On the basis of the time series of AVHRR data from NOAA satellites and the geographical information system PURSIS, fluctuations of the plume front and the turbidity maximum in the Hangzhou Bay, reflected by the distributions of temperature and suspended sediment concentration respectively, are studied in view of long-term behaviors or seasonal and tidal cycles. The data suggest that the effect of front plays an important role in the development of the turbidity maximum close to the Changjiang Estuary > while the effect of tide dominates over the development of another very turbid water situated in the shoal areas in the southern Hangzhou Bay.  相似文献

Fronts and transport of suspended matter in the Hangzhou Bay   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
A persistent, year-round NE-SW front is found to exist inside the Hangzhou Bay. This front is actually the merging of the secondary Changjiang plume front from the bay mouth and the Qiantang plume front from the upstream side of the bay. During neap tides low runoff periods these two plumes can readily be identified. Our findings suggest that suspended matter is transported into the bay through the north end by the secondary Changjiang plume. The front inside the bay acts the part of concentrating suspended matter, and also plays an important role in both the fine-grained sediment and heavy metal distributions in this sedimentary basin.  相似文献

深槽骤淤指深槽底部在特定条件下产生的快速淤积,通常以浮泥形式出现.综合分析杭州湾、三门湾和象山港的地形地貌、水文泥沙及深槽固定剖面风暴前后或大、小潮期间的地形变化得出港湾深槽产生骤淤的基本条件:(1)有丰富的细颗粒物质的供应源;(2)迅速衰减的动力条件;(3)存在明显的负地形.三个条件必须同时得到满足,深槽才能产生骤淤.杭州湾泥沙来源丰富,终年悬沙浓度高,东试挖槽附近受长江冲淡水次级锋面和钱塘江冲淡水锋面影响较大,因此在一个大小潮周期内水动力条件减弱时挖槽处可产生骤淤.三门湾泥沙来源较丰富,正常天气的年份内潮滩处于缓慢淤积状态,而深槽处于冲淤基本平衡状态,但在风暴等灾害性天气下发生强烈的滩、槽泥沙交换,若风暴后处于中小潮汛期则深槽发生骤淤.象山港由于环境隐蔽,水清沙少,沿岸潮滩狭窄,缺少骤淤的物源,即使风暴作用后鹰龙山深槽也没有产生骤淤.  相似文献

本文追述了杭州湾4万年来的沉积环境演变,论述了近期湾内沉积环境的差异,以及不同时间尺度的沉积速率。从钻孔样品的综合分析得知,4万年来杭州湾和东海大陆架一样亦二经沧桑。陆海变迁不仅在岩性组合、微体古生物诸方面留下确凿证据,而且有确切地貌部位样品~(14)C测年印证。杭州湾3~5m厚的沉积结构特征,显示出其各沉积区环境的明显差异和数百年来的继承性。从全新世沉积层的厚度与年代推算,8000~9000a来其沉积速率一般平均为0.11~0.25cm/a;其口门段中北部细粒沉积物区(锋面活动区),近百年来的沉积速率(~(210)Pb)为1.0~1.2cm/a;有机农药以及风暴层比对的沉积速率与其吻合。  相似文献

南汇咀近岸水域是长江口与杭州湾交汇以及近岸水沙交换的重要地带。根据杭州湾口北部南汇咀-崎岖列岛断面上6个测站1999年1~2月大、中、小潮海流与悬沙含量的现场同步观测资料,阐述了该断面上潮流和悬沙浓度的分布变化特征,并通过断面进出潮通量和悬沙通量的计算,得出该断面以出水出沙为主要特征,与余流方向一致。分析表明,长江口与杭州湾的水沙交换是复杂的,而间接交换是其主要的方式。  相似文献

杭州湾南岸潮滩的~(210)Pb垂向分布具有随深度波动的特征。湖滩颗粒物在吸附模拟系统中的~(210)Pb分配系数,主要受颗粒物含量的影响。本文从潮滩沉积~(210)Pb初始比度在低于平衡点一侧波动的机理,以及被沉积间断所分隔的有效封闭段的存在出发,提出选择常态沉积层的高~(210)Pb比度窗口,建立以CIC模式估计潮滩沉积速率的方法。  相似文献

