浙江省国土厅大力加强地热资源勘查开发管理

浙江省国土资源厅消息（2011-06-15）近日,浙江省国土资源厅发出《关于进一步规范全省温泉（地热）勘查开发工作的通知》,要求勘查、开采温泉（地热）资源,必须依法取得探矿权、采矿权。《通知》指出,开展温泉（地热）资源地质勘查工作,必须申领勘查许可证。申请人应委托具有液体矿产勘查资质的单位编制勘查实施方案,报经省国土资源厅组织审查后,按有关规定,申领勘查许可证,取得探矿权。

近日国土资源部发布了《关于进一步规范探矿权管理有关问题的通知》。在探矿权准入、探矿权转让变更、探矿权新立延续审批管理等方面作出一系列新规定。主要内容为：一是规范矿产资源勘查准入。《通知》首次在全国矿业权管理政策中对探矿权申请人的资金能力、主体资格、勘查实施方案管理作出明确的规定：其一。探矿权申请人的资金能力必须与申请的勘查矿种、勘查面积和勘查工作阶段相适应,

河南省国土资源厅关于探矿权采矿权审批登记管理有关问题的通知

各省辖市国土资源局：为深入贯彻落实《河南省人民政府关于进一步加强矿产资源勘查开发管理的若干意见》（豫政[2008]49号,以下称“省政府49号文”）精神,结合我省当前探矿权采矿权审批登记管理工作面临的新形势和新问题,提出如下意见：

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Late Wuchiapingian (Late Dzhulfian,early Late Permian) limestone olistolites within the Tertiary flysch of Glypia Unit (Mount Parnon,central–eastern Peloponnesus,Greece)

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
