在大口径基岩和水井工程施工中,回转钻进破岩目前被国内外认为是一种快速、有效、经济的工艺方法.而回转钻进中常用的刀具主要是各种形式的滚刀钻头.破岩滚刀从结构形式上大致分为镶齿、楔齿和盘型滚刀.镶齿滚刀主要用于硬岩钻进,因价格昂贵难以用于基桩工程和水井施工.在楔齿滚刀中,传统的楔齿主要采用喷涂、电焊GW合金、激光熔敷等方法进行强化刀齿表面处理,效果不甚理想.而盘型滚刀只是将刀齿作圆周状分布,其刀齿材料和处理方式同楔齿和镶齿大致相同,主要用于反井钻进和巷道掘进,价格较高.针对这种情况,我们于1989年开始立项研究CG经济型滚刀及滚刀钻头.CG型滚刀的最大特点就是采用高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性的钢结硬质合金作为刀齿,合金密封,大大提高了滚刀钻头的可靠性和使用寿命,降低了产品成本.该型滚刀钻头在基岩中钻进最高寿命达140 m,在中硬地层中钻速最高可达0.5 m/h,在硬地层中钻进最高钻速达到0.3 m/h,充分显示了其在基岩钻进中的优势.这种经济型滚刀于1993年通过了部级鉴定.1995年获<国家级新产品证书>,并被定为河北省科技开发项目.1996年该型滚刀又获原地质矿产部科技成果三等奖.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