长江口南汇嘴地处长江口和杭州湾的交汇处,是长江三角洲南翼向海延伸部分,是长江入海径流和泥沙进入杭州湾和东南沿海的主要输沙通道.在丰富的长江入海泥沙供应下,随着长江三角洲的向海伸展,南汇嘴近岸海床不断淤积.进入20世纪90年代,由于长江流域下泄泥沙的减少,引起南汇嘴近岸海床由淤积过程转向冲刷过程.此外,沿岸滩地的大规模的促淤造地工程,亦拦截了长江口入海的过境泥沙,从而加速近岸海床的冲刷.在今后相当长的一段时期内,随着长江流域大中型水库的不断兴建,长江入海泥沙量将持续保持在较低水平上,海床冲刷将不可逆转地持续下去,这应引起海洋工程建设部门的重视.  相似文献

-Suspended matters are important carriers of heavy metals in the hydrocycle.In this paper, the field investigation , lab. experiment and "corresponding analysis" were made to study sources of the heavy metals and the transfer of suspended matters from the Hangzhou Bay.This conclusion shows that the contents of heavy metals in this area are the natural background values ; the distributions of heavy metals are controlled by the plume front.  相似文献

Based on the historical evolution of the Hangzhou Bay, by making use of the conclusions made by the previous research workers and the integration of concrete data, five distinct impact indicators of the sediment from the Changjiang Estuary and the East China Sea to the Hangzhou Bay are summarized. Numerical calculation and analysis indicate that the scouring and deposition of seabed in the Hangzhou Bay are subject to the direct impact of the evolution of the Changjiang Estuary, and the growth and decline and the direction of the sandy bar at Nanhuizui give traces to the sediment transport between the Changjiang Estuary and the Hangzhou Bay. The transport of sediment from the Changjiang Estuary to the Hangzhou Bay occurs mainly in winter and spring seasons and the increase of the Changjiang River runoff and the decrease of sediment charge have caused scouring in the northern coast of the Hangzhou Bay and the seabed erosion along the frontal margin of the Changjiang River Delta.  相似文献

杭州湾北岸在南汇嘴和金山嘴人工控制节点作用下,形成微弯内凹的弧形海岸廓线,金汇岸段位于弧形岸线凹段。由于海岸凹段内水流相对较弱,尤其是涨落潮转流过程中低流速(<20cm/s)历时长,有利于泥沙下沉淤泥。11世纪中叶,杭州湾北岸自修筑了第一条海塘进入人工控制后,金汇潮滩处于淤涨中。近年来,受长江来沙量减少和南汇边滩促淤圈围工程的影响,进入杭州湾北岸水域的泥沙也有所减少,出现冲刷现象,金汇潮滩由淤涨型转换为冲刷型。  相似文献

根据1988-1991年河口锋面现场调查、上海市海岸带调查及历次标准断面调查资料对长江盐度场及盐度锋进行了分析,提出了由口门至外海纵向上存在着三级锋面现象:内侧锋面即长江河口锋为长江河口水与长江冲淡水的界面;羽状锋是长江口羽状流水与口外混合水的界面,它是长江口最主要的盐度锋面,也是长江口一个重要的生物地球化学带,对河口沉积过程及水下三角洲发育具有重要的影响。外侧锋面即海洋锋,是长江冲淡水的最外边缘。  相似文献

A study in Disenchantment Bay, Alaska, demonstrates that fine sediment beneath a meltwater plume is flocculated and that floc sizes and fraction of mass bound within flocs exhibit a pronounced increase with depth rather than down fjord. This spatial pattern of variability likely is due to the longer depositional timescale of flocs compared to their horizontal advection timescale within the meltwater plume. The flux of mass within flocs also increases with depth. These observations have implications for sedimentation models as sedimentation rates estimated from surface waters underestimate those at depth, and could result in the inaccurate prediction of the position of suspension depocenters. The results also may explain the behavior of fine sediment in more complex environments where floc properties are difficult to observe.  相似文献

