大鹏湾浮游细菌时空分布与环境因子的关系   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
应用荧光显微镜计数法,研究了大鹏湾海域细菌丰度时空分布特征,探讨了其与温度、溶解氧、叶绿素a、氨盐、硝酸盐和磷酸盐之间的关系.结果表明,大鹏湾全年细菌丰度介于1.40x10<'8>-24.43x10<'8>个L<'-1>之间.各季节细菌丰度高低依次为:夏季、春季、秋季、冬季.浮游细菌的水平分布呈现近岸较高、离岸逐渐减少,自大鹏湾西部湾顶向东部湾口逐渐减少的特征.除了夏季,温度与浮游细菌呈显著正相关(P<0.05),是浮游细菌的主要控制因子;溶解氧与浮游细菌全年呈显著负相关(春、夏季P<0.01,秋冬季P<0.05);叶绿素a除了春季外其他季节与浮游细菌相关性非常显著(P<0.01),是浮游细菌的主要调控因子;无机营养盐中,氨盐和磷酸盐全年与浮游细菌丰度呈高度显著正相关(P<0.01):对浮游细菌丰度具有调控作用,硝态氮在冬季对浮游细菌丰度有显著调控作用.  相似文献

分别于2007年4月(春季)和10月(秋季),对山东南部近岸海域进行了现场调查,研究了该海区浮游细菌丰度、生物量分布特征,探讨了它们与温度、溶解氧(DO)、总氮(N)、总磷(P)、硝酸盐(NO-3)、铵盐(NH+2)及活性磷酸盐(PO4-P)的相关性.结果表明:浮游细菌生物量具有一定的时间、空间分布特征,春季浮游细菌丰度及生物量要高于秋季,2个季节近岸细菌数量高于远岸区域;浮游细菌丰度及生物量与温度、DO、总P、NO-3、NH+2及PO4-P均呈显著相关关系(P<0.01),表明上述因子可能是该海域浮游细菌数量分布的主要限制因子.  相似文献

福建沙埕港浮游动物群落特征及影响因子   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
根据沙埕港2006年1月和4月冬、春季2个航次的调查资料,分析了浮游动物种类组成、优势种、丰度和生物多样性的季节变化,并利用PRIMER统计软件中的PCA、BIOENV和RELATE程序探讨了浮游动物与环境因子的关系.经鉴定共有浮游动物77个种类(含浮游幼虫15类 ).中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)和真刺唇角水蚤(Labidocera euchaeta)是2个航次共有的优势种,桡足幼体在2个航次中也都占优势.与1990年调查相比,浮游动物丰度大幅下降,浮游动物种类组成已发生了较大改变.沙埕港的浮游动物大致可分为河口型类群、沿岸型类群和近海型类群.冬季航次浮游动物的平均总丰度为20.6 ind/m3,春季航次为92. 2 ind/m3,低于福清湾浮游动物同期调查结果.浮游动物总丰度分布均为由湾口向湾顶递减的趋势.春季的浮游动物总丰度和香农-威纳多样性指数均高于冬季,冬季浮游动物生物多样性呈现湾中、西部高,湾口、湾顶低的趋势,而春季浮游动物多样性分布比较均匀.经统计分析,影响冬季和春季浮游动物分布的主要环境因子为盐度、温度.  相似文献

2001年7月-2002年7月对粤东赤潮重灾区柘林湾进行的浮游植物周年调查表明,柘林湾共有浮游植物68属183种.其中硅藻为最优势类群,共51属143种,占总种数的 77.8%;甲藻11属34种;其它浮游植物类群6属6种.调查海区浮游植物群落的种类丰富度、细胞密度、生物多样性和均匀度的平面分布均表现为湾外高于湾内和湾内外侧高于湾内内侧的基本格局,但黄冈河河内浮游植物群落的构成却呈现种类少而密度高的特点.调查期间浮游植物的总细胞数年均值为16.9×104cells/L,周年变动模式为双峰型(高峰位于8月和4月).与上一个周年调查(2000年5月-2001年5月)的总细胞数年均值(36.0×104cells/L)和单峰型周年变动模式(最高峰位于7月)相比,差异较大.这可能是2001-2002年厄尔尼诺现象导致粤东地区气候异常、干旱少雨,以及调查海区无机磷剧减45%所致.中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)为该湾的全年优势种,在群落总细胞数中的百分比年均值从上一年度的58.7%上升至本年度的71.0%,导致Shannon-Wiener多样性指数从上一年度的1.91减少至本年度的1.75.中肋骨条藻的绝对占优已在很大程度上改变了该湾浮游植物的群落结构,并使中肋骨条藻赤潮的发生机率大大增加.陆源排污、大规模增养殖业和水体交换对柘林湾高营养盐低浮游植物密度及浮游植物群落的时空分布具最重要的影响.  相似文献

