| Abstract: | Taking the Humid Subtropical Mountain Ecology State Key Laboratory cultivation base as an example, this paper introduces information about its laboratory platform, talent construction and man- agement situation. By covering aspects such as team innovation, laboratory culture and knowledge management, how to promote laboratory construction by strengthening management work of the laboratory is particularly addressed. |
