温泉旅游地认知形象对游客体验和行为的影响分析

通过对590位有过安徽汤池旅游经历的游客进行问卷调查收集数据,使用多元回归和层次回归分析方法检验温泉旅游地认知形象对游客体验和行为的影响以及旅游动机的调节作用。研究发现:温泉旅游地认知形象对游客体验和游后行为意向都有显著的正向影响,但不同的认知形象因子有着不同的影响模式和效应,总体而言,旅游设施与活动和温泉品质2个形象因子的影响效应要大于旅游交通和整体环境2个形象因子的影响效应;旅游动机在特定形象因子影响游客满意和重游意向的过程中产生了显著的调节作用,具体地说,旅游动机正向调节了旅游交通形象对游客满意的影响,负向调节了设施与活动形象、正向调节了温泉品质形象对游客重游意向的影响。     

大众经济型温泉景区游客行为及市场营销策略研究——以熊岳镇为例

通过问卷调查研究熊岳镇大众经济型温泉景区游客行为特征,主要从游客的人口统计学特征、游前决策行为和游中行为、空间行为及游后满意度等方面着手,分析得出大众经济型温泉景区游客的人口统计学特征是其收入和消费水平均不高,以31 ～45岁的人居多,企事业单位职员和离退休人员占多数.了解的途径多为亲友的介绍,其旅游方式大多是亲友同行的自驾游,且多为短途常客.客源地以营口、大连和沈阳为主.游后总体满意度和忠实度较高.在探讨游客行为特征的基础上提出注重口碑效应、完善旅游接待设施、建立旅游产业链、打造特色品牌等策略.     

基于四分图模型的温泉游客满意度测评及其应用研究——以聚龙湾天然温泉旅游度假村为例

首次将四分图模型应用于旅游度假游客满意度评价领域,构建温泉旅游度假游客满意度测评体系,并基于聚龙湾天然温泉旅游度假村的游客调研,确定各满意度因素的重要度和满意度,据此构造相应的四分图,充分展示该地游客满意度系列优势因素、改进因素、机会因素和维持因素.深入分析发现,不同特征的游客对温泉度假产品的满意度存在差异;温泉游客对...     

中国入境旅游者购物消费的省际差异及影响因素——基于面板数据模型的分析

采用面板数据模型,对1999~2008年的中国各省区(港澳台除外)经济发展水平、旅游业发展水平、资源丰度、群体参照、口岸等因素对入境游客购物消费的影响进行了实证分析。结果表明,入境游客购物消费水平主要受以旅游住宿业的发达程度为代表的区域内经济及旅游发展水平和上年接待入境游客人数为代表的群体参照的影响,而口岸资源丰度对入境旅游者购物消费水平的影响呈现出两极化态势,资源丰度与入境游客购物消费之间存在空间错位。     

我国旅游消费的异化与和谐

在我国蓬勃发展的旅游消费中出现明显的不和谐现象,突出表现为旅游环境和资源的破坏,群体旅游行为和个体旅游体验的异化,其结果是破坏了旅游区的生态环境,降低了游客的旅游体验.通过对我国旅游消费现状的分析,提出了旅游消费异化的概念,并对异化进行了辩证的认识,深入地分析了消费异化的种种危害,从旅游管理层面和游客心理层面详尽地分析了异化产生的原因,指出以倡导和谐旅游应对异化中的各种冲突以及发展和谐旅游的若干建议.     

跨文化群体游客的中国旅游目的地意象色彩认知

色彩影响着人们的情感状态和选择意向.当旅游目的地意象被色彩化并赋予一定的涵义,它就成为目的地品牌定位、意象设计和营销战略制定的有力工具.本文以到访两安的跨文化游客群体为研究对象,以我国旅游意象色彩认知为研究内容,在调研数据对应分析和深度访谈资料挖掘补充基础上,初步研究了跨文化群体游客对我国目的地意象色彩认知的特点及基础...     

