福建省域环境与经济协调发展对比分析

摘    要:环境与经济的协调发展度是一个定量表示环境保护和社会经济发展之间的指标,强调的是系统之间各要素的共同发展.以福建省域城市为例,介绍了福建省环境与经济发展现状,确定了评价指标体系,利用协调度和协调发展度模型并采用熵值法为指标体系确定权重,对福建省域城市环境与经济协调发展做出评价和分析,用确定好的协调发展度等级对其进行分类.结果显示,福建省9个设区市中厦门市处于优质协调发展类型,福州市和泉州市处于良好协调发展类型。莆田市、三明市、漳州市、南平市、龙岩市和宁德市均处于中等协调发展类型.对于不同类型的城市如何提高协调发展度提出相应的建议及措施.

Abstract:The coordinated development degree is a quantitative index for evaluating relationships between environmental and economic developments. The index emphasizes the integrated and harmony development of all elements in an environment-economy system. Taking Fujian province as a case study, this thesis first describes the present situation about its environmental and economic develop- ments. Then, by the definition and establishment of a system of evaluating indicators with the weights of them through entropy method, the grades of environment-economy coordinated development in the nine cities of the province are classified, showing that among the nine cities, Xiamen is at the excel- lent coordination level, Fuzhou and Quanzhou are at the good coordination level, and the cities inclu- ding Putian, Sanming, Zhangzhou, Nanping, Longyan and Ningde are at the intermediate coordina- tion level. Finally, corresponding suggestions and measures for the improvement of the coordinated development extent of different cities are put forward.
