杭州湾海水中的硼和锶的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用作者研究的OP- 乳化剂增敏姜黄素分光光度法测定海水中的溶解硼,用ICP- AES法测定海水中的溶解锶。发现在杭州湾海水盐度5 .563 ~26 .397 ,氯度3.022 ~14 .582 范围内,硼浓度为0 .68 ~3.24mg/kg,锶浓度为1 .29~5 .88mg/kg,B(mg/kg)/Cl 比值为0 .219~0 .245,平均值为0.232±0 .007 ,Sr(mg/kg)/Cl 比值范围为0.398 ~0.440 ,平均值为0.417 ±0.011 。结果表明,湾内海水中的硼和锶浓度与海水盐度或氯度均有很好的线性正相关关系,丰水期与枯水期水样数据关系相同,不因采水时间不同而变化。实验数据统计回归线与理论稀释线比较后表明,湾内海水中锶与硼均具有良好保守性质;湾内海水中的硼和锶主要来自湾外潮汐输入。湾东北沿岸海水高的B/Cl比值,暗示着此处有含硼工业废水排入湾内,认为B/Cl 比可作为近岸河口海水硼污染的一种指标。杭州湾海水中未检测到硼有机络合物。 相似文献

以简易的Zarrouk培养液(CK-M)为标准,根据上虞海涂盐碱水的化学组成,用计算的方法确定将海涂盐碱水配制成螺旋藻培养液(T-M)应添加C、N、P等营养元素的用量,并驯化和筛选出能在T-M中快速生长的钝顶螺旋藻新品系(Sp-S(T))。结果表明,用计算的方法来设计不同水质的培养液配方是切实可行的;在海涂室外用T-M培养Sp-S(T),产量高达13.8g/(m2·d),而培养液的成本比用淡水配制的低16%;藻粉蛋白质含量高达65.6%,氨基酸组成均衡,水分、灰分、重金属等理化指标优于或符合食用级螺旋藻粉的标准。 相似文献

研制出一种对溶解氧敏感的传感膜,其荧光材料主要是邻菲咯啉钌。由光源发出的中心波长为465 nm的强光照射到铺有该络合物的膜片上,激发出中心波长为620 nm的荧光,水体中的溶解氧会对激发出的荧光产生猝灭效应,猝灭程度与溶解氧的质量浓度之间存在线性关系。该膜片在无氧水中的荧光强度是空气饱和水中的20倍,变化较为明显。对比检测荧光信号在待测水体中猝灭前后的强度,即可测出水体中溶解氧的质量浓度。基于这一原理和荧光测量技术研制了光学溶解氧分析仪,利用该仪器对6处不同水域的天然水体进行测试,所得测试结果与国标碘量法的测试结果之间不存在显著性差异,误差≤2%,响应时间<1 min。在海水中30 m深处进行36h稳定性考察,所得溶解氧质量浓度数值平均偏差小于0.2 mg.L-1,证实仪器可适应较为恶劣的环境,且稳定性较好。 相似文献

海绵共附生微生物中具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性菌株的筛选与初步鉴定 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过建立α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂筛选模型,对美国圣璜岛海域海绵共附生微生物发酵产物进行活性筛选.其中,α-葡萄糖苷酶活性测试反应体系是在96孔酶标板中进行,在α-葡萄糖苷酶浓度为0.008 U/cm3,pH值为6.8,反应温度为37℃及测定生成物波长为405 nm的基础上,优化筛选模型.结果表明,模型的最佳筛选条件:底物PNPG的浓度为10 mmol/dm3、活性测试反应时间为25min,样品溶剂DMSO含量为2%(V/V).以α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂阿卡波糖作为阳性对照样品,根据优化后的抑制活性筛选模型对212株海绵共附生微生物的粗提物样品进行筛选.结果表明:19株微生物的粗提物抑制率大于50%;其中,抑制活性最高的5株菌株的粗提物,在浓度为0.4、0.6、0.8 mg/cm3时,其抑制活性均在70%以上,远远高于阿卡波糖的最高抑制率58%(1.6 mg/cm3).其中菌株HY936粗提物浓度在0.4 mg/cm3时,仍具有很高的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率79.3%.通过16SrDNA序列测定与分析,鉴定该菌株为坚强芽孢杆菌(Bacillus firmus).坚强芽孢杆菌代谢产物能显著抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,这为研制新型α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂提供了有力的线索,对坚强芽孢杆菌有待作进一步的研究. 相似文献

