近海固定平台碰撞的准静态分析   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
本文采用增量有限元方法结合极限分析的概念,研究近海固定平台碰撞的静力强度。文中综合考虑了平台结构在碰撞加载过程中的大变形和塑性变形特性,建立了以广义应力表达的圆管截面的屈服条件,采用塑性节点法(PNM)推导得到了单元的弹塑性矩阵。文中也考虑了梁柱单元的屈曲情况。本文所采用的载荷增量法结合牛顿—拉夫逊迭代,可跟踪加载过程中平台结构上塑性铰的出现,并最终获得平台结构的极限承载能力。  相似文献

为了快速并有效地计算海洋平台等薄壁箱型梁结构的约束扭转极限承载能力,进行了薄壁梁约束扭转极限承载能力简化计算方法研究.基于塑性极限状态分析理论,提出了薄壁梁约束扭转极限状态应力分布假设,将薄壁梁视作为一系列由主要支撑构件和扶强材支撑的板格,推导了薄壁梁约束扭转极限承载能力上限的计算公式.应用非线性有限元方法验证了所提假设和计算公式的精度,将所提方法应用于箱型梁模型和半潜平台的约束扭转极限承载能力的计算分析,并与非线性有限元结果进行了比对,结果表明,本方法具有较高的精度,可用于海洋平台等薄壁梁的扭转极限承载力上限的估算.  相似文献

脚靴式海上升压站灌浆连接段强度分析研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
与国内已建成的海上升压站相比,脚靴式海上升压站导管架对桩和套筒间的灌浆连接强度要求更高,完全套用单桩风电结构的分析方法会使结构设计不准确。由于桩和套筒之间设置有剪力键,当特殊情况时还需增加灌浆连接增强钢筋,在地震及撞船作用下容易导致灌浆接触界面分离等破坏,当前尚未有针对此类情况系统的灌浆连接强度校核方法。以某脚靴式海上升压站为例,分析其在在位、撞船、地震、疲劳等多个主控工况下灌浆连接、剪力键及增强钢筋的强度及稳定性,结果表明该海上升压站灌浆连接段满足设计要求,并研究了各参数对灌浆连接段强度的敏感程度,为今后脚靴式海上升压站各主控工况下的灌浆连接段强度分析、优化设计提供参考与借鉴。  相似文献

Based on some mechanical principles, this paper presents a new way for simplifying the tower structure on the platform, i. e., substituting the three-dimensional tower structure by using beam elements. For the overall analysis of offshore platform, this method can not only save man- power and computer time, but also get better results. 利用辽东湾JZ20-2海域的海冰现场监测和数值推算资料,确定了海冰的厚度、速度和弯曲强度等海冰参数的概率分布特征;通过构造锥体结构动冰力函数,对该海域锥体平台结构的疲劳冰荷载进行了蒙特卡洛模拟.统计结果表明冰力幅值和冰力周期均符合对数正态分布.为更加合理地确定锥体平台结构的疲劳冰荷载,对冰力幅值和周期进行了联合概率分析.研究成果可用于辽东湾JZ20-2海域锥体平台结构的可靠性设计和疲劳寿命评估。  相似文献

根据墨西哥湾某海域一典型固定式海洋平台为原型,按照几何相似准则和刚度相似准则设计并制作海洋平台试验模型,开展极限强度模型试验研究,观察并记录其破坏过程。并采用非线性有限元方法(ANSYS)对试验模型进行极限强度数值计算,将计算结果与试验结果对比,结果表明计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,验证非线性有限元方法的有效性。  相似文献

A system reliability estimation method for spatial jacket platforms is developed in this paper,The jacket platform is modeled into three-dimensional assembly of spatial beam and plate elements in Fi-nite Element Method(FEM).The limit failure states correspond to collapse of a series of structural mem-bers which are identified by engineering design criteria.In this paper the following aspects are taken intoaccount:the punching shear and buckiing failures in member failure modes for the tubular joints and tubu-lar columns respectively;incremental loading approach for establishment of the safety margin equations ofsystem failure;the algorithm of enumerating significant failure modes for the structural systems and otherconcepts,such as the false failure mode and the virtual limit state.The final work is devoted to the reliabili-ty analysis for a practical jacket platform presently put into operation on the Bohai Sea.The computed re-sults shows that method suggested in this paper is feasible and effective for  相似文献

