| 摘 要： | 面对全球百余个矿业对外资开放的国家,投资目标以及投资方式等决策是矿业企业面临的棘手问题.国际上咨询机构为此建立了全球矿业投资环境评价系统,通过问卷调查或专家评价方式,对各国矿业投资环境进行评价排序.该系统以可观察到的数据、事实和政策法规为基础,选择可进入性、风险性和可盈利性三大指标18项分指标,对全球矿业投资环境进行评价和排序,产生了首次对全球80个国家/地区的投资环境的评价结果.

| Abstract: | More than one hundred countries in the world are open to foreign investment. It is difficult for mining companies to decide where and how to invest.
