极端高温对人类健康与城市社会发展影响显著,如何衡量城市高温特征及其社会后果是地理学人地关系研究的新命题。将社会脆弱性分析工具应用到该命题研究中,以中国296个城市为研究对象,采集各城市日最高气温数据、社会经济统计数据和人口普查数据,建立了高温日数、高温强度、热浪频次、热浪持续时间和热浪强度等表征城市高温特征的量化指标,对1960—2016年中国主要城市高温特征进行了系统分析;基于城市高温社会脆弱性分析框架,从暴露度、敏感性和适应能力3个维度构建中国城市高温社会脆弱性评价指标体系,并开展社会脆弱性评价,划分社会脆弱性等级,分析城市社会脆弱性致脆原因。结果表明:① 中国极端高温和热浪事件的分布主要集中在南方城市,尤其是在华东和华中地区,尽管北方城市高温热浪事件较少,但高温强度较为突出。② 中国城市高温暴露度指数具有明显的空间集聚特征,而各城市的敏感性指数和适应能力指数分布较为分散。③ 中国高社会脆弱性指数城市主要集中在华东和华中大部分地区,以及西南和华北少部分地区;高、中、低社会脆弱性指数城市比例分别为25.3%、46.3%和28.4%。④ 社会敏感致脆型城市数量最多(46.9%),其次为高温暴露致脆型(44.3%),适应能力不足致脆型城市数量最少(8.8%),在高社会脆弱性城市中,暴露度指数贡献度最大,中、低社会脆弱性城市中敏感性指数贡献度最大,适应能力指数对城市高温社会脆弱性的贡献度较小。本研究可在灾害-社会关系研究、城市高温特征的量化表达与高温社会脆弱性评价等方面提供借鉴和启示。  相似文献

本研究通过综合考虑高温胁迫、社会脆弱性和人口暴露,提出基于社会脆弱性的高温灾害风险评价框架,结合气象数据、遥感数据、社会经济数据构建多元数据融合的评价指标体系,开展全国分县高温灾害风险评价。研究结果表明,高温灾害脆弱性热点区域主要集中在中国新疆西部、豫西皖北交界处、四川盆地、洞庭湖流域、广西境内珠江流域;而华中地区湖北江汉平原和湖南洞庭湖流域、西南地区四川省和重庆市交界处的四川盆地、华东地区江浙沪一带、华南珠江流域,则是中国突出的高温灾害风险热点区。高温灾害脆弱性热点区和高温灾害风险热点区的分布出现比较明显的差异,高温灾害脆弱性热点区主要分布于高温胁迫较高或社会经济较差的不发达地区,区域人群由于经济上的适应能力较差而受到高温威胁的概率较大;而高温灾害风险则强调灾害一旦发生时的可能损失,其热点区域主要分布于人口聚集、经济较为发达的大城市区域。就主导因子分区来说,高温胁迫主导区域主要为平原、盆地以及大江大河流域,社会脆弱性主导区域主要位于经济欠发达地区以及脆弱性人群聚集区;人口暴露主导区域则主要集中在人口密集的中心城市和沿海地区。  相似文献

在分析城市脆弱性研究意义的基础上,对基于"概念内涵—分析框架—定量测度"的城市脆弱性研究脉络进行了梳理总结,进而对传统研究脉络进行了有机拓展,构建了基于"概念内涵—分析框架—定量测度—动态演化—综合调控"的城市脆弱性研究新脉络。未来城市脆弱性研究应抓住3个重点问题:夯实理论基础,完善技术方法,加强实践应用,由此使城市脆弱性研究在理论、方法和应用上得到进一步拓展。  相似文献

当前,脆弱性为可持续性科学研究的热点问题,城市脆弱性是努力实现城市可持续发展急需开展的重要研究内容.基于国内外城市脆弱性研究文献资料的回顾,梳理了城市脆弱性概念、研究分类、分析框架、动力机制和评价方法.目前对城市脆弱性尚未形成统一的概念框架,缺乏完善的评价指标体系,对动力机制与调控的研究不足,缺少对城市耦合系统脆弱性的研究.未来,应在现有城市脆弱性研究基础上,建立综合、可行的评价指标体系,构建综合评价模型,并注重典型区域的城市脆弱性评价,为城市可持续发展提供科学依据.  相似文献

全球气候变化及快速城市化增加了极端天气事件的发生频率,高温热浪作为其中的典型效应,增加了与热相关的健康风险,越来越受到气象学、医学与地理学学者的关注。论文系统梳理了高温热浪的定义,从地理学视角,以空间评估作为切入点,总结分析了高温热浪脆弱性评估中的空间指标、空间制图方法与空间对策等方面的研究进展,指明该领域已从单一视角逐步深入到气象学、医学、地理学等复合学科的交叉研究,地理学作为桥梁将气象学与医学有机结合,为脆弱性评估提供空间指标参数、为制图提供思路与方法,并提供空间对策连接规划和风险预警等实践工作。未来的研究展望包括:空间指标综合各学科研究需要、集成各学科优势进行构建,空间制图在社区小尺度到区域大尺度的耦合机理分析基础上探讨跨区域研究表达方式,空间对策针对不同风险人群采取差异化研究,为城市适应气候变化提供科学依据。  相似文献

