玄武岩中的幔源捕虏体以尖晶石二辉橄榄岩为主, 捕虏体中橄榄石的Mg#值较低(87.1~91.2), 结合捕虏体中其他矿物的主量和微量元素地球化学特征, 认为辽源晚白垩世岩石圈地幔以新增生的岩石圈地幔为主.捕虏体中单斜辉石的LREEs具有从富集到亏损的变化特征, 暗示岩石圈地幔经历了部分熔融和交代作用的改造, 地幔交代类型以硅酸盐熔体交代为主, 同时存在碳酸盐熔体交代作用.辽源晚白垩世玄武岩来源于软流圈地幔的部分熔融, 结合区域研究成果, 认为辽源晚白垩世玄武岩形成于古太平洋板块俯冲背景下的弧后伸展环境.   相似文献

松辽盆地早白垩世营城组火山岩系含有丰富的珍珠岩,为松辽盆地重要的油气勘探目的层位。在松辽盆地边缘东南隆起九台地区出露有比较新鲜的珍珠岩,内部斑晶保存完好,裂隙发育;斑晶矿物主要有斜长石、黑云母、角闪石,还有镁铁质的单斜辉石和斜方辉石。对含斑晶珍珠岩和剔除斑晶后的珍珠岩玻璃质分别进行地球化学分析,斑晶矿物进行单矿物电子探针成分研究。其结果表明:该珍珠岩属于酸性高钾钙-碱性系列,微量和稀土元素特征显示与上部地壳相似;斑晶矿物单斜辉石为斜紫苏辉石和次透辉石,斜方辉石为紫苏辉石,均显示变质成因,属于捕虏晶;与珍珠岩相邻层位玄武岩的斑晶斜长石为拉长石,单斜辉石为铁次透辉石,属于岩浆成因。这些特征表明,珍珠岩原岩可能来自于上部地壳,其辉石等捕虏晶为岩浆上侵运移过程与围岩发生混染作用的结果。  相似文献

甘肃北山红柳沟基性-超基性岩体位于塔里木板块北缘北山裂谷带, 岩体侵位于敦煌岩群,主要岩石类型有辉长岩、橄榄辉长岩、橄榄苏长辉长岩、橄榄角闪苏长岩、橄榄辉长苏长岩、二辉橄榄岩、橄榄辉石岩和辉石岩等。橄榄石Fo介于66.97%~82.92%之间,属贵橄榄石,斜方辉石En成分范围为68.49~77.65,属古铜辉石;单斜辉石En成分范围为45.85~48.81,主要为斜顽辉石和透辉石;斜长石An为58.70~72.69,以拉长石为主;角闪石以普通角闪石为主。岩体母岩浆Mg#值为0.59~0.62,属于高镁拉斑玄武质岩浆,岩浆演化过程中主要发生了橄榄石、斜方辉石、单斜辉石和斜长石的分离结晶作用,主要分离结晶矿物受单斜辉石和斜方辉石的控制,岩浆上升侵位过程中遭受到下地壳物质混染。从构造环境、母岩浆、岩体类型、岩浆分异程度、同化混染等方面综合分析认为红柳沟岩体具有形成铜镍硫化物矿床的较大潜力。  相似文献

对鲁西和太行山南段早白垩世高镁闪长岩中橄榄岩捕虏体中的角闪石进行了主量元素和痕量元素分析,并讨论了角闪石成分与改造岩石圈地幔熔体的性质与来源之间的关系。研究结果表明,橄榄岩类捕虏体中的角闪石主要为交代成因。在化学上,它们属于钙质角闪石。太行山南段符山橄榄岩捕虏体中的角闪石属于镁质普通角闪石和浅闪石或浅闪石质普通角闪石;鲁西铁铜沟橄榄岩捕虏体中的角闪石为韭闪石质普通角闪石、浅闪石质普通角闪石和镁绿钙闪石质普通角闪石。与板内橄榄岩捕虏体中的角闪石相比,鲁西和太行山南段早白垩世高镁闪长岩橄榄岩捕虏体中的角闪石具有相对高的Mg#(鲁西:86.0~90.8;太行山:90.7~94.2)和SiO2(鲁西:44.04%~46.98%;太行山:47.09%~49.79%)以及相对低的Na2O(1.92%~2.51%)、TiO2(0.01%~1.46%)、Nb(0.29×10-6~1.98×10-6)和Zr(1.61×10-6~5.34×10-6),这与来自俯冲带之上地幔楔橄榄岩捕虏体中的角闪石相类似。综合橄榄岩捕虏体的地球化学特征,可以判定华北克拉通早白垩世岩石圈地幔遭受了起源于拆沉陆壳物质熔融熔体的改造。  相似文献

