城市化环境大气污染动力学问题是城市环境大气污染形成机理及其治理原理研究中核心理论问题,该文从城市化环境大气污染各类复杂的交叉影响因素角度,初步描述了城市环境大气多尺度相互作用;城市建筑群及其周边地形影响;下垫面及陆面过程对城市环境大气动力结构形成的影响效应;城市环境水-土-气污染形成的多圈层相互作用等问题.并且综合分析探讨了城市环境大气污染的动力学特征及其影响作用.通过理论问题的讨论,给出了本项目开展的BECAPEX现场观测试验的设计实施和城市污染"大锅盖"特征结构研究的科学问题.  相似文献

大气化学机理是研究大气化学过程的重要手段和方法之一,也是发展空气质量模式必不可少的重要组成部分。作者综述了几种应用广泛的简化机理——碳键机理(Carbon Bond Mechanism,CBM)、加州大气污染研究中心机理(Statewide Air Pollution Research Center mechanism,SAPRC)、区域酸沉降机理(Regional Acid Deposition Mechanism,RADM)、区域大气化学机理(Regional Atmospheric Chemical Mechanism,RACM)以及详细化学机理——主要大气化学机理(Master Chemical Mechanism,MCM)和共同代表性中间体机理(Common Representative Intermediates,CRI)的发展及应用。对上述大气化学机理的产生、发展、包含的物种类型、集总方式等方面进行了对比分析,总结了采用烟雾箱数据评价大气化学机理的研究成果以及大气化学机理在模式发展方面的应用,并对大气化学机理的进一步发展与完善提出了需求。  相似文献

近些年京津冀地区秋、冬季大气重污染事件频发,工业生产与居民燃煤是大气灰霾污染的重要原因。河北省沙河市是京津冀地区以玻璃制造和加工为主的典型工业城市,本研究选取该城市为研究对象,主要利用2017年1月至12月国控站点的大气环境监测和气象数据,采用扩散模型、潜在源分析等手段,分析了沙河市主要污染物的时空分布特征和污染来源。主要结论有:(1)沙河市首要污染物具有明显季节特征,春季、夏季、秋冬季分别以PM10、O3、PM2.5污染为主,季节贡献率分别为43.3%、72.3%、61.5%。(2)受城市大气边界层和排放的共同影响,PM10、PM2.5、SO2、NO2和CO浓度均有剧烈的季节—日变化特征。(3)冬季东北风时PM2.5、NO2、SO2均展现出高浓度和高相关性特征,表明站点可能受东北方向玻璃企业排放影响。同时,站点可能也受城中村散煤燃烧影响。(4)沙河市冬季PM2.5浓度为143 μg m-3。冬季的一次重污染中硫氧化率SOR、氮氧化率NOR的最高值分别达0.67、0.39,气态污染物的二次转化剧烈,高湿度利于二次粒子的生成。重污染中C(NO3-)/C(SO42-)均值为1.89,推测沙河市NO2主要来自大型运输车辆和企业的共同排放。(5)本地源是沙河市PM2.5的主要潜在源区,周边几个重工业城市也有一定贡献。因此本研究建议沙河市PM2.5的治理除需加强本地污染源的削减和控制外,区域联防联控也十分重要。  相似文献

华北平原是我国主要农作物产区,田间秸秆焚烧现象普遍存在,选取秋收季节(2014年10月)分析了秸秆燃烧的排放特征,利用区域化学传输模型WRF-Chem模拟研究了燃烧排放对气态前体物及其氧化产物的影响,以及最终导致的PM2.5中硫酸盐、硝酸盐和铵盐的变化。研究表明:2014年秋收季节,河南和山东等省份的秸秆燃烧排放会在东南风的输送作用下影响京津冀地区;秸秆燃烧排放大量挥发性有机物(VOCs),导致火点源及周边地区大气中主要氧化剂浓度上升,提升了区域大气氧化能力;当携带大量VOCs的秸秆燃烧烟羽与以化石燃料排放为主的城市气团相混合时,大气氧化性增强会加速城市地区人为源排放的NOx和SO2等气态前体物的氧化过程,提高硫酸盐和硝酸盐的形成速率、促进二次无机气溶胶的生成。  相似文献

