压弯载荷下焊趾表面裂纹工程萌生寿命预测   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
首先定义焊趾处从无裂纹到检测到表面裂纹长度达到 1.5mm时对应的循环次数为裂纹“工程萌生寿命”。给出了基于修正Neuber法并考虑焊接残余应力等影响的焊接结构焊趾裂纹工程萌生寿命计算方法。用成一定角度对接焊板试件和轴向加载获得压弯组合应力 ,以 980钢板焊接件为试件 ,在压弯组合应力的作用下 ,对焊趾表面裂纹萌生寿命进行了实验研究 ,确定了焊趾处的疲劳缺口系数。该结果可用于疲劳热点部位的受力特征为压弯组合应力的潜艇耐压壳、压力容器等的某些重要焊接结构疲劳计算  相似文献

为了拓展主S-N曲线法,使之更好地适用于低温、极地环境下船舶与海洋工程结构物的疲劳评估,进行了EH36材料T型焊接接头的低温疲劳性能试验,收集了国内外多个焊接节点低温疲劳数据,建立了疲劳试验试件的有限元模型,运用等效结构应力法,计算焊接节点的等效结构应力,构建低温环境下焊接节点的主S-N曲线。使用该曲线,预测低温疲劳试验的寿命,并与疲劳试验结果、常温主S-N曲线、常温中值D曲线的预测结果进行了比较,结果表明,所提低温主S-N曲线预测方法具有较高精度,可用于低温环境下船舶与海洋结构物疲劳寿命的预测。  相似文献

灌浆连接段的疲劳性能对于海上风机单桩支撑结构至关重要。基于385种工况下的某实际5 MW单桩风机支撑结构在风、浪荷载作用下的动力响应分析,获取了灌浆连接段荷载边界条件时程。建立灌浆连接段精细化有限元子模型,将荷载边界条件转化为应力时程。对于剪力键采用"热点应力"方法进行疲劳性能评价。对于灌浆材料,选取剪力键附近灌浆材料单元积分点处的第三主应力进行疲劳性能评价。采用Palmgren-Miner线性损伤累计准则和雨流计数方法进行疲劳损伤的累计。在某实际灌浆连接段20年的设计寿命周期内,最大剪力键总疲劳损伤为1.35×10~(-10);最大灌浆材料总疲劳损伤为1.54×10~(-3)。由此可见,灌浆连接段的疲劳性能由灌浆材料控制,且损伤值远小于限值1/3,在现有的荷载条件下,灌浆连接段不会发生疲劳破坏。分析产生损伤较大的几种工况可知,风速对现有单桩结构灌浆连接段疲劳的损伤起控制作用。  相似文献

防弯器是柔性管系统中的一个关键附件,其与柔性立管相互作用带来的非线性问题使得预测其疲劳寿命十分困难。以南海某油田柔性立管防弯器为例,采用ABAQUS建立了柔性立管与防弯器的“管中管”分析模型,模型中考虑了两者之间的间隙和滑动摩擦,以及材料非线性和接触非线性等因素。在加载方式上利用“位移”载荷取代传统的“力—角度”载荷,更符合工程实际。利用防弯器材料的ε-N疲劳试验曲线,结合防弯器的应力分析结果,得到危险截面的疲劳寿命。考虑材料非线性的管中管模型和疲劳寿命的计算方法,可为今后运动监测数据的利用和防弯器的优化设计提供借鉴。  相似文献

在27℃,pH8.0,盐度33条件下,用套式PCR方法和王证点杂交方法对日本对虾(Penaeus japonicus)体内潜伏性感染WSSV的方法进行了研究。对健康日本对虾注射不同稀释倍数的白斑综合症病毒粗提液,死亡率统计显示注射10^4,10^6倍稀释液组的日本对虾死亡率明显低于10,10^2,10^3倍组,结合套式PCR方法和斑点杂交方法进行病毒检测结果发现,仅10,10^2倍稀释液组斑点杂交和一步PCR结果呈阳性;10^3,10^4,10^6倍稀释液组经二步PCR检测为阳性、斑点杂交呈阴性,该结果为建立或界定WSSV在日本对虾体内的潜伏性感染提供了方法学上的依据。  相似文献

