| Abstract: | The paper presents a novel integral equation for the discretization by higher order elements for the calculation of the wave diffraction and radiation from a 3 dimensional body. The irregular frequencies inherited in the integral equation for the bodies piercing the free surface are removed by the modified integral domain method.Numerical experiments have been carried out to find the best selection of the auxiliary domain and the discretization of meshes on it. |