浮游纤毛虫是真核微型生物的重要类群,在浮游生态系统中发挥着重要作用。利用传统形态学与高通量测序技术相结合的方法,于2020年9月至2021年8月对莱州湾三山岛近岸浮游纤毛虫进行每月两次的调查。对环境DNA的18S rRNA基因的V4区进行高通量测序,结果显示无壳寡毛类(占纤毛虫序列丰度的40.14%)和砂壳纤毛虫(10.67%)是优势类群,并且具有明显的季节变化。无壳寡毛类在冬季序列相对丰度最高,主要由急游虫属(Strombidium)和急游虫科未定类群(Strombidiidae_X)组成;砂壳类在春夏季序列相对丰度最高,主要由砂壳目未定类群(Tintinnida_XX)和拟铃虫属(Tintinnopsis)组成。浮游纤毛虫群落的β多样性呈现显著的季节变化,而α和β多样性在站点间差异均不显著。与环境因子的RDA分析显示,总有机碳和溶解氧含量是影响纤毛虫群落结构的主要环境驱动因子。形态学方法共检获鉴定17种纤毛虫,分别隶属于7个属,其中砂壳类在多样性和检获频率上均为最优势类群。研究填补了莱州湾三山岛海域浮游纤毛虫的多样性、群落结构和季节动态研究的空白,同时为深入研究温带海湾近岸浮游纤毛虫群落的长期变化规律以及对环境因子的响应机制提供本底资料。  相似文献

为研究胶州湾夜光藻大量繁殖的生态机制,于2015年逐月对胶州湾12个站位进行了多学科综合调查,获取了温度、盐度、营养盐等环境因子的周年数据,分析了夜光藻种群丰度和结构的时空分布特征,探讨了环境因子对夜光藻种群动态的影响,以及夜光藻种群增长与其繁殖方式的相关关系。结果发现:全年各站位夜光藻丰度范围为0—31.17×10~3ind./m~3,月平均丰度呈现双峰分布;二分裂个体比例介于0—31.25‰,有性繁殖个体比例介于0—29.41‰,两种繁殖方式均呈现出季节差异及空间差异。相关性分析表明,影响夜光藻种群动态的主要因子包括水温、叶绿素a、硝氮及亚硝氮。夜光藻是冷水种,水温与夜光藻种群丰度、两种繁殖个体比例均呈显著负相关;叶绿素a反映夜光藻食物的丰富程度,与夜光藻丰度、两种繁殖个体比例呈显著正相关;亚硝氮和硝氮可能对夜光藻代谢繁殖起调控作用,与夜光藻丰度及有性繁殖个体比例呈负相关。  相似文献

湛江湾浮游动物群落结构特征及其周年变化   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
2010年10月至2011年9月对湛江湾浮游动物进行了周年调查,研究了其群落结构的周年变化及影响因素。结果共检出浮游动物87种和29类浮游幼虫,隶属于16大类群,群落结构主要由桡足类(30种)、浮游幼虫(29类)和原生动物(23种)所组成,分别占总种类数的25.86%、25.00%和19.83%。浮游动物种类数以4月最多,2月和3月最少,4~9月的总种类数均高于其他月份。湛江湾浮游幼虫以底栖动物幼虫为主,在4月种类最多,5月丰度最高,4~7月为湛江湾海洋动物的繁盛时期。浮游动物优势种共有22种(类),其中浮游幼虫9类,原生动物7种,桡足类3种,水母类、毛颚类、被囊类各1种,以12月、4月和5月优势种最多(8种),2月最少(2种),无全年优势种,群落结构明显趋于小型化。各相邻月份的共有种类数在18~33种,物种更替率R的范围为37.25%~73.61%,多样性指数H'、均匀度J及丰富度d的年均值较低,分别为2.64、0.54和3.32。在调查期间,湛江湾浮游动物丰度出现了3个高峰,且分别由不同的浮游动物类群组成,其中12月份的高峰主要由原生动物组成,2月份的高峰主要由桡足类组成,而5月份的高峰则主要由浮游幼虫组成,3大类群共同主导湛江湾浮游动物群落结构;浮游动物生物量仅在2月和9月出现高峰,呈现月份双峰型变化。湛江湾浮游动物的周年变化主要受水温、食物及摄食压力的影响。  相似文献

