New development in urban planning, cityscape, real estate management and the like, calls for new demands for 3D city model. There are so many objects in 3D city model such as building, river, road, and so on. The building model is very important in 3D city model. In recent years,a lot of research work about visualization has been done. In our opinions,visualization is only a part of 313 city model, while interactive operation about buildings is rather important as well. With the rapid development of computer graphics, distributed-computing and Internet, it is possible to achieve Internet-based virtual city. This paper dwells on the method of the terrain and its feature modeling and complex entity modeling in the virtual city. Then, discusses the method for Internet-based virtual city 3D visualization and the design of the Browser/Server architecture of the system of virtual city in the network environment. Finally, Java and Java 3D are used to show an experiment example, and the related conclusion about Internet-based virtual city 3D displaying and the client-side interactive operation is given.  相似文献

The research work has been seldom done about cloverleaf junction expression in a 3-dimensional city model (3DCM). The main reason is that the cloverleaf junction is often in a complex and enormous construction. Its main body is bestraddle in air,and has aerial intersections between its parts. This complex feature made cloverleaf junction quite different from buildings and terrain, therefore, it is difficult to express this kind of spatial objects in the same way as for buildings and terrain. In this paper,authors analyze spatial characteristics of cloverleaf junction, propose an all-constraint points TIN algorithm to partition cloverleaf junction road surface, and develop a method to visualize cloverleaf junction road surface using TIN. In order to manage cloverleaf junction data efficiently, the authors also analyzed the mechanism of 3DCM data management, extended BLOB type in relational database, and combined R-tree index to manage 3D spatial data. This paper presents a new type of cellular automata (CA) model for the simulation of alternative land development using neural networks for urban planning. CA models can be regarded as a planning tool because they can generate alternative urban growth. Alternative development patterns can be formed by using different sets of parameter values in CA simulation. A critical issue is how to define parameter values for realistic and idealized simulation. This paper demonstrates that neural networks can simplify CA models but generate more plausible results. The simulation is based on a simple three-layer network with an output neuron to generate conversion probability. No transition rules are required for the simulation. Parameter values are automatically obtained from the training of network by using satellite remote sensing data. Original training data can be assessed and modified according to planning objectives. Alternative urban patterns can be easily formulated by using the modified training data sets rather than changing the model.  相似文献

Data acquisition and modeling are the two important, difficult and costful aspects in a Cybercity project. 2D-GIS is mature and can manage a lot of spatial data. Thus 3D-GIS should make the best of data and technology of 2D-GIS. Construction of a useful synthetic environment requires integration of multiple types of information like DEM, texture images and 3D representation of objects such as buildings. In this paper, the method for 3D city landscape data model and visualization based on integrated databases is presented. Since the data volume of raster are very huge, special strategies(for example, pyramid gridded method) must be adopted in order to manage raster data efficiently. Three different methods of data acquisition, the proper data structure and a simple modeling method are presented as well. At last, a pilot project of Shanghai Cybercity is illustrated.  相似文献

An auto-coupling triangles algo-rithm based on triangle topological relationship is put forward, and the topological data model of complicated terrain is developed. Three-dimensional (3D) land development and utilization has become the trend for urban planning in the current metropolis.This paper presents a method for building a 3D cadastral management system from survey plans with SketchUp.It concentrates on the geometric representation and topological consistent maintenance of 3D cadastral objects.In this system a complete topological model is built to express the body construction and spatial relationships among 3D property units.SketchUp is used to automatically construct 3D models with attributes and thematic information from 2D survey plans.Spatial topologic relationships and operations are analyzed with the programming and development of Ruby language.The resulting system can manage 3D cadastral objects and manipulate them with spatial operations to support spatial analysis.  相似文献

In order to understand the 3D landscape with many high buildings in a city, the 2D GIS has to be extended to 3D GIS. The further development of CyberCity has to include various applications of 3D scenes from the outdoor scenes to the indoor ones. In thispaper, some key techniques, such as data management method and dynamicalvisualization method for the outdoor and the indoor scenes, are discussed. The indoor scene is compared with the outdoor one. The idea of integratedrepresentation of the outdoor and the indoor scenes in CyberCity GIS is discussed.  相似文献

In order to solve the dynamic reconstruction and local updating problem of three-dimensional geological solids, topology reasoning is used for three-dimensional geological modeling. This can advance the level of the corresponding section automation in implementing the 3D geological solid dynamical reconstruction by the construction of and reasoning on topology on the 3D curved surface. This method has been successfully used in the Nanjing city geological modeling and the Zijin gold mine modeling. The results prove that this method adapts to coplanar section and noncoplanar section data, and improves the efficiency of 3D geological modeling.  相似文献