平台运动下悬垂立管动力响应及疲劳损伤特性试验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
悬垂立管因其经济性被广泛应用在深海油气开发中。悬垂立管在顶端平台运动作用下,会不断产生横流向以及顺流向动力响应,循环累积造成疲劳损伤。为了研究悬垂立管在平台运动作用下的疲劳损伤特性,开展了大尺度悬垂立管模型试验。采用小波分析、模态分析、雨流计数法等方法处理分析试验数据。分析平台运动下无内流作用下大尺度悬垂立管动力响应及疲劳损伤特性,发现横流向弯曲应变结果较为复杂,局部呈现行波特性,主导频率具有时变性。相比之下,顺流向弯曲应变结果比较有规律性,整体呈现行波特性,主导频率不具有时变性,并始终保持与顶端平台运动频率相同。平台运动引发的悬垂立管涡激振动疲劳损伤和KC数有关。各点面内疲劳损伤值延管长分布趋势和面内应变RMS延管长分布趋势相似。横流向(CF方向)的疲劳损伤的数量级为顺流向(IL方向)的10-2倍左右。  相似文献

自生碳酸盐矿物的分布特点,是体现孔隙水地球化学特征的一个侧面。在布莱克海岭气体水合物赋存的沉积区域里(ODP994#、995#、997#)就利用这点来评价成岩作用。碳酸盐矿物的分布特点揭示了三个独特的成岩分带:(1)在上部20mbsf (bsf:below seafloor,海底以下深度)处的碳酸盐矿物主要是生物成因的,没有显示成岩作用的存在。这个区域的方解石FOC和8180值(PDB)反映了海相碳酸盐的特点,是与海水平衡的条件下沉淀形成的;(2)在20mbsf和100mbsf深度,方解石的FOC值明显呈现负数(低至-7.0‰),自生白云石较普遍可见(2—40wt%),δ^13C值在3.6‰~13.7‰之间;(3)在,100mbsf以下,白云石从含量丰富减低至微量分布,而分散状的菱铁矿成为主要出现的矿物。菱铁矿的δ^1C和δ^18O值分别在5.0‰~10.9‰、2.9‰~7.6‰之间变化。把溶解无机碳(DIC)的δ^1C剖面分布特点和孔隙水的浓集梯度趋势与自生碳酸盐矿物的δ^13C和δ^18O值对比,我们发现,自生碳酸盐矿物在一个独特的深度区域里形成,呈带状分布。在20mbsf深度及以下,无机碳的δ^13C DIC出现最小负值(≤-38‰)、方解石白云石出现δ^13C负值,这种现象的出现是伴随着孔隙水碱度的增加、硫酸盐的亏损和孔隙间Ca^ 2 、Mg^ 2 离子的减少一起发生的,这表明自生方解石和自生白云石的形成是在硫酸盐还原带的底部开始(21mbsf左右)而在100mbsf附近深处大量出现。菱铁矿的形成很显然是在120~450mbsf之间发生,这个区间在气体水合物赋存的沉积物区域内和上部(赋存区域200—450mbsf)。菱铁矿的δ^13C和δ^18O值从它们出现的薄层一直到沉积物底部都几乎一致。然而,现在孔隙水中的δ^13C DIC仅仅与120~450mbsf间的菱铁矿的δ^13C值相似。此外,从菱铁矿中计算出来的与之平衡的δ^18O值与120~450mbsf区段处菱铁矿的δ^18O测量值很好地匹配起来。该区段以高碱度(40-120mm)、低Ca^ 2 、Mg^ 2 浓集度为特征,这符合菱铁矿的形成条件。  相似文献

