Jacket cutting operation is one of the most complicated and highest risk operations in the process of decommissioning offshore piled platform, the security and stability of which must be assured. In this paper, the current research on offshore structure removal and jacket cutting is introduced, on the basis of which the types of load along with the load calculation method are determined. The main influences on the stability of a jacket in cutting are analyzed. The experiment test plan is drawn by using orthogonal testing method, and the formula of critical load during the cutting procedure is deduced by differential evolution algorithm. To verify the method and results of this paper, an offshore piled platform to be decommissioned in the South China Sea is taken for an example, and the detailed schedule for jacket cutting is made with the three-dimensional finite element model of the jacket established. The natural frequency, stress, strain and stability of the jacket during cutting process are calculated, which indicates that the results of finite element analysis agree well with that of the deduced formula. The result provides the scientific reference for guaranteeing the safety of jacket in cutting operation.  相似文献

在海洋浮体平台设计初期,为了快速评估设计方案的结构强度水平,需要研究高效的简化方法。本文基于正交异性板理论,综合了平面应力和横向弯曲两种承载方式,改进了板架结构的正交简化评估方法。改进方法克服了原来只针对单一载荷型式的局限性,可以满足组合载荷状态下板架参数的等效变换。为了验证改进方法的适用性和精度水平,分别采用常规方法和改进方法,针对某案例平台的局部板架结构和整体结构开展了强度评估。评估结果的对比分析表明,采用改进方法得到的结构区域应力水平误差在15%以内,满足初始阶段总强度评估的精度要求?  相似文献

为了快速并有效地计算海洋平台等薄壁箱型梁结构的约束扭转极限承载能力,进行了薄壁梁约束扭转极限承载能力简化计算方法研究.基于塑性极限状态分析理论,提出了薄壁梁约束扭转极限状态应力分布假设,将薄壁梁视作为一系列由主要支撑构件和扶强材支撑的板格,推导了薄壁梁约束扭转极限承载能力上限的计算公式.应用非线性有限元方法验证了所提假设和计算公式的精度,将所提方法应用于箱型梁模型和半潜平台的约束扭转极限承载能力的计算分析,并与非线性有限元结果进行了比对,结果表明,本方法具有较高的精度,可用于海洋平台等薄壁梁的扭转极限承载力上限的估算.  相似文献

This paper quantitatively studies the transient dynamic response of a semi-submersible production platform with the loss of one or several positioning mooring lines.A semi-submersible platform,production risers,and positioning mooring lines are all included in the numerical simulation.Increased motion of the semi-submersible platform,tension variation of the remaining mooring lines/risers and the risk of mooring line or riser clashing are all investigated through fully coupled time-domain analysis.Combined environmental loads are selected from irregular waves and the steady current varying from very rough to extreme sea conditions.Three dimension radiation/diffraction theories and Morison’s equation are applied to calculate first-order wave force and second-order mean drift force of floating semi-submersible platform.Nonlinear time-domain finite element methods are employed to analyze the behavior of mooring lines and risers.Results show that the failure of mooring lines seriously reduce the platform’s stability performance.The tension of the rest lines is also increased accordingly.Remaining lines which are closer to the failed lines will have larger tension increase to compensate.Line-Line distance provides practical information for the risk of clashing investigation.  相似文献

