基于神经网络的单元自动机CA及真实和优化的城市模拟

提出了一种基于神经网络的单元自动机（CA）。CA已被越来越多地应用在城市及其它地理现象的模拟中。CA模拟所碰到的最大问题是如何确定模型的结构和参数。模拟真实的城市涉及到使用许多空间变量和参数。当模型较复杂时，很难确定模型的参数值。本模型的结构较简单，模型的参数能通过对神经网络的训练来自动获取。分析表明，所提出的方法能获得更高的模拟精度，并能大大缩短寻找参数所需要的时间。通过筛选训练数据，本模型还可以进行优化的城市模拟，为城市规划提供参考依据。     

基于神经网络的元胞自动机及模拟复杂土地利用系统

本文提出了基于神经网络的元胞自动机(CellularAutomata),并将其用来模拟复杂的土地利用系统及其演变。国际上已经有许多利用元胞自动机进行城市模拟的研究,但这些模型往往局限于模拟从非城市用地到城市用地的转变。模拟多种土地利用的动态系统比一般模拟城市演化要复杂得多,需要使用许多空间变量和参数,而确定模型的参数值和模型结构有很大困难。本文通过神经网络、元胞自动机和GIS相结合来进行土地利用的动态模拟,并利用多时相的遥感分类图像来训练神经网络,能十分方便地确定模型参数和模型结构,消除常规模拟方法所带来的弊端。     

约束性单元自动演化CA模型及可持续城市发展形态的模拟

单元自动演化ＣＡ可以大大增强ＧＩＳ的空间模型能力,在国外被越来越多地应用于城市发展演化过程的模拟。本文探讨了如何通过ＣＡ与ＧＩＳ的结合来进行可持续土地发展规划的新方法。提出了基于约束性的ＣＡ模型,具体分析了局部、区域以及全局约束性对ＣＡ模型结果的影响。并将灰度的概念引起ＣＡ模型中来反映状态连续的变化,克服常规ＣＡ模型的缺陷。将该模型应用于球江三角洲地区来获得合理的城市发展空间布局,取得了较好的效果     

分析学习智能元胞自动机及优化的城市模拟

元胞自动机被广泛应用于城市及其他地理现象的模拟,模拟过程中的最大问题是如何确定模型的结构和参数。该文提出一种基于分析学习的智能优化元胞自动机,该模型在逻辑回归模型的基础上,基于分析学习的智能方法,寻找元胞自动机模型的最佳参数。该方法允许用户控制空间变量影响权重,进而模拟出不同的城市发展模式,可为城市规划提供重要参考。     

气候变化对中国农业生产的影响

根据１９５８￣１９９７年中国３１０个气象站的月平均最高、最低气温,月平均降水量,日照时数等气象参数分析了中国气候的背影特征。用３个大气环流模型,即ＨａｄＣＭ２、ＣＧＣＭ１、ＥＣＨＡＭ４来模拟未来中国气候变化的情景。同时,建立未来气候变化的６种方案。最后,根据３个ＧＣＭｓ模拟的结果,利用国际应用系统分析研究所（ＩＩＡＳＡ）发展并改进的农业生态地带模型（ＡＥＺ）评估气候变化对中国农业生产的影响。评估主     

模型多参数灵敏度与不确定性分析

以潮白河为研究区域,探讨了与模型参数及模型模拟性能有关的多参数灵敏度及不确定性分析方法(Multi-Parameter Sensitivity and Uncertainty Analysis, MPSUA)。基于Monte Carlo模拟的多参数灵敏度分析,可以评价模型中多个参数的相对重要性。GLUE不确定性分析则能对模型性能进行量化评估。实例研究表明,通过MPSUA方法,可以减少优化参数的个数。而且,在没有对模型进行参数优化之前,基于MPSUA就可以确定模型的模拟精度。例如同样的模型在潮河可以获得比在白河更高的模拟精度。这种同一模型在不同流域所体现的差异性,一方面是源于模型结构本身的不完善,另一方面则与用于建模的数据误差有关。SCE-UA参数优化结果与MPSUA结果几乎一致,说明本文的参数灵敏度与模型总体性能评估方法比较合理。     