采用涂布法、划线分离法以及形态学和生理生化特性分析,对湛江湖光岩微生物进行了分离纯化及部分性质研究;同时用平板菌落计数法对其异养细菌、真菌和弧菌等的数量进行初步统计。采用牛津杯法,对拮抗细菌进行筛选和培养特性研究。结果表明,微生物数量与种类在水平分布上具有显著差异。底泥异养菌总量为(1.3—8.6)×10^8 cfu/g,真菌总量为(0.1—5.7)×10^7 cfu/g。而水体细菌总量为(0.5—6.7)×10^5 cfu/ml,真菌总量为(0.4-1.1)×10^3 cfu/ml。共分离纯化到148株细菌,经筛选发现16株细菌对溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolyticus)具有明显的抑制作用,占细菌总数的10.8%,其中菌株DH078和DH113对溶藻弧菌的拈抗作用最明显。结果还表明,细菌DH078在营养肉汤中培养4d抑菌活性最强,其产生抗菌活性物质的最佳条件是稀释2倍的营养肉汤、蛋白胨0.6%、牛肉膏0.6%、酵母膏0.2%、盐度0和pH7.0。可见湖光岩微生物资源较为丰富,本研究可为保护和充分开发利用湖光岩微生物提供科学依据。  相似文献

利用化学和稳定同位素化学等方法分析研究区沉积物间隙水甲烷和硫酸根、pH和∑CO2以及δ^13C—CH4和δ^13C—ECO2的垂直剖面分布。结果显示,间隙水硫酸根浓度呈线性梯度减小,至沉积物甲烷-硫酸盐界面(sulfate-methane interface,SMI)附近,硫酸盐几乎全部消耗而甲烷浓度急剧增大;与此同时,间隙水pH和∑CO2在该深度位置明显升高。间隙水地球化学特征揭示了沉积物发生了AOM作用。在AOM过程中,由于^12CH4氧化速率较^13CH4快,故引起沉积物间隙水剩余甲烷的碳同位素偏重,而δ^13C—ZCO2值变为极负,珠江口QA11—2、QA12-9、QA12—14和GS-1四个站位SMI对应深度分别为12cm、38cm、50cm和204cm,而南海BD-7站位由间隙水硫酸根剖面变化推算约为600cm。从珠江河口到南海沉积物,由于受陆源输入的减少,表层沉积物有机质含量呈降低趋势。有机质输入量及其活性的高低是制约了沉积物SMI分布深浅的关键因素,这是由于高含量的活性有机质一方面可加速间隙水硫酸根通过有机质再矿化分解作用途径消耗;另一方面可引起向上扩散进入AOM反应带的甲烷通量增大,使得通过AOM作用的硫酸根消耗通量相应增大,其结果造成沉积物SMI的上移。根据沉积物C/N比值以及^13C剖面变化,推断AOM作用的可能发生机制是由于在沉积物表层再矿化作用过程中,因一部分活性有机质被大量消耗,导致进入沉积物硫酸根还原带底部的活性有机质数量相应减少,从而引起部分硫酸根转为与甲烷发生反应,并在微生物的作用下完成AOM过程。  相似文献

本研究工作以福建九龙江口龙海红树林自然保护区浮宫种苗园内7种红树植物为材料,采用改进的CTAB法获得了纯度较高(A260/A280在1.6~2.0之间),得率高(DNA平均得率约为120×10-6m/m,FreshWeight),片段完整(片段大小约为23kb左右)的基因组DNA,并运用RAPD技术对这7种红树植物进行了遗传多样性分析.从30个10-mer随机引物中筛选出9个有效引物,并利用这9个有效引物共扩增出352条DNA带.利用UPGMA法对红树植物的7个种间的亲缘关系进行聚类分析,得出7个种的DNA分子分类系统图,并与传统的分类进行比较,发现结果相符,从而确定了RAPD技术用于红树植物分子分类研究的可行性,并为从分子水平研究红树植物遗传多样性,保护、开发和利用红树林资源提供科学依据.  相似文献

