The strategy of sustainable development including world economics and social development,was proposed by international society in 1970's in order to ensure normal development of human society.The meaning of sustainable development has been defined to keep the sustainable development of human socie ty and is not harmful to the development of future generations.China is a developing country and is transmating from the planned-economy into socialism market-economy.Socialism market-economy can bring about social economy developed at high speed,and at the same time it can be associated with unimaginable destructions on population,nature resources and environments(which are in the existed worse back-ground)The increase in population at higher-speed than in economics may offset the results of increase in economics.Because of the restriction on scientific and technological level,the low quality exploitation and high quality consume on natural resources and energy resources are the restrictive factors of economic development,The economic development at a high speed may lead to serious environmental contamination.The key to solve the problems is taking the way of sustainable development,and especially that the guidance of government would hold the direction of social development.