该文主要介绍了科技部国家重点基础研究发展规划项目“首都北京及周边地区大气、水、土环境污染机理及调控原理”大气分项目的研究成果。项目分别于2001年和2003年重点开展了BECAPEX科学试验 (Beijing City Air Pollution Experiment)。BECAPEX试验同步进行城市边界层气象与大气化学观测, 通过卫星遥感、地面观测, 即城市空间和地面以及点与面结合的技术途径, 以揭示北京城市污染“空气穹隆”大气化学结构特征及其变化规律, 为城市环境大气动力-化学模式提供基本科学参数, 给出城市边界层大气物理化学过程综合模型, 为提高城市环境大气物理-化学过程耦合模式的准确性和可靠性提供科学依据。该项目揭示了北京城区和城近郊区城市边界层结构与湍流特征, 城市大气污染垂直结构特征; 发现了城市大气污染空间结构多尺度特征, 其中包括大气污染源影响和城市热岛多尺度特征; 揭示了城市大气重污染过程周边源影响域, 以及北京及周边地区气溶胶影响域和区域气候响应; 提出了北京市典型污染源排放清单; 发展了城市气象模式系统, 包括冠层模式、街谷环流和热力结构以及城市高大建筑群周围风环境数值模拟; 发展了空气质量模式技术, 包括二次气溶胶模拟试验、北京地区SO2污染的长期模拟及不同类型排放源影响的计算与评估、影响北京地区的沙尘暴输送模拟、区域化学输送模式中NOx和O3源示踪法, 城市尺度的大气污染CAPPS模式及统计模型的应用、大气污染及紫外辐射数值预报模式和CMAQ-MOS空气质量预报方法; 改进了美国公共多尺度空气质量预报模式, 建立了CMAQ-MOS区域空气质量动力-统计模型预报模式, 以及发展的源同化技术, 突破了当前空气质量模式技术“瓶颈”, 使模式预报准确率明显提高。  相似文献

Within the German Tropospheric Research Programme (TFS) numerous kinetic and mechanistic studies on the tropospheric reaction/degradation of the following reactants were carried out: oxygenated VOC, aromatic VOC, biogenic VOC, short-lived intermediates, such as alkoxy and alkylperoxy radicals.At the conception of the projects these selected groups were classes of VOC or intermediates for which the atmospheric oxidation mechanisms were either poorly characterised or totally unknown. The motivation for these studies was the attainment of significant improvements in our understanding of the atmospheric chemical oxidation processes of these compounds, particularly with respect to their involvement in photooxidant formation in the troposphere. In the present paper the types of experimental investigations performed and the results obtained within the various projects are briefly summarised. The major achievements are highlighted and discussed in terms of their contribution to improving our understanding of the chemical processes controlling photosmog formation in the troposphere.  相似文献

概述了中国气象科学研究院 (简称气科院) 近30年来有关大气化学和大气环境研究成果。该院完成了国家自然科学基金重大项目和科技部973项目等一系列重要研究项目, 做出了许多具有重大创新性的成果:在青藏高原发现“臭氧低谷”, 这一重大发现列为当年中国10大科技成果之一; 首次把环境、生态、气候几个重要领域进行综合研究, 发现人类活动对环境造成的变化改变了生态环境状态, 最终对区域气候造成影响; 对北京市大气污染机理和调控原理进行了深入研究, 在三维立体观测基础上, 提出了点-面结合与统计-动力综合分析, 地面观测-卫星遥感分析方法及模式新技术等, 获取了解决大气环境领域关键技术难点的创新成果; 建立了全球第一个大陆大气本底基准观象台即瓦里关本底台, 开创了我国全球大气本底业务观测等。几十年来气科院大气化学研究工作几乎涵盖了当前大气化学所有重要领域及其前沿学科, 其中包括温室气体、臭氧和反应性气体、气溶胶、酸雨、模式的发展及应用、空气质量预报技术和环境评价等。气科院大气化学研究工作是和中国气象局大气成分监测站网建设密不可分的, 广大科研人员参加了诸如大气本底站网、酸雨站网、臭氧站网、沙尘暴站网等业务站网的建设, 与此同时也构建了大气化学科研平台。  相似文献