在延边地区明月沟盆地中侏罗世屯田营组火山岩中发现含有较多的辉石岩捕虏体及单斜辉石和角闪石捕虏晶。单斜辉石相对富含Al2O3、FeO和TiO2,与中国东部新生代玄武岩中单斜辉石巨晶的成分相当。角闪石巨晶的成分明显不同于地幔橄榄岩包体中的韭闪石。从矿物化学所获得的温度-压力计算结果表明:岩浆来源应位于壳幔过渡带。  相似文献

对来自滇东南马关木厂的尖晶石二辉橄榄岩中名义上无水矿物(NAMs)进行显微傅里叶变换红外光谱(Micro-FTIR)分析,结果显示,单斜辉石、斜方辉石和橄榄石中均含有以羟基形式存在的结构水,单斜辉石的水含量为160×10~(-6)~557×10~(-6)(质量分数,下同),斜方辉石的水含量为85×10~(-6)~207×10~(-6),橄榄石的水含量为5×10~(-6)~12×10~(-6),根据矿物百分比含量估算的全岩水含量为46×10~(-6)~137×10~(-6);元素地球化学特征表明,本次研究的橄榄岩包体是岩石圈地幔经历较低程度部分熔融的残余;低(La/Yb)N值(0.22~0.57)以及高Ti/Eu比值(4 076~6 772)暗示橄榄岩可能经历了以硅酸盐熔体为交代介质的微弱地幔交代作用;单斜辉石的微量元素组成比较单一,整体表现出高场强元素、大离子亲石元素以及轻稀土元素的同步亏损;结合中国东部地区已经发表的橄榄岩包体含水量数据来看,滇东南马关木厂岩石圈地幔具有明显富水的特征,可能与该区自中生代以来遭受的新特提斯洋壳大规模俯冲流体交代作用有关;与华北克拉通含水量的明显差异有可能反映的是两地岩石圈地幔正处于不同的演化阶段。  相似文献

A rare composite xenolith and abundant cumulative pyroxenites obtained from the Mesozoic Fangcheng basalts on the eastern North China Craton record a complex history of melt percolation and circulation in the subcontinental lithospheric mantle. The composite xenolith has a dunite core and an olivine clinopyroxenite rim. The dunite is of cumulative origin and has a granular recrystallized texture and extremely low Mg# [100 Mg/(Mg + Fe) = 81–82] contents in olivines. The olivine clinopyroxenite contains larger clinopyroxene and/or orthopyroxene with a few fine-grained olivine and tiny phlogopite, feldspar, and/or carbonate minerals interstitial to clinopyroxene. The clinopyroxene has low Mg# (83–85). Compositional similarity between dunitic olivine and pyroxenitic one indicates a sequential crystallization of dunite and pyroxenite from a precursor melt. Pyroxenite xenoliths include olivine websterites and clinopyroxenites, both are of cumulative origin. Estimation of the melt from major oxides in olivines and REE concentrations in clinopyroxenes in these composite and pyroxenite xenoliths suggests a derivation from subducted crustal materials, consistent with the highly enriched EMII-like Sr and Nd isotopic ratios observed in the pyroxenites. Occurrence of phlogopite, feldspar and carbonate minerals in some xenoliths requires the melt rich in alkalis (K, Na), silica and volatiles (water and CO2) at the latest stage as well, similar to highly silicic and potassic melts. Thus, the occurrence of these composite and pyroxenite xenoliths provides an evidence for voluminous injection of recycled crustal melts into the lithosphere beneath the southeastern North China Craton at the Late Mesozoic, a reason for the rapid lithospheric enrichment in both elemental and isotopic compositions.  相似文献

