近海海床表层多为软黏土或淤泥质土,为探究海床表层软土对海上风电宽浅式筒型基础承载特性的影响,以中国广东某海域风电场为背景,通过有限元分析的方法,研究竖向、水平、弯矩荷载作用下软土层厚度和土体强度对基础极限承载力、破坏模式以及筒基土压力分布的影响。研究结果表明:当软土层厚度小于H/2(H为筒裙高度)时,单向荷载作用下宽浅式筒型基础极限承载力随软土层厚度的增加呈线性减小的趋势;当软土层厚度大于H/2后,承载力降低速率逐渐增大。表层软土的存在,使得塑性区范围缩小,软土层内土体塑性破坏更加明显。竖向荷载作用下,随软土层厚度的增大,筒顶承载先减小后增大,筒内侧摩阻力先增大后减小;水平荷载和弯矩作用下,筒侧被动土压力的降低是引起软土覆盖地基中基础承载能力降低的主要因素。  相似文献

以一6.7 MW风机为研究对象,提出了一种适用于30~50 m水深的海上风电倒Y形导管架筒型基础结构型式,采用三维精细有限元模型对结构的受力特性展开研究,包括结构的自振特性以及在随机风浪流荷载作用下的动力响应。研究结果表明,倒Y形导管架筒型基础采用“三腿变六腿”导管架的结构型式,能够更加有效的将上部荷载传递至下部筒型基础,具有较好的受力特性和传力体系;整机结构的前两阶自振频率均在风机允许运行的频率范围内;在50年一遇极端随机风浪流荷载作用下,整机结构的位移响应和应力响应,均可满足结构安全使用要求。  相似文献

多筒型导管架基础下放安装过程筒顶开口,筒内气—水自由置换,浪溅区下放过程由于浮力、冲击载荷、附加质量、阻尼效应等因素影响具有很强的非线性。开展模型试验研究波浪荷载下外界控制因素对四筒导管架基础下放过程气垫响应、基础运动和吊缆张力响应的影响机理,探究气垫结构对基础下放过程附加质量和固有周期的影响。结果表明:初始下放过程,筒内气体积聚,气垫压力非线性增长,随着下放深度增大,气垫压力趋于稳定;气垫压力响应趋势与基础下放速度和开孔率相关,波浪荷载仅影响气垫响应幅值;筒型基础下放穿越浪溅区阶段受到砰击荷载作用,气垫结构对砰击荷载产生缓冲效果;考虑气垫—水柱耦合作用时,顶盖即将入水阶段,气弹簧和水弹簧耦合作用下整体刚度增大,基础固有周期出现减小趋势。  相似文献

为解决海上风机导管架支腿和钢管桩灌浆段在海上恶劣施工与工作环境下发生偏心连接和偏心受力等不利工况时灌浆连接段的力学特性问题,文章制作海上风机导管架灌浆连接段足尺模型,对其黏结承载力进行原型抗拔试验,同时进行应变测试,以研究偏心灌浆等不利工况对灌浆连接段黏结承载力的影响。研究结果表明:导管架灌浆连接的轴向和偏心黏结承载力均满足设计要求;在轴向拉拔时,由于灌浆料受拉拔时其厚度越大则剪切变形越大,灌浆连接段各测点的位移由大到小依次为灌浆较厚侧、平均位移、灌浆较薄侧,但其应力差异不大;在偏心拉拔时,总上拔力虽减小,但偏心受力会导致结构弯矩和内力增加,表明在设计时应充分考虑偏心荷载对灌浆料的不利作用。  相似文献

作为一种新型的深水海上基础型式,桶形基础在海上风机设施设计与建设中逐步得到了发展和应用。以三桶基础为例,采用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对海上风机多桶基础的承载特性进行了三维有限元数值分析。根据海上风机的荷载受力特点,分别探讨了三桶基础在竖向荷载、水平荷载和力矩作用下的极限承载力,得出荷载作用方向及桶间距对极限承载力的影响程度,研究成果为复合加载模式下海上风机多桶基础的承载特性分析奠定了基础。  相似文献

为了研究桩长对海底防沉板—桩复合基础在水平、弯矩和扭转荷载作用下承载特性的影响,以我国南海水深200 m的某工程实例为研究对象,利用Flac3D有限差分仿真软件建立了计算模型。研究了桩长为4 m、6 m和8 m的防沉板—桩复合基础在水平、弯矩和扭转荷载作用下的极限承载力和荷载传递机理。结果表明,桩长超过6 m时复合基础的水平承载力显著增长,在水平加载过程中,防沉板总是先达到极限状态而破坏,桩基础的贡献在加载后期体现,且桩长为4 m、8 m时,桩基础与防沉板的连接处弯矩最大;随着桩长的增加,复合基础的抗弯承载力大幅提高,桩基础对复合基础的抗弯承载力贡献增大,当桩长超过8 m,桩长的增加对提高复合基础的抗弯承载力意义不大;在弯矩加载过程中,桩长对于防沉板、桩基础的荷载分配有显著影响,桩长为4 m时,外荷载主要由防沉板承担,当桩长超过4 m时,外荷载主要由桩基础承担;当扭转荷载不超过2 100 k N·m时,防沉板承担主要荷载,直至防沉板达到极限状态而发生旋转,随后桩基础的承载力逐渐发挥;对于桩长为6 m、8 m的复合基础,其极限状态根据防沉板适用性准则确定。  相似文献

