湛江海区8种常见海藻营养成分分析   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
对采自湛江沿海的8种常见海藻的营养成分进行分析。结果显示:碳水化合物是构成这8种藻体的主要成分,占藻体干重的48.22%~69.16%。蛋白质占2.81%~15.44%,平均为9.25%,且蛋白质中氨基酸含量高,平均16.01%,氨基酸组成中天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸和亮氨酸含量多;绿藻门种类无论是蛋白质还是氨基酸含量都高于红藻门和褐藻门的种类,4种绿藻的氨基酸评分最高。粗脂肪占0.15%~1.17%,平均0.56%。粗纤维的平均含量近似于碳水化合物的一半。根据蛋白质和粗脂肪的比例,叉枝藻Cymogongrus flabelliformis和盾叶蕨藻Caulerpa racemosa var.peltata均可作为高蛋白、低脂肪的良好食物来源。矿物质中铁、锌含量丰富,介于0.311~1.722mg/g间,铜、砷和镍含量超标。  相似文献

对南海长松藻(Codium cylindricum Holmes)的主要营养成分进行了分析,结果显示:多糖、蛋白质和粗纤维是构成藻体的主要营养成分,占藻体干基的80%左右,其中多糖占55.57%、粗纤维占11.09%、蛋白质占12.57%,但脂肪含量仅为0.59%。水溶性营养成分较为丰富,水浸出物总量为34.55%,其中包括水溶性蛋白、水溶性多糖、游离氨基酸等。多糖是长松藻的主要有效成分。单因素及正交实验结果表明:长松藻多糖提取的最佳工艺参数为浸提温度95℃,浸提时间1.5 h,料水质量比1∶50,多糖得率为9.79%。  相似文献

测定并分析铜藻中营养成分组成与含量。结果表明:铜藻粗蛋白质量分数为8.3%,粗脂肪质量分数为8.80%,碳水化合物质量分数为52.31%,灰分质量分数为30.68%;铜藻中测出17种氨基酸(色氨酸未测),其中人体必需氨基酸7种(占氨基酸总量的26.94%),必需氨基酸组成基本符合FAO/WHO标准;主要限制氨基酸为异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸;鲜味氨基酸占氨基酸总量的40.78%;脂肪酸中多不饱和脂肪酸含量为32.34%,其中ARA和EPA的含量分别为12.27%和6.42%。铜藻具较高食用价值与保健作用。  相似文献

研究南海海域盛产的四种褐藻(海带、裙带菜、昆布和亨氏马尾藻)、三种红藻(紫菜、沙菜和江蓠)及来自南海三个不同海区(南沙、惠来和南澳)亨氏马尾藻的总脂质及脂肪酸含量干重,并重点比较其多不饱和脂肪酸的含量.结果表明,供试褐藻类海藻总脂质含量ω在1.81%~6.11%之间,红藻类海藻的总脂质含量ω在1.44%~3.96%之间;紫菜中含有7.548mg/g(干重,下同)的亚油酸(C182);海带含丰富C181,达5.592mg/g;花生四烯酸(C204)在裙带菜中含量为1.606mg/g;在供试藻种中,昆布的EPA(C20.5)和DHA(C226)含量最高,测定值为608μg/g和689μg/g.  相似文献

对南海3种可食绿藻条浒苔(Enterom orpha clathrata)、石莼(Ulva lactucaL.)和总状蕨藻(Caulerpa racem o-sa)的主要化学成分进行了分析,结果显示:多糖、蛋白质和粗纤维是构成藻体的主要化学成分,占藻体的92%以上,其中膳食纤维占64.22%~70.80%;蛋白质占14.15%~18.91%,平均为16.16%,且蛋白质中必需氨基酸含量高,占总氨基酸的42.37%~48.37%,氨基酸评分在73分以上,第一限制氨基酸随藻种而变化;脂肪含量在0.51%~0.81%之间,均低于1%,多不饱和脂肪酸和必需脂肪酸含量高,其含量分别为其总量的56.10%~63.20%和37.71%~39.39%;矿物质和维生素含量丰富,尤其是Fe、Zn、I等矿质元素和维生素C含量高。3种可食绿藻是高膳食纤维,高蛋白,低脂肪,低热能,且富含矿物质和维生素的天然理想保健食品原料。  相似文献