A new method of Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) for sediment movement study is presented in this paper. Through analyzing the natural sediment, the information about natural tracing agents has been obtained, which can show the direction of sediment movement and relative discharge of sediment transportation. Test results in some areas, such as Shantou Harbour and Hangzhou Bay, are in good agreement with those from normal hydrologic measurements and some results are not obtainable with the latter. The NAA is economical, practical and reliable, and should be widely used in engineering practice.  相似文献

崎岖列岛邻近海域具有良好的水深条件 ,为了开发和利用这一资源 ,于 1 996年冬季和1 997年夏季 ,对该海域进行了水文泥沙调查。分析结果表明 ,该海域的水动力条件取决于长江和钱塘江径流与潮流、波浪的力量对比 ;其泥沙的输运和沉积主要受制于长江口南下泥沙量的多少及水动力的强弱。从动力学的角度阐述了该区泥沙输运和沉积机制 ,得出流急、悬沙浓度高而落淤少是该地区的特点。  相似文献

In this paper the characteristics of tidal flow and seasonal variation of seidment content in theHangzhou Bay and their affecting factors are studied.Field investigations and data analysis indicate thatthe sediment movement is mainly influenced by the Yangtze estuary and the sediment of the Yangtze estua-ry is induced by wind wave and tidal flow.Owing to the variation of dynamic conditions,the instanta-neous sediment content is controlled by tidal flow,wind wave,depth of water and tidal range synthetically.A sediment content relationship formula is established with related factors.A non-equilibrium2-dimensional numerical model of suspended sediment transportation is set up,and the finite element meth-od is applied.The computation results of the model is in accordance with field data.  相似文献

根据2014年1月及2017年2月杭州湾大、小潮水沙资料,计算了流速、含沙量、单宽潮量、单宽输沙量,进而分析了潮周期断面净潮量、净输沙量和区域冲淤分布。研究发现杭州湾涨、落潮平均流速比值整体较20世纪八九十年代增大,绝大部分区域大于1.0,涨潮流相对增强,澉浦南岸和金山北岸尤为显著。含沙量平面上分布澉浦、杭州湾南岸两个高值区(大潮大于3 kg/m3,小潮大于1.3 kg/m3)以及北岸湾口至乍浦之间的低值区(大潮小于2 kg/m3,小潮小于0.9 kg/m3),随潮汛变化显著,最大含沙量浓度通常滞后于急流时刻。各测站涨、落潮量和输沙量呈现“大涨大落”和“大进大出”的特征,造成杭州湾短时间尺度内的“大冲大淤”。大潮两涨两落金山与乍浦、乍浦与澉浦之间区域净输沙量可达几千万吨,净冲淤则在几百万吨。  相似文献

Sediment transport in the Hangzhou Bay is extremely complicated due to its bathymetry and hydrodynamic conditions. The ECOMSED model is employed to simulate three-dimensional (3-D) cohesive sediment transport in Hangzhou Bay. Dynamical factors such as Coriolis force, tides, salinity, river discharges, and waves are considered in the model. The wave parameters, including the significant wave height, period, and direction, are calculated with the SWAN model. The Grant-Madsen model is introduced for the bed shear stress due to the combined effect of waves and currents. The formulation of bed shear stress used to calculate the sink/source terms is modified based on previous research that sufficiently validated the formulation with measurement data. The integrated model of the above-mentioned models is applied to simulate sediment transport in Hangzhou Bay. The results of the simulation agree well with field observations concerning the distribution of suspended sediment, indicating that the sediments are remarkably suspended in Hangzhou Bay under the action of waves and currents.  相似文献

It is of some limitations to analyse residual currents by means of the 25 h anchored current measurements. On the basis of the drift tracking and the mooring system data, here, analyses have been done aiming at the structural characteristics and the dynamical mechanisms of the frontal residual current field of the Hangzhou Bay. Especially a theoritical model is given focusing on the frontal density-driven currents. The results indicate that there exists obviously the upper-layer front-driven flow along the orientation of the front during neap tides in the research area of the Hangzhou Bay. But the flow is restrained by the strong vortical viscosity during spring tides. In the lower layer, the effect of the front is little and the subtidal movements are dominated by the tide-induced residual currents. In addition, the influences of wind forcing to the residual current field are also suggested to be important.  相似文献