厦门西海域水体中碱性磷酸酶活力分布及其影响因子分析   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
1993年8和11月,1994年3,5和10月,应用荧光法测定了厦门西海域水体中各载体相(浮游植物、细菌和游离态)碱性磷酸酶活力(APA),结果表明:APA呈较为明显的季节变动,总APA表现为夏季(1993年8月)最高,春(1994年5月)秋(1993年11月)最低;结果亦显示,该海域浮游植物和海水是碱性磷酸酶的主要载体,平均分别占44.7%和40.5%;与环境因子的相关分析表明,各形态磷,硝态氮、溶解氧、化学耗氧量、初级生产力、细菌生长速率(BP)对APA有较明显的影响;其中除BP与APA成正相关外,其余均为负相关。还对碱性磷酸酶作为水体磷状况的指示和在磷的生物地球化学循环的作用进行了初步讨论。  相似文献

为探究定向培育的悬浮生物絮团对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)工厂化养殖系统水质环境的影响,分别使用甘蔗渣和稻壳粉搭配芽孢杆菌,在养殖池中培育悬浮生物絮团,以商业养殖模式为对照,进行为期50 d的凡纳滨对虾水泥池养殖实验(放养密度350尾/m~2,初始体长(4.8±0.6) cm,初始体重(1.35±0.48) g);定期检测养殖系统的水质状况、水体和絮团的细菌密度、对虾生长状况。研究表明:甘蔗渣组和稻壳粉组的对虾成活率分别为77.14%和74.11%,与对照组相比分别提高了26.7%和21.7%(P0.05);其产量分别为4.03和3.16 kg/m~2,与对照组相比分别提高了31.7%和3.3%。甘蔗渣组的亚硝态氮和硝态氮峰值分别为2.33和2.27 mg/L,稻壳粉组的亚硝态氮和硝态氮峰值分别为2.20和2.55 mg/L,均较对照组高,且比对照组出现时间早10 d。养殖水体亚硝态氮与硝态氮浓度变动呈极显著线性负相关关系(P0.01),拟合方程分别为对照组y=e~(0.2/x)(R~2=0.966)、甘蔗渣组y=e~(0.364/x)(R~2=0.942)和稻壳粉组y=e~(0.434/x)(R~2=0.945);其亚硝态氮转化为硝态氮的转化速率排序依次为:稻壳粉组甘蔗渣组对照组。研究结果表明:定向培育甘蔗渣和稻壳粉悬浮生物絮团能提升水体的硝化速率,促进亚硝态氮向硝态氮的转化,有利于维持良好的水质环境。另外,甘蔗渣和稻壳粉悬浮生物絮团也有助于提升对虾的成活率和产量,且甘蔗渣悬浮生物絮团对对虾成活率和产量的提升效果优于稻壳粉悬浮生物絮团。  相似文献

2001年4月-2002年4月,利用生态学方法对粤东柘林湾浮游动物进行的周年调查结果表明,粤东柘林湾浮游动物有桡足类34属60种,枝角类3属3种,及端足类、磷虾、糠虾、多毛类、毛颚类、被囊类、水母和各种浮游幼体虫.浮游动物的群落构成小型化趋势明显,因为体长不足0.6 mm的小型优势种强额拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus crassirostris)、短角长腹剑水蚤(Oithona brevicornis)和鸟喙尖头(氵蚤)(Penilia avirostris)在浮游动物总个体数中所占比例合计高达57.1 %.浮游动物的种类数、总个体数和生物量的平面分布模式大体相似,即湾外大于湾内,外侧大于内侧,东部大于西部.总个体数与生物量的周年变化曲线与水温的变化趋势非常相似,高峰位于高温季节的8-9月,低谷位于冬季2月.调查期间柘林湾浮游动物非常丰富,年均总个体数达15.8×103 ind/m3,生物量达227.8mg*dW/m3.在单一调查年度内,浮游动物丰度与水温、浮游植物细胞数呈显著正相关关系.在不同年份,浮游动物丰度与浮游植物密度则表现为负相关的趋势.  相似文献