水下井口的疲劳完整性是海洋油气田长期安全开采的前提。工业界往往采用贴应变片直接测量水下井口应变来计算弯矩和疲劳损伤,但水下井口应变片粘贴困难且不能长时间连续工作。采用对水下井口监测方法,基于隔水管—防喷器组—水下井口的运动和力学特性,考虑防喷器组惯性力矩建立系统耦合动力学方程,最终形成基于监测数据的水下井口循环弯矩计算方法。以南海某深水水下井口为例,建立隔水管—防喷器组—水下井口系统有限元模型并进行动态分析,提取隔水管底部张力、转角、防喷器组加速度及转角等参数,代入所建立的系统耦合动力学模型,得到水下井口弯矩与有限元计算结果吻合良好。研究表明只需通过在线监测获得所需的输入数据,无需监测水下井口应变即可获取水下井口循环弯矩。建立的系统耦合动力学模型可为水下井口疲劳完整性评估提供理论依据。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an extensive parametric study to investigate various non-linear aspects of the prediction of the large-amplitude motion responses of a semi-submersible. The main objectives of the parametric studies were to investigate the following aspects, which can non-linearly influence the motion responses and which cannot be studied by linear frequency-domain prediction techniques. These aspects are the effects on the motion responses of flooding time and mass; non-linear wave-exciting and rigid-body induced motion (i.e. added mass and damping) forces; non-linear restoring forces; steady wind and current; variation of GM (transverse metacentric height); and the initial position of the semi-submersible. The investigations were carried out for a particular semi-submersible geometry using a numerical simulation technique in the time domain. The simulations were performed for the model during intact, progressive and post-flooding conditions under the combined loading of regular waves, steady wind and current for two different heading angles. This paper is thus intended to provide some insight into the physical effects of the non-linear terms in the equations of motion which are associated with the wave-excitation forces, rigid-body induced motion forces and restoring forces. Since the resulting motion responses could have a steady component as well as the oscillatory one, the force and motion phenomena were also highlighted through the computation of these components.  相似文献

疲劳破坏是海洋结构物发生破坏的一种主要形式,深水半潜平台在海上运输、作业、停滞时会受到交变的风、浪、流载荷作用,进而引起结构关键节点处的疲劳损伤,影响平台安全性。以"海洋石油981"半潜钻井平台为研究对象,利用光纤光栅应变传感器对结构高应力区进行应力监测,获取测点处应力时历数据。将监测位置划分为四个监测板块,采用四点雨流计数法对测点应力进行处理,得到以离散形式给出的应力循环幅度与相应循环周次。参照DNV《海上钢结构疲劳设计规范》推荐的S-N曲线,基于Miner线性疲劳累计损伤原则,得到各个测点处的总体疲劳损伤度。选取具有最大疲劳损伤度的危险测点,并结合海上实测总时长,预测半潜平台的总体疲劳寿命。  相似文献

The longitudinal strength of the high-speed ferry was investigated by subjecting the ship's hull girder to long-term loads obtained from a frequency-domain panel code. Prior to the statistical analysis, linearly computed transfer functions were corrected for nonlinear effects, yielding two sets of transfer functions valid for different wave amplitudes. One set corresponded to the hogging condition; the other set, to the sagging condition. Two regular equivalent design waves were specified that resulted in loads representing the most severe global design load conditions. The still-water loading condition, yielding a still-water vertical bending moment in hogging, was superimposed on the wave-induced loads to obtain the total (design) loads in hogging. For the sagging condition only, additional impact-related loads were superimposed to obtain the total (design) loads in sagging. A finite element model of the ship's structure was subjected to pressure distributions according to the two regular design waves. For comparison with classification society rule values, a simple beam theory strength analysis of the ship's midship section was performed first, and then another finite element analysis was carried out, whereby the imposed loads were tuned to the rule values of vertical bending moments. Rule-based magnitudes of nominal maximum longitudinal stress deviated significantly (25–39%) from comparable stresses obtained by the panel code based finite element analysis. However, stresses obtained from the rule-based finite element analysis agreed more favorably, especially in hogging. In the uppermost deck, for example, the panel code based compressive stress was only 9% larger than the comparable stress from the rule-based finite element analysis.  相似文献

半潜式钻井平台在海洋油气资源开发中发挥着重要作用,目前主要采用模型试验和数值模拟方法对其动力性能进行研究,非常缺乏台风等极端海况下半潜式平台动力响应的实海域监测数据。以某半潜式钻井平台为研究对象,构建了一套比较完善的平台动力性能监测系统,并对台风“杜苏芮”过境阶段的监测数据进行了分析。根据平台艏部气隙及运动监测数据推算了平台吃水及环境波高;采用随机波浪的统计分析方法,计算得到短期海况的有效波高、谱峰周期、能量谱等信息,通过与多种典型海浪谱对比发现Jonswap谱与所测波谱吻合较好;对平台的横摇、纵摇及垂荡运动进行了时域统计分析和频域谱分析,得到了台风海况下被测平台波频运动的实际响应特征,对于指导平台抗台作业具有重要意义。  相似文献

