基于新经济地理学视角,构建了以公平与效率组成的社会效用函数最大化条件下的最优资源再配置理论模型,并分析了交通基础设施对区域协调发展的影响效应及机制。结果发现:全国层面,交通基础设施对区域协调发展具有积极的促进作用,主要通过投资效应和知识溢出效应实现;区域层面,交通基础设施对区域协调发展的影响存在明显的区域差异,表现为影响程度东部地区西部地区中部地区,其原因在于区域经济发展水平和交通基础设施存在差异,导致影响作用边际效应存在差异。  相似文献

随着中国区域交通基础设施快速发展,可达性研究受到学界与规划界广泛关注.本文通过梳理近20 年来国内外区域交通基础设施可达性研究的发展脉络,从可达性时空变化及其地域效应方面总结国内外区域交通可达性研究的各自特点与发展方向,判断未来国内相关研究主题.综合比较可知,区域交通可达性的空间格局与时空演变研究仍是国内外交通地理学的研究热点问题.国外研究评价指标丰富,空间分辨率不断提高,分析技术方法日益多样,研究内容更趋于多元化,不断拓宽了可达性研究与应用领域.国内研究发展快,但研究指标体系有待完善,空间分辨率仍有待提高,亟待考虑交通需求与政策干预等现实因素.  相似文献

跨西伯利亚大铁路的主要作用在于实现欧亚两洲西部和东部的交流。沿西伯利亚大铁路及其分支的交通经济带的形成意义重大。本文揭示了西伯利亚大铁路及其分支以及"一体化的欧亚基础设施系统"这一宏伟工程长远发展的主要特征,描述了西伯利亚大铁路和中国新丝绸之路影响区域的比较特征,提出了欧亚跨大陆板块交通经济带发展中面临的环境问题。研究认为,尽管在欧亚交通领域西伯利亚大铁路会面临一些竞争,但通过促进沿交通走廊区域的可持续发展,新丝绸之路建设将会为参与的国家带来显著的社会经济效益和环境效益,也必然会促进欧亚更密切的区域经济一体化和区域安全。  相似文献

辽宁沿海经济带是中国最具发展潜力的经济区域之一,沿海六城市产业、生产要素、交通基础设施、旅游资源具有互补性,区域之间通达性强,具备一体化合作发展的基础,但在辽宁沿海经济带建设过程中.还存在着体制性障碍与地方保护主义、产业同构竞争和利益博弈等制约沿海经济带发展的因素。本文分析辽宁沿海经济带合作基础和存在问题,在此基础上提出沿海经济一体化发展的对策和建议。  相似文献

交通基础设施建设与区域经济发展关系研究是交通地理学关注的焦点,但现有研究对于两者的内在关系仍存较多争议。鉴于此,将可达性不同概念纳入空间计量模型,构建包含可达性与经济变化的二阶空间滞后模型,试图从空间计量视角探讨可达性变动与区域经济发展的联系。研究显示:交通建设扩大了长江南北可达性的绝对差距,增强了长三角江苏部分城镇间的凝聚力,使苏中地区顺利融入长三角;在江苏“十一五”期间,交通建设并没有促进经济发达城镇带动周边城镇发展,但是交通建设改善了城镇发展环境,对经济持续发展有积极的作用;在加强交通基础设施建设中,应注意交通建设对经济发展的结构性效益。  相似文献

从社会和地方融合、均衡性与土地异质性、交通网等级体系和支路网与交通可持续性四个角度探讨西班牙交通基础设施网建设对土地开发和土地规划相关国家法规的影响。从城市地理学视角分析中央政府基于改善城市和区域连接度和可达性进行的高速公路网、高铁网、机场和港口等交通基础设施规划,通过1950年代以来土地开发和房价涨跌、新兴产业培育和交通状况改善刺激不同级别城市蔓延和分化的人口增长,重塑西班牙国家城市体系格局。随后,概括了蔓延的城市增长模式和房地产与交通投资泡沫破裂后带给区域增长中心的影响,对通过交通基础设施规划进行投机性投资政策进行了批评。最后建议中央政府应该避免投机投资行为,基于现有的城市体系层级改善核心城市和大城市周边的机动性,优化基础设施建设,建立新的城市与区域增长模式。  相似文献

通过研究国内外城市区域以及兰州-西宁城市区域发展现状,认为行政区经济、产业结构趋同、交通通达度不高是制约城市区域空间整合发展的主要因素,并指出兰州-西宁城市区域空间整合发展的客观必然性.在此基础上,提出城市区域空间整合发展战略构想.具体包括构建"两心、三轴"城市区域空间结构,城市区域优势产业分布新格局,以点轴开发模式构建城镇一体化发展的空间网络结构.最后,提出了兰州-西宁城市区域空间整合发展的战略措施,包括实施空间与产业双重整合;构建网络化基础设施体系;确立城市区域空间整合发展的战略意识;促进区域统一市场的形成.  相似文献

广州市在2000 年提出“东进、西联、南拓、北优”的城市空间发展战略,2010 年初步形成“两心四城”城市空间格局,随后在发展战略中加入“中调”,以进一步优化城市发展布局,谋求在2020 年形成多中心、组团式、网络型的城市空间架构。城市空间发展战略调整有赖于城市交通基础设施建设的支撑,同时交通基础设施的完备程度与密度也是进行城市通达性差异研究的重要基础。近年来,广州的城市交通通达性发生了深刻变化,对城市空间结构布局产生了深远影响。在此背景下,借助地理信息系统,运用网格分区法对广州市交通基础设施进行区域划分和密度计算;进一步结合快速轨道交通(地铁)网络的时间通达性度量,对广州市的城区通达性进行综合评价,并分析其空间特征。研究结果表明,广州市城区的通达性呈现同心环状的空间分布格局,区域差异性较大,城市空间布局有待进一步完善和优化。在此基础上,基于地铁网络时间通达性和区域交通基础设施密度值进行区位等级划分,探讨区位因素与交通通达性的相互关系;并结合城市公共、商业服务设施和住宅区的空间特征差异,进一步甄别广州城市通达性空间格局特征和区域差异,从而为城市建设和空间发展提供科学参考。  相似文献

北京市基础设施与经济社会发展关系   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
基础设施对城市与区域经济社会发展具有正的溢出效应。本文以北京市为例,分别测度了北京市基础设施对经济增长的贡献率,基础设施部门对其他经济部门的关联关系,以及基础设施与经济社会发展水平的协调度。研究发现:①1978-2014年,北京市基础设施对经济增长的平均贡献率为34.9%,其中“七五”“八五”和“九五”时期基础设施建设提速,其贡献率高达45%左右;从各基础设施对GDP的狭义贡献度来看,邮电基础设施所创造的GDP最高,占到全市GDP的9%以上,往下依次为交通、能源和水务部门;②交通和能源部门的感应度系数较高,说明其他经济部门的增长将增加对该基础设施部门的需求,进而带动后者的增长,同时也意味着该基础设施部门易对经济发展产生制约作用,需要适度超前建设;③北京市基础设施发展水平相对滞后于经济社会发展,尤其是水务基础设施,虽然在波动中有所改善,但仍然是基础设施发展的短板,与经济社会的协调发展度最低。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