基于家庭区位需求的城市住房价格模拟分析

目前关于城市住房价格异质性和影响因素研究多侧重于空间位置分析,从城市系统角度刻画住房价格分异现象有待进一步探索。根据“土地利用—交通相互作用理论”,城市空间的发展过程是各类活动通过交通相互作用的过程,本文构建了交通可达性模型,综合全市经济活动空间分布和交通网络评价城市区位条件,并以北京为例,从就业、教育、消费、医疗服务等各方面评价了城市区位条件,在此基础上依据家庭成员结构,模拟分析了家庭区位需求对住房价格的影响。案例研究表明,本模型对房价的模拟可以在全市范围内达到很好的效果;家庭的区位选择决定着住房价格的空间格局;各类活动中就业对北京市房价分布影响最为显著,其次是消费、教育,而医疗服务对住房价格影响相对较弱。此外,本文所提出的模型系统阐述了城市经济活动分布格局对住房价格的影响,经济活动分布发生变化时模拟结果随之变化,因此,本模型可以进一步拓展用于“以业带人”政策实验,模拟分析疏散各类经济活动后住房价格的变化,也为城市房价及土地市场分析研究提供模型方法上的参考。     

城市CO2排放结构与低碳水平测度——以京津沪渝为例

在科学设计城市CO₂排放、城市低碳水平数理模型基础上,结合BP神经网络法,综合考虑各种不确定因素的影响,通过1995~2008年京津沪渝4市CO₂排放结构和低碳水平测度以及BP神经网络模型预测,可以发现:4城市CO₂排放量逐年递增,但存在较大差异;城市CO₂排放量和发展态势取决于4城市CO₂排放结构及变化;低碳水平测度结果表明4城市的经济增长仍然依赖于碳基能源消耗,但产业结构的优化升级对提高低碳水平的作用是显著的;基于BP神经网络法的短期预测比传统预测法更为合理和精确。     

城市需水量模拟及不确定性分析方法研究

需水量预测是区域水资源合理配置和有效管理的基础。由于供需水量的不确定性,精准的需水量预测较有困难。通过建立径向基函数（RBF）与BP神经网络预测模型,以西北地区城市西安市需水量为例,将用水量驱动因子作为模型输入,利用1990-2009年20组年用水数据进行网络训练模拟,对2010-2012年3组年用水数据进行检验预测,采用不确定性评价指数和置信区间方法对两种模型及模拟结果进行比较分析。结果表明,RBF与BP模型预测期的均方根误差分别为0.08、0.26,不确定性评价指数分别为0.74、1.02且BP模型预测值的相对误差最大超过10%以上,而RBF模型预测值的相对误差均小于5%,说明RBF模型模拟效果好,具有预测精度高以及不确定性影响低的双重优势;在模拟结果基础上,引用置信区间分析了结果的可靠性,为分析城市需水预测的不确定性提供了依据。     

ANFIS在土地利用变化模拟中的应用

土地利用变化在空间维和时间维上是一个渐进的、不确定的复杂过程,而模糊理论正是解决不确定性现象的一种合适的方法,所以尝试运用模糊推理理论对土地利用变化进行深入的探讨.以江苏省南通市崇川区为研究区,建立了基于自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)的土地利用变化模糊推理模型.通过利用ANFIS训练获得模型的隶属函数及参数.并运用该模型对研究区进行土地利用变化的模拟和预测.研究结果表明,通过利用ANFIS建立的模型,基本上可以模拟研究区复杂而不确定的土地利用变化过程,同时ANFIS可以有效地简化模糊推理模型结构,使得模型更具灵活性.因此,为土地利用变化模拟提供了另一种可行的解决思路.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