Summary The vertically averaged balance equation of atmospheric trace constituents that customarily serves as a basis for one- and two-layer (box) models of the atmospheric boundary layer and the whole troposphere is derived and discussed. It is shown that this kind of balance equation is accompanied by several prominent short-comings so that the capability of such models to predict real situations of photochemical smog formation and depletion is strongly limited. Three of these short-comings are theoretically elucidated, namely (1) the vertically averaged source and sink terms owing to chemical reactions, (2) the parameterisation of the dry deposition and exhalation fluxes at the earths surface that serve as lower boundary conditions, and (3) the parameterisation of the upper boundary conditions. Even though the consumption of computing time is much smaller than those of sophisticated Eulerian air pollution models like ADOM, DRAIS, EURAD, RADM, and TADAP, we have to conclude from our theoretical results that one- and two-layer (box) models should not be considered as a true alternative to such air pollution models.We also suggest that the influence of these short-comings on the predicted results has to be estimated and evaluated in a reliable manner before vertically averaged balance equations of atmospheric trace constituents are introduced into general circulation models to investigate the influence of air pollution on climate change on the basis of long-term simulations.  相似文献

为探讨2003-2007年长春市污染新特征,了解大气污染物变化趋势,对市区内客车厂等6个环境空气质量国控点位监测数据进行了归纳计算,并采用API评价方法,得到了PM10、SO2和NO2 3种污染物年均值变化曲线和各种污染类型天数,同时查明了大气污染物的来源。结果表明:2003-2007年间长春市大气污染主要呈现波动略上升的总体特征,据此从气象条件和城市能源消耗等角度分析成因,并提出加深节能减排工作等一系列大气污染防治对策与建议。  相似文献

A new multi-trajectory highly vectorizable Gear chemical-transport model is discussed and tested against measurements from 25 sites in Europe for a two-week summer period. The simulations are compared with measurement data and with results of a Quasi-Steady-State Approximation (QSSA) based Lagrangian model using the EMEP mechanism.The model is developed from the Lagrangian EMEP model. The Regional Atmospheric Chemistry Mechanism (RACM) is used as the models chemical mechanism. To solve the stiff chemical rate equations, a sparse-matrix highly vectorizable Gear algorithm is used. The meteorological data used to run the model are obtained from the HIgh Resolution Limited Area Model (HIRLAM).The vectorized Gear based model improves the accuracy of the numerical solution for the chemistry compared with the QSSA based model. The differences between the two models are explained by alternative approaches of the chemical modules employed in the model: a Gear algorithm versus a QSSA solver, photolysis rate parameters in RACM are calculated from a radiation transfer code versus parameterized photolysis rate parameters used in the Lagrangian EMEP model, the RACM versus the EMEP atmospheric chemical mechanisms and two methods of aggregating the emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Photolysis rate parameters calculated from radiation codes (which are more accurate than simple parameterizations) and the Gear algorithm (which is a benchmark solver compared with the QSSA solver) are recommended for atmospheric chemistry modeling because of the high sensitivity of ozone concentrations to the chemical reaction scheme and to the photolysis rates (Stockwell and Goliff, 2004).  相似文献

利用淄博市环境监测站2002-2004年间的主要大气污染物浓度和同期气象资料,综合分析了淄博市大气环境污染状况及演变特征,用A-P值法对大气环境容量进行测算.结果表明该市主要污染物为可吸入颗粒物(PM10)和二氧化硫(SO2),其实际排放量均高于理想大气环境容量.此外,引入美国NOAA后向轨迹模式(HYSPLIT4),分析了影响淄博市强污染天气的外来气团,确认它们是源于东北地区和内蒙古东部的偏北气流,以及蒙古国中部的偏西气流.这些结果为今后制定城市发展规划,控制和防治大气污染提供了科学依据.  相似文献