针对导管架式海洋平台结构型式与特点,利用冲击隔振理论,将冰锥体与隔振技术结合起来,提出一种能有效降低冰荷载激励的"两级柔性隔振锥体"设计方案。建立了两极隔振锥体简化计算模型,确定了系统振动传递系数参数之间的关系。通过建立海洋平台有限元模型,采用有限元程序,进行了模拟冰荷载激励下的振动响应分析,并对安装隔振装置的小比例模型结构进行了冲击荷载下的减振试验。结果表明采用"两级柔性隔振锥体"能有效降低传递给海洋平台的冰力极值,减小海洋平台冰激励的响应。  相似文献

Corrosion of offshore platforms is inevitable. In an ocean corrosion environment, the strength of a platform is weakened greatly. When simultaneously subjected to earthquakes or other extreme loads, the ultimate bearing capacity of the corroded platform is dramatically reduced, resulting in compounded damage from both corrosion and earthquake. Thus, the influence of corrosion cannot be neglected in the seismic performance investigation of platforms. The commonly used corrosion model in platform design is uniform corrosion, and the corrosion rate rule for any parts or zones in a platform is the same. In real cases, however, there are significant differences between the corrosion characteristics in different parts of a platform. Based on theoretical aspects and measured data, a zonal time-variant corrosion model of a platform is developed for a seismic collapse performance investigation. The pushover and incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) methods are adopted here to calculate the collapse margin ratio (CMR), there serve strength ratio (RSR) and ductility coefficient (μ) that are frequently used for the safety reserve evaluation of a platform. The failure reason and collapse probability of platforms considering different service periods are compared. The most prominent feature of the proposed time-variant zonal corrosion model is to capture potential switch of weak location and resulting failure path of corroded jacket offshore platforms although the proposed model needs further calibration by more reliable in-field measured data. As expected, corrosion can definitely cause a reduction in earthquake resistance of a jacket offshore platform, as well as ultimate deformability. The coupled effect between the time-variant vibration properties of the platform and the spectral characteristics of selected motions, the collapse-level spectral acceleration (SA) does not always decrease with increasing corrosion degree. The curves corresponding to normalized CMR and RSR agree very well with each other in the early corrosion development stage and service period beyond 30 years. Some distinct differences can be found during the two stages, with the greatest difference up to 10% for the example platform.  相似文献

海上桶型基础平台采用桶型基础这一新型的基础型式,桶基平台在结构强度校核计算和结构优化中必须考虑其有限元分析模型的基础边界条件简化问题。本文提出了桶基平台有限元分析模型中的基础边界条件简化方法,将桶型基础边界简化为位移弹簧边界元,给出了弹簧刚度的计算方法。通过模型试验与本文提出方法的计算结果的比较,证明本文提出的方法是正确的。同时,将本文提出的方法应用于桶基火炬平台的结构优化,表明该方法是实际可行的并且对于桶基平台的结构强度校核计算与结构优化有重要意义。对于桶基火炬平台的结构优化采用了适合离散变量优化求解的遗传算法,优化的结果有效地降低了结构重量,降低了工程造价。  相似文献

An approximate method is presented to estimate the hydrodynamic loading and structural response of an idealized offshore platform subjected to a regular train of linear surface waves. The platform is taken to consist of four bottom-mounted, flexible, circular cylinders supporting a rigid deck and is assumed to be aligned parallel to the incident wave direction. The response of each column is assumed to be one-dimensional and to be governed by linear beam theory. The solution technique for the fluid velocity potential involves replacing scattered waves by equivalent plane waves together with non-planar, first-correction terms, and can be shown to be a large spacing approximation.Numerical results are presented which show the effect of hydrodynamic interference and structural flexibility on the platform response.  相似文献

采用非线性的Morison方程,建立了考虑流固耦合时的海洋平台非线性动力方程及其时程分析方法.以一固定式导管架平台为算例,计算了考虑流固耦合时的海洋平台浪致振动响应,比较了考虑流固耦合和不考虑流固耦合时海洋平台动力响应的差异.算例表明:在较大的波浪条件下,不考虑流固耦合时的计算结果明显小于考虑流固耦合时的计算结果,因此,偏于不安全.分析认为,在极端海况条件下,考虑流固耦合的分析方法更符合实际情况.  相似文献