运用电子探针(EMP)和激光熔蚀等离子体质谱(LA-ICPMS)对湖南宁远早侏罗世玄武岩中的橄榄岩包体矿物进行了主要元素和微量元素的系统分析,结果表明这些橄榄岩是经历了小程度部分熔融的原始地幔残留,并经历了后期交代作用的影响,硅酸盐熔体可能是重要的交代介质。运用显微傅立叶变换红外光谱技术(Micro-FTIR)对宁远橄榄岩中的单斜辉石和斜方辉石进行了详细的观察,结果显示两种辉石均含有以OH缺陷形式存在的结构水,其含量(H2O的质量分数,下同)分别为147×10-6~461×10-6和40×10-6~126×10-6。根据矿物百分含量计算的全岩水含量为34×10-6~108×10-6,除1个样品外,其余样品的水含量均50×10-6。结合文献中的资料看来,由橄榄岩包体所代表的宁远中生代岩石圈地幔的含水量要明显高于华北克拉通新生代岩石圈地幔的含水量(多30×10-6)。宁远中生代岩石圈地幔和华北新生代岩石圈地幔之间的差异反映的可能是中国东部岩石圈地幔含水性的时代演化,即伴随着岩石圈减薄的进行,上涌软流圈的热烘烤使得岩石圈地幔的水含量不断降低。  相似文献

内容提要:在对吉林辉南新生代玄武岩中捕虏体橄榄岩详细的岩相学和矿物主量元素研究基础上,重点分析了单斜辉石激光原位微量元素,并讨论了辉南陆下岩石圈地幔的性质及其在华北克拉通破坏过程中的意义。橄榄石、单斜辉石和尖晶石的Mg#和Cr#均表明该区陆下岩石圈地幔主体是饱满的,同时也存在少量过渡和难熔型地幔。单斜辉石REE配分形式包括LREE亏损、倒U字型REE和LREE富集等不同类型。这些橄榄岩是地幔经历不同程度的部分熔融作用(低于10%)和复杂地幔交代作用的产物。交代介质主体是硅酸盐熔体,但个别样品有碳酸岩熔体交代的残留。橄榄石Mg#和平衡温度无相关性,说明辉南陆下岩石圈地幔不存在明显的分层而是交叉的。这些地幔特征和华北东部其他地区新生代的主体地幔性质相似,是熔-岩反应、侵蚀作用和上涌软流圈物质冷却转变置换的综合结果。  相似文献

本文对新疆中天山南缘乌瓦门蛇绿混杂岩中的超镁铁岩进行了岩石矿物学和地球化学研究,对其成因和形成环境进行限定。乌瓦门蛇绿混杂岩中的超镁铁岩为蛇纹石化二辉橄榄岩,由橄榄石(Fo=89.1~90.6)、斜方辉石(Wo0.4-2.4En87.2~90.7Fs8.9-10.9;Mg#=89.0~91.0)、单斜辉石(Wo49.1-51.3En16.0~48.4Fs0.9-4.3;Mg#=90.2~92.1)和尖晶石(Mg#=71.8~77.5;Cr#=9.3~13.4)组成。主量元素组成上,以低Mg O(37.74%~41.34%)、高Al2O3(2.58%~3.39%)、高Ca O(2.23%~3.68%)和高Ti O2(0.05%~0.11%)为特征。微量元素上,亏损稀土元素(REE总量为1.73×10-6~4.63×10-6),亏损不相容元素(如,Rb=0.4×10-6~1.39×10-6,Zr=0.73×10-6~3.28×10-6,Hf=0.04×10-6~0.11×10-6),富集相容元素(如,Cr=2516×10-6~2793×10-6,Co=84.6×10-6~119×10-6,Ni=1641×10-6~2261×10-6)。矿物学和地球化学特征一致指示,乌瓦门蛇绿混杂岩中的超镁铁岩为经历过低程度(5%~10%)部分熔融作用的残余地幔橄榄岩,形成于洋中脊环境,是MOR型蛇绿岩中的地幔橄榄岩。  相似文献

目前关于内蒙古东乌旗晚古生代花岗岩中辉石橄榄包体的精确年代学及其构造意义不清,直接制约了该区晚古生代地幔性质及构造演化的探讨.对东乌旗新发现的辉石橄榄岩进行了岩相学、全岩地球化学和锆石U-Pb定年研究.结果表明,辉石橄榄岩主要由橄榄石、角闪石、斜方辉石及少量斜长石、黑云母、单斜辉石组成;锆石U-Pb年龄为317.8±1.6 Ma,属晚石炭世.地球化学数据显示,岩石SiO2含量为40.28%~44.50%、MgO含量为23.42%~29.44%、Na2O+K2O含量为1.00%~2.12%(小于3.5%),具有低m/f比值(3.13~3.86)和高FeOT含量(11.18%~14.70%)、高Mg#值(75.60~79.26),属铁质超镁铁岩和拉斑玄武岩系列.岩石稀土总量较高(∑REE=31.98×10-6~72.60×10-6),轻稀土(LREE)相对于重稀土(HREE)富集,(La/Yb)N=3.56~7.72,Eu异常不明显(δEu=0.79~1.65),球粒陨石标准化稀土元素配分模式表现为右倾型.岩石富集大离子亲石元素Rb、Sr、K等,相对亏损高场强元素Nb、Ta,具明显的Nb、Ta、Ti负异常;其形成于受俯冲流体改造的岩石圈地幔的减薄作用,并且岩浆在演化过程中遭受了地壳物质的同化混染作用.   相似文献

