摘    要:0814号"黑格比"台风是登陆广东的强台风,引发严重风暴潮,造成珠江口超高水位。由于珠海验潮站仪器受损,未能记录最高潮位。文中采取测量水痕和邻近站差值相似比较法对该站在黑格比台风袭击时最高潮位的出现时间及高程进行后报,估算出珠海站此时间的最高潮位为珠江基面上(274±5)cm,并对该次台风的珠江口异常高潮位与海平面上升及围海造地关系进行分析,旨在为沿海工程高程设计和评估气候变暖海平面上升对风暴潮潮位影响提供参考。

Abstract:The highest sea level over the Pearl River Estuary region was recorded in 2008,which was caused by a very strong storm surge driven by the fierce Typhoon No.0814(Hagupit) landing on Guangdong Coast.During the strong storm surge,the highest sea level record is absence because of instrument false at Zhuhai tide gauge.A hind-cast of the occurrence time and the elevation of the highest sea level during Hagupit landing is made in this paper.It is estimated that during Hagupit landing the highest sea level at Zhuhai would be(274±5)cm above the datum plane of the Pearl.The relationship between the abnormal high sea level in 2008 and the reclamation over the Pearl River Estuary,as well as the global sea level rise,is analyzed.The result can be potentially used as a reference to the coastal oceanic engineer design and estimation of the affection of the sea level rise relating to the global warming on the storm surge.