In China, a nationwide research program on fatigue behaviour of tubular joints made of China-made platform steel was carried out from 1983 to 1990, which was set by the Tubular Joint Research Committee for Offshore Structures (TJCOS) of China. This paper gives an outline of the basic properties of the China-made platform steel and fatigue test of tubular joints, including test specimens, test particulars and test results. A p-S-N curve based on the test results was established which reveals that the fatigue strength of tubular joints is fairly good. The thickness effect and effect of corrosion on fatigue strength in sea water are briefly discussed.  相似文献

Three types of ice loading, which are most commonly present when ice acts on structures, are chosen and simulated for use of fatigue crack propagation tests on offshore structural steel A131. The three types of ice categorized in accordance with the failure modes when acting on structures called crushing ice, bending ice, and buckling ice, respectively. This paper presents an experimental investigation on the fatigue crack propagation behavior of widely used high strength steel A131 for offshore jackets in the loading environment of ice crushing, bending, and buckling. The test results of fatigue crack propagation in steel A131 under these simulated ice loading at temperature 292K. are presented and analyzed in detail in this paper. The amplitude root mean square stress intensity factor is optimized to be the fundamental parameter of fatigue crack propagation for all types of ice loading histories. This paper presents the findings from an in-depth analysis of the (axial) stiffness data recorded during tension–tension fatigue tests on wire ropes, particularly in relation to how changes in stiffness during testing relate to changes in rope strength. A linear relationship between stiffness and strength is shown to exist and a methodology presented for quantifying residual strength with applied cycles. New lower bound fatigue lines for six-strand rope and spiral strand are presented which are based on a 10% loss of strength. These new lines have the advantage of having been established using a common discard criterion for wire ropes.  相似文献

开展了5根锈胀开裂钢筋混凝土梁疲劳试验并实时记录了梁表面的钢筋压磁信号,研究锈胀开裂混凝土梁的疲劳特性和压磁信号演化规律。结果表明梁疲劳寿命随钢筋锈蚀率增大而急剧减小,梁破坏时混凝土剥落,纵筋发生疲劳断裂;磁信号时变曲线随疲劳进程不断演化,在临近疲劳破坏时曲线形态发生明显畸变,能够反映梁疲劳损伤信息;磁感应强度变化幅值的发展符合三阶段特性,在疲劳初期和破坏前增长明显;磁感应强度变化幅值对钢筋锈蚀敏感,随锈蚀率增加而增大,因此建立了疲劳作用不同阶段磁信号幅值和梁内钢筋锈蚀率的相关关系。  相似文献

It is inevitable that marine structures suffer from corrosion and extreme cyclic loading. In order to study the influence of corrosion damage and cumulative fatigue damage on mechanical properties of marine steel, high performance steel NV-D36 was analyzed under electrochemical corrosion and cyclic loading. It was found that corrosion damage can reduce the elastic modulus, yield strength, ultimate stress and ultimate strain of steel NV-D36. And it was also found that cumulative fatigue damage will increase the ultimate stress of steel NV-D36 and reduce the ultimate strain of steel NV-D36. The effect of double damage on mechanical properties of steel NV-D36 was coupled with these two kinds of damage. The Chaboche model parameters calibrated under incremental cyclic loading scheme can exactly describe the stiffness and peak stress of steel NV-D36.  相似文献

Experiments were made on plain concrete subjected to triaxial static loading and constant-amphtude compressive fatigue loading with a constant lateral pressure in two directions. The initial confining pressure was O, O. lfc, O. 25fc and O. 4fc, respectively, for the static test, and O. lfc and O. 25fc for the fatigue test. Based on the triaxial compressive constitutive behavior of concrete, the inflexion of confining pressure evolution was chosen to be the fatigue damage criterion during the test. The rule of evolution of longitudinal maximum and minimum strains, longitudinal cyclic modulus and damage were recorded and analyzed. According to the Fardis-Chen criterion model and the concept of equivalent fatigue life and equivalent stress level, a unified S-N curve for multi-axial compressive fatigue loading was proposed. Thus, the fatigue strength factors for different fatigue loading cases can be obtained. The present investigation provides information for the fatigue design of concrete structures.  相似文献