于1999年元月在海南陵水黎安港采集卡帕藻,应用HPLC、原子吸收等分析手段,系统测定其营养成分(主要包括蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、矿物质及微量元素等),并与其它几种大型藻类比较,综合评价卡帕藻的营养价值。结果表明卡帕藻蛋白质含量为6.20%,而粗脂肪和粗灰分较高,分别为2.88%和39.04%;卡帕藻中富含K、Na、Ca、Mg、P、Fe、Zn、Mn、Se等矿物元素,尤其是Se的含量远高于其它几种大型藻类。  相似文献

【目的】探索两种无机铁对长茎葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpa lentillifera)的生长、铁含量及生理特性的影响。【方法】分别以三氯化铁(FeCl_3)和硫酸亚铁(FeSO_4)作为铁源,采用单因素实验方法,研究在不同浓度Fe~(2+)、Fe~(3+)条件下,长茎葡萄蕨藻的生长、光合色素含量、铁含量、两种过氧化酶(CAT、T-SOD)活性,以及总蛋白、维生素C和可溶性糖含量。【结果】在水体中无论是添加Fe~(2+)还是Fe~(3+),藻体的特定生长率(SGR)、光合色素含量、铁含量、过氧化物酶活性和维生素C含量均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。藻体的铁含量随着培养液中铁离子浓度的升高而增加,以Fe~(2+)和Fe~(3+)处理后,藻体铁最高值分别可达到1 522.54μg/g和1 373.93μg/g,增幅为1 369.34%和1 225.92%;藻体维生素C最高质量分数分别可达15.41μg/mg和12.89μg/mg,增幅为107.56%和73.58%。Fe~(2+)实验组对藻体的可溶性糖含量有显著影响(P <0.05)。实验藻体的总蛋白含量显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。【结论】藻体在3 mg/L Fe~(2+)或者6 mg/L Fe~(3+)的条件下,长茎葡萄蕨藻生长最佳,其营养品质可得以改善。  相似文献

【目的】探索富硒长茎葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpalentillifera)的培养条件。【方法】以亚硒酸钠(Na_2SeO_3)为硒源,采用单因素实验,研究不同硒浓度对长茎葡萄蕨藻的生长、光合色素和硒富集量的影响,通过正交实验,找出适宜长茎葡萄蕨藻富硒的最佳温度、照度和氮磷比组合条件。【结果】在亚硒酸钠0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0mg/L条件下,随亚硒酸钠添加量增加,藻体硒质量分数(干基)从1.70μg/g增加至50.10μg/g,且各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);亚硒酸钠添加量2.0 mg/L时,藻体硒质量分数达到11.7μg/g;添加量大于2.0 mg/L时,显著抑制藻体的生长(P<0.05),藻体叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量显著性降低(P<0.05);添加量低于2.0 mg/L时,藻体的生长、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量均无显著性差异;类胡萝卜素含量各组间无明显变化。在培养液亚硒酸钠质量浓度为2.0 mg/L的条件下,藻体最适的生长条件组合是温度28℃、照度2 000 lx、氮磷比10∶1,藻体的最优富硒条件是温度24℃、照度2 000 lx、氮磷比8∶1。【结论】长茎葡萄蕨藻在开发含硒安全性功能海藻食品方面有较大应用潜力。  相似文献

针对我国南海北部湾东部投放藻礁海域的海况条件,设计圆台型人工藻礁,以实现该海域马尾藻的人工增殖与移植。基于波流动力学理论,计算圆台型人工藻礁礁体不同海流速度下的作用力、抗滑移系数及抗翻滚系数,探讨礁体的稳定性。结果表明:在波、流共同作用下,礁体最大受力为171.8 N,最大作用力矩为49.64 N·m,抗漂移系数S1范围为2.88~25.09,抗倾覆系数R1范围为2.06~315.00,满足礁体稳定条件,礁体在该海域正常情况下不会发生漂移或倾覆现象。  相似文献