The functional groups of planktonic protist communities and their responses to the changes of environmental conditions were investigated in a semi-enclosed shrimp-farming pond in Qingdao,Shandong Province,China,during a six-month study period (a complete shrimp-culture cycle) from May to October 2002.The results reveal that: (1) the protist communities represented five trophic and functional groups of the species identified,about 60% were photoautotrophs,20% algivores,12% bacterivores,5% raptors and about 3% non-selectives;(2) the photoautotrophs,algivores and bacterivores were the primary contributors to the changes in the protist communities in short temporal scales,the succession of dominance typically being bacterivores→photoautotrophs→algivores,with the raptors dominating the protist communities in a single sample (early June);(3) the photoautotrophs and non-selectives were the primary contributors to the peak of protist abundance in early October whereas the photoautotrophs,bacterivores,raptors and non-selectives mainly gave rise to two bimodal peaks of biomass in July and October respectively;(4) five functional groups of protist communities represented significant correlations with water nutrients (i.e.,NH 3-N,NO 3-N,and PO 4 ),either alone or in combination with temperature,of which algivores and raptors were strongly correlated with phosphate and the concentration of Chl a,while bacterivores were strongly related to nitrogen and the concentration of bacteria.These findings confirm that planktonic protists are potentially useful bioindicators of water quality in the semi-enclosed mariculture system.  相似文献

In order to evaluate the relationships between temporal species succession of planktonic protists and physical-chemical parameters in semi-enclosed mariculture waters, species distributions in response to environmental stress were investigated in a shrimp-farming pond near Qingdao, China during a complete shrimp-culture cycle (May to October 2002). A clear temporal succession in species distribution was found over the complete farming cycle. For example, before the introduction of the shrimp larvae there was low-variability of species distribution in the protist communities whereas during the stages immediately after, there was higher variability in species composition. Multiple linear/logistic regression analyses demonstrate that 12 protist taxa (e.g., Gyrodinium spirale, Teleaulax acuta, Prorocentrum spp. and Mesodinium pupula) were related to the nutrients, in particular ammonia and phosphates, alone or in combination with water temperature. These results suggest that temporal variations in species distribution of planktonic protist communities might be used in assessing water quality of semi-enclosed mariculture waters.  相似文献

通过2011年春季对九龙江口的生态调查,对浮游植物、微型浮游动物以及小型水母的种类组成和数量变动特征并对分粒级叶绿素进行了研究,同时还分析了营养盐、温度和盐度等环境参数。调查共记录浮游植物种类45种,以硅藻门的中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)、颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulate)、针杆藻(Synedra spp.),以及绿藻门的斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)、甲藻门的微小亚历山大藻(Alexandrium minutum),蓝藻门的优美平裂藻(Merismopedia elegans)具有较高的检出率;微型浮游动物分为4大类,红色中缢虫(Mesodinium rubrum)占有最大的比例为55.5%-79.8%,无壳纤毛虫次之,砂壳纤毛虫和无节幼体所占的比例均不足10%;小型水母种类组成中主要以弗洲指突水母(Blackfordia virginica)、球型侧腕水母(Pleurobrachia globosa)、厦门和平水母(Eirene xiamenensis)以及水螅水母幼体(Hydroidomedusae larvae)为主要优势类群,占小型水母总量的85%以上。小型水母数量在4月底和5月初达到丰度最高值(69.49±29.4)ind/L,此时微型浮游动物数量从小型水母出现初期的峰值(1085±574.66)ind/L下降为(526±152.93)ind/L,同时micro级叶绿素占总叶绿素比例达到最大值(42.26±12.94)%。小型水母数量下降后,微型浮游动物的数量回升。在小型水母数量消长过程中,浮游植物、微型浮游动物和小型水母数量间处于动态平衡。  相似文献