使用了ANSYS软件对筒型基础进行地震分析,计算了砂土液化情况以及由此导致的承载力的损失,对比了在筒-土界面采用节点耦合和设置接触单元两种形式对该结果的影响,结果显示节点耦合形式既可以保证计算精度,也能提高计算效率。同时,分析了不同长细比筒型基础的砂土液化深度和承载力损失,结果显示较大的长细比有利于减少承载力损失。  相似文献

为了验证美国石油学会(American Petroleum Institute, API)规范的理论计算分析结果同现场实证试验数据的一致性以及调平新技术的有效性,以大唐大连市庄河海上风电场址Ⅰ(100 MW)海上风电项目吸力式三筒导管架基础为研究对象,运用API规范的静力平衡法、屈曲分析、土塞理论,以及SACS与ANSYS有限元分析软件进行吸力筒导管架沉贯的土塞、沉贯可行性、贯入屈曲、竖向承载力及吊装适应能力的一系列力学分析,通过将吸力式三筒导管架沉贯过程实际监测的土塞高度、负压、承载力、屈曲变形数据同理论计算结果进行比对分析,验证了API规范的理论计算分析结果与现场实证试验数据之间具有良好的拟合度。而“水上星站差分定位+姿态监测及定向的测量+无线网桥通讯组合”和“吸力筒吸力贯入装备一体化系统智能控制系统”两种新技术的应用,成功达成了吸力筒导管架基础功能性的实现。本研究证明了API规范理论分析的准确性和新调平技术的有效性,同时本研究的创新吸力筒式基础可以大幅节约钢材,能显著降低海上风电项目投资成本,经济价值高,有望成为未来海上风电项目的主要基础型式之一。  相似文献

大直径宽浅式筒型基础,阻水宽度大,在位工作期间受波浪海流作用,其周围土体易被冲刷。为研究单侧地基土体受冲刷后筒型基础的竖向极限承载力变化,通过引进冲刷率的概念,采用有限元方法研究了不同冲刷率下筒型基础的竖向极限承载力;并基于Meyerhof理论建立了计算不同冲刷率下筒型基础竖向极限承载力的极限平衡方法。研究结果表明,随着冲刷率增大,筒型基础的极限承载力出现不同程度的下降,当冲刷率为0.8时,即筒型基础单侧土体冲刷深度达6.4 m时,筒型基础的竖向极限承载力折减率为3.28%。建立的极限平衡算法可准确计算冲刷条件下筒型基础的竖向极限承载力。  相似文献

吸力式导管架基础具备高承载力、高施工效率、高环境友好度、低造价等特点,使用其作为海上风电底部支撑结构有利于产业的规模化发展,实现上述愿景的前提在于使筒型基础顺利安装以满足设计要求。基于此,在不同初始施加泵压下,对吸力式导管架的沉贯效率特征值、基础内外围渗流变化、筒裙端部土压力特点进行探究。通过抱桩器使吸力式导管架在吸力安装过程中仅具备竖向自由度,从而进行纯沉贯试验。结果表明:初始泵压2 kPa时沉贯效率特征值最高;沉贯过程中基础外围渗流水压小于基础内围渗流水压;筒裙外侧所受土压要大于筒壁内侧所受土压力。  相似文献

Bucket foundations have been widely used for a variety of offshore applications. The effects of skirt length on ultimate bearing capacity of bucket foundation have been studied and reported in published scientific papers. However, few studies have addressed the behavior of bucket foundations in loose saturated sand. In this paper, a series of experimental investigations were performed to determine the bearing capacity of bucket foundation under uniaxial loading. The experiments were conducted on small-scale foundations under vertical loading in loose saturated sand. It was found that increasing the skirt length would enhance the bearing capacity of bucket foundation. As reflected in the present study, bearing strength might be enhanced more than 5 times in loose saturated sand in comparison to surface footing with equivalent diameter. Based on the experimental investigation, a depth factor was proposed to approximate bearing capacity of bucket foundations in terms of those for surface footing and embedment ratio. Moreover, the corresponding settlement of foundation at the failure load was found to increase with skirt length.  相似文献