选取1 日龄乌鬃鹅300 只,随机分成5 组,对照组(A)用基础饲粮饲养,实验组B~E 组分别在基础饲粮中添加质量分数1%(B 组)、2%(C 组)、3%(D 组)、4%(E 组)的螺旋藻,实验期63 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,添加螺旋藻对乌鬃鹅的屠宰率、半净膛率、腹脂率和肌肉灰分无显著影响(P〉0.05),对其它生长指标和全净膛率均有显著性影响(P〈0.05),其中2%C 组和3% D 组的料重比显著下降(P〈0.05), E 组全净膛率显著提高(P〈0.05);肌肉的粗蛋白质(CP)含量E〉D〉C〉B〉A,粗脂肪(EE)含量E〉A〉B〉C〉D;所测得的17 种氨基酸中,包括含有人体必需的7 种氨基酸(EAA)和2 种半必需氨基酸(HEAA);氨基酸评分(AAS)和化学评分(CS)最高的是赖氨酸(Lys),实验组的必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)均比对照组有所提高.添加2%~3%(w)的螺旋藻对生长性能有显著差异(P〈0.05),对粗脂肪、粗蛋白的含量有所改善;从肌肉EAAI 来看,添加螺旋藻后的肌肉蛋白质品质优于不添加螺旋藻的对照组.建议饲粮中螺旋藻的添加量为质量分数2%.  相似文献

Information of the difference in quality between farmed and wild fish is central to better ensuring fish products produced in aquaculture meet regulatory and consumer requirements.Proximate composition,amino acid and fatty acid profiles,and toxic elements contents of farmed and wild Chanodichthys mongolicus were established and compared.Significantly higher crude protein content while lower moisture content in farmed fish compared to wild fish were observed(P0.05).The percentages of total amino acids(TAA),total essential amino acids(TEAA),total non-essential amino acids(TNEAA)and total delicious amino acids(TDAA) in farmed fish were all significantly higher than those in the wild equivalent(PO.05).Compared to the FAO/WHO recommended reference values,the ratios of TEAA/TAA(39.84%-40.33%) were comparable to 40%and TEAA/TNEAA(66.22%-67.60%) were above 60%.Fatty acid profiles in both fanned and wild C.mongolicus were dominated by monounsaturated fatty acid(MUFA),with farmed fish contained much more MUFA content compared to wild counterpart(P0.05).Notably,wild fish exhibited significantly higher levels of total polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) including eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) than farmed fish(P0.05).The EPA(C_(20:5n3))and linoleic acid(C_(18:2n6)) were the predominant PUFA in wild and fanned C.mongolicus,respectively.Moreover,farmed fish displayed an overall lower toxic element levels(As,Cd,Pb and Hg) in comparison with wild fish,and both were far lower than the established limit standard.In conclusion,our results suggest that the nutritional quality of farmed C.mongolicus was inferior to their wild counterpart with respect to fatty acids nutrition,and therefore further studies should focus on the improving C.mongolicus diet in order to enhance the overall nutritional composition.  相似文献

对采自长江下游江段的铜鱼(Coreius heterodom)肌肉营养成分进行了测定和分析。结果表明,铜鱼肌肉水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分占鲜样的比例分别为:70.03%、20.54%、6.82%和1.38%;按照氨基酸评分(Amino Acid Score,AAS)和化学评分(Chemical Score,CS)标准,铜鱼限制性氨基酸为缬氨酸和异亮氨酸,必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)为81.52;不饱和脂肪酸和ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为63.03%和2.0%;肌肉中常、微量元素含量最高分别为钾(3135μg/g)和铁(5.46μg/g),锌铜比和锌铁比分别为8.85和0.65。  相似文献