We describe the performance of an inexpensive but highly sensitive light backscattering sensor (LBSS) suitable for use in deep-sea waters, where particle concentrations are typically <∼0.1 mg/l. Laboratory calibrations using aluminosilicate particles and latex spheres show that the concentration-normalized backscattering of the LBSS, Kbs, is greatest for particles with a diameter close to the wavelength of light emitted by the LBSS (0.88 μm), declining by more than a factor of five for particles <0.1 μm or >10 μm. Field studies indicate that in hydrothermal plumes dominated by fine-grained metal precipitates the 95% confidence interval for predicting mass concentration with an LBSS ranges from ±0.004 mg/l for 0.03 mg/l suspensions to ±0.008 mg/l at 0.12 mg/l. Comparisons among a group of 19 LBSSs found between-instrument variability to reach 70%, but normalizing the raw data using a laboratory calibration procedure reduced the maximum variability to ∼8%. 相似文献

characteristics of the Black Sea bivalve mollusks Anadara cf. inaequivalvis and Chamelea gallina were studied. The changes in the morpho-functional state of mollusks at the impact of these metals are distinguished. These
changes included a 60% decrease in the hemocytes’ concentration in the hemolymph and a 5- to 7-fold decline of the hemocyte
adenosine triphosphate (ATP) content, along with the appearance in the mollusks of “brown” cells and lipofuscin-like pigment.

探讨了秋茄叶中黄酮类物质的极谱特性,并进行了含量测定.结果表明,在pH值为9.18的硼砂底液中,以芦丁作对照品,秋茄叶中黄酮类化合物在峰电位Ep为-1 642 mV(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的二阶导数极谱波,在芦丁含量不超过1.4 mg/dm3范围内,该极谱波的峰电流(Ip)与芦丁的量之间呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了红树秋茄叶中总黄酮含量的极谱定量测定方法.该方法的检出限为0.02 mg/dm3.用此法测得红树秋茄叶中总黄酮含量为2.04%,回收率为96.4%~100.3%,相对标准偏差为3.19%,此方法灵敏、准确、干扰少. 相似文献

叶绿素荧光遥感算法为探测近岸海域二类水体叶绿素浓度开辟了新途径.基于大连湾及邻近海域的实测数据,本文研究了海水叶绿素浓度的荧光遥感算法.结果表明:随着海水叶绿素质量浓度的增高,荧光峰出现显著的红移现象,叶绿素质量浓度与荧光峰波长存在着正相关关系.此外,基于MODIS、MERIS及GLI传感器荧光波段建立的荧光基线高度算法较差,不适用于该研究海域.选择680、685、690、695、700、705nm作为荧光峰波长建立的荧光基线高度算法,随着选定波长的增大,该算法拟合的相关性逐渐增高,最大相关系数(R2)可达0.91;而以实测荧光峰波长建立的荧光基线高度算法最佳,乘幂函数拟合优于线性拟合,拟合方程为P(chl)=3.167×10^5 FLH^1.45(R2=0.93).本研究为新一代海洋水色卫星传感器的开发、建造提供了科学依据,并为已有高光谱传感器在叶绿素荧光遥感反演方面的应用打下了基础. 相似文献

Under bilateral cooperation between the United States of America and the People's Republic of China, a series of research cruises were conducted over the western Pacific Ocean. It was found that a) the non-sea-salt sulfate aerosol particles are the major source of cloud condensation nuclei, b) the population of clouds and the total albedo are proportional to the concentration of condensation nuclei and consequently to the concentration of the non-sea-salt aerosol particles, and c) the amount of rainfall is inversely proportional to the concentration of non-sea-salt sulfate aerosol particles. It seems that anthropogenic sulfate aerosol particles affect the regional planetary albedo and climate and that the contribution from biogenically derived sulfate aerosol particles is of lesser importance. 相似文献

Nearshore suspended sediment concentration along the muddy Surinam coast is highly variable; maximum values are many times greater than on other muddy coasts. Water samples taken at four field stations during various stages of the tide range in concentration from 15 to 3,700 mg/l near the surface and from 100 to 30,000 mg/l near the bottom. Highest overall concentrations and greatest variability in concentration occur in water over large banks of fluid mud (thixotropic gel) that extend 2–3 km offshore and 5–10 km along-shore. On both the intertidal and subaqueous portions of these mudbanks highest concentrations are found at low tide. Results provide evidence that an exchange between fluid mud and suspended sediment takes place during each tidal cycle. 相似文献