Corrosion and fatigue cracks are major threats to the structural integrity of aging offshore platforms.For the rational estimation of the safety levels of aging platforms,a global reliability assessment approach for aging offshore platforms with corrosion and fatigue cracks is presented in this paper.The base shear capacity is taken as the global ultimate strength of the offshore plaffoms,it is modeled as a random process that decreases with time in the presence of corrosion and fatigue crack propagation.And the corrosion and fatigue crack growth rates in the main members and key joints are modeled as random variables.A simulation method of the extreme wave loads which are applied to the structures of offshore platforms is proposed too.Furthermore,the statistics of global base shear capacity and extreme wave loads are obtained by Monte Carlo simulation method.On the basis of the limit state equation of global failure mode,the instantaneous reliability and time dependent reliability assessment methods are both presented in this paper.Finally the instantaueous reliability index and time dependent failure probability of a jacket platform are estimated with different ages in the demonstration example.  相似文献

In this paper, reliability analysis for the offshore jacket platform with the interaction of structure- pile- soil under extreme environmental loads is carried out. The inherent uncertainties of the environmental load, foundation soil, platform itself, and calculating models are evaluated. The action of extreme loads on the offshore platform is modeled as a function of extreme wave height. The system capacity of the whole platform is determined by nonlinear pushover analysis, and the relevant probability property is obtained by the simulation method. The reliability model for the whole jacket platform is described as the relationship between the load and resistance based on the offshore design codes. The reliability of whole platform is calculated by the analytical method and the importance sampling method on the basis of a case study for a tripod jacket platform.  相似文献

- The ultimate strength analysis of offshore jacket platforms is a research project which has been developed in recent years. With the rapid development of marine oil industry, the departments of design and IMR (Inspection, Maintenance and Repair) in the offshore engineering have attached great importance to this project. The research procedure applies to both the stress check of new design platforms and the whole safety assessment of existing platforms. In this paper, we combine the pseudo non-linear technique with the linear analysis program and successfully analyze the ultimate strength of the space frame structure subject to the concentrated load and a real jacket platform subject to the dead load and environmental load.  相似文献

平台坠物、船舶抛锚等第三方活动引起的冲击损伤是近海管道失效的主要原因,时刻威胁中国海洋油气开发系统的安全性。为保障近海油气管道安全运行,围绕冲击荷载作用下管道损伤及失效评估这一中心问题,从管道损伤机理研究、含冲击损伤管道安全评估、管道工程项目风险评估3个方面总结了国内外研究发展现状,明确了影响结构安全的关键问题,并对未来研究工作提出建议。挖沟埋深为管道防护冲击损伤的有效手段,土体强度是防护效果关键因素,应重点关注土体强度空间变异性问题;管道冲击损伤主要为平滑凹陷和弯折凹陷,对于后者应进一步确定其在内压荷载下的剩余强度及疲劳强度;风险评估中失效判据对于结果有显著影响,需构建考虑多种安全性评估准则的失效判据体系。  相似文献

在海洋平台摇摆墙体系基础上,提出在海洋平台和摇摆墙之间刚性连接杆的铰接点处安装粘弹性转角阻尼器的减振措施,对海洋平台进行进一步减振控制。对粘弹性转角位移阻尼器的刚度和阻尼参数进行了优化分析,可知阻尼器的阻尼与刚度在结构减振中起到了十分重要的作用,且存在特定范围内的优化值。以JZ20-2北高点井口平台为例,利用ANSYS进行地震荷载作用和实测挤压冰荷载下的仿真分析,研究了粘弹性转角阻尼器在海洋平台和摇摆墙之间刚性连接杆铰接点处的不同安装方式,对比分析减振效果。结果表明,在该体系刚性连接杆的铰接点处安装粘弹性转角阻尼器能显著降低结构的振动反应,连接杆右侧安装粘弹性转角阻尼器的方式为减振效果最佳方式。  相似文献

简易平台是边际油田开发的主要结构形式,由于平台结构形式简单,受到动力荷载作用响应比较大。采用动态设计可以合理优化平台结构形式,达到降低平台动力响应的效果。文中以JZ20-2NW简易平台为原型,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行冰激振动下的动态优化设计。结果表明,动态设计减振效果明显,可供设计人员参考。  相似文献