辽东地区玄武岩的K-Ar定年结果表明,曲家屯玄武岩形成于晚白垩世,K-Ar年龄为81.58±2.46Ma;乱石山子玄武岩形成于古近纪,K-Ar年龄为58.36±1.64Ma。本区玄武岩含有丰富的橄榄石、单斜辉石和角闪石捕虏晶。乱石山子玄武岩中橄榄石捕虏晶的Mg^#值(79.5-88.5之间,平均值为84)较曲家屯玄武岩中橄榄石捕虏晶Mg^#值(77.0~79.8之间,平均值为78.4)偏高;单斜辉石捕虏晶为透辉石,其从核部到边部的Mg^#等变化趋势与橄榄石类似;斜方辉石捕虏晶为占铜辉石,其Mg^#值介于85.2-87.6之间,平均值为86.4。捕虏晶发育的环状裂隙、扭折带、矿物成分环带以及捕虏晶与主岩Mg^#值之间的不平衡均暗示它们为玄武质岩浆上升捕获的早期岩浆晶出矿物的堆晶体。玄武岩的岩石地球化学分析结果表明:(1)它们属于碱性系列,为碱性玄武岩,曲家屯玄武岩较乱石山子玄武岩贫硅、镁,富钙、铝,它们均具有原始岩浆的特征;(2)二者具有相似的稀土元素配分模式,但曲家屯玄武岩轻稀土元素总量更高,且轻重稀土元素分离程度高;(3)二者具有相似的Sr-Nd同位素组成,Isr和εNd(t)值分别介于0.7039~0.7045和+1.60~+3.69,反映了亏损的岩石圈地幔特征。  相似文献

Peridotite xenoliths found in Cenozoic alkali basalts of northern Victoria Land, Antarctica, vary from fertile spinel-lherzolite to harzburgite. They often contain glass-bearing pockets formed after primary pyroxenes and spinel. Few samples are composite and consist of depleted spinel lherzolite crosscut by amphibole veins and/or lherzolite in contact with poikilitic wehrlite. Peridotite xenoliths are characterized by negative Al2O3–Mg# and TiO2–Mg# covariations of clino- and orthopyroxenes, low to intermediate HREE concentrations in clinopyroxene, negative Cr–Al trend in spinel, suggesting variable degrees of partial melting. Metasomatic overprint is evidenced by trace element enrichment in clinopyroxene and sporadic increase of Ti–Fetot. Preferential Nb, Zr, Sr enrichments in clinopyroxene associated with high Ti–Fetot contents constrain the metasomatic agent to be an alkaline basic melt. In composite xenoliths, clinopyroxene REE contents increase next to the veins suggesting metasomatic diffusion of incompatible element. Oxygen isotope data indicate disequilibrium conditions among clinopyroxene, olivine and orthopyroxene. The highest δ18O values are observed in minerals of the amphibole-bearing xenolith. The δ18Ocpx correlations with clinopyroxene modal abundance and geochemical parameters (e.g. Mg# and Cr#) suggest a possible influence of partial melting on oxygen isotope composition. Thermobarometric estimates define a geotherm of 80°C/GPa for the refractory lithosphere of NVL, in a pressure range between 1 and 2.5 GPa. Clinopyroxene microlites of melt pockets provide P–T data close to the anhydrous peridotite solidus and confirm that they originated from heating and decompression during transport in the host magma. All these geothermometric data constrain the mantle potential temperature to values of 1250–1350°C, consistent with the occurrence of mantle decompressional melting in a transtensive tectonic regime for the Ross Sea region.  相似文献

Spinel-lherzolite xenoliths in alkali basalts from eastern China have porphyroclastic to equigranular textures displaying varying degrees of deformation and subsolidus re-equilibration. The proportions of minerals in these xenoliths vary from 52 to 72% homogeneous olivine (Fo88-91); 11 to 26% orthopyroxene (Wo0.9.1.6; En88-90; Fs8.7.10.7), with minor discontinuous variations of Al2O3, FeO, and CaO; 6 to 19% clinopyroxene (Wo43.47; En49.51; Fs3.7.6.7); and 1 to 5% spinel, with similar Mg# (79.6 to 82.6), but wider variations of Al2O3 and Cr2O3 (100Cr/(Cr + Al + Fe3+) = 8.1 to 23.6). Although previous trace-element and isotopic studies have shown that at least two distinctly different mantle sources were sampled by Cenozoic basalts, mineralogical heterogeneities seem to be minor within the spinel-peridotite-facies lithosphere beneath eastern China.