采用侧壁开槽型CT试样,分别在空气和3.5%NaCl溶液中进行腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展试验,研究海底管道用钢X65在海水腐蚀环境下的腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展特性。为保证试样既能满足腐蚀疲劳试验机的夹具要求,又可控制裂纹沿直线方向扩展,采用侧壁开槽技术对CT试样进行改进;利用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立三维模型,验证了对于侧壁开槽型CT试样,可以采用ASTM标准推荐的应力强度因子表达式对改进后CT试样开展数值计算。利用YYF-50腐蚀疲劳试验装置开展试验,试验结果表明:和惰性环境相比,腐蚀环境不仅会加速X65钢的裂纹扩展速率,还会降低腐蚀疲劳体系下裂纹扩展的门槛值;在腐蚀体系下存在裂纹扩展的稳定阶段,可采用Paris公式对其腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率进行预测。  相似文献

网箱框架在风、浪、流单一载荷或其复合载荷的作用下,始终处于动态变化中,在这样的工况条件下,很容易发生疲劳破坏。本文通过对网箱框架工况条件的分析,认为网箱框架在沿直径方向的弯曲疲劳为主要因素,且在弯曲过程中周长保持不变。以圆形框架在直径方向产生20%的压缩变形为极端条件,通过几点假设,将工况条件向试验条件进行转化,提出1种圆形网箱框架用PE管材的弯曲疲劳试验方法。采用此方法对3种改性配方的聚乙烯管材样品进行了弯曲疲劳试验。结果表明,经10万次弯曲试验,3种配方的试样表面均无开裂等破坏现象,各配方的最大应力水平分别下降了14.3%,9.4%和16.9%。  相似文献

The failure of a ship hull girder is governed by buckling and plastic collapse of the deck, bottom and side shell steel stiffened plates. The stiffened steel plating in ships is generally subjected to both in-plane and out-of-plane loading and is more important to understand the characteristics of these panels under buckling. Tests are reported on the collapse load of stiffened plates with and without cutout and with reinforced cutout under uniaxial compression. A generalized computer program for the semi-analytical solutions proposed by various investigators based on strut approach and orthotropic plate approach, and a finite element analysis program based on orthotropic plate approach are developed. The panels are also analysed using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. An approximate method based on strut approach is proposed to calculate the collapse load of stiffened plates with cutouts and initial imperfections. The reduction in strength of the panels due to the presence of square cutout, rectangular cutout and increase in strength due to reinforcement around rectangular cutout are calculated based on the test results. Comparisons are made between the test results and predictions based on semi-analytical solutions and finite element analyses, and the uncertainty parameters calculated are discussed. Based on this study it is concluded that the cutout can be reinforced with a maximum increase in strength up to 19% for plate initiated failures.  相似文献

Previous steel catenary riser (SCR) models targeted for VIV prediction are truncated at touchdown point (TDP) where simple constrain and rotation stiffness are generally applied. In this study, a time domain approach accounting for the SCR–soil interaction is proposed to predict the cross-flow (CF) VIV induced fatigue damage of a SCR near TDP. The hydrodynamic force is simulated based on the forced vibration test data as a function of the non-dimensional amplitude and frequency, and an empirical damping model. When the non-dimensional frequency associated with the calculated frequency falls in the excitation region, the natural frequency closer to the frequency corresponding to the maximum excitation force is taken to be the dominant frequency, and applied to obtain the excitation force. The SCR–soil interaction model takes into account the trench shape, and the mobilization and release of the soil suction. Fatigue damage is linearly accumulated by using the rain-flow counting methodology. To validate the proposed models, simulation for a riser model test is carried out, and the envelopes of RMS displacement, curvature, and fatigue damage are compared. Further works focus on the sensitivity of VIV induced fatigue damage near TDP to the seabed parameters, such as mudline shear strength, shear strength gradient and soil suction, and some conclusions are obtained.  相似文献