垂荡板对半潜式风机基础水动力性能有极大的影响,从而影响基础拖航安装过程的安全。为了研究垂荡板对半潜式基础拖航过程中运动响应的影响,建立了拖缆—WindFloat浮式风机半潜式基础拖航系统模型。首先,基于三维势流理论,采用AQWA开展了拖航系统的频域水动力分析,分析了垂荡板的尺寸及形状对基础水动力性能的影响规律;进一步采用时域方法对拖航系统的运动响应进行分析,探究了垂荡板的尺寸及形状在不同浪向下对基础运动响应的影响规律。结果表明:垂荡板能有效抑制基础的垂荡RAO,但垂荡板形状对基础的水动力性能无明显影响;具有圆形垂荡板的半潜式基础在拖航过程中的运动性能略优于六边形垂荡板,在原设计基础上继续增大垂荡板尺寸对基础运动响应的抑制效果呈现先增大后减小的趋势,说明半潜式风机基础存在一个最优的垂荡板尺寸。  相似文献

卷管式铺管法在海管铺设中的应用愈发广泛,在铺设作业中管道会发生几何非线性变形,导致出现复杂的力学性能变化。针对管道在上卷、退卷过程中的屈服变化过程,通过弹塑性理论进行分析,推导出管道退卷后残余轴向应力的解析解;随后利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立模型实例,对比解析解与有限元模型,两者的计算结果基本吻合。基于上述有限元模型,研究上卷时的张力和退卷时的后张力对椭圆度、截面轴向应力和剪切应力的影响,并进行敏感性分析。模拟结果表明张力和后张力变化会影响管道截面的变形程度,退卷后截面上残余的轴向应力远高于剪切应力,并且通过敏感性分析,得到了残余椭圆度、残余应力随张力和后张力变化的规律。研究可为卷管铺设过程中张力和后张力的选择提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献

由于聚酯缆绳具备优异的力学性能,促使以其为主体系缆的绷紧式系泊系统得以广泛应用和发展。但聚酯系缆具有复杂的黏弹性和黏塑性,且由于在安装和使用过程中可能产生不同程度的损伤,使得聚酯系缆的动刚度特性发生演变,从而对系泊系统的动力响应产生直接影响。以一系泊于1 020 m水深的Spar平台为例,运用ABAQUS软件建立了由聚酯缆绳组成的系泊系统有限元模型,并利用ABAQUS子程序将损伤缆绳动刚度经验公式进行导入计算,以更好地反映系缆真实的动刚度变化。基于该有限元模型,计算了在相同水流、波浪工况下,不同损伤度、不同损伤系缆的系缆张力历程和平台的横荡、纵荡位移响应,分析了不同损伤度、不同损伤系缆对系缆张力及平台位移的影响。这些成果对把握绷紧式系泊系统在聚酯系缆有损伤情况下的非线性动力响应及其安全应用具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

为探究轴压作用下双金属复合海底管道的组合作用与承载性能,对双金属复合海底管道进行了试验研究和理论分析。开展了不锈钢衬管材料性能试验,对比了国际主流不锈钢本构关系模型和试验结果。利用ABAQUS建立了精细化的双金属复合管道轴压试验有限元模型,系统研究了关键参数如复合工艺产生的环向复合应力、钢管初始缺陷幅值等对双金属复合管在轴压作用下力学性能的影响规律。通过对比已有轴压双金属复合管道试验结果,验证有限元模型。基于验证的有限元模型,对轴压作用下双金属复合管道的组合作用以及径厚比和材料强度对承载力的影响进行了分析。结果表明双金属复合管道的轴压极限承载力主要取决于基管的截面屈服荷载,并随着管径和材料强度的提高而增大。并依据分析结果对双金属复合海底管道的设计提出建议。  相似文献

