摘    要:利用吉林省西部及周围地区气象、水文、地质和经济等方面大量实测、调查及统计资料 ,采用多种方法系统研究了该区与水有关的主要生态环境问题和水资源开发利用现状。进行了水资源及可利用水资源评价。采用多种方法建立了水资源可持续开发利用的评价指标体系 ,确定了各分区水资源可持续开发的有关指标。采用模糊综合评判方法确定了分区、市、县及主要城镇的水资源可持续开发模式 ,为研究区及各级行政区水资源可持续开发利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:s:By analyzing a great number of the measured and investigated data on meteorology, hydrology, geology, hydrogeology and economics, etc. in west Jilin Province and nearby areas, many methods have been adopted to study the major eco-environmental problems associated with water, and present situations of water resources development and utilization in the area. Water resources and available water resources have been evaluated. Evaluation index system for water resources sustainable development (WRSD)has been established by using many methods and parameters for WRSD mode for divisions has been set up. The method of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is adopted to determine the kinds of water resources sustainable development mode (WRSDM) for divisions and for cities or towns in the study area, which provides the scientific basis for sustainable development and utilization of water resources in the study area.