对军曹鱼(Rachycentron canadum Linnaeus)皮、罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)皮、黄鳍金枪鱼(Thunnus albacares)皮的基本成分、氨基酸组成及胶原蛋白含量进行了分析。结果表明:三种鱼皮的粗蛋白质量分数分别为28.53%、33.14%、32.66%;氨基酸组成相似,其中甘氨酸含量(以残基计)最高,分别为32.9%、33.2%、34.6%,其次是丙氨酸,约占总氨基酸的14.1%、12.2%、12.7%;胶原蛋白的特征氨基酸——脯氨酸含量分别为10.8%、11.2%、11.2%;军曹鱼、罗非鱼及金枪鱼鱼皮胶原蛋白质量分数分别为20.09%、20.65%、22.64%(以湿基计),约占其粗蛋白的70.42%,62.30%和69.33%。  相似文献

对大獭蛤(Lutraria maxima)软体部进行营养成分分析,并对其营养价值进行综合评定。结果表明,大獭蛤软体部粗蛋白含量为81.20%,干物质中水解氨基酸总量为83.50%,其中必需氨基酸为30.22%,占氨基酸总量的36.19%;氨基酸中6种呈味氨基酸含量丰富,占氨基酸总量的53.81%;大獭蛤软体部第一限制氨基酸为亮氨酸;矿物质含量丰富。可见,大獭蛤软体部营养价值高,呈味特性良好。  相似文献

The gonads of sea urchins(Strongylocentrotus intermedius) are characterized by high levels of arachidonic acid(ARA, 20:4 n-6) and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA, 20:5 n-3). However, to our knowledge, little information is available regarding the physiological response of adult sea urchins to dietary ARA. In the present study, four dietary feeds were formulated with graded ARA(0, 0.5%, 1%, and 2% dry diet). Each diet was randomly allocated to three cages during a 56-day feeding experiment. The results showed that the sea urchin weight gain rate(WGR) and the gonadosomatic index(GI) significantly increased as ARA was equal to or above 1.0% of dry diet(P 0.05). The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), and total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC) were the highest in the coelomic fluid of sea urchins that were fed diets with 1% ARA. The total essential amino acid(TEAA) and its ratio to total non-essential amino acid(TNEAA) showed a similar tendency to WGR and GI as dietary ARA increased, and the highest TEAA and TEAA/TNEAA were observed in the gonads of sea urchins that were fed diets with 1% ARA. Levels of ARA and ARA/EPA of the gonads increased while n-3/n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) decreased with the increase of dietary ARA(P 0.05). EPA in the gonads of experimental animals fed with formulated feeds showed no significant differences(P 0.05), but was significantly lower than those fed with kelp(P 0.05). These results suggested that relatively higher levels of ARA(1% dry diet) significantly promoted growth, gonad development, activities of antioxidant enzymes, as well as nutritional values(TEAA, TEAA/TNEAA, and PUFA) of adult S. intermedius.  相似文献

The total content ot the nch amino acids in two common red algae, Potystpnoma urceolata and Polysiphonia japonica growing in the Qingdao seashore were determined. The algae powder was hydrolyzed by 6 mol/L HC1 at 110℃ for 48 h and determined by amino acid analyzer. The content was 25.35% and 24.16% , respectively, much higher than that of some other species. In addition, a nutritive liquid with abundant amino acids was prepared (by the enzymatic hydrolysis method using Polysiphonia urceolata ) as raw material for a kind of health beverage. The dried seaweed was decolored by 0.25% KMnO4 and 0.5% active carbon, then enzymalized. In the selection of enzymalizing condition, the orthogonal experimental design was used. Four factors including kinds of enzyme, quantity of enzyme, temperature and time were studied at 3 levels. According to the orthogonal design results, we can choose an optimal condition: hydrolyzing at 45℃ by neutral proteinase (0.25% , w/w) for 2 h, adjusting pH to 8.5, then adding trypsin (0.25% , w/w) and hydrolyzing for 2 h. Finally the above solution was alkalized by NaOH and neutralized by casein. After the hydrolyzed liquid was filtered and concentrated, suitable additives were added.