These xenoliths experienced limited interaction with the host basaltic magma during eruption. Symplectites of secondary, minute silicates, titanomagnetite, and sulfide have replaced orthopyroxene—and to a lesser extent olivine—at the contact with the basalt. The spinel in the margin of the xenolith is continuously zoned by substitutions of Fe3O4 (magnetite) and Fe2TiO4 (ulvospinel) for MgAl2O3 (spinel), and is rimmed by titanomagnetite with a sharp boundary. However, the compositions of the interior clinopyroxenes were commonly modified by metasomatic partial melting, which resulted in “spongy-textured” rinds on primary clinopyroxene. This secondary assemblage is composed mainly of a refractory, jadeite-poor clinopyroxene, which is largely in optica! continuity with the primary clinopyroxene in addition to interstitial feldspars, with minor titanomagnetite and Fe-Ni sulfides. This assemblage was produced by the introduction of K-rich fluids from the enclosing basaltic magma. The intensity of these secondary reactions appears to have been a function of the residence time of the xenolith in the host basalt. Therefore, all secondary alteration of both external and internal primary minerals in these xenoliths are the result of near-surface metasomatic processes, rather than of mantle phenomena.  相似文献

Orthopyroxene-rich olivine websterite xenoliths (OWB2) in Palaeogene basanites in East Serbia are mostly composed of tabular low-Al2O3 orthopyroxene (> 70 vol.%, Mg# 85–87) containing tiny Cr spinel inclusions. Orthopyroxene shows a slightly U-shaped primitive mantle-normalized trace element pattern with strong peaks at U and Pb, similar to that of orthopyroxene from normal regional peridotitic mantle. In between the orthopyroxenes are interstitial spaces composed of partially altered olivine (Mg# 85–87), clinopyroxene, Ti-rich spinel, Mg-bearing calcite, K-feldspar, apatite, ilmenite and relicts of a hydrous mineral. Clinopyroxene appears as selvages around orthopyroxene and as coarser euhedral crystals. Trace element patterns of the clinopyroxene selvages resemble those of adjacent orthopyroxene, whereas the coarser ones have flatter and more LREE- and LILE-enriched patterns, similar to that of metasomatic clinopyroxene. The OWB2 xenoliths are interpreted as having formed in two stages. During Stage I orthopyroxene crystallized, along with some spinel, olivine and probably hydrous phase(s). This original OWB2 lithology was a hydrous olivine-bearing orthopyroxenite that crystallised from subduction-related SiO2-saturated, boninite-like magmas. During Stage II the interstitial minerals formed due to infiltration of a low-SiO2, high-CaO and CO2-rich external melt, accompanied by decomposition of original H2O-bearing minerals. The calculated composition of the infiltrating liquid corresponds to a mafic alkaline melt similar to the basanitic host but more enriched in CO2, LREE and LILE. Metasomatism is interpreted in terms of small degree melts related to the Palaeogene mafic alkaline magmatism.  相似文献

鲁西费县中生代玄武岩形成于119Ma,为碱性玄武岩。该玄武岩中含有丰富的幔源橄榄石、斜方辉石和单斜辉石捕掳晶。橄榄石捕掳晶具有环状裂纹,其Mg^#值介于90.0~93.0之间,平均为91.5;斜方辉石和单斜辉石捕掳晶具有特征的反应边,斜方辉石的Mg^#值介于88.0~93.5之间,平均为90.4;单斜辉石的Mg^#值介于86.0~91.7之间,平均为88.4。捕掳晶的矿物化学类似于中国东部新生代玄武岩中地幔橄榄岩的矿物成分特征,这暗示捕掳晶应为寄主岩浆上升过程中捕获的地幔橄榄岩物质,并且反映了新增生的岩石圈地幔特征。费县玄武岩的岩石地球化学显示其具有地幔原生岩浆的特征,其高,Isr、低εNd(t)和亏损高场强元素等特征应与断离的俯冲板片(苏鲁造山带中的榴辉岩)与软流圈物质的混熔有关。  相似文献