作为气候变暖的突出表征,高温热浪对中国的国民经济、民众生活工作与健康构成严峻的挑战。文章系统地回顾与展望了21世纪以来国内高温热浪的研究进展,并探讨其人文"转向"特征。首先,梳理高温热浪的概念界定与测度、事实与趋势、影响、原因与机理等领域;其次,归纳了近年来国内高温热浪的人文"转向",包括在机理研究中纳入城镇化因素、人为适应成为主要应对策略、风险感知成为热点议题、人文学科交叉渗透等,并展望了主动性适应、脆弱性评估、社区与农户、脆弱性群体等未来研究热点。文章为后续研究以及有效应对高温热浪提供有益借鉴。  相似文献

高温热浪作为一种常见的气象灾害,对人们的生产、生活、健康产生很大的影响。为探索福建省沿海与内陆城市高温热浪脆弱差异性及其形成机制,本文构建了包含暴露性、敏感性、适应性3个维度的高温热浪脆弱性评估模型(Vulnerability Scoping Diagram, VSD)。利用1994-2013年逐日极端高温数据和经济社会统计数据,分别对处于沿海和内陆的福州和南平市辖区进行高温热浪脆弱性及其3个维度(暴露性、敏感性、适应性)的评估与比较,并试图解释分析福州市辖区与南平市辖区高温热浪脆弱性的差异及其原因。结果显示:由于地理环境与社会经济系统的显著差异,近20年来,沿海地区高温热浪的脆弱性低于内陆地区,但随着经济发展导致的敏感性增加,前者不断攀升的脆弱性可能会超越后者;内陆地区的人类活动对环境的干扰程度相对较弱,其敏感性不断降低而适应性有所上升,使得其高温热浪的脆弱性不断降低。降低高温热浪脆弱性的关键在于同时增强区域适应性与降低敏感性,这对制定适应性措施具有积极的现实意义。  相似文献

社会脆弱性作为脆弱性的维度之一,是脆弱性与可持续性科学研究领域的新兴热点问题.在分析对国内外社会脆弱性研究文献的基础上,从概念内涵、分析框架与评价方法3 方面对社会脆弱性研究进行了评述.目前学者们对社会脆弱性概念有不同的理解,尚未形成统一的概念体系与内涵特征;系统性的社会脆弱性分析框架尚未形成,现有成果多是在脆弱性框架基础上的延伸和拓展,主要从政治经济学视角、社会—生态视角和综合视角开展研究;多元化的评价方法在社会脆弱性的应用研究中仍较少见,已有研究的评价指标体系尚不完善.未来,应进一步拓展社会脆弱性研究内容,促进多学科交叉融合;逐步统一社会脆弱性概念和分析框架,深化社会脆弱性的理论研究;加强社会脆弱性评价方法与指标体系的完善,促进多元化评价方法的应用;加强社会脆弱性减缓与调控对策研究,整合社会脆弱性与适应性框架,为提高社会适应能力与可持续发展提供科学依据.  相似文献

对城市灾害社会脆弱性研究的热点问题及趋向进行了深入的梳理和总结。研究发现,现阶段社会脆弱性研究已经成为城市灾害脆弱性的重要研究范式,但学者们在城市灾害社会脆弱性综合维度的界定、脆弱性评估方法构建、社会脆弱性与灾害种类相关性判读以及研究尺度选取等方面存在明显的争议。对这些争议进行了深入探讨,并对未来城市灾害社会脆弱性研究进行了展望,以期为中国城市防灾减灾工作提供科学参考。  相似文献

耦合适应力的福州市高温脆弱性评估   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
全球气候变化导致极端高温发生区域不断增加,高温给自然环境和人类社会带来的负面效应不断扩大,严重影响了城市复合人地系统的脆弱性。适应是应对极端高温的重要行动,耦合适应力因素的城市高温脆弱性研究已成为国际热点和研究前沿。本文以中国代表性高温城市福州为例,利用专家评估、AHP法、地理空间分析技术,结合实地问卷调查和有序多分类Logistic回归分析等方法,重构耦合适应力的城市高温脆弱性空间评价指标体系,通过对福州市高温脆弱性和适应力的影响因素、空间分异特征、热点地区和尺度间依赖进行研究,系统评估了福州市高温脆弱性。结果表明:① 年龄、住房面积、外出纳凉频率、健康状况、医疗便利程度和政府缓解高温力度等6个指标对福州市居民高温适应力水平具有显著影响;② 福州市高温脆弱性、暴露性和适应力的空间分布均呈现“核心—外围”空间结构,高温脆弱性呈现“半包围式”的“外高内低”的空间特征;③ 在城市区域高温暴露性和易损性相同的背景下,从个体人到社区和城市层面的主动适应高温的能力,将显著改变城市高温脆弱性的空间分布。研究结果以期推动城市高温脆弱性研究的理论发展,并为福州市及同类型高温城市的高温脆弱性评估、调控和适应提供决策参考。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