The recovery potential for waste energy from major Chinese industries is significant. For example, the estimated waste energy recovery potential is 40 million tons of coal equivalent in the iron and steel industry, accounting for ~10% of the total energy use in the industry. A detailed overview is presented of existing waste energy recovery Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects in China. These projects have been developed predominantly in large enterprises and rarely in small or medium-sized companies. The chance of waste energy projects being reviewed or rejected by the Executive Board is slightly higher and delivery rates of certified emission reductions are generally lower than other types of CDM projects. Several major barriers that inhibit project development are identified, such as the lack of CDM awareness or development capacity among many small or medium enterprises, low internal rates of return of the projects, increasing review risk and long delays in the registration process, the varying quality of intermediary buyers, a lack of local Chinese Designated Operational Entities, and policy implementation inconsistency at different levels. Suggestions are put forward to address these problems and such critical issues as additionality are also discussed.  相似文献

The rates and mechanisms of both gas and liquid phase reactions for the oxidation of sulfur dioxide play an important role in the production of atmospheric acids and aerosol particles. Rhodeet al. (1981) concluded that sulfate production rates were highly non-linear functions of sulfur dioxide emission rates. Their modelling study used an HO x termination mechanism for the HO—SO2 reaction in the gas-phase. Stockwell and Calvert (1983) determined that one of the products of the overall reaction of HO with sulfur dioxide was an HO2 radical. The National Research Council (1983) using a version of the Rhodeet al. (1981) model modified to include HO2 production from the HO—SO2 reaction concluded that sulfate production becomes much more linear with respect to reductions in sulfur dioxide emissions. However, the cause of this increased linearity was not explained by the National Research Council report. It is demonstrated that the increased linearity is due to the coupling of gas-phases and aqueous phase chemistry. The gas-phase sulfur dioxide oxidation mechanism has a very significant effect on hydrogen perodide production rates.  相似文献

以镇海、奉化分别作为宁波沿海和内陆空气质量代表站。基于代表站2013-2017年污染物资料和2015年12月至2017年2月冬季激光雷达资料,对比分析宁波地区沿海和内陆站点的空气质量差异;利用NCEP的GDAS(Global Data Assimilation System)资料和ERA-Interim高分辨率再分析资料评估两地气溶胶来源及大气自净能力差异。结果表明:宁波沿海和内陆地区中度及以上污染主要集中于冬季,冬季首要污染物以PM2.5为主;镇海NO2浓度较奉化显著偏高,而两地PM2.5 和PM10 浓度差异较小。冬季镇海和奉化3km以下都存在消光系数大的气溶胶集中层,镇海3km内消光系数平均值较奉化偏高约40%。两地中度及以上污染时,镇海和奉化的气溶胶粒子主要来自宁波西北方向的内陆地区,比例分别为90%和63%,镇海地区其余10%左右来自近距离低空偏东气流的输送,而奉化地区有37%来自浙江西南部的短距离输送。冬季当宁波地区出现区域性优和中度以上污染时,浙江北部沿海分别盛行东北风和西北风,空气质量优时混合层内平均风速大于中度以上污染时。浙江省大气自净能力比值呈自西北向东南减小,宁波地区优等空气质量大气自净能力约为中度以上污染的 1.5倍。大气自净能力在不同空气质量等级下差异显著,可作为大气污染发生、发展和消退判定的参考依据。  相似文献

This study empirically explores factors driving international technology transfer via Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects by explicitly considering factors that have been identified in the literature on international technology transfer as being relevant for transfer success. These factors include technological characteristics, such as the novelty and complexity of a technology, as well as the use of different transfer channels. Employing data from an original survey of CDM project participants, the econometric analysis also distinguishes between knowledge and equipment transfer. The findings suggest that more complex technologies and the use of export as a transfer channel are both associated with a higher degree of technology transfer. Projects involving two- to five-year-old technologies seem more likely to involve technology transfer than both younger and older technologies. Energy supply and efficiency projects are correlated with a higher degree of technology transfer than non-energy projects. Unlike previous studies, technology transfer was not related to project size, to the length of time a country has hosted CDM projects, or to the host country's absorptive capacity. The findings for knowledge and equipment transfer are similar, but not identical.

