本文以油酸钠作为捕收剂,研究了磷酸氢二钠、柠檬酸和硅酸钠等抑制剂对粉石英与红柱石浮选分离效果的影响.结果表明,磷酸氢二钠是红柱石与粉石英浮选分离的一种优良的抑制剂;在其最佳浓度0.47×10-2 mol /L,浮选液pH值为8.5时,粉石英与红柱石浮选回收率差高达47.86%.红外光谱及Zeta电位分析结果表明,油酸钠对红柱石兼有物理和化学吸附作用,对粉石英仅有物理吸附作用,因而对红柱石有更强的捕收能力;磷酸氢二钠对粉石英表面起解吸作用,能有效抑制粉石英起浮,从而实现粉石英与红柱石的分离.  相似文献

尝试反浮选法和酸浸法去除粉石英矿中的红柱石、水铝石和铁等杂质。结果表明,采用反浮选法可去除粉石英中的红柱石杂质,最佳浮选条件:油酸钠作为捕收剂,其浓度为3.3 mmol/L,磷酸氢二钠作为抑制剂,其浓度为4.7 mmol/L,浮选液pH为8.5。采用酸浸法可去除水粉石英中的水铝石和铁杂质,最佳酸浸条件:盐酸(浓度为18%)与粉石英质量比为3∶1,在60℃酸浸30 min后,再在室温酸浸8 h。经过反浮选和酸浸处理后,粉石英中二氧化硅含量由80.02%上升至98.49%,白度由76.0%上升至89.3%,铝含量由9.86%下降至0.26%,铁含量由182μg/g下降至56.3μg/g。  相似文献

本文以《中国矿产地质志·贵州卷》项目为依托,对贵州硅质原料类矿产的种类、矿床类型及地质特征、找矿方向进行了系统分析研究。重点认为:贵州硅质原料类矿产的种类主要有石英砂岩,其次有粉石英和脉石英。主要矿床类型包括机械沉积型矿床(石英砂岩,细分为河湖沉积矿床和滨海沉积矿床两个亚类)、风化型矿床(粉石英)、浅成中—低温热液型矿床(脉石英),它们的成矿作用及含矿地质体、分布区域、矿床地质特征等各不相同。从而,先后从矿种、含矿地层及沉积相、工业用途、地理—交通—环保等角度进行了找矿方向概略分析,可供该类矿产的区域找矿工作参考。  相似文献

This study demonstrates that the bladed texture, which is common in epithermal, low-sulfidation (adularia-sericite) precious metal deposits, can serves as exploration vector towards precious metal mineralization. The paper presents two styles of bladed texture in the Kuklitsa gold deposit (Krumovgrad goldfield, SE Bulgaria) observed at both different altitude and lateral position in respect to regional low-angle detachment fault. The first style has formed as a crackle breccia just above the detachment fault where bladed texture consists of 10–20 vol % pseudorhombic adularia, 90-80 vol % quartz, scarce pyrite, and electrum, which is often observed under optical microscope. The second style is present in steep veins which fill listric faults of sharp tectonic contacts. It is developed at a higher level relative to the detachment fault. Bladed texture there consists of 1–2 vol % pseudorhombic adularia, 99-98 vol % quartz, and scarce both electrum and pyrite. Electrum of the two styles of bladed texture comprises only gold and silver but in different proportions with a higher gold content for the first style: fineness of 765, on average, for the first style vs. fineness of 692 for the second one. In this way, it is found that the adularia abundance correlates positively with the electrum one and negatively with the quartz abundance. The author uses the proportions of adularia, quartz and electrum, the fineness of electrum, and the relative distance to the detachment fault to conclude that the first style of bladed texture has been formed at higher temperature relative to the second style. The author infers that the first style is promising for mineralization of higher grade. Methods used comprise field observations and sampling, optical and electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and electron microprobe analysis.

Hydrophobic quartz and hydrophobic galena were found to destabilize the froth formed when an aqueous solution of non-ionic surfactant was shaken. A relationship between the particle size and the mass of solids required to effect a constant degree of stabilization of the froth was found to hold for hydrophobic quartz from 4 μm to 400 μm and for xanthated galena from 15 μm to 38 μm. This relationship shows that the natural thinning rate of a film between bubbles in a froth is the rate-determining step in the rupturing of the film.  相似文献

乳源彩石是具有华丽色彩的一种观赏石.采用偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子探针、红外光谱仪以及X射线粉末衍射仪等测试手段对4块乳源彩石标本的显微结构、矿物组成和化学成分等进行测试与分析.结果表明,这些乳源彩石具有变粉砂结构,主要由石英组成(占总体质量分数的90%以上),含少量云母,其它矿物的质量分数低,是一种浅变质的变石英粉砂岩;另外,4块乳源彩石样品的结晶度指数相近,结晶度指数最高的绿色样品推测是由于其含有后期充填的鲕状矿物导致.最后对乳源彩石样品的颜色成因进行了分析与探讨,认为其颜色为次生色,是由次生矿物组合、交代蚀变和氧化程度的不同而形成的.  相似文献

The enhancement of dissolution of quartz under the influence of clays has been recognized in sandstones for many years. It is well known that a grain of quartz in contact with a clay flake dissolves faster than when in contact with another grain of quartz. This phenomenon promotes silica transfer during the diagenesis of sandstones and is responsible of deformation and porosity variations. Here we make an attempt to explain the process of this rock deformation using a pressure solution mechanism.

The model of water film diffusion assumes that matter is dissolved inside the contact between two grains. The resulting solutes are transported to the pore fluid through diffusion along an adsorbed water film. Between two micas, this trapped film is thicker than between two grains of quartz. As a consequence diffusion is easier and the rate of pressure solution faster.

Experiments on pressure solution show that diffusion controls the mechanism at great depth whereas a model based on natural mica indentation indicates that kinetics is the limiting process through the precipitation rate of quartz at low depth, thus temperature is a crucial parameter. There should be a transition between thermally controlled rate and diffusion limited evolution.  相似文献

The Pojeonri Cu quartz veins occur in the north-western portion of the Hwanggangri Metallogenic Province and consist of two parallel massive quartz veins that fill fractures oriented NW and NE along fault zones in Paleozoic metasedimentary and sedimentary rocks of the Ogcheon and Taebaeg belts. Based on the mineralogy and paragenesis of the veins, only one mineralization episode has been recognized. The ore minerals are mainly chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite, and pyrite with minor arsenopyrite, sphalerite, galena and oxides of those base metal minerals.  相似文献

根据地质力学模型试验的相似原理,经过大量力学试验,研制出一种新型铁晶砂胶结岩土相似材料。该材料由铁矿粉、重晶石粉、石英砂、石膏粉和松香酒精溶液按规定配比均匀拌和压实而成,其中铁矿粉、重晶石粉和石英砂作为主料,松香酒精溶液作为胶结剂,石膏粉作为调节剂。材料力学参数测试表明:该材料具有重度高、力学参数变化范围广、性能稳定、价格低廉、干燥快速、制作工艺简单、无毒无害等显著优点,可用来模拟从软岩到硬岩的大部分岩体材料。将铁晶砂胶结岩土相似材料应用于沪―蓉―西高速公路大型分岔隧道三维地质力学模型试验研究,有效地揭示了分岔隧道围岩的力学变形特性。  相似文献