An investigation is made to present analytical solutions provided by a three-dimensional displacement approach for analysis of bucket foundations subjected to vertical and lateral loads in cohesive soils. The nonlinear vertical and lateral stiffness coefficients along the skirt of the bucket foundation in nonhomogeneous soil are presented using three-dimensional solutions for vertical and lateral loads and taking into account the dependence of stiffness coefficients on the shear strain. The vertical, lateral, and rocking stiffness coefficients on the base of the skirt of a bucket foundation are obtained from the solutions of hollow rigid cylindrical punch acting on the surface of a soil. The ultimate vertical stress of a soil under the base of a bucket foundation subjected to vertical and moment loads is presented analytically by considering only compression and ignoring tension on the base. The vertical and lateral yields along the skirt and the compression and shear failures on the base are taken into account in analysis of ultimate load capacities. Envelopes of the combined ultimate horizontal and moment load capacities of a bucket foundation in clay are shown. Relationships between ultimate lateral and moment load capacities and the embedment ratio (skirt length to diameter) are presented.  相似文献

桩-筒组合基础是将单桩基础与筒型基础组合的一种新型海上风电基础形式,其受力模式不同于传统桩基基础,优点是可通过合理减小桩长、桩壁厚等途径提高承载性能。基于极限地基反力法,提出单层黏土中桩-筒组合基础受力模式及水平承载力的计算方法。利用力加载和位移加载两种控制方法进行数值分析,研究水平承载性能的影响因素。结果表明,在一定范围内,桩-筒组合基础水平承载性能随桩入土深度、桩壁厚、筒外径的增大而提高。基于实际工程,对等用钢量的单桩基础与组合基础进行比较计算,结果表明,桩-筒组合基础可有效降低基础倾斜度和位移,提高承载性能。  相似文献

Suction buckets are a promising foundation solution for offshore wind energy systems. The bearing behavior of monopod buckets under drained monotonic loading in very dense and medium dense sand is investigated in this study by means of numerical simulation with the finite element method. Special focus is given to the ultimate capacity and the initial stiffness of the bucket-soil foundation system. The numerical model is validated by comparison with field test results. The bearing behavior of the structure is explained through an evaluation of a reference system. It is shown that the bucket experiences a heave during horizontal loading, which leads to the formation of a gap between the bucket lid and the soil with increasing load. At large loads and rotations close to failure of the system there is no contact between lid and soil, and the whole load is transferred to the soil via the bucket skirt. A parametric study shows how the ultimate capacity and initial stiffness of the system depend on the bucket dimensions and loading conditions, i.e. load eccentricity. Normalized equations for ultimate capacity and initial stiffness are derived from the numerical simulation results, which can be used in the scope of a preliminary design for buckets in sand.  相似文献

作为一种新型基础形式,吸力式桶形基础除了承受海洋平台结构及自身重量等竖向荷载的长期作用之外,往往还遭受波浪等所产生的水平荷载及其力矩等其它荷载分量的瞬时或循环作用。对复合加载模式下软土地基中桶形基础及其结构的循环承载性能尚缺乏合理的分析与计算方法。应用Andersen等对重力式平台基础及地基所建议的分析方法,基于软黏土的循环强度概念,在大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS平台上,通过二次开发,将软土的循环强度与Mises屈服准则结合,针对吸力式桶形基础,基于拟静力分析建立了复合加载模式下循环承载性能的计算模型,并与复合加载作用下极限承载性能进行了对比。由此表明,与极限承载力相比,桶形基础的循环承载力显著降低。  相似文献

在设计结构和考虑有效的海洋工程基础的冲刷防护工程时,了解和预测海洋结构周围的冲刷发展机理是非常重要的。通过波流水槽研究规则波作用下桶形基础的冲刷特性,试验主要考虑波高与结构尺寸对桶形基础周围局部冲刷的影响,并分析波浪冲刷过程中模型周围的时程地形、波浪作用后的冲刷坑性状、冲刷影响要素以及不同结构间的冲刷差异。结果表明:桶形基础的冲刷过程是震荡加深发展,最大冲刷深度与冲刷宽度随波高增大而增加,随上部结构直径增大而增加,最大冲刷深度位置随波高与结构尺寸变化而变化;不同结构间的冲刷坑形态与冲刷后的地形不同,最大冲刷深度相差可高达4倍;桶形基础结构直径比范围为0.2~0.5时,结构自身具有防冲刷能力。  相似文献

The modified suction caisson (MSC) adds a short-skirted structure around the regular suction caissons to increase the lateral bearing capacity and limit the deflection. The MSC is suitable for acting as the offshore wind turbine foundation subjected to larger lateral loads compared with the imposed vertical loads. Determination of the lateral bearing capacity is a key issue for the MSC design. The formula estimating the lateral bearing capacity of the MSC was proposed in terms of the limit equilibrium method and was verified by the test results. Parametric studies on the lateral bearing capacity were also carried out. It was found that the lateral bearing capacity of the MSC increases with the increasing length and radius of the external skirt, and the lateral bearing capacity increases linearly with the increasing coefficient of subgrade reaction. The maximum lateral bearing capacity of the MSC is attained when the ratio of the radii of the internal compartment to the external skirt equals 0.82 and the ratio of the lengths of the external skirt to the internal compartment equals 0.48, provided that the steel usage of the MSC is kept constant.  相似文献