Policy relevance

CDM projects are often seen as a vehicle for the transfer of climate technologies from industrialized to developing countries. Technology transfer is an important element of the new and emerging market mechanisms and frameworks under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, such as the Technology Mechanism, Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions, or Intended Nationally Determined Contributions. Thus, a clearer understanding of the factors driving technology transfer may help policy makers in their design of such mechanisms. For the CDM, this may be achieved by including more stringent technology transfer requirements in countries’ CDM project approval processes. Based on our findings, such policies should focus particularly on energy supply and efficiency technologies. Likewise, it may be beneficial for host countries to condition project approval on the novelty and complexity of technologies and adjust these provisions over time. Since such technological characteristics are not captured systematically by project design documents, using a survey-based evaluation opens up new opportunities for a more holistic and targeted evaluation of technology transfer in CDM projects.  相似文献

Pollutant dispersion characteristics in Dhaka city, Bangladesh   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Air pollution is a major environmental concern in major cities around the world. The major causes of air pollution include rapid industrialization/urbanization and increased non environment-friendly energy production. This paper analyses the atmospheric pollutant such as carbon monoxide (CO) and particulate matter (PM) dispersion characteristics of Dhaka city. The yearly and diurnal variations of pollutant concentration are described by taking into consideration of both meteorological and emission source parameters highlighting washout effect due to rainfall and inversion phenomena. Concentration of PM (both PM2.5 and PM10) and CO in the ambient air are measured for a period of one year with Airmetric Minivol air samplers and Gas Chromatographic (GC) technique, respectively. The trend over the year shows an increase in the monthly average hourly PM and CO concentrations in winter months (November to March) when both PM10 and PM2.5 annual average concentrations (about 130 and 95 ??g m?3, respectively) exhibit levels exceeding World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines as well as exceed more than twice the national standards of annual PM10 (50 ??g m?3) and PM2.5 (15 ??g m?3) concentrations. Such high pollutant concentrations may have significant health implications for residents of Dhaka city. It is also found that the PM concentration increases with the increase of wind speed during dry winter season and is also influenced by transboundary air pollution. The data and subsequent recommendations can be useful in formulating air quality management strategies for the Dhaka city.  相似文献

Selected applications of baseline aerosol, SO2 and deposition chemistry observations in Canada are reviewed to illustrate how new insight can be gained into features of the atmospheric pathway of trace substances such as sources, transformation and removal. A strong annual variation in Arctic aerosol concentration is a manifestation of particle residence times that are much longer in winter than in summer. Differences in the variation of SO4 = and V concentrations in the Arctic winter are due to SO2 oxidation. The mean rate of oxidation between November and April ranges from 0.04 to 0.25%/h and is a minimum in December, January and February. Br measured on filters in the Arctic peaks in concentration later (March and April) than anthropogenic particulate matter suggesting photochemical production. Acidity in Arctic aerosol and in glacial ice are correlated. The relationship yields a best estimate of acidity in the absence of anthropogenic influences of 5.8 mole/l. Coincident air and precipitation measurements of sulphur oxides indicate that on average in eastern Canada 60% of SO4 = in rain originates from SO2 oxidation in the storm. Trends in Arctic ice core acidity and SO2 emissions in Europe are similar, that is, little variation in the first half of the century and a marked increase since the mid 1950's. This is consistent with meteorological and chemical evidence linking Arctic air pollution with Eurasian sources.  相似文献