在三亚海域设置3个站位, 分别于各站位连续采集12个月表层水样。利用流式细胞仪进行浮游病毒及浮游细菌丰度的测定, 并对两者及其与环境因子之间的相关性进行研究, 同时对不同站位之间进行差异性分析。结果表明, 调查海域浮游病毒丰度(平均7.63×106viruses·mL-1)高于浮游细菌丰度(平均1.52×106cells·mL-1)。浮游病毒及浮游细菌丰度在三亚河口最高, 且有明显的季节变化, 冬春季高于夏秋季, 并且其与鹿回头半岛西侧、小东海之间均有极显著差异(P<0.01), 不同类群病毒代表的宿主类群也有所不同。调查海域总体水平浮游病毒丰度与浮游细菌丰度显著正相关(r=0.800, P<0.01); 叶绿素(Chl a)和氮盐(NO- 2、NO- 2+NO- 3、NH+ 4)是影响两者的关键因子。  相似文献

利用2008年大洋环球航次,研究了热带、亚热带太平洋和南印度洋中束毛藻丰度的大尺度分布特征,结果表明:在亚热带西北太平洋和热带东南亚海域束毛藻藻丝平均丰度较高,分别为25.2×103和33.3×103m-3,在热带中太平洋、热带东太平洋和南印度洋束毛藻平均丰度较低,分别为1.76×103,0.87×103和1.52×103m-3。各海区束毛藻丰度与水温无明显相关关系。总叶绿素a的分布特征与束毛藻不同,在太平洋呈西低、东高,在热带东南亚海域较高而在南印度洋较低,从总叶绿素a的粒级结构看,微微型浮游植物(0.2~2μm)所占比重最高,其次是微型浮游植物(2~20μm),小型浮游植物(20μm)所占比重最低。各海区束毛藻对总叶绿素a贡献的比例不同,在亚热带西北太平洋和热带东南亚海域较高,分别占总叶绿素a的7.79%和3.92%,在热带中太平洋、热带东太平洋和南印度洋占总叶绿素a的比例较低,均低于1%。在亚热带西北太平洋束毛藻固氮占真光层总新氮输入量的比例较高,这是该海域新氮的重要来源之一,而在热带中太平洋和热带东太平洋束毛藻固氮对真光层新氮的贡献比例则很低。  相似文献

Abstract. The composition and distribution of the polychaete assemblages of the San José Gulf (Chubut, Argentina) are described in relation to environmental variables using indicator species (TWINSPAN) and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). The polychaetes were collected during a benthic cruise in October 1984. Sediments were collected at 110 sampling sites using a 0.25 m2 van Veen bottom grab or by divers in near-shore areas and sieved with 1 mm mesh. A total of 73 polychaete taxa were collected and identified. Both analyses revealed the presence of four main assemblages distributed according to depth as well as bivalve and seaweed abundance gradients: ' Syllis-Eunice ' and ' Harmothoe-Eunice ' assemblages occurred at the same depths (0 –­ 185 m) and substrata (poorly sorted rock and coarse sand), but were separated by bivalve and seaweed abundance, wherby the highest abundances of bivalves and the minimum abundances of seaweeds corresponded to the ' Syllis-Eunice ' association. The ' Ninoe-Glycera ' and ' Aglaophamus- Fabriciinae indet. 6' assemblages also occurred at similar depths (0 – 60 m) and substrata (very well-sorted medium-fine sand), but differed in their composition of bivalves and seaweed abundances; the ' Aglaophamus- Fabriciinae indet. 6' association corresponded with minimum bivalve and maximum seaweed abundances.  相似文献

Throughout the shores of the world,a confluence of different sources of pollution is common,e.g.,through outlets releasing brine,industrial,and domestic sewage.In this study,we assessed whether a combined disposal of domestic sewage and brine altered the patterns of abundance and assemblage structure of subtidal macrofauna inhabiting sandy seabeds on the south coast of Gran Canaria(Canary Islands,NE Atlantic Ocean).Samples were collected in two surveys(May 2008 and January 2009)at three distances(0,15,and30 m)away from the discharge point.Macrofaunal abundances showed different patterns with varying proximity from the disposal point in the two surveys.In May 2008,lower abundances were observed at0 m(53.89±46.82 ind.)than at 15 m(120±91.7 ind.)and 30 m(283.89±189.33 ind.)away from the disposal point.In January 2009,however,higher abundances were observed at 0 m(131.33±58.69 ind.)than at 30 m(100±24.44 ind.)and 15 m(84.78±58.39 ind.)away from the disposal point.Significant differences in macrofaunal assemblage structure were found with varying proximity from the discharge point in both surveys.The effect of proximity from the disposal point was confounded by changes in sedimentary composition between surveys,which contributed to explain differences in macrofaunal abundances and assemblage structure with varying proximity from the discharge point.As a result,confounding drivers of macrofaunal assemblage structure,here,changes in sediment composition,accounted for changes in macrofaunal abundances and assemblage structure with varying proximity from a combined disposal point of brine and sewage.  相似文献