重大事件网络演绎中浏览者感知态度、评价及其影响——以上海网络世博会为例

以2010上海网络世博会为例,采用SPSS18.0和AMOS17.0数据分析软件,通过对网络浏览者调研数据的分析与处理,建立重大事件网络虚拟旅游消费者感知态度的测量模型,并进行测度研究,通过建构SEM模型探索网络虚拟游客消费感知态度及评价对行为意图的影响关系。研究结果表明:①上海网络世博会虚拟旅游消费感知态度包括实用维度和享乐维度2个测量维度。②上海网络世博会游客旅游消费感知态度总体均值较高,10个测量指标均值均达到满意水平,网络游客对于实用维度的感知均值高于享乐维度;女性群体感知态度的均值在两个维度上均高于男性;未婚群体在实用维度上感知均值高于已婚群体;参观过世博会的旅游者的享乐维度感知均值高于未参观过世博会的群体。③感知评价满意度是网络游客感知态度影响行为意图的中介变量,网络游客感知态度通过对感知满意评价的显著影响而影响网络虚拟旅游者的网络行为和其世博旅游行为意图。④网络游客消费感知态度中的享乐维度对网络游客世博游览行为意向产生直接而显著影响,而实用维度的影响不显著。该研究有益拓展了游客消费行为理论和方法的研究领域与实证应用,对世博会等类同国际性重大事件的营销推广与可持续发展具有一定的理论和现实意义。     

基于城市意象的旅游节庆品牌认知研究

旅游节庆品牌认知是衡量游客认识和理解节庆品牌内涵及价值的标准,城市旅游节庆的主题也体现了城市意象的相关元素。在分析台北市地理区位、社会文化和城市功能等属性后,明确了台北具有"生态、创意、旅游"三大城市意象。以台北101跨年晚会为例,研究旅游节庆品牌认知对游客支持意愿的影响,分析旅游节庆对推广城市意象的作用。研究结果表明:品牌知名度、品牌联想、感知质量、感知价值、品牌信任、品牌忠诚度是影响游客支持意愿的六大驱动因素;节庆品牌认知对支持意愿的影响存在年龄、学历和居住地三方面的群体差异性;基于城市意象特征塑造旅游节庆品牌有利于推广城市意象,并延长节庆品牌的生命周期。     

重大事件对举办地旅游形象的影响——2010上海世博会为例

通过调研数据分析处理,建立重大事件对举办地旅游形象影响的游客感知测量模型,分析差异规律,建构SEM模型探索游客感知对其行为影响关系。结果表明:①重大事件旅游形象影响的游客感知模型包括旅游便利影响、城市形象影响、城市功能影响、城市吸引影响等4个维度。②世博会对上海旅游形象影响的游客感知显著,不同群体感知强度差异明显,女性群体高于男性,已婚群体高于未婚,参观过世博会的群体高于未参观过的群体,本地游客(居民)感知高于外地游客。③世博会对上海旅游形象影响的游客感知呈现一定空间分异规律,在旅游便利和旅游吸引影响维度上,客源空间距离越远游客感知值越小;而在城市功能和城市形象影响维度上,客源距离越远游客感知越显著。④游客感知的4个维度中,旅游吸引影响维度对旅游者(居民)行为影响显著,其他维度影响不显著。开展重大事件对旅游地形象影响研究,对重大事件在我国的可持续发展具有理论与实践意义。     

基于游客满意度的苍山世界地质公园旅游发展规划实证研究（英文）

探讨游客对世界地质公园可持续旅游发展的认知与支持有利于制定更加科学的世界地质公园旅游发展规划。本研究以苍山世界地质公园为例,以旅游业和经济部门之间的联系为出发点,确定游客是旅游发展中最重要的利益相关者群体之一。采用自填式问卷调查法,构建了苍山游客满意度测评模型,并对苍山各旅游景点游客满意度进行了测算与评价,研究了游客的旅游特点、旅游倾向和目的。研究结果可为加强苍山景区特色的构建和游客投诉管理提供有效参考,也能帮助苍山景区更为合理地规划游览安排,提高社会服务水平,为游客提供“零缺陷”的旅游产品。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