Virtual 3D city models are increasingly being used to model the realms of the real world for utilization in a number of applications related to environmental simulations including, urban planning, mapping the energy characteristics of buildings, noise mapping, flood modelling, etc. Apart from geometric and appearance/textural information, these applications have a requirement for complex urban semantics. Currently, a number of 3D standards are available in CAD, BIM and GIS related domains for the storage, visualization and transfer of 3D geospatial datasets. Initially, the 3D data models (such as COLLADA, VRML, X3D, etc.) were purely graphical/geometrical in nature and mainly used for visualization purposes. With the inclusion of thematic modules in OGC CityGML, the integration of geometry and semantics in a single data model paved the way for better sharing of virtual 3D city models. In spite of the availability of a wide range of 3D data standards, there are certain differences with respect to geometry, topology, semantics, LODs, etc., which complicates the integration of 3D geodata from heterogeneous sources. This paper serves to highlights the need for the innovative solutions with respect to the urban environmental related simulations primarily based on the use of virtual 3D city models. Four use cases are studied in this context namely, (1) urban solar potential estimation using CityGML models, (2) simulation of traffic noise level mapped on building walls from the urban road segments, (3) CityGML based 3D data models interoperability, and (4) 3D indoor logistics and subsurface utilities. However, for modelling majority of use cases, CityGML does not provide explicit thematic representations but provides support for extending the CityGML schema using Application Domain Extensions. In a nutshell, the study explores the semantic modelling capabilities of the CityGML for the transformation of native 3D virtual city models to one satisfying capabilities like semantic information and support towards interoperability.  相似文献

基于元胞自动机模拟城市系统的复杂行为时,空间尺度是一个非常重要的概念,模型的模拟结果往往会随着输入数据的空间尺度变化而发生变化。然而,目前的元胞自动机城市增长模型大多没考虑数据的空间尺度特征,本文拟通过改变模型中输入数据的空间尺度来验证元胞自动机城市增长模型对尺度的敏感性及其空间尺度特征,并以长沙市为例进行实证研究。研究结果表明:元胞自动机城市增长模型只有在一定的尺度范围内才具有较高的模拟精度,并且模型对尺度具有一定的敏感性,因此为了使模型能够具有较高的模拟精度,并较好地反映城市形态特征,应认真选择模型中输入数据的空间尺度。  相似文献

有机地集成城市经典模型与元胞自动机 (CA)是一种有意义的理论实验。本文分无约束和有约束两种条件构建了城市化CA模型 ,推导出了基于均质地理背景和孤立城市的假设的城市人口密度时空模型 ,并进行了二者集成的实验研究 ,得出了如下结论 :(1)CA是城市化时空模拟的有效方法 ;(2 )经典的地理、城市模型可以有效地集成到城市化CA模型中 ,起到控制城市化轨迹的基本作用 ,在某种程度上能够弥补CA建模过于简单的不足。  相似文献

提出了利用遥感数据,并采用支持向量机来确定元胞自动机非线性转换规则的新方法。元胞自动机在模拟复杂地理现象时,需要采用非线性转换规则。目前元胞自动机主要采用线性方法来获取转换规则,在反映复杂的非线性地理现象时有一定的局限性。以城市扩张的模拟为例,将模拟城市系统的主要特征变量映射到Hilbert空间后,通过SVM建立最优分割超平面,分割超平面的分类决策函数由径向基核(Radial Basis Kernel)构造。利用历史遥感数据校正超平面的决策函数,确定城市元胞自动机的非线性转换规则,计算出城市发展概率。利用所提出的方法,对深圳市1988-2010年的城市发展进行了模拟,取得了较理想的模拟效果。研究结果表明,基于SVM-CA模型的模拟精度比传统MCE方法模拟精度高,MoranⅠ指数与实际更为接近。  相似文献

We address the registration problem of multisource three-dimensional (3D) human-made buildings with remote sensing images and the earth's surface in the context of virtual globes. Challenges include fast transformation of 3D coordinates with different reference systems as well as the efficient use of original model information for rigorous and accurate model registration. This paper introduces a novel fast and scalable registration approach that can establish correspondences between heterogeneous external 3D city models and images/terrain surfaces of virtual globes in an efficient and accurate manner. The approach utilizes the projected 3D feature information of 3D city models to develop robust coordinate transformation and reliable model registration methods. The proposed approach builds a solid foundation for the fusion of multisource geospatial data in a united virtual globe reference framework. We report experimental results of online registration tasks for up to over 13K buildings in an integrated 3D virtual globe platform, namely, GeoGlobe.  相似文献

元胞自动机具有能模拟复杂动态系统的强大能力,本文采用了多约束条件的元胞自动机模型,以广东佛山市2000年、2006年和2012年建设用地的变化为例,从自然、社会经济发展等方面综合考虑选取了高程、坡度、人口密度、道路交通、水系等对城市建设用地发展变化起决定作用的诸多因子,利用马尔科夫概率矩阵计算2000年~2006年建设用地变化,推算建设用地转移总量。结合Logistic-CA模型和决策树-CA模型,预测模拟了2012年的建设用地分布并与实际相比较,分析其整体精度和误差来源。结果显示基于CA模型的建设用地动态发展模拟具有良好的效果,可以为城市的发展规划,过程演变提供虚拟的实验手段和科学依据。  相似文献

提出基于集合卡尔曼滤波(EnKF)的元胞自动机(CA)模型。在CA模型中,由于不同的样本会训练出不同参数值 的转换规则,且获取的转换规则在整个模拟过程中不能改变等原因,误差在模拟过程中会不断累积。本文在CA模型中 引入集合卡尔曼滤波的数据同化方法,建立了基于集合卡尔曼滤波的数据同化CA模型,同化遥感观测数据,根据得出 的同化值修正模拟结果使之向真实情况逼近。利用该模型模拟了广东省东莞市的发展情景(1995年—2005年),实验表 明,与传统CA模型相比,基于集合卡尔曼滤波的CA模型能够融合遥感观测数据,并能更有效地模拟城市扩张过程,达 到良好的模拟效果。  相似文献