In July 2004, dominant populations of microbial ultraplankton (<5 μm), in the surface of the Celtic Sea (between UK and Eire), were repeatedly mapped using flow cytometry, at 1.5 km resolution over a region of diameter 100 km. The numerically dominant representatives of all basic functional types were enumerated including one group of phototrophic bacteria (Syn), two groups of phytoplankton (PP, NP), three groups of heterotrophic bacterioplankton (HB) and the regionally dominant group of heterotrophic protists (HP).The distributions of all organisms showed strong spatial variability with little relation to variability in physical fields such as salinity and temperature. Furthermore, there was little agreement between distributions of different organisms. The only linear correlation consistently explaining more than 50% of the variance between any pairing of the organism groups enumerated is between two different groups of HB. Specifically, no linear, or non-linear, relationship is found between any pairings of SYB, PP or HB groups with their protist predators HP. Looking for multiple dependencies, factor analysis reveals three groupings: Syn, PP and low nucleic acid content HB (LNA); high nucleic acid content HB (HNA); HP and NP. Even the manner in which the spatial variability of Syn, PP and HB abundance varies as a function of lengthscale (represented by a semivariogram) differs significantly from that for HP. In summary, although all microbial planktonic groups enumerated are present and numerically dominant throughout the region studied, at face value the relationships between them seem weak.Nevertheless, the behaviour of a simple, illustrative ecological model, with strongly interacting phototrophs and heterotrophs, with stochastic forcing, is shown to be consistent with the observed poor correlations and differences in how spatial variability varies with lengthscale. Thus, our study suggests that a comparison of microbial abundances alone may not discern strong underlying trophic interactions. Specific knowledge of these processes, in particular grazing, will be required to explain the causes of the observed microbial spatial variability and its resulting consequences for the functioning of the ecosystem.  相似文献

Seven tholeiitic basalts from the Puerto Rico Trench walls (three from the south wall and four from the north wall) were investigated for rare-earth abundances. All these rocks, with the exception of a pigeonite-bearing rock (RC8-RD1–12), were found to possess similar rare-earth features. Their rare-earth patterns resembled those of usual abyssal basalts, and showed no Eu anomalies. There is no difference between the rare-earth abundances of fine-grained and coarse-grained rocks. It is clear that the pigeonite-bearing rock (RC8-RD1 type 2) differs in origin from the abyssal basalts. The rocks with rare-earth patterns similar to that of RC8-RD1–12 are found among the Japanes “geosynclinal” basalts (Tanaka and Sugisaki, 1973).A serpentinite from the same trench was also analyzed for the same elements. The resultant rare-earth pattern suggests that the relevant original rock was separated from a magma having the same relative rare-earth abundances as a chondritic meteorite. The markedly high Eu positive anomaly of this serpentinite is also discussed.  相似文献

A quadrupole-based mass spectrometric system for determining noble gas (He, Ne, Ar, Kr and Xe) abundances in a liquid sample has been developed and applied to seawater equilibrated with the atmosphere at several temperatures. After known amounts of isotopic spikes (22Ne, 36Ar, 86Kr and 124Xe) were introduced into the preparation vacuum line, dissolved gases were extracted from seawater and well mixed with the spikes by ultrasonic vibration. Noble gases were purified using three-stage hot Ti getters and separated by two activated charcoal traps held at low temperature (liquid nitrogen and dry ice—ethanol). Noble gas abundances were measured by a relatively inexpensive quadrupole mass spectrometer based on the isotope dilution technique. Precisions obtained by repeated measurements for He, Ne, Ar, Kr and Xe are 1.5%, 0.4%, 0.4%, 0.4% and 0.6%, respectively. Noble gas abundances in air-saturated seawater at eight temperature steps (1.0°C, 5.5°C, 10.0°C, 14.4°C, 17.0°C, 21.3°C, 24.6°C, and 29.6°C) were measured using the analytical system. The overall variation of the abundances with temperature agrees well with those of NaCl brines reported in the literature. We propose here new constants to fit observed data to empirical equation of noble gas solubility in seawater with its temperature variation.  相似文献
