| 摘 要： | 对我国节能减排政策思路进行探讨,指出节能减排工作在不同行业取得的成绩、发展潜力以及目前存在体制机制与技术方面的问题,最后针对产业发展模式调整和优化、先进工程技术推广及应用、体制机制创新与完善等问题,提出展望和改进的建议。