Slamming on bracings of column stabilized units shall be considered as a possible limiting criterion under transit condition based on the requirements in DNV-OS-C103. However, the wave slamming loads under survival condition were ignored for the strength analysis of the brace structures in many semi-submersible projects. In this paper, a method of strength analysis of brace structure is proposed based on the reconstruction and extrapolation of numerical model. The full-scale mooring system, the wind, wave and current loads can be considered simultaneously. Firstly, the model tests of the semi-submersible platform in wind tunnel and wave tanker have been carried out. Secondly, the numerical models of the platform are reconstructed and extrapolated based on the results of model tests. Then, a nonlinear numerical analysis has been conducted to study the wave slamming load on brace in semi-submersible platform through the reconstructed and extrapolated numerical model. For the randomness of wave load, ten subcases under each condition have been carried out. The value of the 90% Gumble distribution values of the ten subcases are used. Finally, the strength on brace structure has been analyzed considering the wave slamming. The wave slamming loads have been compared between the survival condition and transit condition with the method. The results indicate that wave slamming under survival condition is more critical than that under transit condition. Meanwhile, the wave slamming is significant to the structural strength of the brace. It should be overall considered in the strength analysis of the brace structure.  相似文献

海缆在使用过程中,受到洋流冲击及自身重量的影响,容易过度弯曲,从而影响海缆的寿命,造成经济损失。弯曲限制器是防止海缆过度弯曲的重要附件。文中建立海缆弯曲限制器A、B两种不同结构的模型,通过有限元模拟分析,比较在相同弯矩载荷下两种结构的锁紧弯曲半径及应力、应变情况,并通过试验验证两种结构的实际使用情况和模拟分析结果的一致性,为海缆弯曲限制器的优化改进提供了参考。计算结果表明:随着弯矩的增大,两种结构的锁定弯曲半径的变化趋势一致,但相同的弯曲半径下所能承受的载荷和两种结构曲率的平缓度有着较大的差异;在相同的应用环境下,B型结构能够更好地保护海缆,限制海缆的最小弯曲半径。  相似文献

随着深海油气田的快速发展,新兴的浮式生产系统,尤其是半潜式平台,由于具有性能优良、运动响应小、工作水深适用范围广、抗风浪荷载能力强等优点,在工程实际中得到快速的发展。在半潜式平台设计过程中,气隙和斜浪作用下的波浪爬升问题对其安全性能的影响至关重要。通过采用系泊定位状态下的四立柱半潜式平台进行波浪爬升实验,对平台不同位置进行全方位的监测,而后对测量数据进行分析,得出关于海浪对半潜式平台气隙响应的影响和相关规律,为半潜式平台的设计提供参考。  相似文献

近年来,国内兴起了大力发展半潜式起重平台的势头,系泊系统的设计与优化是该类型平台开发中的关键问题之一。采用时域方法对半潜式起重平台系泊系统进行耦合动力分析,研究系泊系统主要参数对其动力响应特性的影响,并给出主要参数的设计优化流程,在此基础上,以能够满足安全校核且性能较优的系泊方案为目标,对该半潜式起重平台的系泊系统进行优化设计,并研究单根系泊缆发生破断对整个系泊系统的影响。结果表明:基于主要参数对系泊性能的影响规律,经优化设计得到的系泊方案,预留的安全欲度适中,能够保障半潜式起重平台在恶劣海况下的生存能力,同时具备较好的经济性。  相似文献

The motion of a moored semi-submersible in regular waves and the wave-induced internal forces in the semi-submersible have been studied both numerically and experimentally. In the numerical formulation, the semi-submersible is modelled as an externally constrained floating body, which is regarded as being composed of several rigidly connected parts. The linearized equations of motion of each part were obtained in a common reference system fixed on the body. A consistent formulation of the wave-induced internal forces between two parts as well as the external constraining forces is presented.Model tests were carried out using a 1:36 scale model of the semi-submersible, Glomar Arctic III. Very good agreement was achieved between the numerical and model-test results in the practical wave-frequency range.  相似文献

Truss Spar平台在风、浪、流的作用下,结构受力十分复杂,准确分析其疲劳强度相当困难。通过建立Truss Spar平台三维有限元模型,利用HydroD软件进行载荷预报、波浪搜索,得到产生最大应力幅响应的最不利浪向和相位角。运用Sestra软件进行整体有限元分析,得到的结果作为桁架管节点细化模型的边界条件,再用Nastran软件进行局部分析求得节点的热点应力,修正壁厚影响。最后根据DNV规范的S-N曲线计算了管节点的疲劳寿命。  相似文献
